I have noticed that you guys seem to like it when forgiveness is granted. So I guess it's time for Luan to take her spotlight. But I cannot guarantee that the other Louds, being Rita, Lynn Sr, Lori and Lynn Jr will be given the forgiveness boat from Luna and Sam, so I guess sorry not sorry. Anyway, enjoy reading this.

(S. Loud residence.)
It has been two days since Leni has been forgiven and made aware to see the infant. Luna is in the backyard enjoying the sunny day that has come down to give some energy to people, she then strums on her acoustic guitar which makes her son giggle and clap. Luna smiles seeing her son Lincoln sitting in front of her with Bun-Bun in hand and enjoying her music.
"You like that don't ya Linky?" Lincoln babbles and claps in response. "Okay then" She then strums her guitar again and then makes a rhythmic tune which makes Lincoln happier.
Lincoln then stands up and slowly walks his way to Luna, Luna puts her guitar away and embraces her son. "I got ya baby, I always got ya." She then kisses his cheeks which makes him squeal with happiness.
"You like that? Does my baby like that?" she then gives him a raspberry to his belly making him laugh. Luna also chuckles and lays on the grass with Lincoln on her belly. He crawls to her face and grabs her nose and cheeks, as if he was still trying to recognize his mom.
Luna giggles at this. "Hey there Lincoln, I know you can hear me and I know that when the time comes and from Lisa's words. You'll ….. You'll remember me, you'll remember who you are and … you'll remember what happened to you, I hope I can help you get through this when you reach the age it all happened my son." She then grabs Lincoln and sits up.
She sighs and then cradles her son in her arms. "Luna loves you little Linky." she then boops his nose which makes him giggle. Lune was then thinking of the rest of the life he'll have, he's gonna grow up and keep learning more about himself until he gains his memory back.
Lisa did tell Luna days ago, that with Lincoln know understanding some things around him, and also knowing the names of his two mothers. Somewhere Lincoln is in there and as Lisa calculated he will regain his full memory once he reaches the age it all happened, the age of when the Luck Ran out and wrecked their lives and his.
This was not going to be an easy thing to go through with Lincoln. Luna promises that she'll help him with the memories, but she doesn't know how he'll react when he finds out that she gave birth to him. She doesn't want him to be disappointed by all of this, but she'll understand if he gets angry at that.
Just then they hear the doorbell ring. Luna knows who it is. "Okay Linky, time to see you're aunties."
Luna gets up from the spot she was sitting on and she grabs her guitar and with her baby as well they head back into the house.
(Front door.)
"I ….. I ….. I don't know about this Leni, are you sure they'll wanna see me?" asked a very worried Luan.
"Luan please. We're no longer in the restraining order and they have forgiven me and I know they'll forgive you as well" replied Leni.
Luan sighs and looks down in disappointment. "Leni, it's been so long and mostly two years added since Lincoln …. Since he was born from, Luna. Man that is hard for me to think."
Leni puts a hand onto Luan's shoulder. "Don't worry about it Luan, just think of what you can say to Luna to make a conversation. Like old times."
Luan does recall the old days, back when Luna was her roommate, back when they were roomed together and dubbed the entertainment duo of the Loud House and back to when the whole family was happy and feeling complete. But right now, she's feeling uneasy and also uncomfortable.
Then they see the door open and then Luan sees them. Her older sister Luna and in her arms, two year old Lincoln. Luna smiles. "Glad you guys could make it."
"Well, I said we would come and here we are now!" said Leni. She then sees the baby in her arms. "Hello Linky! It's me, Auntie Leni!"
The baby smiles and reaches out to Leni. Luna hands the infant to Leni. "Hello Linky, did you miss me little darling? Did ya?!" The baby giggles and plays with her hand.
Luan smiles seeing this. She then looks to Luna who had a concerned look on her face. "Well, you guys should come on in." They both enter the house, Luan was impressed by the place. It looked way bigger than where Lori and Leni live.
"So, where's Sam?" asked Leni, she then sits on the couch and let's Lincoln sit on her lap. Luna sits next to her while Luan sits on the other couch near them. She does notice Lincoln looking at Luan.
"Sam went out to work. She also said she was gonna go and train on how to shoot a gun from Detective Danny Q. StoneHeart too, so she's gonna be late when she gets back home. Chances she's gonna bring back takeout" replied Luna, she then strokes Lincoln's white hair.
Leni sighs but she understands. "Well, keeping this white-haired bundle of joy safe seems to be the top priority you two have and I guess I'm okay with it."
Luan also agrees. "To keep those who would take him away at bay and make sure he doesn't go through the old times of pain and misery." she then realizes what she just said and chuckles a bit. "Well waddya know, now I sound like Lucy."
Leni and Luna also snicker. Leni then looks to Luna with concern. "Have there been any whereabouts on where Lucy, Lana and Lola are?" Hearing this was making Luna feel bad, it was time to tell them.
"Lisa knows where they are" replied Luna. This makes them stunned. "Lola and Lana are now 14 and living somewhere in Detroit, they're both still with Agnes Johnson and her husband Norm. Both of them are happy with their new lives. Lana is still a mechanic-animal lover tomboy, and though Lola has given up pageantry she has taken up dance classes, mostly ballet and she's doing pretty well at it."
"Lucy and her family the Shapiro's are doing quite fine with their lives in Ottawa. Lucy is 17 and is planning on writing a book, it's based on the journey of the lone white-haired boy of how he lived up to the end of his journey. I think it's her way of grieving again, she hasn't found any love and barely has any friends."
As for Lily, the D. Pingrey's have moved again. They're keeping their distance even farther in Cheboygan, after they heard the Royal Woods online news about the louds breaking the restraining order. Lily is …. She's a …. She's kinda like Lincoln" Luna sheds some tears.
Luan and Leni gasp. "What?"
Luna chuckles. "She's a 12 year old who likes video games, she reads comics, she like to draw, she likes to eat peanut butter and sauerkraut sandwiches, she's good at chess, she likes to plan things and … help solve disputes and find happier motives." Luna then looks to her son playing with Bun-Bun. "I guess Lincoln did it, he molded Lily into his image. Sort of."
Leni and Luan couldn't believe it, ever since the "Changing the Baby" incident and Lincoln did it, he made Lily's future into the one he once had. They were now hoping that one day, one day they can see their former baby sister once again.
"So, do they know about Lincoln?" asked Luan.
Luna sighs. "No, Lisa said that telling them now would be catastrophic and would spiral into a full chaotic outcome. But Lisa did say that one day, one day we can all meet again. The plan is to have a reunion once Lincoln has his memories back, which will be when he's 11 again."
Leni and Luan realize that age. "That's …. That's the age when … When Lincoln went through it all, from all of us" said Luan.
"Not gonna lie, but it is true" replied Luna. "Lisa said he's processing things around him and he's recognizing all that is going on around him, so he's slowly regaining memories of who he is and who we are. Then when it comes to age, all of it will return to him. Sam and I gotta be there for him" She then looks to Leni and Luan. "And with you two by our side as well."
Leni and Luan are shocked by this. "What?" asked Leni. "You want us to be there and help Lincoln?"
Luna nods. "Lincoln would want me to forgive you guys, he knows that you two are still the caring sister's he remembers and loves." she then looks to Luan. "And that's why …. I wanna apologize to you Luan."
Luan is confused by this. "Apologize to me? For what?"
Luna gets up from the couch and sits next to Luan on the other couch. "For being spiteful towards you, for keeping you out of the secret and for … For disowning you as my family."
Luan is stunned by this. "Luna, you don't have to apologize. I should be the one saying sorry. For all that I have done and all I was from before! I was a monster! A pranks loving monster who found humor in the families misery! In Lincoln's misery! And I know that my puns were as bad as shit and you all hated me when I did my puns! I don't know why dad found them funny!" Luan then starts to shed tears.
Luna sees that Leni was right, Luan is going through some things. Like realizing what she was back then.
Luna then places a hand on Luan's shoulder. "We were one the entertainment duo of the old fam and we once had this big sis and little sis bond when it came to making the family happy and I can see you regret all that has happened to Lincoln, I'm sorry you're feeling this way Luan. I know that no matter how many times I gotta be sorry for ya, you're not gonna be forgiving yourself. I'm right aren't I?"
Luan then hugs Luna and cries. Luna hugs her back. Leni hugs Lincoln for comfort, Lincoln sees this and was suddenly feeling concerned. For Luna and Luan.
"Lu … Lu ... Luna! What have I done? I drove Lincoln away from me and dragged him through a living nightmare and now he's gone! I can't forgive m-myself until I kn-know he's safe and o-okay!" cried Luan.
Luna continues to hug her little sister. "I know Luan, I know. I went down that road ever since I got released from juvie. It's a long and painful road to go through, we can still mourn and blame ourselves for the wrong doings we did in the past, but we gotta try and look ahead of us for the future. It's what Lincoln would've wanted for all of us."
They then break the hug, Luna wipes way Luan's tears. "And, Lincoln is safe and I know that when the time is right. He'll forgive you."
"Ma … Mama" they look to the baby in Leni's arms trying to reach out to them. So Leni puts Lincoln down and he walks towards his mother. Luna opens her arms and the baby hugs her, Lun then lifts him onto the couch and he looks to Luan.
Luan looks down to this infant who looks like Lincoln. The baby smiles and reaches to Luan. Luan looks to Luna who nods. "Go ahead, like old times."
Luan picks up the baby and brings him to her face. "H-Hey there, L-Lincoln."
The baby giggles and grabs her nose. "Wu … Wu … Wuan. Wuan! Wuan! Wuan!" This shocks Luan and Leni. "L-Lincoln?"
Luna smirks. "Like I said, he's learning and regaining who he is and he'll understand how you feel and forgive you."
Luan then sheds some tears and smiles. She then hugs Lincoln and chuckles. "Lincoln! Oh Lincoln it really is you!"
Luna and Leni smile at this. "Was I like this when I figured it out?" asked Leni.
Luna chuckles. "You were more emotional than Luan, this is just Luan's way of saying … Her funny bone is gonna be back for some returning talent, and all it takes is Lincoln to wake it back up."
Luan breaks the hug from Lincoln and kisses his nose. "I missed you Lincoln, and I will do my best to make sure you're going to be the happiest little boy in all of Royal Woods! Like old times baby bro, like old times!" Luan then tickles him, which make shim laugh.
And with a flash, the scene changes to a 2 year old Lincoln with a 5 year old Luan, 6 year old Luna and 7 year old Leni all of them playing with Lincoln and making him happy, with hugs, tickles, kisses and music.
And now their back to the present, they all felt like they had a timeline change. Of old times, together with their baby brother.
"So, you guys want something to drink?" asked Luna.
"Sure" replied Luan and Leni. Luan then looks to Lincoln. "What about you Linky? Are you hungwy?" Lincoln giggles and plays with her hands. "Oh, somebody wants to play paddy cake!"
Luan chuckles and heads to the kitchen to get them something to drink and also eat. She leaves her son to have some play time with her two aunties.
For the rest of the day, they catch up on some things as they went on with their lives. Luan also said that she's been planning on doing her last script writing for The Royal Woods Theater, she's suddenly getting a change of heart.
They play with Lincoln, Luan gets to change his diaper like old times which she doesn't really like, they have some watery fun with him in the pool and Luan and Leni were both given the chance to rock him to sleep.
But when Lincoln wakes up, they notice he didn't cry. He would just babble in his crib and wait for someone to hear it. That was something Luna needs to ask Lisa about, he never did this long ago.
And then it was time for Leni and Luan to leave. "We had a great time with Linky today, but I gotta go back to work tomorrow" said Leni. "Renovations are done and we can finally reopen Reiningers."
"I sure would like to go there, but I know Lori, mom, dad and Junior would be there" replied Luna.
Leni sighs. "Yeah, but I know keeping Linky safe from them is more important. We'll make sure they have no clue that we've been visiting you guys."
Luna smiles. "Thanks Leni, much appreciated." She then looks to Luan. And what is this big change as to why you're gonna give up script writing?"
Luan chuckles. "Well, thanks to Lincoln here. I think …. I think it's time for me to go back to my original dream."
Leni and Luna frown hearing that. "Oh no."
Luan laughs a bit. "That's right! The comedian is back in action and don't you worry I won't be too much into my puns. I learned that from all the groaning you guys kept giving me and the eye rolling and the complaining and the venting and the …"
Luna chuckles. "We get it Luan. Though to be honest I do miss your puns. Like old times."
Luan chuckles. "Then I guess I won't be having you aim the wrong way so you won't miss me! (Laughs.) Get it?"
Luna and Leni nervously chuckle. "Okay, not really missing it" replied Luna. This makes all of them laugh, even Lincoln.
Luna then let's Luan carry Lincoln. "See you around Lincoln, and when we do meet again then we can play some more and I can let you …. Let you hear my jokes, like old times!" Lincoln giggles.
"Wuan! Wuan!" He then looks to Leni. "Weni! Weni! Weni!"
Leni is awe struck by his cuteness and hugs him and Luan. "We'll try and visit you Linky, both of us."
Luna liked seeing this, Leni and Luan now being part of the family she and Sam has with Lincoln. A step further to redemption, but not for all of them.
Luan and Leni break the hug and hand Lincoln back to Luna. "See you around dudes."
"You too Luna, take care of Linky and tell Sam we said hi!" said Leni as she heads to her car.
Luna and Luan look to each other. "Maybe we can chat some more next time sis" said Luna.
"Yeah, and maybe Sam can tag along with Lincoln as well. I wanna know more about how your lives really came to be" said Luan. "See you later Luna" She then follows Leni to her car and they drive off.
Luna and Lincoln wave good bye to them, she then looks to her infant smiling at her. "Looks like it's just us again, but if your mommy Sam and I are going somewhere by ourselves maybe I can have Leni or Luan watch over you. How does that sound little man?"
Lincoln giggles. "Mamma, Woona!" Luna chuckles and kisses his cheek. "I'll take that as a yes!" They then go back into the house.
They were now hoping that for the future, they can meet up with all the louds once again and perhaps find some peace …. Or will it spiral into chaos once more. Only time will tell.
A/N: Redemption for Luan, I hope this was okay. It was the best I could come up with for this third chapter. I am open to any other ideas on what could happen next, PM me if you guys got any ideas for some future chapters. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
