Well, let me tell you a little bit about myself! I'm 26 years old and I'm from the U.S., currently living in the state of New Hampshire. I do a little waitressing, a little school, and a lot of living for the moment. Hiking keeps me sane, and traveling is what I live for.

Writing, though, is my true passion. Fanfiction is my not-so-guilty pleasure and a fun way to practice and get feedback.

As for my fics, I pretty much only write self-inserts. Why? Because mentally going off on adventures with your favorite characters is literally the best release ever after a stressful day. You should try it sometime. But hey! If it's not your cup of tea, that's fine.

Fic status/updates

1/4/19 NOTE: Happy new year! Holy shit, tomorrow is NR's ten-year anniversary. Where the hell has the time gone. One second you're sixteen writing this shitty fanfic on a notepad, and the next you're twenty-six and you've gone through two cars and six jobs and four moves and a couple of shitty men and you've got life about 2% more figured out, but by god you're still writing that fucking fanfiction. WHAT A RIDE IT'S BEEN.

New Reality is the oldest of my stories, the most popular, and the one I focus my attention on 90% of the time. Witness OC Brit's initial debut, in the world of Tales of Symphonia! My first attempt at a realistic portrayal of a self-insertion, started when I was sixteen. Currently attempting to revise/rewrite the earliest chapters. Rest assured that the writing quality gets much better as the story goes on.

Status: 2147 words so far on chapter 68. I'M TRYING

The Path to Paradise is the sequel to Into the Nightmare. It takes place in Silent Hill 3, three years after the events in the first story. Still working some important plot points out in my head, so it might be a bit before I start updating this one regularly.

Status: Attempting chapter 4, heh...about 700 words down so far.

Far From Homeis my shot at a realistic Pokemon fic. My goal is for the story to have a deep plot and some sufficiently dark moments, but at the same time retaining some of the fun, lighthearted spirit of the games. In which Team Rocket is a legitimate criminal organization and Pokemon do more than just faint.

Status: Chapter 9 is up!

Operation: Avert Crisis is an unofficial sequel to NR - meaning, it's not "canon" as far as NR goes. The official sequel (if I decide to write it, in the distant future after I finish NR) will be a crossover with another Tales game (which one? HA, that's a secret!). Anyway, this is a story revolving around OC Brit attempting to save the life of Zack Fair - and, of course, she's going to bite off way more than she can chew. But that's the fun of it!

Status: 380 words so far on chapter 18... I'M SORRY I've been focusing on NR

Strong Heartsis yeeet another unofficial NR sequel, because obviously I don't have enough of them. This one takes place in Tales of Xillia, and is done very much in the style of ToX - there are two sides to the story, two main characters. One side follows OC Brit as she attempts to locate the source of a breach in the dimensional walls between Aselia, Earth, and Rieze Maxia in order to protect the worlds and secure a way back to her old friends. Another side follows Mithos, who survived the final battle and is now trying to piece his life together in an unfamiliar world. Their two paths will inevitably converge, and OC Brit will shit an entire brick.

Status: about 850 words down for the new chapter. I know, I'm terrible.
