A/N: (Crawls in... slams chapter down) 80,000 hits! Yay... This chapter I had such bad writer's block for... on the bright side the rest of the arc and next arc (which will be an original arc) will be much better... Anyways enjoy hopefully... fight scenes are my weak point after all...

Chapter 31: Holding Out for A Hero

While Izuku knew that Stain wouldn't kill him, he wasn't' sure about the others. He might try to kill them for not "being true heroes" but it was really hard to tell.

They shut had to wait for a pro hero to appear. And it really didn't help that Iida was laying on the ground paralyzed.

Izuku took a breath.

He readied his wand for any spell.

It helped there was plenty of trash and with Todoroki he had ample transfiguration things to use.

And soon enough Stain moved in for an attack. '

However Todoroki just created a glacier to block him.

However Stain just cut up the glacier.

Izuku took this to advantage and transfigured the chunks of ice into birds.

Of course the birds flew to Stain.

Stain started to cut away the birds.

"Wingardium Leviosa!" called out Izuku.

However Stain managed to doge before the spell could hit him.

And just managed to float a piece of garbage as well.

But he quickly stopped the spell but it did give Izuku an idea.

"Maybe…" thought Izuku.

Gut knew he should wait to do it, there will be plenty of other things.

He also remembered the lesson about not using the same spell twice in a row.

SO he would have to be figure out a good spell to use.

"Petrificus Totalus!" said Izuku.

But Stain managed to dodge.

"You might want to be careful with your spells." Said Todoroki.

"I just realized it." Said Izuku.

It was probably a good idea to make sure that Todoroki didn't become paralyzed in some way.

Even if it was friendly fire…

He needed to come up with better stranguries at the moment ;.

And he thought of a few.

Plus there was always transfiguration… and thanks to the trash and Todoroki's ice he had all sort so ammo for it.

Which is why he decided to add more birds to it.

Along with other transfigured thongs…

Stain turned his attention to Todoroki who barely managed to doge, and then sent out some ice at him.

And he managed to cut through the ice easily.

"Hey I have an idea." Said Izuku.

"Does it involve more birds?" asked Todoroki.

"No not this time." Said Izuku.

Todoroki nodded.

Izuku uses the shield spell once again.

Stain struck the shield, but it was clear that he wasn't going to get through.

"All right…" he said rather quietly, "I'm going to transfigure something into a smoke bomb. Do you think you can do something while he distracted?"

HE transfigured a piece of ice into a smoke bomb.

The smoke bomb covered the area.

While distracted, Izuku took to the next stage of the plan.

"Accio Knife!" called out Izuku.

However the knife came flying at him and he had to doge.

As the smoke as clearing when this happened, Todoroki saw that.

"You're going to have to do that again…" said Todoroki.

"I know…" sighed Izuku.

It was a good idea to get enough knives away from him as possible.

"That was quite clever." Said Stain.

Izuku didn't respond at all to this.

"However…" said Stain.

Stain threw a knife at Izuku and that was when he had an idea that he knew would work. Before the knife could hit him he turned into his Animagus form, thanks to the switch in size, the knife missed.

Izuku then ran away to a spot to safely change back.

"So you're an Animagus!" said Stain, "Impressive!"

Izuku didn't respond, after all it didn't matter what Stain thought about him.

Todoroki however sent out another wave at ice at him which Stain was able to cut away.

Iida was watching the fight, unable to do anything.

That was when he felt like he could move.

"Midoriya!" yelled Iida

Izuku had a feeling on what was needed.

"Protego!" he called out.

Iida then got up.

"The quirk wore off." Said Iida.

"What was about you?" asked Todoroki to the two heroes.

"No it hasn't." said Native.

"Neither for me…" said Manual.

"There has to be something about his quirk…" said Izuku, "I can't be how long they've been under… maybe blood types…"

They noticed the way that Stain twitched when that brought up.

"It's blood types." Said Izuku.

"so that means mine has run out." Said Iida.

"Yeah…" said Izuku.

Stain glared at the three students.

"Still we need to hold on for help to come." Said Iida.

"Yeah." Said Izuku.

Stain struck against the barrier and Izuku had an idea .

"Todoroki and I need you create a large piece of ice." Said Izuku.

"How big?" asked Todoroki.

"About four feet tall." Said Izuku.

"Are you going to create another Emu?" asked Todoroki.

"Not an emu…" said Izuku.

Todoroki had an odd feeling, that it wasn't going to be an emu.

He created the piece of ice.

"I'm lowering the shield!" said Izuku, "So get the ready."

Iida nodded.

He had his own plan for when Izuku lowered the shield.

Todoroki created a large piece of Ice.

And so Izuku lowered the shield.

"Recipro Burst!" yelled Iida.

He used his now or nothing move and moved very fast towards Stain.

The high powered kicked were enough to hurt the villain and also distract him long enough for Izuku to do his plan.

Izuku transfigured the large piece of ice into a large bird, it was a strange looking bird with. Blue head and an odd crest.

The bird then ran towards Stain.

"What is that?" asked Todoroki.

"It's a bird from Australia…" said Izuku, "A very dangerous bird."

"Is it real?" asked Todoroki.

"It's a real type of bird." Said Izuku, "And it's not magical."

The cassowary ran into attack Stain with a spear like claw on its feet .

"How do know about that?" asked Iida.

"I looked it up…" said Izuku blushing.

"I see…" said Iida.

Everything is true by the way…

They are real and very dangerous birds…

"Australia has weird animals…" said Todoroki.

Izuku just sweat dropped at that response.

However even if Australia did have weird animals, Stain was having a hard time with the transfigured cassowary.

He had to be careful with the transfigured bird, as they have been known to disembowel people.

"Are there any more giant birds from Australia?" asked Shoto.

"No… ones from Africa and the other is from South America." Said Izuku.

Todoroki nodded.

However Iida noticed the large claws and realized that the bird would probably attack him along with Stain.

And Stan did get hurt from the claw a couple times.

However Stain then killed the bird.

The large Australia bird fell to the ground.

He had no remorse killing it, after all it was a transfigured piece of ice.

They looked at Stain.

Izuku wasn't sure if he would be able to transfigure another bird.

He tapped his wand on his cheating and then activated his quirk.

He knew he had to switch things up.

"Todoroki…" said Iida as it was clear that his engine had stalled.

"Yes" asked Todoroki.

"Can you regulate temperature?" asked Iida.

"not on my left side." Said Todoroki.

"But on your right?" asked Iida.

Todoroki realized that he needed a cool down.

He covered Iida's legs in ice.

Cooling he his engines.

Izuku at the same time readied and attack and jumped at Stain.

As Iida was once again able to use his quirk.

Both of them hit him hard at the same time…

Due to the injuries from various things that happened earlier, some lost blood from the cassowary (which did get a few good hits in) and the combined attack Stain fell to the ground unconscious.

The two heroes were shocked.

"you beat him…" said Manual.

"We beat him…" said Izuku.

Izuku transfigured some rope and they found all of the knives and swords that were on him and they confiscated them.

Thankfully both adult heroes were fine.

And they war able to move again.

"You didn't have to beat him." Said Manual.

"We didn't mean to." Said Todoroki.

That was when multiple heroes arrived.

With Endeavor and Gran Torino among them.

"where's the villain." Said Endeavor.

"Wait is that Stain?" asked one of the heroes.

"You beat Stain?" asked another of the heroes.

"Oh wow… I wasn't expecting that…" said the hero who sent them.

"You sent them knowing the villain was Stain?" asked Endeavor.

"Did I not mention that?" asked the hero.

Gran Torino glared at the hero.

"You sent a child knowing it was the hero killer?" asked Endeavor angered that he unknowingly sent the hero.

"We'll deal with her later…" muttered Gran Torino.

"The kids did all the work…" sighed Manual.

"The two of us were very much under his quirk…" sighed Native.

Gran Torino kicked Izuku in the face.

"What was that for?" asked Izuku.

"You know why…" muttered Gran Torino.

Izuku just sweat dropped at the old teacher.

That was when they heard a scream.

And suddenly a winged Nomu swooped in and grabbed Izuku.

It started to fly away.

"Midoriya!" yelled Iida.

Izuku grabbed his wand.

However the Nomu was bleed from earlier and some of the blood got onto one of the hero's cheek.

As it turned out Stain had regained coconscious and there was one knife on him that they weren't able to find.

He cut himself loose from the rope and licked the blood off the hero's face swallowing.

The Nomu fell to the ground.

Izuku sighed.

That was when Stain started to rant about how so many heroes were fake. How there were very true heroes out there… But the look on his face and the aura he gave off terrified everyone…

How he stopped moving and just stood there…

It was clear his injuries finally caught up to him and he was unconscious.

The three teens had surprisingly beat Stain and considering they had permission things were going to change for the three of them…

But who knew the sort of problems that would lead to…

Next Time: After the fight with Stain the three boys are getting credit, unfortunately things get complicated... not because of credit but because of Aurors getting involved, what will happen? Find out next time!
