Story Start!

Jiraiya was actually a busy man.

He investigated people in the town, when he sensed something was seriously off about people, he checked into their background. He had already travelled across the world and built up a spy network, and while Naruto was at school he went across the world and reactivated his old connections to others besides Yasaka.

'So this is what a Fallen Angel looks like...1... 2... 3... there were 4 of them the other day, and it seems they have their own attack force.' Jiraiya looked at a group of priests, rogue no doubt, that were being led by those with black wings, which he guessed were fallen angels. He didn't have any fallen angels in his spy network, but seeing these ones he figured he would rather not work with them.

"Do you sense that?"

Jiraiya had been waiting for them to notice him, so he got to work. He dropped from the ceiling and into the middle of the room. He clapped his hands together, before his hair went wild. It stretched and captured all 3 of the fallen angels in less than a second.

No hesitation.

"Any human that moves to attack seals their fate, you're allowed to run away though." Jiraiya informed the humans in the room of their two options.

"Run!"

Jiraiya's hair stabbed the 3 fallen angels into the walls, holding them in place, before he cut those portions of hair off his head, leaving them trapped against the wall. He had given them no chance to fight back, and absolutely no time to react. He looked over their bodies, and saw they were 2 females and 1 male.

The humans were running away.

"Where is your leader?"

"She died, so I'm the leader now." The only male stated.

Jiraiya reached out and touched his forehead.

*POOF*

The man's body transformed against his will, and out of the smoke a small tree frog landed on the ground before croaking. Jiraiya looked at the two women, before he gave a wicked grin.

"Now... lets see what information you 2 hold... do you prefer feathers or slime?"

-Hours Later-

"Hahahahahahaha! Stop... I can't BREATH... STOP!" Mittelt screamed as Jiraiya tickled her foot with a feather, grabbing her ankle to prevent her from fighting back. He had gotten their names no problem, but now he wanted to torture all of the information out of them that he could get. So he gave them the option.

Tickle Hell or Slime Hell.

One of them was going to get covered in toad oil, which could stink pretty badly, and have it rubbed into their body until they talked. What he did not tell them was that it was still oil despite it's silly name, and extremely easy to light on fire. That was why he showed them by setting a chair on fire.

"Stop, this isn't funny!" Kalawarner shouted as the flame got closer and closer to her oil covered body, the second that the flaming rope caught her, she was going to die an extremely painful death. She thought that the slime hell was going to be something easier to withstand, but it was terrifying to watch as a chair was burnt to literal ashes in seconds. "I give up, you should tickle me, set Mittelt on fire!"

"BITCH!"

"Now don't worry Kala-chan, you've still got a good 10 minutes before the flame reaches you. Until then, you can resist all you want. I hear that you only live through the first half of the burning... but with toad oil, it's even worse because you're alive through the entire burning... it burns you so fast that by the time you die, the burning is done... a quick, but horrible death." Jiraiya joked as he saw even more terror appear in the fallen angel's eyes. "So... who wants to talk?" Jiraiya asked as he looked between the girls.

Mittelt couldn't respond before she was forced to laugh again, her dainty feet being tickle tortured once more by Jiraiya as he just gave a perverted giggle.

He DID let them pick their torture.

"Or... you could live the rest of your days as a frog." Jiraiya reached out his hand towards Kalawarner, willing to transform her into a frog for the rest of her life. He wasn't giving them very many options for survival, tell him information, or get turned into a frog for life. "... but I guess there is another option."

"I'll take that."

"You become my spy in your Fallen Angel group, give me all of the information you have now, and all future information you get."

"Never." Kalawarner glared at Jiraiya, and the man just sighed in disappointment at her statement. It was a quick answer, Jiraiya blew on the rope that was attached to her leg, and the fire got hotter, speeding up the process that the flames consumed the rope. Cutting down the time that she had to make her choices. "Eeep!"

Jiraiya went back to tickling Mittelt, she laughed so much that she actually passed out from lack of air. The tickling woke her back up though, and she began to laugh her head off against her will again.

"Okay, okay, I'll talk, I'll tell you whatever you want to know!"

Jiraiya took the rope and moved it closer to Kalawarner, and instantly her body went up in flames. He stopped tickling Mittelt so that she could see what happened to her comrade.

"She just said she would tell you want you want to know."

"Exactly, I don't want to hear what you think will make me happy... and I'm really good at understanding when I'm being lied to... hey, but look on the bright side... at least you won't die like she's dying." Jiraiya ignored Kalawarner's screams of agony and pain. They only lasted for a seconds before her body was reduced to nothing more than ashes. He showed one of her black feathers in his hand. "... So lets get back to your torture, but I've got myself a new feather to use."

"... You're tickling me... with her corpse..."

"Well, it's just her last feather... but I guess you have a point. Maybe I should make you eat your litle frog friend too while I'm at it... I hear frog legs are delicious." Jiraiya got closer to Mittelt, and the fear truly set in. He picked up the frog from the ground with his free hand, and started to get closer to her. "... Now... will you die quickly, or by laughing... I'll be honest, becoming my spy isn't an option any longer. You will die, how long it takes is up to the information you give me... I can make it take seconds or days."

Mittelt started to cry.

-Hours Later-

Mittelt's eyes were rolled into the back of her head.

Her tongue was sticking out and she was salivating all over herself, cheeks flushed, Jiraiya smiled to himself as he looked at the notes that he had taken using all of the information that she had gotten from her. All of it was the truth as far as she was concerned, because every time she lied to him, he knew and told her he was adding 30 minutes of agony to her death.

Turns out, she was more afraid of a long and drawn out death than a short and quick one.

"Sometimes, I hate being a shinobi... it is such a waste of beauty." Jiraiya wrapped his hand around her thin neck.

*CRACK*

"Haaaaaaaah... what the..." Mittelt's neck was fixed as he uncracked it, allowing her to breath again. He had broken her neck with a crack, but now her neck was workable again. She had thought she was going to keep suffering with her broken neck until her death. "I've told you everything, what else do you want... just kill me already..."

"No need to, in the time you were passed out, I implanted a ninjutsu directly into your brain." Jiraiya allowed Mittelt to go free.

She got ready to fight.

He raised a hand.

"If you betray me, or raise a hand against me in any way, the ninjutsu implanted in your brain will cause you 1,000,000 years of pain and death... it will kill you in the worst way possible. Your brain will register 1 second to be 100,000 years... and in 10 seconds you will die... you will experience a living death of inescapable pain... now go back to your Fallen Angels and start gathering information for me." Jiraiya stated.

Mittelt looked at him in sheer terror as she flew off as fast as she could, not even doubting him for half a second after everything he had put her through.

Jiraiya just grinned.

'I've put the fear of god into her, and now she believes any threat I make. I lied about the ninjutsu.' Jiraiya laughed to himself, knowing that he had just used her cowardly nature to his own benefit. In order to do that, he had to kill her comrades. She gave off the weakest aura about her, so she was the best one to use as a spy. Then it was just a matter of skillfully making her think that if she didn't do what he wanted, she would experience something even worse than what he put her through.

He really hated being a shinobi sometimes.
