Hello, Everyone. Hehe, um. I missed you guys. WAIT WAIT WAIT before you get mad, I'm sorry, I know it's been more than a month. Have I mentioned how much I HATE SCHOOL, isn't it so infuriating? I just wanna sleep, watch one piece, and write stories, is that too much to ask for. Again I'm sorry, the chapter is also not finished but I have a small half half-chapter for you if you want. The chapter is almost done though, again I'm sorry, let's get on with the story, shall we.

And guess what!! I got myself an editor, or is it called betaing, anyway. My bestie, best person in the world, has agreed to become my editor. She will check over the works and keep me writing. If I don't write on the coming due date then she's going to beat the shit out of me soo, the chapters will be more consistent. :)

Half-Chapter

Luffy was having the time of her life. She was sitting down watching the most hilarious exchange she's witnessed in 7 years. Ace, Thatch, and Mango were all standing face to face arguing on what was the perfect plan for the escape. They got the general basics down but they need to solidify it soon.

"No, My plan is the best!" Ace yelled out. He stood back and thrusted his thumb to his chest. "Okay first we'll…"

Three people walked in with fancy clothes, one with a bubble on their head and the other two in suits. They looked high class and strutted around like they belonged.

"Sir's may I help you? You need authorization to be able to come Into this home." A guard said with a frown on his face. The man with the bubble on his head gasped and put a hand on his chest.

"My how dare you! So disrespectful! To treat us celestial dragons with the utmost disrespect!"

"Do you have some identification to your status?" The guard asked with a raised eyebrow. He had his arm on his hip and leaned to one side. He wasn't buying that. Why would the celestial dragons just come without a big announcement. They always came and the citizens would be able to watch their visit.

"Are you implying that I'm a liar! I should have you killed for that! GUARD!!" He whipped his head to the blonde haired man who in turn lifted his gun and aimed it at the guard.

The guard flinched at the gun and commanding voice. Shit! "I'm so sorry sir! Please spare me! I have a wife and kids!"

The man with the bubble face softened. He shook his head and gave a stoic expression. "Fine, I'll spare you," he said. He then walked into the guards personal space and whispered in his ear. "but know if you ever defy me again, I'll make your life a living hell." the guard shook his head vigorously and let the three in.

When they walked in they rushed to the nearest room and gave a sigh of relief. "Oh my oda I almost gave us away. That poor man." The celestial dragon said with a sad smile, he then started to take off his 'bubble' and took a deep breath. "It's so hard to breathe in this thing."

"Well you wanted to be the celestial dragon!" One of the guards yelled angrily.

"Put your damn helmet on, we have to go now." The other guard yelled as he kept watch. The man with the bubble rolled his eyes but put the helmet back on.

All three of them quietly walked out and made their way around the mansion. They successfully found the slave manager's office and opened the door with no warning. Derek jumped and looked up from his paperwork, he was very confused. "How did you get in here!? Guards!" they heard thumping coming closer.

"My name is Saint Jacob. I am a celestial dragon, treat me with respect!"

"I've never heard of 'Saint Jacob' . I know you're lying."

"I don't need to explain myself to you! I will have your head for this insolence!" he said with a hateful glare. Derek cowered a bit under the glare and called the guards off.

"Well sir, I apologize. There was just no notice of your arrival."

"We didn't want to arouse attention, is that so wrong of us?" Derek whimpered. He made a celestial dragon mad. He didn't need to get in trouble, he loved his job.

"I want you finest female slave." The Celestial dragon said, stopping Derek's racing mind. Derek nodded and showed him to the garden.

Luffy was sitting there looking wistfully towards the sea, but turned her head when she heard the doors open. The celestial dragon smiled at her but she looked wary.

"Release her, NOW!" He yelled to Derek. Derek nodded submissively and unlocked the cage. Luffy walked out but kept her head down, the celestial dragon grabbed her arm and pulled her close. She squealed quietly. "Take the collar off." Derek did and stepped back. "Now I'll take the girl and go. Have a good day."

"But sir-"

"I said have a good day." And they left

Luffy was quiet and scared but followed. What would this man want with her? When they got well out of reach from the mansion they stopped. The celestial dragon turned to Luffy and smiled. He then took off his helmet and fixed his hair back to normal. IT WAS ACE!

Luffy hands flew straight to her mouth, The tears started falling. Ace dropped the big bubble suit and turned back to her, wind blowing through his hair. She then took off, and started sprinting towards him. She jumped into his arms and he spun her around, ignoring everyone and everything around them.

…

He stood proud, his plan was flawless. He'd be a hero and get Lu to notice him a bit more. Yup she'd think he was so brave and give him all her attention.

"That would never work-yoi." Marco pointed out. Ace fell on his face anime style.

"What! Why not!"

Marco rolled his eyes. "Why would they just let us in with no explanation?" Ace opened his mouth to retaliate but was cut off. "No, intimidation won't work. Celestial dragons always announce their arrivals, those pompous assholes. And they could just look us up and see nothing. We need something with fewer holes-yoi." Ace slouched by Luffy with a pout. "I have a plan. Okay we'll…"

They-

Thatch's snot bubble popped as he woke up. "No-no-no, that plan is stupid and boring." Marco glared at the orange-haired man.

"How would you know I didn't say anything yet!?"

"I got a plan that will work. First I…"

Thatch slowly comes in through the ceiling, spy style. He lands gracefully on the floor with a broad smile. He was wearing sexy sunglasses and a black suit. He was messing with his arm cuff links and started booking it to the slave manager's office. Zooming past all the fancy portraits and walls. He waited around the corner as Derek made his way to the room. Derek unlocked the door and walked into the room with Thatch slipping in right behind not touching the door as it closed. Derek turned around and gasped.

"Wh-who are yo-" Thatch whacked him in the neck. Derek's eyes rolled into the back of his head as he fell unconscious.

"The name's Thatch," he looked off to the side and smoldered. "Chef Thatch." he searched the unconscious man and found the bomb collar keys. He then ran all around the mansion freeing slaves left and right. Till he made it to the garden entrance.

He walked calmly to the door and opened it. There he found little Luffy hunched over, tears running down her face. She heard footsteps and looked up. The tear lines were very noticeable on her skinny face. "T-thatch?"

He crouched down in front of her. "I'm here to save you little lady." He said with a suave smile and unlocked the cage door. He walked into the cage, unlocked her bomb collar, and picked Luffy up princess style. She gasped and looked up at him in awe. "Let's get you out of here."

She was too speechless. What… What a hero! Not to mention the hottest guy she's ever seen. He carried her out and walked away from the mansion to their ship.

Then out of nowhere the building explodes!

"And I'd save the day!" Thatch yelled. Everyone stared at him with wide eyes. "I'd walk out with Luffy in my arms and there'd be this huge explosion."

Boom-boom-boom.

He made some explosion noises with his mouth. "It's going to be badass. And all the babes in the village will be all over me, "'mr. Thatch was it you who saved this young lady from her doom?' Why yes it was I'd do anything for my Luffy." He let the 'my' slip and turned to Ace with a devious expression. The others sweatdropped at his plan, Luffy oblivious as she did not hear the 'my' part, and Ace's eye twitched.

Then they all felt like they were sweating up a storm, was it getting hotter or was it just them? Marco and Thatch turned to a seething Ace and now understood the situation. Thatch paled and Marco just sweatdropped once again. Ace out of nowhere lunged at Thatch and held onto his collar, trying to strangle the older man. Thatch was laughing and Marco went up to diffuse the situation. Luffy sat there and watched the exchange happen while laughing her ass off.

Yeah, they might be loud, she turns to a fuming Ace. kooky, she turns to Thatch. And maybe a little serious, she turns to Marco. But they were the best thing she could have ever asked for. She let her stare linger on Ace's face for a while more, a rosy color dusting cheeks, and she let a small smile slip behind her hand. She could get used to this, especially if he would be with her for the rest of her life.

Ace looked back at the one who made his world turn upside down. He doesn't know why but he feels like he wants to spend the rest of his life with her. How can someone he's known for only a few days make him feel like this? Well it's not like he's complaining. He would do anything to keep her in his life, and that's a promise.
