According to my stats, an amazing number of people have been looking at this, so maybe I ought to put something profound here:

SO...

I'm having troubles getting the words to flow on anything. I recently sat down and forced out the 2.2k words that became "It just tastes better", but that hasn't helped in the slightest. Chapter 24 of Technomage continues to not cooperate I'm up to 4300 words and just can't get the second task to jell. The third task is similarly going nowhere, though I do have the aftermath of the Third finished and I'm happy with it.

Death's Knight Chapter 5 is outlined and prepped. If Technomage or Distaff don't break free, I may end up moving on to it. Or possibly chapter 4 of Legion, which is also ready to go.

Status of my current works: Dismal. A massive, massive case of writers block.

Harry Potter and the Invincible Technomage: Chapter 25 is fully outlined sitting at about 8.2k words, aiming at 10k.

Harry Potter and the Distaff Side: Chapter 18, fully outlined and sitting at: 5k words aiming at about 8K

Death's Knight: Chapter 5, fully outlined w/ Harry heading into space, and sort of regretting it.

Legion: Chapter 4, mostly outlined. Borrowing a concept or two from a favorite fic, just for the giggles

Yet another of the stories I play with when I can't get the words to flow on my current focus; Working title: Titans... A post-war story in which Harry survived the war ending up with both Tom and Albus' minds cohabitating in his body. In order to allow Harry to maintain his sanity while dealing with these two forceful personalities in his head, she searches for, and finds, something that Harry could focus on that neither Tom nor Albus would have any interest in... Heterosexual Sex.

Unfortunately, she decides that a potion would assist in maintaining Harry's focus, once Harry understands what has happened, he rejects his live-in lover and when recruited by a mysterious young woman to prevent the end of the world, Harry decides to go for it and ends up as the 7th member of the classic Marv Wolfman/George Perez run of the New Teen Titans.

Here is a taste of the scene where Harry confronts Slade Wilson after he attacked the Titans in the End Game of my version of the Judas Contract storyline. Needless to say, Harry isn't overly happy with how Slade had been treating Terra...

Slade Wilson snarled in frustration when he entered the non-descript house he was using as a base for his operations against the Titans.

The traps had been perfect, but the one with no powers had escaped, and then Robin had evaded Slade himself. Failure was part and parcel of a Mercenary's life, but Slade was unaccustomed to it. Personal failure annoyed him even more.

"Wintergreen!" he called out.

"Mr. Wintergreen is taking a bit of a nap, Mr. Wilson," a voice with the accents of southern England responded. The Magician!

Instantly Slade side-armed a flash-bang grenade in the direction the voice had come from while his right hand pulled his pistol from its holster, he launched himself to the left, rotating to face the speaker, and closed his only eye just as the flash-bang was supposed to detonate to protect his vision.

"Neat," the Magician's voice said when the grenade failed to go off. Slade opened his eye to find the young Englishman sitting at the living room bar, holding the flash-bang in his left hand and examining it with great interest. "This is the kind that makes a loud noise and bright light to confuse your victims, right?"

Slade responded with three rounds from his pistol, his eye widening when the rounds froze in mid-air three feet from the hero, hanging suspended in the air for a full second before dropping to the carpeted floor.

"You don't need to worry about disturbing your neighbors," the Englishman said conversationally. "I've got a full sound baffle on the place." The Magician raised his right hand and gestured. The door behind him slammed shut, and the windows took on a blue glow. "And we don't need to worry about being interrupted. I think we should really discuss the meal you sent to my room in the Tower."

Slade launched himself toward the Magician pulling his sword as he did so, hoping that it would succeed where his pistol and grenade did not. The Englishman gestured again, and Slade's legs locked together, and he dropped the sword as he lost control of his arms before they slapped to his sides. His momentum was unaffected by this loss of bodily control, and Slade fell face-first to the carpet, laying there for a full three seconds, struggling to force his body back into his control. He lifted into the air, was rotating to face the Englishman. He clearly was not what Slade had suspected him to be. This was no mere magician; the boy's powers were far beyond any he had ever encountered.

"Why do you lot always insist upon fighting?" the boy asked rhetorically. "I didn't attack, I was pleasant, but you still threw a bomb at me. I disabled that, you tried to shoot me. That didn't work, you decide that a sword, a weapon outclassed for a century might work when the others didn't."

Slade's body moved to the sofa, his body taking a sitting position.

"You're going to miss your meeting with the Hive, Mr. Wilson," the Englishman continued taking a seat on a chair facing the sofa. "In all honesty, it's taking all of my will power to keep from killing you. It's unfortunate for you that Terra stopped by to check on me after she disabled Rachel. She entered my room bragging about how she was instrumental in my capture, then she saw I was free, she tried to attack me, but just like you, I dealt with her. Then I tried to find out what was going on, she wouldn't cooperate, so I looked into her mind. You can talk now, I'd love to hear your explanations for everything you've done."

"You won't get into my mind!" Slade declared.

"Oh, I'm sure you know all the tricks to prevent a telepath from knowing what you're thinking," the Englishman laughed. "The problem with that is that I'm not a telepath.”
