A team of archaeologists went inside what it seems to be the inner labyrinth of some ancient underground tunnel system, as their hand touched each wall unknown scriptures start to appear more and more. All of them are amazed after reaching the main chamber and see a human sized stone beetle right inside the dark room.
The first man that saw it smiled in glee, seeing that it had a glowing red stone and the jewel in that thing, from just watching he can assume its at least worth more than a 650,000 for each when it's included as a single piece, the men behind him also think the same idea, they been working for plenty days and they didn't consider the paycheck was good enough to cover the hard work.
Adams: So, should we tell Anderson about this ?
The guy from behind Adams, Named Hendricks speaks, worried what if their scheme was found out. Only to get his head slapped by their leader, Portland.
Portland: fool!! Look, we've been working day and night here digging this stuff and you think your son's medical bill would pay by itself!? Look, I know this rich ass guy in Brazil who is obsessed with throwing birthday parties around while spending all his money to buy out these strange artifacts. He will attend a secret auction in Las Vegas this month.
Sarah: Look Portland's right, I'm tired here too and didn't you hear what happened to the other site? Would you think they gave your son compensation for it?
Hendricks lost his words as the two strongly glared together at him, he could not make a word to fight back and so he just nodded and accepted it.
Portland: Good~ tonight after Anderson falls asleep, we take this treasure out, tell the others about the plans, cause soon we will be rich men.
The man placed his arms on both shoulders , the subordinate can't get his mind away that this may bring them trouble later on.
(With Daguva)
Daguva was pacing around, angry that the Gegaru wasn't complete. Haxus in the room as well, creating a new weapon of some kind.
Daguva: We need an edge against Kuuga, he cannot be allowed to gain anymore power.
Haxus: What about his allies, we could destroy them, and he would be left with nothing.
Daguva: His anger will only make him stronger, and it's not time for the final round.
While he was walking around, he felt a pulse of energy coming from earth. He looks to where it came from and has the globe he has in his room magnify where it came from. What he saw angered him.
Daguva: Gouram.
Haxus looks up.
Haxus: Gouram? The armour beetle?
Daguva: Yes, it seems that it wasn't in Angel Grove with Riku when he defeated us, now humans have their hands on it.
Haxus: What shall we do master?
Daguva: Simple Haxus, we send the next players to this...Las Vegas, and have them complete it there while capturing the Gouram for us. Kuuga must never get it.
Haxus: Yessir.
Haxus leaves and transports to earth.
Daguva: You can't protect every Linto Kuuga. This will be your downfall.
(At the Grongi main base)
Baruba was waiting for confirmation about who to choose, before Haxus entered the building.
Baruba: Haxus, what is going on?
Haxus: The master wants two of the Grongi to head to a different city to complete their Gegaru.
Gooma: Oh please, My lady, my turn was taken away from that abomination.
Baruba slams Gooma into the wall.
Baruba: You and Terobi are the only ones left of the ZU, now it's time for the ME to begin.
A man in a dunce cap and white jean jacket and pants steps forth.
???: ME-Giiga-Gi at your service, My lady.
A man steps forth, with a orange vest and pants, and a hard hat.
???: ME-Otoy-Gi as well, Lady Baruba.
Baruba: Will these two suffice, Haxus?
Haxus: These two will do well enough, my lady.
They hear growls before Protetus and a Jaguar lord step forth.
Protetus: You won't be going anywhere without us coming along.
Baruba: Very well, what is his name?
Protetus: His name is Albus, he will be joining us, taking over since Oceanus was killed.
Otoy: Hahahaha! I got just the thing to keep us truly disguised.
He motions for everyone to follow him, and they enter the docking area, where they see a truck, all stylized.
Baruba: Where did you find this?
Otoy: During the last Gegaru, it's fun to be in, it even moves faster than horses. It will be the perfect disguise.
Haxus looks at it and wonders if it can be small.
Protetus: Then take it, we shall meet up there.
The two Lords soon disappear, and leave the Grongi alone. Haxus turns towards Giiga and Otoy.
Haxus: The master also wants you to look for Houram, he senses it in this city. Find it and capture it.
Both of them nod before getting in the truck, and head off towards Las Vegas.
(At the lab)
The Professor and Keeter were currently testing the now partially completed prototype of the G3 system.
Keeter: Do you think it's ready, Professor?
Phenomenus: No, I don't think it's truly ready yet, Franklin, but the Chief wants the prototype finished.
Keeter: How long do you think this suit will last in combat?
Phenomenus: Based on everything we have done to complete it, I'd say an hour at most.
A computer soon comes online, showing a name, and Phenomenus heads over to it.
Phenomenus: Hmm, Oh Anderson is calling, I wonder what he found.
Anderson calls out Phenomenus standing at the webcam calling over via live chat with his trusted laptop just nearby the digging site.
Phenoumous: good to see you back Anderson, how was the digging site doing?
Anderson gave her some awkward smile as he scratch the back of his neck awkwardly , he can't even maintain a direct eye contact knowing he might make some huge blunder at the site.
Anderson: Okay just to be sure I got good news and bad news.
Phenoumous: Did something happen anderson?
Anderson swallow his spit cannot take anymore of the pressure
Anderson: We happen to find a new area inside the digging site, in it there is this huge labyrinth under it which contains another secret script about Kuuga and possibly even the ULF, here take a look at these files.
Anderson sends out picture and scripture of and photos about the giant beetle known as Gouram by ancient text, the Professor and Keeter then read and translate it to their surprise, He actually very much excited about the discovery
Phenoumous: Ohohoho, this is perfect!!! Anderson, did you locate this beetle in that area?
Anderson: well... Here the bad news now, we...lost it.
Phenoumous: you what!!!!!!? Did the ULF take it!? Where is that artifact taken now!?
He screamed so loud at the mic giving him a loud ringing from the speaker, and there even the inspector also surprised by her.she had many more question and so much frustration on how the hell he manage to get it stolen
Anderson: it was stolen by one of the worker we hired, seems like after digging through one if their history, we might accidentally hired smuggler ...and...oh please don't kill me
Phenomenus face palmed, after all his hard work helping Kuuga and getting the g3 project in its prototype stage. He now had to deal with artifact thieves, this was way out of his league so she looked back at the only police member in her room with an annoyed look.
Phenousmous: Hey ummm Stone, we got a situation can you track down these people for me while you on testing that G3 suit and also bring Skull just in case
Stone: tracking thieves? Why should we bring the prototype and Skull?
Phenoumous: Just incase, now i'll need to have some Coffee again, you going to be a lot of trouble when i see you anderson
Phenomenus shuts off the computer and leaves the room.
(With Skull)
Over the next four days. Skull was training with the Rangers, after Zordon called on him. He was learning to control the senses Pegasus form enhances. It wasn't really a good experience to use as he sometimes complained about how painful his ear and brain get when the form was active. He was currently in a dark room, in Pegasus form using his hearing to find Kim and Zach, who were hiding. He heard footsteps and shot where they were coming from. He heard a groan and knew he shot one person, and then took aim at the last person and shot after hearing their breathing and footsteps. He went back into Mighty form
Skull: thanks for the training, seems like i'm starting to get a hang of this form really
Kimberly: For a first timer I gotta say, did you practice shooting before?
Skull: ehmm not really, it's just that when i activate the green form it felt like my head is just suddenly filled with so much information , everything felt so slow and my hearing was sharpened to a hundred, i can even see things on a microscopic level , but overall it make my whole body felt so much weaker that i felt like walking stick.
The two laughed up and morphed back to their original form before exiting the training room, Zordon and the other ranger are watching the screen seeing the news after the giant grongi appear. The camera zoom to the devastation level caused by the grongi was more collaretal than the monster ranger face. The news then changed to show two pictures of both kuuga and Gills.
News reporter: ever since the discovery of these murderous monsters running into town at least 120 people of california have been found dead, how will the police handle this situation can we even trust the ranger anymore? Officer chief Jackson of angel grove police department your answer please.
Chief Jackson: People of angel groove. I know we had a tough time handling this situation but we can assure you, we are trying our best to find these blood thirsty lunatics to their very root for the safety of our town.
News reporter: and how about the so-called kuuga and the ranger? Will they also take part to protect us from these murderers sir?
The channel was cut off by Billy seeing that it may be too heavy for Skull.
Billy: Look, you did your best too out there, it's just that even with zordon surveillance we still had a hard time tracking them just before they start a kill.
Skull knows that he is still too weak in many aspects, in his last fight before there was plenty of life he couldn't save in time, but even so he cannot back down now or else more blood would be shed by the grongi for their pleasure for gegeru. Kimberly then patted his shoulder and smiled for a little encouragement, with Jason standing next to the zordon tube.
Zordon: Skull... I know right now you still have doubt in your strength but remember this, rider path has never been a pleasant one, you still have many more form you need to master and the rangers will help you achieve it, just as a ranger you are now a protector too for those you cared, my old friend, an edenoi king was once like yourself.
Skull: Edenoi? What kind of planet is it?
Zordon: it was once a prosperous planet where alpha 5 was manufactured, but things might have changed now since i haven't visited it again. It was where the riders were once ce from before their tech eventual ce to earth and landed on your hand in a form of that belt.
Billy: Hey Zordon, a question about Skull's ability to change, but does Bulk also possess the same ability like that?
Zordon: yes but unlike Skull, Bull hasn't evolved from his larvae form just yet, he is not ready to be Agito.
Billy: And What should he do to evolve?
Zordon: That is only something he needs to find out for himself. As for you Skull,!right now i want you to train with Jason using a sword
Skull: Wait, I don't get time to rest!?
Jason: Sorry Skull buuuut you heard what the big man says, the town is in danger and we need you in a much better shape when a new one pops out of nowhere.
(A few hours later)
A truck was driving over the rocky terrain, before making it to a road and near Las Vegas, inside Otoy and Giiga were just sitting, Giiga had a bored look on his face, while Otoy had a crazed smile on his face.
Otoy: Oh, we made it in record time. I can't wait to see what this new Linto city brings us
Giiga: Just bring us to the Lords Otoy, I grow tired of waiting.
Otoy: Fine, just give me a sec to read where it was.
He pulls out a drawn map that showed where their temporary base was, and drove there. When they got there's they saw Protetus and Albus waiting for them. They both get out of the truck.
Otoy: Haahaha, these Linto won't even figure out that we are here, especially with this.
Giiga: More like it paints a target on our back.
Otoy: I can change how it looks, no need to be a sour puss Giiga.
Protetus walks up to Giiga.
Protetus: I assume you are the one to start?
Giiga: Yes, I am.
Protetus: Good, there is an entire warehouse over that way, with 15 seed holders, that should get you started.
(At Bull's house at the same time)
Right inside Bulk's house, Skull decided to visit for a while and Bulk could see he didn't look very well and was mostly beaten up.
Bulk: Jeez Skull, what the hell happened to you?
Skull: Long story short i was first trained my green form and ouch ouch ouch my back...Zordon decided to put me in this sword training with The red ranger, one on one, i will say red was a natural and he end up beat me several times , and he not even using his ranger sword.
A cracking sound heard from skull back ribs just before he slowly took a seat, Bulk then tossed him some ice just to ease some pain.
Skull: thanks man, so where is your mom?
Bulk: Mom is out for today, shopping, she even invited Jessica. I think mom likes her. Skull, I appreciate how you helped me keep her safe.
Skull: Hey, we're best friend remember you did the same to me when i was just snot at grade school.
Bulk laughed as Skull places the ice pack on his back.
Bulk: I wish I could do it as good as you, even when I'm Gills, I'm still struggling to fight the lord or the grongi myself.
Skull: You know bulk, i think... Ooh come on!!!
Suddenly Skull's cell phone starts to ring, he looks at the number it's from Stone. Bulk laughed at him back and slaps his shoulder
Bulk: It's not easy to be a hero, hehe, you go out there while I keep the others safe.
(Las Vegas warehouse area)
A single large truck entered the warehouse. On the inside, three people cheer together celebrating what they can get after the auction, and got out to help unload the artifact.
Portland: ahahahah see told you it was easy! Ahaha come amigo drink up!! You just finally that first class medical service for your boy isn't that right ?
The guy look at the girl behind him who also half drunken a bit after their journey
Sarah: come cheer up soon after we brought that plane ticket to brazil we'll be free.
Hendricks: stop!! This is wrong!! What happens if that thing brings us trouble!?
Adams: Listen here , there is nonsuch thing as curse okay, and the ranger wont even attempt to come here since we have no monsters, we don't terrorize towns, we're just here for money like you who need that medical bill. All we need now is buy that ticket and you can do and shout as you please, get it? And don't even think to tell anyone.
Suddenly without any warning he saw a squidman already standing behind him with his clawed hand squeezing Portland's neck but Portland just melted in his hand.
Giiga: Hello hehehe
Giiga then spits his acid at Sarah who screams in pain before melting as well, before turning towards Hendricks
Hendricks: P..please im sorry!! I'm sorry!!! We didn't mean to steal it!! Please, I have a son!! I don't wanna die!!
Giiga: Now listen linto, i can make this very easy for you, you first tell me where you find this stone beatle for me and i promise to let you live
Guy: Okay okay!! I'll tell you where !! It's in the auction house!! In the city and... Aaaaaaaaaa Rgghh!!!!
The grongi shoot out his acid spray right after he tell him everything leaving his body with a picture of his son unmelted
Giiga: aaaaaand that's 15, oh i love this town, so many to kill, this is just the right place for my hunt hahahahaha
Daguva talks to Giiga via telepathy
Daguva: don't be happy just yet Giiga, remember you must find Gouram before kuuga does. It also seems like the police have been more active than usual, make sure no one finds you while you search it. I'll be sending another one for the gegeru so don't disappoint me Giiga.
Giiga: Yes lord daguva.
Giiga jumps off the boat and back into the water.
