Story Start!

Yasaka was curious.

She was helping with Naruto with his training, so she had come to the forest near Kuoh, where she was meeting up with Naruto and Jiraiya. Today was a day that Jiraiya was going to have Naruto train in his use of the kyuubi's chakra inside of him.

'... I'm sweating.' Yasaka was nervous, she wiped the sweat from her brow. She didn't like the idea of such a powerful monster being used at all. 'It should just stay sealed away inside of Naruto, never to see the light of day... if a monster like that got loose, I can't think of anyone who could stop it.' Yasaka did not approve of this training in the slightest. The risk of the monster kyuubi getting out existed at all.

She didn't want her nation to be destroyed, such a thing would be trivial for that monster inside of Naruto. She couldn't even sense the end to it's limitless power, and Jiraiya was expecting Naruto to master such a power. Naruto himself had unreal, monster-like power, but his was a power of pure good, while the power deep within him was evil incarnate.

It was the definition of a disaster.

She gulped.

She either helped, or she didn't help and Jiraiya still did this training with Naruto. If Naruto was going to train to use the kyuubi, it was going to happen without or without her. She looked at Naruto, and she saw he looked just as nervous as she was. He was holding his gut, as if he were expecting the worst to happen.

"So Naruto, how many tails have you worked with before? What percentage-"

"Tails don't equal Percentage with the Kyuubi's chakra, but so far Naruto can somewhat keep his sanity using 2 tails of the Kyuubi's chakra. We've never pushed it beyond that before, so I'm going to loosen the seal a little. 1 tail is not 1/9th of the power... are you ready Naruto?" Jiraiya asked as he approached Naruto.

-At the Occult Research Club-

'This is boring... and it seems the rest of the Fallen Angels in town have just disappeared. Naruto left to go do something private.'

Koneko collapsed to her knees.

"Koneko!" Yuuto rushed to her side as the girl's cheeks bulged. She looked pale, like she was going to vomit. Nervous sweat, the sweat of pure fear, started to come out of her body as her eyes widened in absolute horror. "Are you okay?" Yuuto was rubbing her back.

Akeno and Rias were standing up and rushing to her side.

Koneko puked the second she opened her mouth to tell them what was wrong, her entire body trembling. She just hugged herself, tears forming in her eyes as she went completely speechless. Her body having an horrible reaction to something. She was frozen in fear, unable to get up, unable to move, and unable to speak what was wrong.

'We're... we're all going to die... Japan... no... the entire world is going to be turned to ash... what is this... what is... this horrible...' Koneko's shaking got worse when she felt the embrace of death.

She felt it first.

Yuuto, Akeno, and Rias all felt it moments later.

They didn't sense it.

They felt it.

There was an explosion, miles and miles away, a massive amount of red energy shot up into the sky, clearing away all of the clouds. A massive amount of the forest was cleared away, being tossed. Even though it happened miles away, shattered tree and boulders started to rain down on Kuoh. A powerful wind, a shockwave, then washed over the town of Kuoh. They could feel the building that they were in shaking, they could see the massive mountains of red energy just shooting up into the sky.

Immeasurable.

The shockwaves didn't even end right away, Kuoh was assault with beyond hurricane force winds that rocked and damaged buildings, trees, and even cars. The destruction to Kuoh was mostly caused by trees and boulders getting knocked into buildings, but now they were sensing the same thing that Koneko had sensed.

Death incarnate.

Koneko couldn't take it.

She grabbed the sword that Yuuto had been sharpening, and she pointed it at her own throat. She swung the sword at her neck, praying for a fast death.

"NO!" Rias and Akeno grabbed her arms, while Yuuto wrestled the sword away from her. They wrestled her to the ground, all of them struggling with her strength.

"We're all going to die, we need to kill ourselves first, or we're going to suffer... we have no chance. That hatred, that bloodlust, the killing intent... it's overwhelming... the world is going to die... we need to die first." Koneko stuck her tongue out of her mouth. She tried to bite into it, only to get knocked out with Akeno punched her in the forehead with all of her strength.

"She just... what is she sensing..."

Rias sensed it, earlier she felt it, and now she sensed the overwhelming power. The energy that washed over Japan was not small. She was sure that even people outside of Japan were sensing the huge energy that was being produced, and though it was no longer visible to the naked eye, she could tell that was still out there.

Damage.

She and Yuuto were both starting to get sting marks on their skin, as the powerful energy washed over them, assaulting their bodies like stinging bees. They could feel the malice, not as strongly as Koneko was feeling it, but they could feel it. Akeno rushed in front of them and activated her defensive magic, forming a barrier around them to stop them from being able to sense it.

"Yuuto!" Rias grabbed her knight and stopped him from slicing his throat, the killing intent having finally washed over him.

Akeno dropped the barrier when she felt it.

The two of them were frozen in fear, the dark malicious energy that washed over them was just too evil for their minds to handle without being exposed to something similar. Akeno didn't try to kill herself, she just collapsed and dropped her defensive magic.

She closed her eyes and accepted death.

Just like that, the energy vanished.

It was gone as quickly as it came.

-With Yasaka-

"Jiraiya... Jiraiya... are you okay?" Yasaka laid on her back.

Her body damaged.

She had a youkai with healing powers saving her life, reattaching the lower half of her body to the upper half. She had been split right in half, her belly having been split open all the way to the spine. She had barely been able to do anything, she had transformed to her true form the second that the power became too much for Naruto, but she was instantly defeated. The second Naruto's mind had been taken over, she couldn't do anything to help him.

She was close to death.

She looked around at the corpses of over 1000 youkai that had joined the fight to help them, but nearly all of them were in critical condition or dead. The first shockwave had vaporized most of those without enough strength to withstand it.

Jiraiya coughed out blood.

A massive wound on his chest, two of them, one from where he had been attached, and another where he had put his body in harm's way to protect her while she had been unable to defend herself.

They couldn't beat Naruto.

'... The Kyuubi's power... was far more terrifying than I could ever imagine... how does Naruto contain it?' Yasaka looked towards Naruto.

He was out cold.

All of the skin on his body had been burned off by the chakra he had used, and he had a seal on his forehead. Jiraiya had risked his life just to put the seal there to prevent Naruto from continuing to use that chakra. The fight had only lasted seconds, but entire sections of the forest forest had been wiped out like it had been nothing.

3 attacks.

Naruto had roared and unleashed a shockwave, one that defeated most of the 1000 youkai that came rushing to assist them.

Naruto had cut her in half with a swipe of his claw, and he had got Jiraiya caught in that same attack.

Finally, when he was about to finish her off, Jiraiya had placed the seal on his forehead, and the chakra faded away instantly. He returned to his normal self and passed out.

"... I underestimated the Kyuubi's power... and overestimated our power... he isn't ready to handle it yet... will you be okay-"

"Will Naruto be okay... he was cloaked in it... his body... will HE be okay?" Yasaka finished having her torso and lower body reconnected. She stood up and hobbled towards Jiraiya, before she extended her hands to his wounds. She started to heal him the best she could, but he shook his head and gestured to Naruto.

He coughed out blood.

"Heal him first... we're not going to tell him about this... Naruto does not need to know. He just needs to know he isn't ready yet." Jiraiya was not going to tell Naruto that he almost killed them.

Yasaka coughed up blood.

She collapsed to her knees and spat out blood as the chakra that had invaded her body acted like a poison to her. Her body had been reattached, but the leftovers from her wounds remained. She moved slowly towards Naruto though, and started to heal him.

"... This is a secret... I agree with... that Kyuubi... the risk of it getting unsealed should never happen. It's power was immeasurable... we've got to keep Naruto safe." Yasaka collapsed onto her stomach, keeping her hands on Naruto as she transfered most of her remaining power to heal him. She would have access to more power if it were Kyoto they were in, but they weren't there. Not that she was in any condition to use that power at the moment.

It was so fast and brutal.

"That's the kind of monster it is."

"His parents... they were demons... they put this beast in their own son... what... what horrible... disgusting..." Yasaka felt tears burning her eyes. She could never imagine doing something like this with her own daughter, putting such a danger inside of her. Yet Naruto's parents had thought to put something like that in him.

"I disagree."

"We disagree on this..." Yasaka wasn't going to argue with Jiraiya.

'The Kyuubi can only be sealed in a person, even the Death God could only seal half of it away... Minato didn't have a choice. It was either Naruto or let the Kyuubi roam free... I'm sure Kushina would have been happen to seal it back in herself and die... but that would just delay it for a few years.' Jiraiya didn't like it either, but he wasn't like Yasaka. He knew the power of the kyuubi and knew what a Tailed Beast could do to some degree. The need to seal them was absolute in nature, and only select few Uzumaki could handle that beast.

Mito Uzumaki was born with special chakra that could handle the Kyuubi.
Kushina was born with that same chakra, so she was brought to the village to seal the beast.
Finally, Naruto was the only Uzumaki with that same powerful Uzumaki chakra that could handle the beast.

He beat his fist into the ground.

'... We disagree... but he's just as frustrated as I am... Naruto... what kind of pain has this monster caused you?' Yasaka used the last of her strength to grab Naruto's hand and hold it. She was finished healing his missing skin, using her power to boost his own healing.

She passed out holding his hand.
