AN: You know one of the things that's kept me sane throughout this whole quarantine situation? Transformers Animated. Now, I'm more of a G1, Armada, Beast Wars, or Prime kinda guy myself, but Transformers Animated is one of the cartoons that I watched avidly as a kid and watching clips from that old show has really helped me retain some form of sanity throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. I've also been dabbling in Yu-Gi-Oh for sometime and have always wanted to see these two particular franchises clash together to form something wonderful.

Hmm, Transformers? Yu-Gi-Oh? Cheap segways? I do believe we have ourselves an idea on our hands! Welcome to Yu-Gi-Oh GX: Sunstorm's Advent! Because why not have a clone of Starscream be given a chance for a better life? *puts the film in an old movie projector* Roll film!

Prologue
"Should we wake him up?" asked a voice that sounded like it belonged to a young woman.
"I don't know." another replied, though it sounded different from the first.
The one in question that the two voices are talking about is a young man who looks to be about fifteen years old. He's tall for his age as he appears to be at a height of roughly "5'11, a lean yet strong build with compact muscles, almond shaped eyes that are slanted with sharp eyelashes, white skin that has a very light tan, and deep red hair that spikes up in a way that kind of resembles a mixture of windblown and bedhead. Tied around his forehead is a headband that seems to be a lighter shade of red.
He was a bit banged up as proven by the cotton pad taped to his temple with a bandage, and a few healing bruises, but surprisingly those seemed to be his only injuries, which was quite surprising given the circumstances that the two girls found him in.
Both girls in question looked to be in the boy's age group and looked to be around average height for their age. One had long light black hair that was tied in a low ponytail that fanned out and curled upwards at the sides with brown eyes, porcelain skin, a heart-shaped face, and an hourglass figure that many women strive for.
The other girl was also beautiful in her own right, with brown hair that spiked in a downward direction and stopped above her shoulders, hazel colored eyes, olive skin, a heart-shaped face, and she too had an hourglass figure. Both girls wore the same clothing, likely a uniform, consisting of a sleeveless white blazer with blue accents and buttons, a blue skirt, and blue high-heeled shoes.
"He fell out of the sky like he was some kind of comet! He's, like, so lucky to be alive right now!" exclaimed the brown haired girl.
"You think he was in some kind of skydiving accident or something?" asked the black haired girl.
"That would explain how he fell out of the sky, but what plane that wasn't Kaiba Corp approved be flying around here for?" her brown-haired companion asked back.
The black-haired beauty could only hum in thought, not noticing the boy's eyes twitching ever so slightly as he seemed to be coming out of the realm of unconsciousness.
"Maybe they got lost and he had to jump before they ran out of fuel?" she guessed.
"Okay, now you're just, like, grasping at straws-"
"Shh! He's waking up!" exclaimed the black haired girl.
The boy groaned in obvious pain from how sore his body was as he sat up and held his head, and the sheet fell to his lap revealing that he was wearing a golden orange muscle shirt that really showed off his muscular arms and clung to his torso like a second skin. If he was being honest, his skull felt like it was going to split open.
"Ohhh, what happened?" he asked through his pain.
Slowly he opened his sharp, almond-shaped eyes, revealing them to be a stunning yet unusual shade of red. That's when the two girl entered his field of vision.
"Who are you two?" he asked.
The two girls didn't say who they were right away, as they immediately voiced their concerns for this strange new arrival.
"Thank goodness you're awake!" exclaimed the black-haired girl.
"Are you okay?" asked the brown haired girl.
"You fell from the sky!" the black haired girl said.
"You wouldn't wake up!" exclaimed the brown haired girl.
"So we brought you inside!" the black haired girl explained.
"You're heavier than you look, by the by!" whined the brown haired girl.
Having finally gotten all of that out of their systems, the black haired girl gestured to herself and her friend as she commenced introductions.
"My name's Mindy, and this is my friend, Jasmine. We're students here, in case you couldn't tell from the matching uniforms." she said.
The strange boy tilted his head in confusion.
"Where exactly is 'here'?" he asked.
"Oh, uh, you're in the infirmary at Duel Academy. It's, like, the best place to learn about Duel Monsters and start yourself off on the path of becoming a Pro Duelist." Mindy explained.
"So, like, what's your name?" Jasmine asked with a friendly smile.
But the boy just put a hand on his head as he gave them an answer that they certainly weren't expecting.
"I have no idea…"
Just who is this boy? Why did he fall from the sky? And why can't he remember anything?

Ending AN: Yeah, this story had popped up in my head sometime ago as I was rewatching Yu-Gi-Oh and some clips of Transformers Animated, and the idea just really stuck in my head. And yes, for the purpose of this story, Sunstorm(the clone representing Starscream's suck-upish nature) is a human. But there will be a few surprises later on as the story progresses.
Also, you all may have seen some updates stating that I was going to be deleting some of my earlier stories because I just couldn't continue to write them anymore. Well, you guys twisted my arm and so they're not being deleted. Instead they're just being discontinued. So if you see one of my stories with the tag (DISCONTINUED!) in the summary, then that means that the story is no longer in progress. But if anyone wishes to adopt any of those discontinued stories, just send me a PM and we'll talk about it.
Side note, I'm still trying to decide on what kind of deck that I want to give to Sunstorm in this story. And depending on which of them I choose will determine the course of the story. The two decks that I'm stuck between are a Red-Eyes Black Dragon Deck, and a Morphtronic/Life Stream Dragon Deck. Let me know in the reviews which deck you think would be best suited for Sunstorm in this story, and I will consider each deck very carefully.
