Watching the characters grow from the shallow girl and the undead stalker from Buffy into the champions they became with their friendship was such a treat you just couldn't help but route for it to become more.

Gunn/Gwen

Seeing the two characters just actually having fun after the hell of season four was just nice. probably wouldn't last but would be nice to see.

Wes/Fred

Umm I can't describe it just watch it... preferably with soft tissues.

Wes/Lilah

Never would have thought since the premiere something like this would work. Leave it to a Whedon show to prove me wrong.

Against:

Conner/Cordelia

I don't care what the excuse is or how bad the world was. Finding out someone slept with someone they once wrapped up in a diaper should set off every red flag you have and cage them up to figure out what's wrong!

Faith/Angel

To this day the only reason I think Angel was able to save Faith was because he's the only one that didn't look at her for sex. They're pretty much their brother and sister figures as they should be.

Arrow

For:

Thea/Roy

Rich/Poor the actors made it work and told a very convincing story.

Diggle/Lyla

Can't say a thing about them.

Laurel/Tommy

If just to see Laurel let her hair down and Tommy grow up. It was fun to see how much they changed each other.

Oliver (Post Slade)/ Laurel(Black Canary)

While I couldn't stand these two in the past seeing the two people they became was a far more better fit. What could have been.

Sara/Nyssa

Sara humanizes Nyssa. Nyssa is so in love with her that she'd send her off to literally anyone else that would make her happier because that's what she wants. I love these two as a couple. Almost as much as the next one.

Oliver/Sara

This was a personal favorite of mine as they each helped each other grow and reenter to the world in a natural fit until Sara pulled the "I have to go now, my planet needs me." line for the thing below in against.

Oliver/Sara/Nyssa

One of only two threesomes I can get behind. It would fit into the image of Oliver Queen as a playboy. Sara clearly loved them both deeply to the point of leaving Oliver out of fear of corrupting him. I honestly think Oliver and Nyssa have better chemistry then most of Oliver's love interests.

Felicity/Ray

Two adorkable personalities. It was nice and unlike... the other one. Ray and Felicity would equally call each other out on their crap.

Against:

Malcolm/Anyone with a half decent soul

The man might have started off as a good person but it's safe to say that man is long gone. He saw the Abyss and just jumped and kept going. Manipulates everyone in his path even his own children and would gladly throw them under the bus for his own power. Merlyn doesn't deserve happiness. He pissed away every chance he had.

Oliver/Felicity

It was cute at first but now just... dear god just make it stop! They took my once favorite character and have me praying it's her in the grave. She's been shilled beyond redemption and I'm pretty sure Oliver's IQ has dropped to somewhere between 8-15 because of this crap. Unlike Ray, Felcity is never called out for her me attitude, her blatant hypocrisy, Yes Oliver lied over traumatic things but she lied because she wanted her Oliver. Worst part is she is continually portrayed by Diggle as salt of the earth good for Oliver when its about the same as The Huntress now. I can't even get into Laurel without my stomach curdling. I never thought a relationship between what used to be my two favorite characters would come this close to have me saying "* it I'm out on the whole show."

Both victims of the Joker both anti heroes looking from something decent in their lives.

If anyone can help me find this fic again please let me know. Harley consoles him after he saves her from Joker's latest attempt to kill her and it just grows to more with them bonding over what Joker did to them and constantly trolling Bruce. I forgot to favorite it, I can't remember the name and I can't find it now.

Harley Quinn/Poison Ivy

They work wonderfully and honestly it''s just nice to see two people happy in Gotham

You're not supposed to root for these two ever. The nicest thing I can say about Joker is he named a constellation of stars after her. And by that I mean he killed her quick and painlessly and turned her into a constellation of stars.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer

For:

Willow/Oz

They just worked, not as good as later relationships but they worked, I can't describe it.

Willow/Tara

The two actresses made it work so good I was so into the story. I was starting to go against it in seaosn 6 but to my surprise and showing how much she's grown from her relationship with Willow, Tara stopped it herself and got it to a good place but the rules of a Whedon show.

Xander/Anya

The two just worked as a calming blissful influence on each other. Anya challenged him to grow. And he helped bring her into the world in his own way.

Xander/Cordelia

Definite proof that opposites can attract a love that was so real it took a real life spin off to kill it.

Xander/Faith

I was hoping for more from these two after the Zeppo. With how badly their home lives were and the way they act they're a natural fit. I want to see more of them.

Xander/Jenny

No one is more surprised to find this then me. But they work. The real challenge is finding a fic that doesn't bash Angel in the process or turn Buffy into a love sick neanderthal.

Buffy/Xander

Not early in the show but in season 7 the way they're living and essentially co parenting Dawn I was wondering if just having the two of them to themselves all summer pushed it into more and we're not going to find out till later. Hell watching it in a theater in college led to someone shouting 'kiss her you fool!' to the laughter of the entire theater.

Buffy/Tara

This is honestly the best Buffy pairing I've read. A calming influence compared to the madness of Buffy's live. Buffy does love the people she's with and Tara is generally the best traits of Angel, Spike, and Riley without none of the baggage. Hell just seeing the friendship they had in season 6 made me wanna see more.

Willow/Xander

I like their friendship and feel that it could have grown to more but has a very limited window for it to happen. Usually at the beginning of Season 2 before the Kendra two parter.

Buffy/Willow/Xander

You can tell these three love each other and if it happened I swear like 90% of the Buffyverse drama would be gone. Willow has always loved Xander and grilled Satsu for questions about Buffy. Xander has always loved Willow and has been in love with Buffy since he met her. Season 8 shows never say never with Buffy because god know what will happen.

Against:

Giles/Any Scooby that's not Jenny.

You ever notice how Buffy and Dawn's dad ignore them. How Willow's dad ignores her. How you wish Xander's dad would ignore him. How Cordy's father is in jail. How Tara's dad would have just let her brother beat her and probably has already. Giles is the scoobies' collective father. So no, just no.

Buffy/Angel

While I actually would like to see them try later in life. When they did it just fell flat. Angel was a lovesick puppy. And when he saw the age difference he got crap from Willow and Giles did nothing. So I blame almost everyone except for Xander whom hated Angel more then anyone else. I blame both sides for that glorious car wreck.

Riley/Buffy

I honestly think Riley had more chemistry with Willow while trying to get with Buffy to the point I thought Riley would date Buffy a couple times then go to Willow until Tara showed up. He was bland and as it ended up teutonic who couldn't handle the fact Buffy was stronger then him just imagine how it would have gone with Willow. bad lead for a Buffy show.

Mortal Kombat

For:

Sub Zero (KL)/Sareena

Two peoples lives damaged by Quan Chi finding each other I wanted to see more of this after Armageddon. Especially with where they both were during the end of 9. But wasn't in the cards for X.

Against

Cage/Sonya

X confirmed it but I always knew they had nothing but defending the realm.

Takeda/Jaqui

I just hate the kombat kids they take away focus from their parents. Also they felt like a power ranger esque team. not something I wanted in Mortal Kombat.

Power Rangers

For:

Tommy/Kim

First ever Power Ranger Couple. Never felt like complete closure so it will always be held in high regard.

Tommy/Kat

Felt like it could have told a story to usurp the first pairing but everyone left the show.

Wes/Jen

Told such a story that it kept me watching when it was long after I stopped watching other teams. Second favorite Red Ranger and all time favorite pink. Hit all the right notes. And told a tragic story so powerful it made an actual show writer quit when they couldn't stay together.

Taylor/Eric

A couple of scenes in the crossover told a story you wanted more of but weren't getting.

Jason/Lauren

Take my favorite Ranger. pair him up with the best idea I've seen for a ranger, each with failures under their belt, add in the highlights of Wes and Jen and it kept me buying shattered grid wanting it to end differently then what I knew was coming.

Vesper/Eddie

This shouldn't have worked. But it did. Two very different people with very different issues. trying to break free of who they were. They are also the biggest part of what upsets me that the series ended on a cliffhanger.

Lois/Clark (Pariah-Icarus)

It's Lois and Clark do I even have to say anything?

Chloe/Clark

I wanted this to happen in season 6. I thought it would and pretty sure it was supposed as they looked like a couple at the end of season 6 episode 2 but the showrunners had an unhealthy obsession with Lana they passed onto Clark.

Lois/Oliver

The two had something great and the reasoning for the break up makes sense at that point in time and the heartbreak came later when you saw Lois was ready for something like that just with Clark not Oliver. I honestly think these two would have been married if Clark wasn't around. What could have been.

Chloe/Oliver

It's the same as Lois/Oliver without the issues. Of course it worked

Clark/Alicia

She was his first love. When he was choking the sandman he didn't say "She did things to my body and you took her away from me." The actors were amazing and made me want more of this relationship to the point that to this day I'm still pissed they killed her off like they did. And Clark telling Lana he never loved her pisses me off.

Clark/Tess

I wanted to see it. In later seasons I wanted to see it more because of what they did to Lois and the reveal on Tess. My favorite SV pairing to read but sadly it's few and far between.

Clark/Lana

Fanfic only and I'm blaming LycoX for it.

Cute at first but dear god did it drag on too long thanks to the writer's shilling Lana and giving her things she shouldn't be able to do instantly at the age of 15. Watch an episode with commentary from the creators on the magic of Lana. You'll feel like you need a shower at the credits as bad as Kirsten Kreuk does. There's a reason once her contract was finished she bolted and never came back. Lana was a bland character and nothing worked about them. He loved the idea of Lana she loved whatever Clark was that week. The show shilled her so much they made Lois into a consolation prize.

Ironically this is from someone who loves comics Lana more then Lois.

Lois/Clark (Post Hawkman's death)

I don't know why but it just seemed like she stopped loving Clark and fell in love with the idea of Superman. To the point she won't even acknowledge Clark in the office in the distant finale unless they're sure no one's watching.
