Author has written 1 story for Twilight.

"When the snow falls and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives."
- George R. R. Martin

Zojak. The one and only.

A hyperactive author who may or may not write poorly.

Pull up a log around the campfire, stay for a bit. I'll do my best to make it worth your while.

CTRL and F will be your best friend when surfing my page.
I may end up writing for up to eighty different fandoms. I can't seem to decide.

the stories
I'm not sure what I'm planning to write for in terms of fandom. I'm split between a couple, but they're so different from each other that I might as well just make different accounts for them all. I used to have trouble coming up with story ideas, but now I have a backlog of at least five. Funny how that works. None of my ideas seem particularly good to me, but maybe you'd all like to see it - there's no way to know unless I actually string it together and do somethin'. After all, in the words of Lucille Ball, I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done."

I'm giving you an honest promise, here and now, and I implore you all to hold me to this:
I, Zojak, will never leave a story unfinished. Never. Never ever forever. You wouldn't catch me dead with an unfinished story.

Or, rather, the only reason you'll find a story unfinished is if you also catch me dead. Even if ten years pass. Even if my most recent story hasn't been updated in years, and you're discovering this message many many moons after it was written, I promise that I'll return. It may not be for a long time, and maybe you've got a few more years of waiting to do, but I'll come back eventually and I won't leave you any loose ends. You'll get an ending, because most of the time, the ending is planned before I even start writing; so I promise a conclusion is coming, I just haven't gotten there yet.

I'll also try my hardest not to introduce OCs, especially ones that don't mean anything or can't be explained through canon. I know how difficult and annoying those types of characters can be, and it's hard to connect to a character you just met over a character you've spent building a relationship with over the course of many episodes, many movies, many books, and of course, many other fanfictions. How can I expect you to feel the same towards this nobody you just met, and exists here and only here in this one story? I'll never put an OC at the center of a story. No OCs will take a true center stage and they'll be minor at best.

the zojak
As for the author behind it all, I'm Zojak. Or Guest 324B, before I registered. An author in way over their head and probably not ready for the world of "going public with my fanfiction". A Leonine resident of North America and a possessor of the Y-chromosome. There's also a very distinct "not a Miami-based Reggae music publication company" to me. No connection from Zojak World Wide to the Zojak before you here. I consider myself an entertainer, or at the very least an aspiring one. My expectations are that whatever I throw out there, it'll be ripped to bite-size pieces and everyone will hate it and it'll be a total disaster and I'll be forced into hiding and have to live the rest of my life with a brown bag over my head in shame. But you're your own worst critic.

I've been told I have a way with words. I've been told that I have a pretty good talent for comedy. Sometimes these two will mix in a big mixing pot and create amusing words, so when they do, I hope you'll be amused. The goal of my content is always to entertain, to quote the dearly beloved Logan Paul in the famed "So Sorry" video. My stories will probably be littered with all sorts of oddball wordplay and random idioms or comparisons, so beware.

Also I'm on AO3 now; same name as I am here. There may be a few AO3 Originals, so to speak, which is where I'll test new stories before posting them here to see if they're well received.

the buds
So far, I've been lucky enough to meet a bud on here by PyreFly77. He's been a true pal, a real chum. Thanks for all those words you've sent me, they really did help in the end. I hope to write something that you'll be proud of. I'm sorry in advance if my entry into the community isn't in the form of something PAW Patrol, but I'll try my best. I'd like to see you proud of something I write someday, because it may make up for the fact that I'm rarely ever proud of anything I write.

Also worthy of mention is Aninat131, another chum. He was one of the only reasons I'm before you now, registered on FFN with the intent to write. He authored one of the first stories I remember liking beyond what I thought was even possible at the time.

I've never spoken to this person, but then again, I haven't known anyone who has. Anthony Barletta, ThatPersonYouMightKnow, whatever you may go by now, I just want you to know that you've changed my perspective on a lot more than you may think. You've given me countless fun moments and taught me how fun it can be to imagine. I don't know if we'll ever hear from you again, and I hope that someday I'll understand what prompted you to do what you did, but seriously, thank you. Hopefully you'll come back to us in the future sometime, but if not, good luck with Flight and other projects.

the reviews
To keep the story short and sweet, I review a lot of stories. Like, hella stories. Any story that I've read more than a few chapters to, it's likely because I feel something for the story and want the author to know that. It's usually positive, occasionally it's negative, but nevertheless it's there. If you're an author who I've review-dropped at one point, then this one's made out to you, homies. Thanks for being the amazing author you are. Couldn't have done it without you.

There've been stories where I kinda.. tooled on it in my review? Black and Blue comes to mind. It's not because I disliked the story, it's because I liked it enough to embrace the flaws while also looking past them to enjoy the story. I'm not usually one to flame, but on the off-chance I do, I make sure to explain exactly and precisely what was bothering instead of adding a useless "this was bad" for you to add to your ever growing pile of meaningless flame reviews.

As for the other side of things, those who review my stories, I thank you sincerely, from the cold, hollow space a heart is supposed to be. To Spectrum's regular reviewers (PyreFly77, brankel1, sentinel10, and others), thank you tenfold for taking a chance on a wolf pack story. I know they aren't particularly popular so any views at all is way more than I could've possibly hoped for. To anyone who reviews once or twice, thank you lots as well. Seeing feedback is like Christmas morning to authors.

current endeavor

[Project A] - A conceptualized project that may or may not be released sometime after Spectrum.
This story is not for Twilight. My current story will take priority over this maybe-side-project whenever possible.

[Project B] - A conceptualized project (or two) that will consist mainly of one-shots.
It may be a definitive collection of a certain number, or a collection that I add to whenever I get an idea.

[Project C] - A conceptualized project that has no planned story. Might be a collection of one-shots.
This story is only roughly planned out in my brain. Should it vanish from it, Project C will be removed.

[Project D] - A conceptualized project for the Twilight saga. My triumphant return to the series.
It may or may not be canon to Spectrum. If it raises too many questions or conflicts, it'll be its own story.

[Project E] - A conceptualized project that will be a one-shot. May or may not be released right after Spectrum.

completed endeavors

[Spectrum] - A Twilight fanfiction that examines Leah's life after the newborn battle. Wolf pack friendly.
It's got love, it's got hate, it's got heart. I spent a long time writing it and I'm pretty proud of what it's become.

awards and nominations

No awards or nominations yet. Maybe someday.

If you nominate or award my story for some contest, please PM me; not for my permission, but just to make me aware.
(I'm not very in-the-loop with writing contests. I'm not even sure how I would go about entering one.. but it'd be cool.)
