A/N: Another story where I take down the premise of Suspected Traitor Deku... This is completely sperate from And the World Shall Tremble though there is a slight reference to it at the end and a discussion I had on AO3 about it.
Also I can't help but to wonder if this plot is going to die soon due to the third movie. Yes I saw it on opening day (Not only did I get the booklet but I also saw a 4DX showing which was awesome!), I enjoyed it, but everyone's reaction to Izuku being wanted for Murder was pretty much "Nope! He didn't do!"... which made me think of another plot for another story like this... but I came up with idea a while ago so... yeah... I'll write that one maybe in a few months, Anyways enjoy and yes much like last time there is humorous twist... Enjoy!

Emma: Look I enjoyed the movie... but as someone who born and raised in San Francisco it annoyed me that villain's American hide was clearly SF but the American climax inexplicably is New York! What the hell!
A True Hero's Heart

Earlier that day, Aizawa dropped a bombshell onto the class, he told them he believed that their dear classmate Izuku Midoriya was possibly a traitor.
The class was divided into two groups… those that weren't sure if he was right.
And the others… those that didn't believe it one bit.
Those in the first group were: Mina, Jiro, Hagakure, Ojiro, Sero, Sato, Koji…
In other words the ones that had the least amount of interaction with him.
The second group: Ochaco, Todoroki, Iida, Bakugo, Yaoyorozu, Kirishima, Shoji, Tokoyami, Aoyama, Mineta, Tsuyu and for some reason Kaminari…
With the exception of Kaminari all of them were either close to him in some way or participated in a past incident with Izuku…
On the bright side most of the class was in the second group…
And the first group just weren't sure… it was more like a seed of doubt, not completely believing but were just scared.
"All right… I know some of have our doubts." Said Yaoyorozu, "But I think we all need to talk about this…"
Those in the first group were quiet.
"But I think everyone who believe he can't be the traitor should explain why." Said Yaoyorozu.
"And besides… the nerd's been writing those journals for years." Muttered Bakugo rolling his eyes, "The first ones are written in crayons."
"Aww…" cooed Mina and Hagakure.
"The fuck…" muttered Bakugo.
"You do have to admit that image is adorable." Said Tsuyu.
"Whatever… he's not the fucking traitor." Muttered Bakugo, "I've known him my whole life and there's no way!"
"Also you don't know how he passed the exam." said Ochaco.
"How did he pass the exam?" asked Ojiro.
"I got caught under rubble when the Zero Pointer showed up… and he saved me breaking his arm and legs… not only that but he didn't have any points when he did that." Said Ochaco, "It would have crushed me and he saved me even though he didn't have any points…"
It was clear that Ochaco was dealing with the fact that Izuku was being labeled a traitor.
After he did that… both of them thinking he wasn't going to pass, it hurt her.
"Uraraka is right about that… I saw him do that." Said Iida he adjusted his glasses, "I saw the exact same thing… him saving her despite what we were told. That's why I don't believe he's a traitor…"
He also knew because of Hosu… but he wasn't allowed to talk about that… so he kept quiet about it.
Tsuyu and Mineta looked at each other.
"The USJ." Said Tsuyu.
"Yeah…" agreed Mineta, "He was the one who came up with the plan to get us out of the flood zone."
"He's right." Said Tsuyu.
"Not to mention how cool Midoriya! He was scared too! But he took out those villain in the flood zone so easily! He had my help! But it was so cool!" gushed Mineta.
Everyone stared at Mineta.
"Dude… is THAT guy?" whispered Kaminari.
"Yeah… he's THAT guy…" whispered Mineta.
"He also saved me from Shigaraki…" said Tsuyu, "I don't think he would save me if he was a traitor… Plus didn't he get hurt trying to save All Might?"
"He did." Confirmed Todoroki.
"That's why I don't believe it." Said Tsuyu, "He tried his hardest to save everyone…"
"He's the one who showed me that my fire is mine." Said Todoroki, "He made me stronger and he helped me…"
Everyone looked at Todoroki remembering how he refused to use his fire when they all first started school.
"To be honest… I don't really care if he is the traitor or not…" said Todoroki.
The room became quiet.
"What?" asked Yaoyorozu.
"If it turned out that it is true, he is the traitor, I would join him no matter what." Said Todoroki.
"But your dad…" said Mineta.
"I have my reasons." Muttered Todoroki almost getting angry at the mention of his father.
"We'll find the tinman's heart later." Muttered Bakugo.
"Bakugo is right… we should discus that later." Agreed Yaoyorozu.
Maybe get Izuku to help them through it… because that raised so many red flags at the moment.
Shoji, Tokoyami and Aoyama shifted a little.
"All three of us were there when Bakugo was kidnapped." Said Shoji.
"That scream he made when Bakugo was taken will forever haunt the darkness." Muttered Tokoyami.
"Oui…" said Aoyama shivering, "I sometimes hear it my nightmares."
"There is no faking a scream like that." Said Shoji.
The other two nodded in agreement, along with Todoroki.
It was clear that three didn't want to talk about it anymore.
"Midoriya was the one who came up with the idea to rescue Bakugo." Said Yaoyorozu.,
"If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have managed to save him at all." Said Kirishima, "And with everything, if he was a traitor he could have just stabbed us in the back considering what was going down then…"
"He's right." Said Yaoyorozu nodding agreement.
"Okay enough of that." Muttered Bakugo.
It was clear that they didn't want to talk any more…
"Also I saw him try to save All Might at the USJ." Said Kirishima.
"He his dad so it makes sense… I should have brought that up too." Said Todoroki.
"For the last fucking time, he's not Deku's dad!" yelled Bakugo.
"What's your reason for believing him Jamming Whey?" asked Jiro doing her best to change the subject
"Well I was thinking… didn't Midoriya mess up his arms saving that kid back at the camp?" asked Kaminari.
"It's true… he did…" sighed Iida.
"Well I was thinking… if I was in Midoriya's place I wouldn't go that far…" said Kaminari, "In fact I'd kind of be tempted to let the kid get hurt."
Everyone shocked and horrified.
"WHAT THE FUCK!" yelled Katsuki.
"Not manly!" yelled Kirishima.
"You have better explain yourself!" scolded Iida.
"Look! I'm just saying…" said Kaminari, "If I met a kid the same way Midoriya met that kid then I'd have to save him, I wouldn't go to the same level at Midoriya…"
Everyone just stared at him in confusion.
And that was when both Bakugo and Iida remembered… the first thing Kota ever did to Izuku.
Bakugo started to laugh… it was a strange laugh there was some crazy in it, but at the same time there was some humor to it, it was strange mix.
"I am only going to say this once Pikachu… you are a fucking a genius!" said Bakugo
"Yeah… probably the only time someone would say it." Said Kaminari with a shrug.
"All right listen up numb nuts!" yelled Bakugo,.
"Heh… numb nuts…" laughed Kaminari.
"Kaminari… this not the time to laugh." Scolded Iida.
However Kaminari noticed the way that Iida's mouth and it was clear he trying not to laugh either.
"I want you all to look in me the eyes and tell me! You would break your body saving a little brat who punched you in the fucking nuts!" yelled Bakugo.
Every single male student… even the ones that were on the side of Izuku paled considerably… with Mineta, Sero and Sato all subconsciously protecting their balls.
"I told that child a punch to the scrotum is unforgiveable… yet Midoriya went above and beyond as a hero to save him." Said Iida.
"No kidding…" agreed Ojiro.
"Does that qualify him for sainthood?" said Sero.
"I have no idea." Said Jiro.
"Please tell me you three understand that getting hit there is extremely painful." Said Bakugo.
"Yeah… we know." Said Jiro.
"Don't some guys vomit from the pain?" asked Mina.
"I think so…" said Toru.
"So I think we can agree that there is no way that Midoriya is a traitor." Said Yaoyorozu.
Everyone in class nodded in agreement.
Not too longer later Izuku came into the common room.
He had noticed the Aizawa had been treating him oddly lately and had met up with All Might to talk through it.
When he entered the common room he noticed the class look at him.
"What is it?" asked Izuku.
"You are too pure… you know that right?" asked Sero.
"What?" asked an extremely confused Izuku.
"Just ignore him Deku." Muttered Bakugo.
"Okay…" said an extremely confused Izuku.
Thankfully Aizawa would go on to tell Tsukauchi about this and using the notebooks as his evidence.
Then Aizawa learned that he and All Might knew about the notebooks and were currently in a conspiracy about them to make sure that Nezu never found out about the Notebooks.
When he learned the that he agreed that Nezu should never learn about the notebooks because they didn't another one.
He later learned how the class realized he wasn't the traitor and he ended face palming for like an hour after forgetting about breaking himself saving a kid who performed a punch to the cotch…
Thankfully in the end everything worked out…
Well mostly they have yet to have a discussion about the whole thing about Todoroki willing to join the Villains' side if Izuku had turned out to be a traitor but they were still working on that…

A/N: Okay I did put a lot of through it who would believe him and who wouldn't and I realized that a good chunk of the class already were with him during certain events where he proved himself. As for why I chose Kaminari to be the guy who realized that getting punched in the nuts thing... it's because I thought he would be the funniest to realize that... But yeah! He got punched in the crotch by the kid then saved his life to the extent that permanently damaged his arms... I'm pretty sure that proves how pure hearted he is.
Also I now want to see a suspected traitor story where Todoroki tell Izuku that he doesn't care whether not he's a traitor. This concerned Izuku to extent that he's more worried about Todoroki than himself despite the whole suspected traitor thing... I don't want to write but just see it... I doubt anyone would write but still...
