I am really sorry I missed the update day! I don't really know how that happened. Here ist the chapter, I hope you can enjoy it, even if it's a bit shorter than usual. The original one got deleted because my phone decided so. On the end of this chapter, I leaved a note to a reader, I hope this person knows who I meant. Luffy almost choked on the leftover food in his mouth, his eyes went big and he backed away. He had broken one of the most important rules his brothers had thought him... He was allowed to talk about their work, but he wasn't allowed to say names or such. And he was only allowed to talk about a specific job, when said job was finished. He had screwed up again. "Hey. No need to be afraid. We-" the door was kicked open, a blonde man rushed inside, looking around, before spotting the two of them.
"Luffy!" He ignored the others and made his way over to them, his face grim and his body tense. Luffy started to cry, as he saw his brother. "I'm sorry! I'm so, so, sorry!" he sobbed, he didn't resist when he was grabbed by Sabo, now hanging in the air, held up by his collar, crying and dangling around. He had done a really bad thing. "What exactly have you told them?" Sabo demanded to know, ignoring the state Luffy was in. He could take care of him when they were out of here. "Y-your last mi-mission..." Luffy was getting a hiccup from crying. "T-they're Whi-iteb-bea..." "I know, who they are. Allies. Luffy, we're leaving. Now" Hearing this, brought the pirates out of their state of "doing nothing" and they drew their weapons.
Sabo made a face, not liking the fact that he can't leave as long as the other pirates were still able to follow them. So he dumped Luffy on a table and grabbed his pipe, already sensing his attackers. He blocked the first one, pushing the sword away from his face. He made a side step and did a little twirl, caused by that, the sword slid down the pipe and sparks were seen. It almost hit Sabo's hand, but said hand was already gone, because when he twirled, he pulled at his pipe, which then smashed in his attackers neck. The first one was down in less than a minute, it took Sabo only seconds. He dodged the next swing from the next enemy. He sighed internally, hating to fight them. But that was the price he had to pay to make sure Luffy would be save. Why was he so stupid to let Luffy wander off all by himself? He knew Luffy would cause trouble! And almost every time trouble for them! Sabo managed to bring two more pirates down, when suddenly two attacked. He blocked the first, who was in front of him, with his pipe. Avoiding the sharp sword which probably was about to slash his chest. Only a second later, Sabo had to jump over another sword, which was aimed at his ankles, about to immobilize both of them. His feet not longer on steady ground, he fell backwards, being pushed away by the sword which was still pressed against his pipe. He crashed into a table and destroyed it with his body weight and the force he had. He groaned, while jumping back to his feet, as fast as his body let him.
Luffy jumped away from another pirate, which was trying to grab him, he dived under a table and kicked a chair towards him. He crawled away and rushed towards the entrance, being able to avoid them there easier, because sabo blocked them all. He wanted to fight too, but he had promised not to. His brothers let him fight, but not when they had to get away as fast as possible. At the entrance, he was able to get a glance of red and yellow fire, telling him, Ace was there too. Luffy sniffled, still near tears, when he watched how Ace ran inside the Bar too, joining Sabo in defeating the remaining pirates. "I'll take care to them. Go and prepare the ship, we have to go!" Ace hissed, searing flames dancing around him, licking at his body and attacking the pirates. So hot, a sword melt at the impact in an attempt to cut the raven haired man. Sabo nodded, grabbed Luffy and flew from the scene, knowing Ace would follow them as soon as he had won. Ace, sadly, never runs from a fight and Sabo had the feeling that would get him killed one day.
While Sabo ran and left his brother and the bar behind, he made sure to gently press Luffy's face against his neck, not letting him see the other pirates which were defeated by Ace, showing multiple burn marks. Luffy shouldn't see something like that ever again. It wouldn't be good for him.

Luffy held on to his brother tightly, noticing the wood pieces he had everywhere on his back, feeling bad for causing trouble again. He just had wanted to brag about his super cool brothers. "I'm sorry Sabo..." "We'll talk about it later. But don't let it work you up so much. What happened, happened. Now I need your help preparing the ship and sail it. Understand?" Luffy nodded, wanting to help as best as he could to make up for his newest and biggest slip up.

Ace looked around, blowing a lost strand out of his face. (great) He huffed and hastily searched the unconcious pirates for den den mushi's and collected all of them to make sure they could not report them that easily. He hated those snails with a passion.
He then left the Bar and ignored the burned pirates on the ground, at the door. He had made sure to not hurt them too much, because he felt kinda thankful towards them. If they would have talked just a little bit quieter, Ace wouldn't have noticed what they were talking about. But they had talked loud enough for him to easily understand that they were telling Whitebeard that the thief was on this island, with a little kid who he held hostage. He and Sabo had exchanged looks, before Sabo made his way towards the Bar. While Sabo was on his way rescuing Luffy, Ace had made sure no more information were exchanged and grilled the snail. Before those stupid pirates even knew what was going on, he had attacked.
They both, Sabo and he, knew that it was an absolute terrible idea to attack one of Whitebeard's Allies. But they had to. In order to save Luffy and made sure he's alright, which was by the way a full-time job, they would and already had ended other persons life. Being chased 'till their deaths by some more people then it already are, couldn't be that much of a change, right?
Ace kicked a pirate who was about to get up in the guts and send him back to sleep. They needed as much time as they could get. So he started to run, knowing that his brothers needed his help with the ship. They needed his fire to sail it faster, away from the island and through the waves, out in the open sea. Ace held his hat with one hand as he put more pressure on his steps pushing himself to be even faster, some flames burned the ground where his boots touched it, leaving a black mark as a sign of how much force he put in said steps. He was nothing more than a blurr which zipped past everyone and everything, dissapearieng behind a line of trees which marked the beginning of the forest.

Sabo steered the ship along the coast, then his den den rung, only a hand full of people knew the number, so he picked up immediately. "Ace?" "Hello to you too, Sabo." Koalas voice greeted him. Sabos face flushed in a matter of seconds. "Why did you think I would be Ace? Isn't he with you? Anyways, I don't have much time, I have to warn you. We just got informed that Vice Admiral Garp is heading your way. He's on the next island, so you should stay away from there, buy an Enternal-Pose and skip the island." Sabos blood run cold, his brightly flushed face going back to normal in a blink of an Eye. Garp? Garp was on his way? "Garp?" "Yep. Garp." Sabo let our a rather colourful curse, shocking Koala while doing so. "Thank you so much, I'll take you out eating ice-cream or something, I owe you!" with that, he hung up and threw the poor Den Den across the ship, where it was caught by Luffy.
Sabo sensed Ace approaching and said Luffy he should go inside. The later nodded and carried the traumatized Den Den away, telling it what he would feed if. Only seconds later, Ace run past the last trees and jumped on board, landing on his special spot and without hesitation starting to push his flames into the mechanism. The ship speeded up immediately and sabo had no longer time to curse and focused on steering the ship. "Ace. We have a Problem." "what? That we're Hunted down because of a stupid chest? Or because we attacked Allies from a fucking Yonko? Or that we did it while they called them? Marco is probably already on his way and will behead all of us!" Ace was stressed. He was more than stressed. Sabo singed, staring at the sea before them. "Garp is on his way. He's awaiting us at the next island. Or we'll met him on our way there..." Ace's flames died. "You're kidding, right?" sabo shook his head. "then... We have..." the brothers exchanged looks, both equally exhausted and bothered just by thinking about what they were about to do.
They nodded at each other, before Sabo turned the steering wheel. Changing the course and heading back to where they came from, knowing they would meet up with the Whitebeards. But that was better than letting Luffy near Garp. Never whould they do that ever again. And so they sat the course, knowing they would probably die.

I absolutely love every single comment and review that I get from you, I'm really greatful for the feedback and such. In the last chapter, a reader reached out to me, pointing out she/he/they would not agree with me and would be against the idea that Luffy would rat someone out, he would never tell a secret. In my opinion, he did not rat his brothers out. I tried to write a little, happy, child which is proud about it's brothers. I agree and say so too, that he would never ever rat someone out. I hope I managed to make this a bit clearer in this chapter. Dear Guest and annonym person, thank you for saying so, it made me realize I wasn't clear enough. I'd like some more comments if that happens again, but please be aware in what type of language you're speaking with me, I'm only a writer who's writing her own type of story. Thank you.
