-Back In The Present-

Takiyama stepped out of the Flower with a slight yawn, the sunlight invading his sight. Beside him, a male stepped out, wiping his hands upon the apron he wore over his outfit. The male had light brown hair that seemed to be only a slight bit messy and jade green eyes. His outfit was a tiny bit questionable, having been a blue t-shirt, gray cargo pants, and pure black tanker boots. Around his neck hung a pair of headphones, black on the outside and a green blue on the inside.

"Thanks for the meal Seth-Kun. Your cooking really is amazing," Takiyama thanked his friend who chuckled in returned. "Anytime man," his friend, Seth, responded, finished with drying his hands. Seth then glanced across the street, seeing someone trying to climb a tree in a uniform. "Hey, isn't that Biki-Chan?"

Sure enough, across the street, Hibiki was there, already about a foot up in a tree. In her arms was a pure white cat. "She probably went up there to save it," Takiyama sighed, knowing full well that Hibiki was most likely gonna be late for her classes. After glancing down the street, the two males walked over, looking up the tree to see the cream-haired female. Hibiki looked down at the two, knowing full well what they thought when she recognized them. "Seth-Kun... Toki-Kun..." she muttered, glancing away to find a way out and avoid eye contact. Takiyama sighed, failing against her adorableness. "Come on, I'll catch you," He said, holding his arms out to her.

"Hai," Hibiki answered with, slowly climbing out of the tree before falling. She was then caught by the male, getting gently sat down on her feet afterwards. "You know you're most likely late Creme-Chan," Takiyama told her, crossing his arms. Hibiki sheepishly looked away, keeping her arms wrapped around the cat. Takiyama sighed before thinking for a moment. "How about I give you a ride to school?" he offered. This caused Hibiki to smile in response and nod. Seth smirked and nudged Takiyama a little, making the male blush a little that his friend had somewhat caught on to what he was up to.

Then, he took out his risephone, pressing an icon with a bike icon on it, and slipped it behind his back, holding over the driver that he had hiddened.

Accessing Bike App. Changing To Super Bike, Motorcycle Mode! Please watch your head.

Then, right after he did so and put his risephone away, a exact copy of it, only bigger, descended from the sky, startling the female and male with Takiyama. Takiyama then chuckled before going up to the enlarged risephone and tapping on one of the applications that had a picture of a motorcycle on it.

Motor Rise! Rise Hopper!

Panels on the phone began to move before it landed on rubber tires, now taking the form of an all black bike with a bit of highlighter yellow on the front of it. Takiyama slipped on a helmet before handing one to Hibiki, who managed to grab it and slip it on despite still holding the cat. Seth sighed softly before gently taking the white cat from Hibiki, telling her, "don't worry Biki-chan, I'll make sure Neko-chan gets something to eat." Hibiki nods, "Thanks Seth-Kun." Then both Takiyama and Hibiki climbed onto the once-phone-now-motorcycle before driving off. Seth gazed down at the cat now in his arms. "Now then, let's see what you'll eat," Seth spoke before walking back across the street and into his work.

"Tachibana-San." a teacher spoke, standing before Hibiki and Takiyama. It was obvious that this teacher was somewhat fed up with Hibiki being late. "Yes?" Hibiki quickly responded, startled, "Um, this kitty climbed up a tree, and couldn't get down..." "and?" "I thought he must be hungry-" "Tachibana-San!" Takiyama chuckled nervously at Hibiki's predicament before silently wishing Hibiki luck and slipping away. He wished he could do more for the girl, but there wasn't much to do. The male exited the building, rubbing his temple as he thought to himself.

He had clues to follow, clues that could lead him to someone extremely important. But where the clues might go, were a complete mystery to him. Climbing onto his bike, he lifted up his helmet and slipped it on. "Let's check by the company real quick," he spoke to himself, driving off toward the helix shaped building known as Hiden Intelligence. Upon parking in the parking lot, he was immediately greeted by a female Humagear.

She was dressed in primarily white and black clothing that was lined with blue, a black bow lined with blue pinned on her collar. "Welcome back Takiyama-Sacho," the Humagear, Is or Izu, greeted the company president. Takiyama sighed once his helmet was off, he still wasn't used to being called the president of Hiden Intelligence. After all, it had only been a couple of months since the death of Aruto Hiden. Takiyama got up, placing his bike's helmet on one of the handle bars before he went inside the building.

After entering and heading up to his office, he was met with two people waiting there for him. One of them was Genjurou, a still relatively new acquaintance of Takiyama. The other was a Humagear with short black hair wearing a primarily white outfit with rolled up sleeves. "Naki? Genjurou? What can I do for you today?" Takiyama asked as he took his seat at his desk, Is standing next to him.

"Me and Genjurou-San have come to the conclusion of a joint operation," the Humagear, Naki, told Takiyama. "Yes. We believe that it will benefit both of us, not only will AIMS be of any help if any Humagear problems arise, but we'll also have a Humagear squadron to help against Noise attacks," Genjurou explained, looking at the young company president.

Naki then locked eyes with Takiyama, "We also came to see if you've finalized your Kamen Rider Project." Takiyama chuckled to himself slightly, closing a folder on his desk that was left open earlier this morning. On the front of it, labeled in bold lettering were the words Kamen Rider Reinitialize Project. "It is actually, but planning on how to address the people i'm looking for may be awkward for some," he said, looking out the window with a small smile. This project was one he was working on to keep on his father's memories by keeping the riders he and his friends embodied.

Naki let a smile graze their lips. "For one of them, I may be of some assistance," they said, knowing one of Takiyama's chosen clients without even having to be told. "As can I," Genjurou spoke. Takiyama looked at them. "Thanks," he told them. subconsciously, he checked the time before freaking out. "The store's gonna close soon! I gotta go!" The male quickly got up, rushing to leave, but not before poking his head back into the room, saying , "I'll have the Humagear task force done as soon as I can!" This caused the two still there to stifle a chuckle after Takiyama left.

"According to the Self-Defense Force and Special Disaster Response team with the help of AIMS, the guided evacuation has been completed and the damage was held to a minimum. So they say," Miku explained as she exited a news article on her risephone. Miku was about the same as Hibiki, but her hair was done up with a pale ribbon and she sported a dark green hair color and teal colored orbs. Across from her, Hibiki was chowing down on some rice, happily content with her food. "That isn't too far from here, right?" Miku asked her friend, who nodded in response.

Some mutters then entered the room as some people's attention drifted from grabbing food or eating or talking to someone. Entering the cafeteria was none other than Tsubasa Kazanari. Upon hearing people mutter the idol's name, Hibiki moved to stand up, trembling slightly, only to be met face to face with the person she's wanted to meet ever since she remembered the days from the concert. Her hands trembled, shaking the chopsticks and bowl of rice in her hands. Nothing was said as everyone was silent. Silently, Tsubasa tapped a spot on her cheek, confusing Hibiki. The girl then realized what she meant and found a spot where some rice had left itself.

Later that day, Hibiki sat in her seat beside Miku with her head down, muttering, "I blew it... Tsubasa-San must think i have mental problems..." Miku then responded as she worked, "Well, at least she doesn't have the wrong idea." Hibiki turned her head to look up at Miku, "Are you gonna be a while with that?" "Yeah," Miku responded before realizing why she asked, "Oh, I get it. Tsubasa-San's CD comes out today. Aren't CDs kind of antiquated, though?" "Oh, shush.. First-edition CDs are packed with more bonus material," Hibiki happily responded. "Or are you just trying to get one for Takiyama-San?" Miku teased, causing the creme-haired female to blush. "O-O-Of co-course not! Y-you know how long i waited for this!" Hibiki responded, looking away from Miku. "Anyways, they're probably sold out," Miku suddenly said, causing Hibiki to jolt up in shock.

Hibiki happily chanted to herself as she carried her bag with her, happy she managed to get a CD, it was one of the very last ones, the other having been prepaid and saved for pick-up at some point. However, exhaustion got the better of Hibiki as she came to a stop in front of a convenience store. As she stood back up complete after gaining her breath, she froze still, glancing over to the inside of the store. It was empty with only piles of ash left in places. She then looked in front of her, seeing a casted down bike and another pile of ash, then the multiple piles all around her. She then realized the kind of trouble she was in. "Noise." However, someone's scream's suddenly entered her earshot and she turned, subconsciously running towards the scream.

Elsewhere, Tsubasa entered into a command room, looking distressed, "Someone fill me in!" "Trying to lock onto a signal now. First priority is identifying their location. Tsubasa frowned, looking at a holographic map. She was then distracted by Kanade entering the command room, sliding a gun shaped device into a pouch on the back of her waist. "Kanade?" Tsubasa spoke, surprised. "What? You thought you'd be going in alone?" Kanade asked, smirking, "I'm coming with."

"But Kanade! Your s-" "Nope! None of that! I can assure you I can handle it," Kanade reassured her. "Not without your team," Naki entered, followed by a pink haired male and a small group of 5 armed Humagears.

Back with Hibiki, she was running down an alleyway with a small girl at her side, running for her life as they tried to escape the noise. However, as they came to what they thought would be an exit, was a close off. In front of them was a stream and beside them were more noise. The small girl was shaken and scared, grabbing ahold of Hibiki's skirt, "Onee-Chan!" "Don't worry, I'm not leaving you," Hibiki told her. The girl glanced around for a way out before picking up the small girl and jumping into the water, deciding to swim across.

On the other side, the sounds of a bike began to come close. Suddenly, Takiyama on the Rise Hopper came to a stop on the other side and held out his hand to the girls, "come on!" Hibiki reached out to him, grabbing his hand. With a lot of heft, Takiyama lifted the two out of the water before they got on the bike. There, Takiyama drove off, hoping they would be leaving the Noise.

"We're a long way from the shelter!" Hibiki spoke, Takiyama driving down a path towards a tunnel. They were stopped however by Noise coming out of the tunnel. Coming to a halt, Takiyama looked both ways, seeing Noise slowly ganging up on them. A flash back then entered Hibiki's heading, 'Don't give up on life!' That's when she pointed to an entrance to a factory that was empty, "There!" Takiyama nodded and drove towards it, breaking past the rusted gate that blocked the path. 'That day... That time...', Hibiki thought, "There's only one person who can beat you! And That's Me!', 'They definitely saved me', Hibiki concluded.

As the trio continued through the factory to find a place to hide, Hibiki's mind continued. 'The girl who saved me', they passed through a building, 'and the hero who finished it,' stopping, they got off and began to quickly climb up a ladder. 'Sang gentle, yet powerful, songs,' Hibiki thought as she climbed up, above her Takiyama was climbing with the small girl clinging to his back.

Once they reached the top, the two girls collapsed onto the ground, breathing hard, while Takiyama panted, his hands on his knees. "Are we gonna die?" the little girl cried out. Both Takiyama and Hibiki looked at her and gently shook their heads, however the moment was short lived as they noticed a horde of Noise before them. The little girl quickly clinged to Hibiki as Takiyama stood before them, the Noise slowly advancing.

'There must be something...' Hibiki thought.

'There must be something I can do!'

"Don't give up on life!"

"Is!"

"Sacho!"

The moment happened all too quickly as Is had climbed up the ladder behind the girls and tossed something to Takiyama. Catching it, Takiyama strapped the driver to his waist and held out the Progrise key.

Zero-One Driver! Jump! Authorize!

The Zero-One Grasshopper landed in the middle of the Noise masses, crushing some of them before launching itself around. Flipping the key open, Takiyama slid the key into the driver. "Henshin!" Upon the Grasshopper breaking apart and forming onto Zero-One, Hibiki's eyes widened. "Toki... Kun..."

Progrise! To-Bia Ga Rise! Rising Hopper! A jump to the sky turns to a rider kick.

"Balwisyall nescell Gungnir tron."

A light then came from Hibiki's chest, blinding the Noise as well as Zero-One. "Nani!?", the rider spoke, glancing back at Hibiki.

Back at HQ, they were finally able to locate a signal. "I've isolated the signal! Position identified!" "We're detecting a different high-output energy than that of the noise! We've also located Zero-One!" "Identify that waveform! Hurry!" As Sakurai typed away, she was surprised by what she saw," Could it be... an aufwachen waveform?" The screen before everyone then displayed a code.

Code:

Gungnir

"Gungnir!?" Multiple people spoke. Both Tsubasa and Kanade were shocked by what they were hearing. "Quick! Send Zero-One a message that we're on our way!" Naki called out, "All tropes! Move out!"

Back on the scene, an energy field resonated around Hibiki, leaving the girl still in fear and confusion. The field then dispersed as a bodysuit then appeared on her form before machines began to rapidly pulsate from her back, expanding out before retracting back into her. The second time, it stopped as machine pieces locked into place on Hibiki's body. Hibiki then stood up, a fierce look at on her face.
