I don't own One Punch Man, nor do I own My Hero Academia. Each Franchise is owned by their respective owners.

Xenonkirito: Izuku will appear sometime later in the sequel of this story, which is already planned, but he will exist, he just isn't born yet, and Izumi Yaoyoruzu isn't a mix of Momo and Izuku. (Edited response, thanks to Xenonkirito, I changed the name 'Ochaco Hinata' to 'Uraraka Hinata'. Thanks for pointing out my mistake, dude! Also, I'm positive that I didn't make a mistake with Yagi's name. I know Yagi is his family name and Toshinori is his first name. Just thought I should let you know.)

Spellbat: Yeah, you'll have to see where the story goes to see if you're right.

(Note: I only watched My Hero Academia up to season 4, and only knew pieces of the backstory and the lores of this series, so it won't be fully accurate and I'll probably add new things. Just thought y'all should finally know that.)

Anyways, enjoy the story!

Two days later, the funeral of the number one ranked pro-hero, Ganryu...

It was dawn, and raining. Every person that attended the funeral held umbrela's each to their own, sheltering themselves from the seemingly endless rain of droplets of liquid matter from the sky above.

Yagi was one of them, along with his friends, Akira Genos, Yui Ichika, King, AKA Tsuyoi Oji, accompanied by the Yaoyoruzu Family, who took their time to get to the funeral to pay their respects to the number one hero.

In front of them was Uraraka Hinata, grieving her heart out, tears soaking her face.

"Ganryu did a lot of service to our society." One of the mourning people said towards the gravestone, which was filled with flowers, incense, amongst other things.

"He sacrificed his life for us...a noble action that we will never forget.." The other said. While a blue-haired teen, standing in front of the gravestone, clasped both of his hands, while looking down.

Other pro-heroes were present, including Superalloy Darkshine, Flashy Flash, Floatie, Death Gatling, etc.

While the situation were sad, the sight that saddened them the most were the grieving, and crying Uraraka Hinata, mourning the death of her father deeply.

Yagi, who felt tremendous guilt inside him, decided not to interfere for a while, not wishing to interrupt the little girl from her grieving.

Minutes has passed, and Yagi was approached by a familiar face. He turned around, only to see Shimura Nana, standing behind him, along with his other friends.

"Hey.." She called out, Yagi nodded in response, "Shimura-san!" Yagi exclaimed in surprise, "Is it something that you want to talk about?" He asked. Nana nodded, before giving him a serious look, "We haven't seen each other for a few days. Sorahiko told me some...news about you, so I'd like to speak with you about that. How's tomorrow sound with you?"

Yagi gulped, before replying, "Yes, of course, Shimura-san.." Yagi stared at her, sweat dropping, Shit...

Nana then smiled, before turning away to walk, "Later." Yagi sighed, "Guess I'll do that test run again...or not...I don't know." He said to himself, shrugging.

After the funeral is done, the crowds dispersed, each leaving to their respective homes. The only one that's left, was Yagi, his friends, and Uraraka Hinata, who was silently grieving.

Yagi, seeing the alone and saddened young girl alone, turned around to speak to his friends, "Hey guys..I think I should..you know.." He then gestured to Uraraka.

"You do you, man. Go get em." King flashed a thumbs up, as Yagi nodded, before earning a nod of approval from his other friends.

Yagi approached her and stood there for a second, not wishing to interrupt her for a few moments. Uraraka seemed to notice this, before turning her gaze to the teen, smiling a bit, "Hey there.." She said amidst the wetness of her cheeks.

Yagi replied awkwardly, "H- hi there..."

"Thanks...for you know...paying for my dad's funeral..although it was uncalled for.." Uraraka said, her gaze lowering.

"Nah, it's fine, I did it because I wanted to, and also, I didn't want to keep all that wealth to myself." Yagi replied with a smile, "Sorry about your dad, by the way..." As he finished that sentence, guilt began to well inside him.

"Yeah, it's.. it's okay, I'll move on eventually.. I'll go home, call my mom, who's overseas right now...and..yeah.." Uraraka replied again, before gazing to the gravestone of her father.

Yagi was about to ask about her mother, but decided for himself to not pry even further. They're pretty much strangers to each other at this point, so he decided to keep his mouth shut.

"Well, I think I should go for now, but..you take care, okay?" Yagi flashed a thumbs up.

Uraraka nodded, "I think I'll stay here for a little while. I don't wanna leave my dad alone." She let out a saddened laugh, "But yeah, have fun out there, Yagi-san, and thanks for the help. I'll..return the favour someday.." She finished.

Yagi was about to say that it's fine and that she didn't have to have a debt in her conscience against him, but didn't want to aggravate her with another arguement, as she was too grieved by this point.

He sighed, before nodding, "You take care too, Uraraka-san." as he walked away, towards his friends.

"I must say.." A female voice came out as Yagi approached them, "Giving your money away like that is...unexpected." That was Yurusoba, the mother of Izumi.

"I just felt like it, Yaoyoruzu-san.." Yagi replied simply, although that was not the full truth. He paid for the funeral because he thought it was his fault that Uraraka's father died, that if he interfered sooner than he did, he could've prevented all of this.

"Felt like it? There must be a reason deeper than that, but we don't mean to pry even further." Mikoto said, crossing his arms.

Izumi only responded by going to Yagi's side subconsciously. After all, she felt like he was the safest place in the entire world.

Yagi only smiled at the clinginess of this little girl, and turned his gaze to both Genos and Yui, "Hey, uh, about a few days earlier...sorry for not arriving earlier.."

Genos scowled, "I didn't want you to 'arrive earlier', Toshinori. You didn't listen to me and put yourself in danger as you usually do. Damn Kuseno-san for knocking me out!" He looked away. Ah right, he's still mad.

He remembered clearly the anguish and terror in Genos's face when he first visited him in that evacuation basement...

"Toshinori..." Genos darkly said as Yagi appeared in front of him instantly, "Kuseno-san..." He turned his head right back at the doctor, who was startled by initial reaction after waking up.

Tears began welling up in his eyelids, "You both..." He paused, before continuing, "Toshinori, I told you not to go there and put yourself in danger! I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY! YOU COULD'VE DIED!!"

Yagi was startled by his reaction too, taking a step back a little, "W- wait, no, Genos, look, everything went alright, I-"

"For now, everything went alright, yes, but what if it didn't?! You saw the pro-heroes, you saw how they struggled, are you saying that you're better than them to think you could survive by betting on luck?!" Genos screamed again, "I was worried about you! And you brushed it off like it was nothing! NOT TO MENTION KUSENO-SAN KNOCKING ME OUT TO PREVENT ME FROM STOPPING YOU!"

"Genos-" Both Yagi and Kuseno tried to explain themselves, but Genos screamed, "SHUT THE HELL UP! You don't care about what I say! You don't care about your friend's concern over you! And you, Kuseno-san, you prefer to keep my safety in check just to watch me suffer in grief as I watch one of my only friends die!" He cried out, startling the other people who watched them.

Yagi was about to response when a voice behind them called out, "What's going on here?"

He looked back, only to see King and Izumi, "Everything fine back there?" his 'intimidating' friend asked.

"It's-" Yagi was interrupted when Genos passed by him, running away from all of them, "W- wait, GENOS!" Yagi sprinted to his side, but he screamed at him, "Just stay away, FROM ME!"

"Genos, look, I'm sorry," Yagi apologized as he sprinted again, appearing in front of Genos instantly. He wasn't about to do the test run of his powers again to make his point. He decided to do this by words, "But you gotta understand, if you have the power to topple even those at the top, you gotta understand the responsibility that comes with it!"

Genos didn't answer. He just stood there in silent. He looked away, before finally responding, "I just need some time alone."

Yagi was surprised by this response, as the little blondie walked away from him.

After all, who wouldn't be mad if someone close to you prevent you from saving someone that you deeply cared about?

Genos then stopped, before saying, "Don't take this personally, Toshinori-kun.. I'm not mad at you.." He then walked away again, leaving Yagi in the dark as to the reason for his best friend's outburst.

But what he wasn't prepared for, is that the crowds began to took notice of him, comparing him to the kid that showed up on the live footage...

Yagi sighed, as he said, "I'm sorry, Genos..." Genos only gave a slight nod, before walking away. Yagi spoke again, "Where are you going?"

"Well, just... I'm just going home. I'm tired." Genos simply replied, before walking away. King also gave him a goodbye wave, "Since the funeral's basically over, I'm going home too. Oh, and don't forget that you could come over my house anytime, y'know, we've got some unfinished business after all." King smirked as he finished.

Yagi only laughed slightly, "Yeah, looking forward to your tiny little 'revenge', Tsuyoi-san." King flashed a thumbs up, before walking away.

Izumi stayed by Yagi's side the whole time, before her parents basically had to tell her that it's time to go home, "Come on, Izumi, we have to go home now." Yurusoba ordered lightly.

"But momma, can it wait for a little while?" Izumi pleaded. Yurusoba sighed, "The weather is rainy, and I don't think we should stay here for a little longer, the rain could transfer some tenacious diseases, and you don't want that to happen, don't you?"

Izumi fought the urge to resist, and eventually she succeeded, "Fine! I'll go home then!" She sulked, before looking at Yagi, her expression changing in an instant, "See you, Toshi-kun!" She lifted her hand to form a fist.

Yagi smiled, before giving her the good ol' fist bump, "See you later, Izu-chan." She then went to her parents side.

Both Mikoto and Yurusoba bowed their heads, much to Yagi's embarrassment, as they bid their farewell, "I bid you our farewell, Yagi-san, and once again, we thank you for your aid in saving our daughter.." They said, though they were a bit disheartened that the babysitter of their child couldn't be saved.

"Um.." Yagi then awkwardly bowed his head, "You're welcome." Yui, who stood besides him, had to laugh in amusement, "Man, you really do suck at this." Yui said in a whisper. Yagi didn't seem to notice this too.

"Well, we should be going now. Take care, Yagi-san, and you too, Yui-san." The Yaoyoruzu Family then walked away, leaving both Yagi and Yui to themselves.

"Soooo..." Yui spoke to break the silence, "I heard that you're taking a friend into your apartment and paying for her room, and I gotta say, I'm pretty jealous. Looks like you forgot the shell where you came from, Yagi."

"A friend? W- wha-" Yagi then realised who she was talking about. Yes, the very same, tempramental, 'sassy lost child', who had the power to twist everything she touches into dust.

"O- oh, h- her!" Yagi scratched his head, "Don't be so jealous! I still see you and Genos as my besties! It's just, you know, her home is destroyed and she's practically homeless right n-"

Yui bursted in laughter at what her little prank caused, "I know, I know, you insensitive little grump! I'm just messing around!"

"Oh, well.." Yagi awkwardly replied, "That..did lift my mood up a little bit.."

Yui raised her brow at this, before asking, "What's wrong?" Yagi sighed, "It's Genos. I've been hearing from Kuseno-san that he barely returns to the house, always goes outside without warning for the past two days, and I really don't know what's wrong with him.."

"That little stunt you pulled two days ago probably freaked him out, it freaked me out too, but it impacted him worse. Don't worry about it, he'll recover, eventually." Yui reassured.

Yagi looked at the sky, before saying, "Still, it's dangerous to wander out there alone. I ran into him twice for the past few days, but he didn't react at all. He just kept walking like I wasn't there. I kept trying to tell him to go home, and he didn't listen."

"Yeah, that's a bit worrying.." Yui admitted. She then looked at her watch, before turning her head to Yagi, "Uh, I..I gotta go. Sorry for leaving abruptly, my mom needs me."

Yagi only nodded, "Alright then. Take care, Yui." He waved his hands, as she did that too back at him, before running away.

Yagi was the only one left there, with Uraraka still sitting in front of the gravestone in silent. Yagi noticed that she wanted to be alone, so he decided to walk away, not wishing to interrupt her even further.

As he walked, a familiar presence was felt behind his back, "Hey there, Yakult." That condescending voice called out.

As he turned back, of course, the plant-haired girl dropped out of the sky wearing a black leather jacket and a long leather pants. "Not much of a talker today now, aren't we?" She spoke again.

"Sorry, just...not in a mood to speak. Nothing personal though, Tats." Yagi replied back.

"You know, if you're that worried about that friend of yours," Tatsumaki let the green aura envelope her, "I could always sense where he is and tell you how he's doing. He's not far off from here from what I know, and he's doing fine so far, physically, but emotionally? I don't know."

Yagi nodded, "Thanks. Although you shouldn't use your quirk too much, it could place a heavy toll on your body."

Tatsumaki shrugged, "Eh, don't worry about that. What I'm about to do for you is probably nothing compared to what you did for me and my sister." She said as she walked besides Yagi, "Speaking of which, thank you for providing a place for me and my sister.." She thanked him again.

Yagi replied, "It's no problem. You could use all the help you can get, Tats."

She smiled slightly at him, though she turned to her usual expression as he was about to notice.

"What are you planning to do after this?" Tatsumaki asked again.

"I don't know. Maybe cook some of the ingredients I bought from the supermarket yesterday, or.." Yagi then remembered a certain someone he promised to meet again, "Or meet him."

"Who?" Tatsumaki asked once more. Yagi looked at her, and felt an idea popping into him. I'm gonna ask her to sense where he is..

"Hamuze Miriko." Yagi replied, causing Tatsumaki's eyes to widen, "H- him?! What could you possibly want with that sorry excuse of a student?!" Her eyes began to flare with fury, green light coming out of the both of them, "Don't waste your time with that loser."

"Tats-"

"He hurt my sister! He murdered almost the entirety of this city!" Tatsumaki screamed, "Why would you want to meet him?!"

"Listen to me, okay?" Yagi pleaded, "I know he did some...things, but.."

"But what? You want to help him?" Tatsumaki scoffed, "There's no helping him."

"And who are you to judge?!" Yagi suddenly snapped, causing Tatsumaki to be frozen in place. She then crossed her arms, looking away from him, "Hmph!"

Yagi realised his blunder and immediately went to her side, "I'm sorry, I didn't know why I got all defensive like that... you're right, there's no helping him, but heroes, they have to try, right?"

Tatsumaki looked to him again, "Huh? What do you mean by that?"

"Has it ever occured to you what the concept of heroes, what they mean? I mean, it's basic, right? Basically a group of people who helps other people..." Yagi exclaimed.

"Where are you going with this, exactly?" Tatsumaki demanded again, her patience fading away. Yagi sighed, "Criminals, or as you people label them, villains, are they not people too?"

Tatsumaki knows where this is going, but decided to keep her mouth shut, still crossing her arms, to hear what Toshinori is trying to say.

"People have been comparing the very concept of good to light, and the concept of evil to darkness," Yagi then continued, "And if the heroes are good, and the villains are evil, then the heroes are the light, while the villains are the darkness. Most would say that both can't be united, but to the contrast, light can't be united with dark, because dark itself doesn't exist, it's just the absence of light. But when light comes, darkness becomes light, and every trace of it disappears, just like that."

Tatsumaki sighed internally. I knew it...

Yagi spoke again, "Miriko needs the light, Tats, and.. I'm not saying that me, or the other pro-heroes are the light, we've made mistakes, done a lot of bad things, I know. But if I'm the very thing that's close to it, or other heroes for that matter, why shouldn't we try?"

"Yagi," Tatsumaki began to soften, calling him by his actual name, uncrossing her arms, "I'm not trying to stop you, if you think that's the right thing to do, feel free to follow your judgement, but..even if you tried, what if he's unredeemable? What if he put up an act, only to stab you in the back? Not every person can be helped, and not every person wants to be helped."

Toshinori replied, "Then at least I've tried. If I'm to call myself a hero, I'd be damned if I let a misguided child like him get lost in this world. Besides..." He paused, before continuing, "It's not like he's evil for the sake of being evil, right?" He nervously chuckled.

"But you're right," Yagi sighed, "I gotta think this through. I'm inexperienced, I could..make things worse for myself, and for the rest of this city. Comforting bad people aren't exactly my forte..."

Silence began to swallow them whole as he finished that sentence.

Unbeknownst to them, a certain blue-haired teen observed them from afar, watching their conversation. The teen smirked, before turning his back, "Yagi, hmm?" He then walked away, "Guess I was right." He finished, before disappearing out of sight.

Yagi then spoke again to break the silence, "I guess that can wait for a little... I'll think this through."

Tatsumaki felt herself smiling despite being yelled at a few moments earlier, "Now that's my Yakult!"

"Stop calling me Yakult." Yagi deadpanned. Tatsumaki gave him a menacing smile, "I can call you whatever you want. I'll spell it out again for you: YAKULT! YA! KULT!"

"Okay, what if I call you a midget then?" Yagi rubbed his chin, much to Tatsumaki's irritation, "WHAT?!"

"How about a lost child? A dwarf? Oh how about-" Yagi could feel himself being surrounded by green aura, "Don't you dare finish that..."

Yagi, despite the hostility, rubbed his chin, "How about short stack?"

That was it. "TAKE THAT BACKKKK!" Tatsumaki's eyes glowed in radiance, sending Toshinori face first into the ground with her quirk.

Yagi quickly regained his foot, standing up as he stuck his tongue out into the green-haired esper's direction, before sprinting away.

"OI! GET BACK HERE!" Tatsumaki growled, chasing Yagi as she flew in the air, "APOLOGIZE!"

"Nope. Not until you stop calling me Yakult." Yagi said as he walked backwards, his speed matching the speed of Usain Bolt himself, though he was holding back by a greater degree.

"Fine, be that way, YAKULT!" Tatsumaki shouted back as she kept chasing Yagi throughout the cemetery.

Yagi stuck his tongue out, "Lalala, the shortest midget in town-"

"YAAAAKUUUULLLTTT!!" Tatsumaki shouted again, her irritation growing. "Chasing after the bigger man with a frown!!!" Yagi sang as he walked backwards.

"YOU STOP RIGHT THIS INSTANCE!" Tatsumaki shouted.

"Midget! Midget! Midget!" Yagi chanted, as Tatsumaki increased her speed, "Get back here so I can kick your ass!" Yagi snorted playfully, as he spoke again, "The opposite! I'll kick your ass!"

Tatsumaki stopped from flying even further, before crossing her arms, "Hmph! Let's settle this then! I'll prove to you that I'm better than you!"

Yagi stopped, intrigued, "Oh, then I know just the way to do it!" He smirked.

Saying that King is confused is an understatement of the year, seeing Yagi appearing so soon, that was a surprise, but Tatsumaki herself? No, he was beyond shocked.

"U- um...what is-" King was interrupted when Tatsumaki floated to his level, putting her hand on his shoulder, "Do this little girl a favour and patch up that 'Tekken' game for us, will you?" She gave him a wide grin, a creepy one, staring at his very eyes, as if she was staring at his soul.

King sweat dropped, fear began to overtake him, before he stuttered, "Y- yes! O- of course! Come in!"

Meanwhile...

The Quirk Advisor Association, or in short, Q.A.A, a facility provided by the Hero Public Safety Commission for kids with dangerous quirks, potentially can be used for the deeds of a villain.

Though rare, villainous quirks, as classified by the government, are to be watched and observed all the times, and when the holder of the quirk loses control, they are to be transferred to the Q.A.A to be monitored closer than previously.

"I don't know whether to keep loving you," A scolding voice harshly spoke, "Or to hate you for the things you caused a few days ago." That was the mother of Miriko, Hamuze Hatsumi.

Miriko only looked on the ground, as he was escorted along with his mom by the workers of the HPSC. Miriko was handcuffed by a quirk suppressant, rendering him unable to use his quirk at will.

"Do you even feel remorse for the lives you've taken away? Did I raise you poorly? How did you get this..this savage?" His mom spoke in a distasteful voice.

Miriko only let out a light snort, still looking at the floor as his mom talked to him.

"Perhaps I was the one in the wrong..maybe I did raised you poorly.." Hamuze Hatsumi spoke, her voice softened in sadness as she finished. Before she can speak even further, they arrived at their destination, the one who will be responsible for Miriko's therapy.

"We're here." The bespectacled worker said, pointing his hand at the direction of the door, "If you may please."

"The one responsible for your son's therapy is inside. Please, take a step in." Bearded worker added.

Hatsumi nodded lightly, before gripping her son's arms, entering the room. As she opened the door and entered, a figure emerged, a woman with a messy black hair, a black suit, yellow gauntlets, yellow boots, crossing her arms, waiting for them.

"It's nice to meet you, Hamuze-san." Nana said while uncrossing her arms, bowing her head slightly to them.

Meanwhile...

The streets of Saitama Prefecture, Tokyo, were at peace. Or so they thought. Suddenly, hordes of terrorists wielding dangerous and deadly weapons at their disposals disrupted the peace.

The leader was a bald man named Hammerhead, a B-list villain, and he had a group which he called 'The Paradisers'.

"Why does our quirks have to be restricted into a piece of plastic?!" Hammerhead screamed, "The government are controlling our lives if that's the case! Restriction of quirks are against the principle of human rights! We should be allowed to freely choose whether to use our quirks or not!" He spoke again, though the citizens around him didn't seem to care to hear what he was about to say.

"We, the Paradisers, will continue the crusade that our predecessors, The Meta Liberation Army, failed! We will make sure that everyone in this world has the right to use their quirks, whether they have a license or not!" Hammerhead spoke again, filled with determination.

At the mention of 'The Meta Liberation Army', it piqued some of the passing bystander's interest, although most of them looked like they could care less about what the over the top terrorist is saying.

"T- they're not even paying attention to us..." One of Hammerhead's followers noticed. Hammerhead himself was irritated, "Idiots...they don't even care about the problem.."

He then straightened his face, going back to his usual tone, "But no worries, my followers! Whether they care or not, we will still carry on our crusade! I will build an utopia, where the good people of this world are allowed to use their quirks! No exception! After all, action speaks louder than words!" He then pointed his index finger to the front, "MARCH ON, MY SOLDIERS! WE WILL DESTROY THE ONE WHO HAS BEEN FUNDING THE HERO PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION AS A WARNING! THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF OUR MISSION!"

They immediately knew who it was. Agoni. The multi-billionaire has spent most of his savings for the sake of the Hero Public Safety Commission, to improve the hero society as a whole.

But today, he will be destroyed, and when it happens, it will be a warning to the Hero Public Safety Commission of their existence, their vision, and their mission.

Or so they thought.

In less than a second, the news of 'The Paradisers' reached the internet and the television news alike, bringing awareness to the rest of the country, including Agoni himself.

Agoni could not believe the hilarity presented before him in the form of a television footage. He heard all of the things, all the points that the B-list villain is trying to get across, but it seemed...ridiculous.

Quirks are dangerous, and dangerous things must be controlled. If it's left uncontrolled, it would be like the pre-heroes era all over again. This terrorist has no idea what he's talking about.

"So, you called me to deal with these shallow-minded delusional fools?" A sinister voice asked from behind him.

"Ah, yes, but please do your best not to kill them, Speed-O-Sound Sonic." Agoni replied, "I know you used to be an assassin, and that lifestyle of yours affected you even until now, but right now, you're a pro-hero. Don't go around killing people, even if they're batshit crazy, got it?"

Sonic grinned widely, "As long as I get paid, I'll follow whatever rules you morons has in store for me."

The word 'morons' didn't sit well with Agoni, but he brushed it off, "Right, go and tear them apart, Sonic."

Sonic laughed sinisterly, "With pleasure!" He then disappeared in an instant, leaving only wind fluttering widely in the wind.

Agoni slapped his forehead, "Can he just walk away like a normal person?" He said in annoyance of the ninja's tendencies for show-off.

"S- sir! It was the wrong house! I- I wasn't looking clearly at the map! S- sorry!" One of the bald followers frantically spoke. Hammerhead groaned in annoyance, it was almost unnoticeable, but they noticed it regardless, as they felt horrible for disappointing their leader.

However, to the contrast, Hammerhead didn't show any signs of anger, but instead, he immediately turned his gaze upon them, before yelling, "It's alright! Mistakes can be made! All we have to do is learn from it, capische?!"

The rest of the paradisers were silent for a moment, before they shouted in unison, "YESSIR!"

"Good!" Hammerhead grinned, "Now let's move!" They then marched to the correct place, well, this time anyways.

As they walked in the woods, trying to find the luxurious house of Agoni himself, suddenly, a man dropped out of a tree.

The man wore a purple scarf and a black bodysuit, his black hair tied up in a topknot, and a purple mark was noticeable under the both of his eyes.

The man grinned widely, as he unsheathed the blade from his back, gripping on it like there's no tomorrow, as he stared at them like a lion would stare at their prey.

"Hello there, 'paradisers'," The man said mockingly, "I heard that you were going to bring about an 'utopia' on this world. I must say, your plan is too shallow."

"Huh?! Who the hell are you?!" Hammerhead demanded, clenching his fists.

"Me?" Sonic then chuckled, "I am the Assassin Hero, Speed-O-Sound Sonic! And I'm here looking for...a sufficient prey to satisfy my bloodlust!" He finished as he licked his lips, preparing a battle stance.

Little did they know that this would be the worst day of their lives.

King's Household..

"C'mon, guys, that's not even how the game-" King was interrupted by the excessive noises of the controller's buttons made by none other than Yagi and Tatsumaki, who was busy settling their differences through a videogame.

"ORA ORA! CONSECUTIVE LOW KICKS! CONSECUTIVE HIGH JABS!" Yagi yelled as he pressed the buttons randomly

"Weak! Let's see if you can handle THIS!" Tatsumaki began spamming, as she accidentally made her character began to unleash their laser on their opponent, "Hah! How about that!"

"Senritsu-san, that move is unsafe, you could get punish-" King, once again, was interrupted when Yagi yelled again, "YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT!"

King shouted again, "Yagi, you could've punished her! That move was unsafe! You had the advantage!"

"I am PUNISHING her! What do you think I am doing right now?!" Yagi yelled in amidst of his spamming mumbo jumbo.

"You're randomly pressing buttons with no coordinated and planned moves." King deadpanned. Yagi groaned, "Then that still counts! I'm punishing her by defeating her!"

"That's not what the term means-" King was interrupted by the midget again, "YAKULTTTTT!"

"MIIIIDGEEEEETTT!!" Yagi yelled back, as the both of them pressed buttons after buttons to their victory.

King shook his head in disbelief. Man, how are they getting along like that, by the way?

King felt himself smirking. At least the famous Tornado of Terror can get along with someone else, well, hopefully..

"YOU'LL PAY FOR CALLING ME A MIDGET!"

"Hey! You're the one who started this 'nickname giving' mess! Don't blame me!"

"I'm the only one that's allowed to do that!"

"That's not fair!"

"I don't care!"

"Hey, King, can you tell me how to do that uppercut moves again? I'm sooo gonna kick her ass with it!" Yagi pleaded, asking King for help.

King only laughed lightly as he looked at his phone, "You're going to have to figure that out by yourself."

Yagi grunted, "Dammit! I'll find out myself!" He said, spamming every move that exists into oblivion to find that accursed uppercut move, but to no avail.

"Hah! Looks like you're done here!"

"NOOOO!"

K.O!

"See! I'm better than you!" Tatsumaki smirked. Yagi growled, "I demand a rematch!"

However, King wasn't all too focused on the banter between Tatsumaki and Yagi. He was looking at a news article, which said...

THE PARADISERS ATTACKS SAITAMA PREFECTURE WITH OUTRAGEOUS DEMANDS. COULD THIS BE THE RETURN OF THE META LIBERATION ARMY? OR ARE THEY THEIR DESCENDANTS?!

King nervously gulped, as he looked to Yagi, who was too focused on his game.

King then let out a sigh, before saying, "Nope, not gonna tell him."

Yeah, right.

Yagi suddenly appeared behind him in an instant, "Hey, hey, hey, what made you so busy that you refused to help-" He suddenly froze at the news article that the teen was reading.

King felt like he made a mistake opening that article. Yep. Definitely a mistake.

THAT'S ALL FOR TODAY'S CHAPTER! There, Sonic is introduced, isn't that cool?! Stay tuned for the next chapter!

TO BE CONTINUED!
