If you do not like AU (alternate universe), OC's (original character's), or giving reasonable criticism, then don't bother reading my stories. I have had a few people criticize my story, and for understandable reasons, but can you not do it as a guest? How else am I supposed to explain myself? Sometimes what you claim is completely wrong, but sometimes you're right. Most likely it is usually my own fault for not explaining it well enough in my story. Couples I write: This account, for now, only writes for Rumiko Takahashi's InuYasha, and therefore: InuYasha/Kagome/Kikyo Kagome: is the person I will always prefer InuYasha to be with, and it probably will never change.Kikyo: is usually an antagonist in my stories, but I'm trying to change that. While her time with InuYasha will always be temporary, I'm trying not to make her out as a horrible person so much. In the anime, she was always seen as a horrible person, because she always came between my favored couple. There was also that one time she tried to kill Kagome, yes? Plus, instead of accepting InuYasha as a half demon, she tried to change him. Back to my point; there was still something very passionate between her and InuYasha. I want to try it more, but again...it will be temporary.Sesshomaru/Kagura/Kitahoshi Kagura: is the only person in the actual anime that suited him; that's my opinion anyway. There was no real romance, but I like to believe there was a hint during Kagura's swan song in the anime. I always thought Kagura showed a lot of respect and interest for Sesshomaru. In my mind, that made her interesting to our very difficult Sesshomaru, and thus...the hint of romance.Kitahoshi: is an OC based on a friend, kittykat0232 (who I have a collaboration account with; Midnight-Sesshy). She was the only person I knew when I watched InuYasha, that said he was the best character in the show, and was just totally obsessed with him. Now, I love me some Sesshomaru, but I often viewed him as an antagonist. An egotistical, power hungry, self-righteous antagonist. He hated the character that was MY favorite, and often caused him trouble. This was all in the beginning, anyway. As I got older and InuYasha came to an end, I found out a lot of things about him. While he has a lot of issues, Sesshomaru has good qualities, and I admire him. I honestly believe he's the best character Takahashi has created, but he isn't my favorite. Anyway, Kitahoshi is often viewed as Sesshomaru's complete opposite. She's hyper, reckless, and full of life. She's often viewed as the character that pulls out the good qualities in him.Miroku/Sango Sango: was always Miroku's love interest. I believe he had her at, 'Will you bear my children', haha. This is honestly the only person I can imagine Miroku with, and vice versa. All of those other women in the anime, to me, were stepping stools to his true proposal to her.Naraku/Kikyo Kikyo: was who started it all. Okay, call me sick, but I love Naraku. Along side Griffith from Beserk, Naraku is my favorite antagonist to ever be created. This beautiful story was created based on a man, Onigumo's, lust for a woman-Kikyo. She took Onigumo in when he was badly burned, and the whole time he lusted for her. Loved her in ways he probably didn't think possible. For the longest, Naraku couldn't get rid of those feelings no matter what. The feelings became a nuisance to him as Naraku, but it was still there. That's the point of this pairing. In my stories, their relationship is usually based on Naraku's lust rather than what we'd call true love, but they're a pairing that fits nonetheless. I don't believe Kikyo ever felt anything for him, but like I said...lust.Kouga/Ayame/Kagome Ayame: was Kouga's little stalker. She didn't grow on me particularly, but she liked Kouga. I thought their relationship was really, really cute, and it worked! Kouga agreed to marry her in the anime, and I thought she suited him. Why not usually write them as a couple?Kagome: was someone Kouga really liked. It wasn't that way for Kagome, but he liked her. While it was very possessive, he liked her, and wanted to protect her however he could. Just like Kikyo to InuYasha, his relationship with Kagome in my stories will be temporary.Shippo/Rin/Kanna Rin: is around Shippo's age. Better than Sesshomaru/Rin...*shudder* Anyway, Rin is a sweet, but daring girl. Shippo, on the cowardice side, I think they'd make an interesting couple.Kanna: is also around Shippo's age. I'm not sure how to develop Kanna as a character, because I've never really tried this out. A future challenge? I think yes!Kohaku/Kanna Kanna: worked along side Kohaku. While Kohaku was under Naraku's control, they were allies in a sense, and close to the same age. There was never any romance, but it'd work with the right plot I suppose.Souta/OC/Rin? I don't think I'll ever have Souta as a constant character, but I suppose it'd be with Rin because of age. It'd be her, or an OC.Completed stories under construction / Update(s) on construction:
It will be years before I actually finish revising all of these, but I'm okay with that. It's a challenge that'll improve my writing. There are a hand full of stories I won't even touch. I would just like to know what went through my head when I was younger? Most of these are god awful, and I don't understand how they even got reviews. It's so bad I want to cry, haha.
