Looks like the muse is still working. I'm still finding new material to work with. 5 new ideas since the surgery.
Harry Does Different CDXXX
Dark Lord Anagram
"Quite the moment for a sixteen-year-old to be seated with the noble Wizengamot, isn't it Harry?" a cloud of smoke said after a bubblegum snap.
The-Man-Who-Won twisted his face and waved a hand, displaying disgust "So good to see you Miss Skeeter. I see your acquaintance with the facts is as good as ever. What can I do for you?"
"Well you changed the world last year." The scandalwitch didn't even bat an eye "And other than the medal ceremony you've not really made yourself available, or even visible. Naughty naughty." **tsktsk
To which he shrugged "A little travel, y'know, Athens, Paris, Jerusalem, Berlin." He fired off a few random cities "Something I never got as a kid. Is it really important?"
"I will milk you for all your dirty little secrets." She promised salaciously.
Harry slapped away the quill that tickled his chin then ignited it and quipped "You're bugging me, Rita. Have you a question about today's meeting? You did see it."
"I did indeed." She didn't openly pout at the destruction of her prized tool, or the veiled threat to her animagus, she offered a pasted smile and queried "Now that you are part of the government, you certainly have a duty there. So, what are your positions on all the coming legislation? Have you any thoughts of your own?"
He gave a predatory grin "I think I saw something about insect control at Hogwarts. We'll see." Then merely smiled "Seems like a lot of homework. The best I can really say at the moment is I won't vote for or against anything that a very smart person hasn't read, and explained it down to my level. Any other government question, Rita?"
"No, you've probably answered more than I asked for." She muttered in a displeased tone and left.

Between his Auror duties Harry did involve himself in politics. His votes became a subject of annoyance in various circles. Entirely too conservative for some, almost radical to others, he never bent to pressure groups and his positions were unpredictable. So his first-authored piece of legislation brought a bit of suspense to an otherwise light session "The chair recognizes Harry Potter."
"Thank you Speaker Longbottom." He rose and took the podium directly below her "Lords and Ladies of the Wizengamot, I first wish to say the whole experience of serving here is excellent. I hope to for many years to come. I also hope that, outside of issue disagreements, I have not offended anyone."
There were sounds of both praise and scorn.
"You but prove my point." He quipped lightly "And I am learning. Which brings me to my topic today. I felt, as such a neophyte, thanks Hermione, I should present something that can be both transformative and not burdensome on either our common folks, or we nobles. Madam Speaker?"
Augusta Longbottom nodded and ordered "The clerk will report the bill."
"Wizengamot Resolution #11779 entitled A Bill to Reduce the Likelihood of a Dark Lord Takeover." The sexless voice filled the chamber.
Harry smiled the few seconds that custom required before continuing "This came out of something I learned of Voldemort. As you all know, his birthname is Tom Marvolo Riddle Jr. This was largely hidden as he rose to power. But Tom himself created the pseudonym Voldemort by a jumble. We will never stop evil from rearing its ugly head, but we can act to make it more difficult."
"Assuming one is evil as such." Came from the opposing faction "Instead of merely a point of view."
Harry silently drew the defeated Dark Lord's name over his head, then sent the letters moving about. The display fluctuated between the two aliases. He gave the wizard a cold look and countered "That is if you consider torturing defenseless people in their homes and murdering babies in cribs a point of view. Now admittedly we can't say for certain that just because I'd want to start calling myself James Pathertrory I'm turning evil, but let's take away the temptation."
"The chair orders a vote." Declared Augusta. "Which will be by wand color." And after the customary time limit expired concluded "No further votes? Nor change of vote? Very well. The ayes are 424 the nays 277. The bill is agreed to. Moving on to increased sanitation in the Ottery St. Catchpole province."
