It was two months after the Blip. With the last day of school before winter break just ending. Peter wanted to buy his girlfriends some presents. So Peter Parker just got a job as a photographer for the Daily Bugle.

J.J Jameson's assistant Betty Brant suggested it to him. It was a part time job she got after the Blip.

Peter was very impressed with her reports of the Heroics of the Avengers and Spider-man that she was reporting for Midtown News. Betty was confiding in Peter as she looked over his pictures of the Feeding the Veteran's food pantry event, "Great pictures, I don't know why Mr. Jameson keeps publishing bad press about Spider-man or other Avengers who choose to keep their identies private. They aren't the bad guys."

Peter put down a few photos of a team up of Spider-man and Wong handling Black Tarantula. A magic weilding crime boss from South America who was setting up a foothold in New York. Wong and Spider-man lost track of him once they were distracted by the police. Peter put on his best smile, "As long as I get paid, does it really matter?"

Betty stood up defiantily, "Of course it does, Peter. When I set up a proper news publishing firm, I will portray the heroes how they truly are. Not slander them."

Peter rose an imaginary mug to her, "Well, hire me boss when you do."

Spider-man was later sitting on top a street lamp watching a busiling movie theater. While, three of the Spiderbots were taking pictures of the event.

Ghost Spider materialized beside him, floating in midair. She spoke with a smile to him, "Enjoying the guard duty?"

Spider-man replied to his GF, "Extremely. Not only is the Monarch of Symkaria visiting Brooklyn. But, she's coming to the Nitehawk Cinema for the movie premiere of Huntsmen of the Nazis. Which has up and coming star actress Mary Jane Watson playing a leading role, also attending the premiere. Two A list celebs. Bound to be a hit planned."

Ghost Spider giggled as she saw the first limo pull up, "And no doubt, hotties."

The first limousine had the monarch of Symkaria exit, Silvija Sablinova, better known as Silver Sable. Her silver hair was held up in a bun, going rather well with her military uniform. Her lavender eyes sparkled as she smiled to the public. Spider-man observed that her pewter military uniform was rather form fitting. Definitely drawing the eyes of the young hero.

Ghost Spider giggled, "Told ya."

Spider-man replied, "I'm just surveilling. Totally, professional here."

Ghost Spider snarked back, "Don't forget loverboy, I'm also apart of your HUD."

The next limousine stopped letting out famous young actress Mary Jane Watson. She was wearing a black and red dress, with the red fabric zigzaging across the upper torso looking like a wicked 'Jackpot'. Her red hair and green eyes were dazzling.

Ghost Spider joked with Spider-man, "Heart rate has spiked."

Peter shot a web at her knowing the short spurt would fly through her, "Not funny."

Just as the two were about to get into a banter match. Spider-man felt his spider-sense tingle, "Take cover!"

Spider-man used his web to zip across to the theater front. Hr couldn't pay attention to the running people, his spider-sense was going into overdrive. His mind was tingling even more as he kicked the limousine up into the air.

Silvija's guards grabbed her as soon as they saw Spider-man kick the limousine into the air. Spider-man saw the bomb placed on the bottom of the vehicle that was now airborne. One of the guards aimed a gun at him thinking he was the threat.

Spider-man webbed the gun while simultaneously webbing with his other hand the bomb on the bottom of the limousine. He yanked both and had his suit's extra metal legs extend. With new solid light projectors installed, Peter made a gold web design forcefield dome over himself in a 35 foot radius.

The explosion sent debris into several places. Luckily, Ghost Spider used the same solid light technology from her now two dozen spiderbots to protect the public.

Mary Jane walked up and said, "Thanks, Tiger."

Spider-man's spider-sense intentified as a cackling was heard. Spider-man shoved both the actress and monarch away. Letting webbing out to form cocoons over them, "Stay there!"

Spider-man turned to see from the crowd walk up Little Loco. A gangster underling for the Black Tarantula, "Hahahaha, BT is going to be pissed if I duck this shot up. I got a hit for Silva baby over there. And used Red to deliver it!"

Spider-man looked as Little Loco took out a black spider medallion, "Whatever Black Tarantula gave you to use. It isn't worth it, Luis!"
