Update March 26, 2021:

So,

It's been some time.

I mentioned this in my last update but I was taking some time off because of a surgical procedure. Turns out, I vastly underestimated how much time it'd take me to recover. I spend a lot of time in physical therapy. While I was learning how to walk again and stuff, the pandemic hit. I was still too weak to travel, so I ended locked out of my country. That was fun. Nothing quite like the uncertainty of having to move from one hotel to another while your body recovers enough to travel.

That was the first half of 2020 for me. Pretty amazing experience. Wouldn't repeat it, but I definitely wouldn't trade it.

Anyway, as you can imagine, I didn't do a lot of fanfic writing during those days.

After I finally managed to return home, well, I had honestly lost the habit. Not for writing in general, but for fics. I managed to write a chapter for Individual System in September and then just... kept forgetting to go over it to post it. I kept putting it off for later. It seemed like I was always busy with something else. "This is more important. I'll do that later." Then I just never did, and the months kept passing. Things kept happening. Fic writing kept taking a backseat.

It's 2021 now. That's... crazy, really.

Also, there was this one day I logged in and realized I had a bunch of PMs I hadn't noticed. Apparently, there was a bug or something? Honestly, it felt awkward to reply to messages I had failed to noticed for so many months, so I didn't but still. Sorry about that. Then I didn't reply the most recent PMs I did see because it felt unfair to the unreplied former PMs, which is dumb but so am I.

So yeah, consider this a reply to all those PMs.

I'm okay.

I'm going to keep writing fics.

Can't promise an update every two weeks like before, but I will try to update at least once a month or so.
