AnimeFan13579: I hope you enjoy what comes next with Flashy Flash's fight with Yagi.

Anyways, enjoy the chapter!

...

"Now." Flashy Flash said. Yagi raised his brow, "Now? Like, right now?"

"Yes. Do I have to repeat myself?" Flashy Flash replied in exasperation. Yagi shook his head in disbelief, "Right now, right here, in this place."

"Yes." Flashy Flash replied, "Must I say it for another thousand times?"

"You do realise taking this outside will probably injure some of the passing bystanders, right?" Yagi deadpanned. Flashy Flash replied, "My agency took care of it. No one will pass this street until we finish this."

Yagi stared at him with for a second, earning a scowl of annoyance from the ninja hero, "Staring at me won't do anything. Are you ready to hear the rules of the bout, or are you going to stand there until this world ends?"

"Yeah, sure. Sorry about that." Yagi said. Flashy Flash began, "Firstly, this training requires you to hit me, anywhere you want, and that's it, you win. Second, if I hit you instead, I win, and you lose, thus, my proposition to train you will not be cancelled. Third, the timer for this spar will only take about ten minutes. Failure to comply to the first rule in time will result the same as the aftermath of the second rule. Do you understand, or do I have to repeat the rules again?"

"Hm, think I got it." Yagi lifted a thumbs up. Ten minutes, though? Heh, let's see if I can do this. I almost certainly think I can pass this with no problem. Yagi thought.

"Wait, are you going to ask me about my quirk?" Yagi suddenly asked. This question was prevailent in this society whenever a big, flashy quirk appears. Why wasn't he asking?

"I don't need to ask, because I already know the truth." Flashy Flash replied. Yagi widened his eyes, "You mean you know I was-"

Suddenly, a wooden blade was seconds away from hitting him. Yagi quickly flicked his right hand upwards, catching the end point with his two fingers, "Oi, I was talking. That's not fair!"

Flashy Flash 'flashed' a small smile, as he said, "There's nothing fair about the life of a pro-hero. Let that be the first lesson for you to understand." He then side stepped to the teen's right side, before doing a swift feint.

Yagi knew it was a feint, as he didn't flinch at all. Flashy Flash then brought his second wooden blade to slice the teen upwards, who dodged it effortlessly.

His reaction speed is impressive! Flashy Flash thought as he widened his eyes.

Woah, he's kinda fast. Yagi thought, although unimpressed.

Flashy Flash followed along with repeated slashes with both of his blades, as the opposite side dodged all of the attacks, seemingly not troubled doing so.

"Take this! HEAVY FLASH SLASH!" He screamed as he thrusted his blades repeatedly forward, aimed towards Yagi, who dodged the almost light speed attack effortlessly.

He dodged it all?! Flashy Flash thought as he finished the chain of attacks with a spinning kick, aimed at his head. Yagi dodged the attack by yanking his head downward, as the pro-hero's foot missed his head by a few centimetres.

"Why aren't you attacking, kid?! With that reaction speed, you had the chance to hit me!" Flashy Flash said, as he thought of a new strategy, "But it's too late now!" He said as he disappeared as an afterimage, appearing behind Yagi.

As Yagi tilted his head slightly, Flashy Flash disappeared to his right side, before doing a swift feint attack.

Before the attack could connect, he disappeared again, creating an afterimage, before appearing to the teen's left side.

Yagi tilted his head to his left side, as the pro-hero swiftly disappeared again, before circling the teen with barrages of afterimages, and each of the images contains the frame of the pro-hero preparing his attacks.

Hm. He can do feint attacks while simultaneously creating afterimages circling around me. He definitely is fast. Yagi thought as he closed his eyes. But I did that when I faced the Subterranean King. This is no pushover.

As Yagi opened his eyes, he lifted his hands upwards, before a wooden sword hit it suddenly.

Flashy Flash widened his eyes in shock. H- his reaction speed... it's insane!

Yagi smiled, "Checkmate." before pushing his fist forward, causing the pro-hero to fly away at great speeds.

Yagi suddenly realised his blunder. Dammit, did I overdo it?! But his expectation was wrong. Flashy Flash recovered by placing his feet into a concrete, before pushing himself off of it, propelling himself back to where Yagi is.

As he landed on the ground elegantly, he unsheathed his non-lethal blades, standing over the teenager with a stare.

"Well..I guess this is the part where you say...'Impossible! How could a quirkless dwarf like him defeat me! How?!'" Yagi scornfully laughed.

-One Punch Man - Saitama's Theme (Balladsad version) Plays-

"No." Flashy Flash replied with an unexpected answer, "You assume too quickly, brat." He answered with a scowl, "Was I that low in your eyes?"

Yagi stared at him for a moment with confusion.

"It's hardly a surprise, considering that you were the one who defeated the Subterraneans with ease." Flashy Flash, a tone of disappointment was heard in his words, "You really exceeded my expectations by a mile, Yagi Toshinori."

"H- huh?" Yagi muttered, processing all what he just said. There wasn't malice, no denial, no insults, nothing. It was just...what he just saw in his expression, was it...him being proud?

"You can carry on the duty of the top heroes in the future, Yagi Toshinori. A quirkless person like you, being able to defeat me and best me.." Flashy Flash smiled, "That is something that I've never seen before."

"A- aren't you..gonna blabber about how much of a weakling the quirkless-" Yagi was interrupted when Flashy Flash scoffed, "No. Quirks aren't everything. The quirk I have isn't even that useful. It's just reaction speed, nothing else. I trained myself to my limits back in the village, and now I turned into this. No one will believe me when I say my quirk isn't the thing that kept me going as a pro-hero up to this day, but that's just how today's society works."

Yagi stared at him with awe. He was one of the first pro-heroes that didn't judge him for being quirkless, and it meant everything to him. It means that he was right, that not all pro-heroes were a bunch of self centred assholes.

He smiled genuinely, as he nodded his head, "T- thank you, Flashy Flash-san."

The pro-hero gave him a slight smile, putting his hand above the teen's shoulder, "Keep going, will you? The world will need it someday. How will the quirkless react when they find out that a kid like you exists? Their hope will be restored, and no discrimination will ever happen again. Climb up to the top mountain, and hold this country like a pillar, that's what I want you to do. I see that resolve in you, the desire to help someone in need. You're a true hero, kid, more than me, or the other pro-heroes could ever be." He finished with a light pat.

Yagi blinked for a second. A true hero? He wasn't sure if he was a true hero. Sure, at first glance his motives seems noble, but he made a lot of mistakes, the battle with Vaccine Man were a prime example of that. True, the monster wasn't human, but what if he was? What if what he faced was not truly a mysterious being?

He internally sighed, before saying, "Thanks, Flashy Flash-san."

"I'll see you around, Yagi. I'll watch over you if needed, to see if you would become what I expect you to be." Flashy Flash said as he walked away. Yagi took the words of the pro-hero like a gift.

He nodded, before smiling underneath, "Don't worry, I will not disappoint..." He muttered, "I will become that pillar," He clenched his fist as he smiled, "I'll make sure of it."

Meanwhile...

After finishing his daily routine, the drenched-in-sweat boy took a small towel from his pockets, wiping the liquids off of his facial surface.

He then went over a table that were placed in front of the house. There was a bento box, with a letter written on it.

Sorry to be away again, but I needed to do something back in my lab. I made this just in case you finished with that insane training routine of yours.

-Kuseno

Genos slightly scoffed. He was still mad at what the good doctor did a few days ago, but he knew, internally, that he can't be mad at the doctor forever. After all, he was the one who took him in when his parents died.

Even when he was mad, he still took some time to talk with the doctor, even if it was just for a bit. He felt guilty for putting him through so much, but he couldn't help it.

He wanted to apologize to Kuseno when he comes home later this night.

Putting that aside, he wanted to take a walk, to relieve himself from the stress that's consuming him. The stress of seeing Yagi die.

He took the bento, and locked the house, knowing that Kuseno has a spare key for himself. He then took a walk, away from the house, into the streets.

"Aw, look, it's the little gullible idiot." A familiar, feminine voice called from behind.

Genos gasped, before looking back to see who it was. Tachibana, the girl he 'dated' a month ago, along with her other goons, including Kiba. "You.." He muttered with disdain.

"Yeah, it's me! What, you have a problem? It's a free country, you know, so if you don't like me passing here, deal with it! It's basic human rights!" Tachibana pointed at him, "Oh, what's that? You want to demolish human rights? Is that it, quirkless freak?!"

"I haven't said anything." Genos said slightly with disdain. "Oh, but I know what you're thinking, blond boy." Tachibana snickered, "Perhaps you need another humiliation to learn your lesson."

Genos scowled, before turning his back, "Go away." He demanded quietly. Tachibana let out a laugh, before saying, "Sad, ain't it? Now that the upperclassmen that protects you so much is graduating? Who's gonna stop someone from making your life a living hell a year from now on, huh, quirkless freak?"

Genos winced at the mention of a protection. He didn't need protection! He never asked for it! Why was he so weak-

"Aww, little Genos is going to cry for help, cry to mommy, cry, cry, cry!" Tachibana mocked, as her goons began to laugh, "Oh wait, you don't have a mommy!" Tachibana said as her goons began to laugh even more.

That made Genos wince for a bit, but he tried to not let it get to him.

"Tch.." Genos didn't even bother to look back. He needed to get away from her as soon as-

Suddenly, his bento fell to the ground by an unknown force, or quirk, as the content inside it began to spill on the floor. Genos widened his eyes in shock.

"Totally didn't do that." Kiba said while whistling.

"Aw, don't feel too bad," Tachibana smirked, "After all, disabled kids like him doesn't deserve any meal. He should be starving to death. Actually, he should die considering how much of a liability he and the rest of his kind to society right now. Useless, worthless weaklings, that's what they are."

Genos tried so hard not to let his tears pour down from his eyes.

Another kid kicked the bento away, tainting the food even more. Genos felt his stomach grumble, cursing these idiots under his breath for taking his meal away.

"Well, he already got what he deserved. Let's delta. Hope you starve to death, Akira Genos, the moronic quirkless guy." Tachibana said, as she motioned for her goons to go with her.

Genos stared at his disappearing bullies, unable to do anything. If he did anything, he would be expelled from his school. No one would believe a quirkless freak like him. No one would.

As he picked the bento up, and closed it with the cover, he sighed, before searching for a plastic bag to store the contaminated food inside.

When he found it, he did what he intended to, before putting it into a trashcan.

Suddenly, a hand reached out to his shoulder. He looked back, only to see... "Yui-senpa- I mean, Yui-san!"

"Heyya there, Akira." Yui said, holding a bento of her own, "I saw what happened, not all though, just some.. Those jerks," Her eyes twitched, "You can have my bento." She smiled earnestly, "I can tell that you've been working out nonstop."

"N- no! You don't have to!" Genos said frantically, "I don't want to take your meal! I don't-"

"Akira, it's no problem. I was going to go to your house when my mom decided to make me a meal when I'm already full with Ramen. Seriously, I'm full, you can have it." Yui replied with an interruption.

"A- are you sure?" Genos asked. Yui nodded, as Genos reluctantly took the bento box from Yui's hands. "That's what friends are for, right?"

"Y- yes...thank you.." Genos said, as his eyes began to tear up a little. Yui placed her hand above Genos's shoulder in concern, "What's wrong? Are you okay?"

Genos quickly wiped his eyes, before forcing himself to smile, "I'm okay, please, don't worry yourself over some..some..worth-"

"If you're gonna call yourself 'worthless', I'll drop you from a building fifty story above." Yui 'threatened'.

She then softened her expression when she noticed the gloomy look Genos gave. She gently rubbed her hand against Genos's back, "Hey, hey, what's wrong? You know, me and Toshinori noticed that you've been acting out of character for the past few days. We're both worried. Please, talk, I'm your friend, we're your friends."

"It's nothing of concern, Yui-san, it's reall-"

"Of course it is of concern! You're my friend! C'mon, what is it!" Yui asked again.

"You came all the way from your house to ask me this?" Genos asked again.

"You tell me." Yui retorted, "C'mon, it's not even that hard. I know anxiety when I see one."

"Regarding of the events occured a few days ago," Genos finally opened his mouth to explain, "Many possibilities came to my mind, one which consist of an image of...Toshinori dying."

Yui stiffened. I knew it. "I can't sleep, every night, I think of him. I can't stop the thoughts. It's driving me mad. I want to push myself to my limits, become as strong as he is, Bu it seemed...impossible, like the training was only meant for him, and not for anyone else. There's no...noticeable change I see in myself."

Yui took a deep breath, before replying, "Toshinori can handle himself, trust me, he can. I can't help but worry sometimes, but based on what I've seen...he's strong, and I believe in him. You have to believe in him too. Do you believe in him, your best friend?"

"I don't." Genos finally said, taking Yui by surprise a little, "His positive traits can kill him, his overzealous tendencies to save people can get him killed."

"I know," Yui sighed, "but the least you could do is try to trust him. Besides..acting all heroic isn't that bad, right? Especially when you see the condition of this society...the hero society included." She said with a sad tone.

"I'll try." Genos responded simply. He didn't want to drag this longer than it should.

Yui replied, "Heh, enough of that. Wanna do something with me? You know, since you're gloomy and all.."

"Oh?" Genos raised his brow, "Sure, Yui-san."

"You've been calling me Yui for the past month, just call me Ichika." Yui chuckled, as Genos's cheek beamed in red slightly, "S- sure, if you have no problem."

"Right. So? Wanna come?" Yui asked again. Genos nodded, "Yes..."

Yui noticed that he was reluctant, but paid it no heed, as she grabbed him by his hand, pulling him with her as both of them ran.

She would make sure to make his friend have a good experience for at least one day.

The HPSC headquarters...

"It's confirmed." Sitch, the director of the HPSC confirmed, "The kid we saw on the news was what the media's been hailing as the 'vigilante whom disappears'."

"And what he did," Bespectacled Worker emphasized, "was ILLEGAL."

"You want to keep him running around, acting outside of the law? Any of this keeps happening and the government will label us as incompetent." Bearded Worker said, as other workers who sat along in the meeting nodded in agreement.

Sitch shook his head, "I say we give him a chance."

This statement alone earned a few disagreements, and a few grumblings from the workers.

"Everyone, calm down, and listen to reason." Sitch's voice beamed throughout the room, "What we see right here could be a chance to expand the strength of the hero society. The kid we saw here has a potential. Some rumours even said that he ended every last of his fights with a single punch-"

"And a group of government officials are supposed to believe a rumour. Unbelievable." Some other worker said with sarcasm.

"Don't interrupt me when I'm speaking." Sitch responded with a deeper tone, causing everyone to shiver in chills, "Moving on, I know that all of you are reluctant to believe in a rumour, but what happened a few days ago supports the statements. He single handedly saved the top ranking heroes and did what the heroes couldn't do. We should give him a chance and let him attend the U.A academy. This is our chance to earn public trust, and to reassure their safety. This kid is the key."

"Soon enough, Sitch stood up, putting both of his hands on the desk, "The hero society will prevail in this time of increasing crime rates. Any objections?"

"No, as long as the kid is guaranteed not to break the law again." Bearded Worker replied, and the others nodded in agreement. They could see reason behind Sitch's reason.

"That could be arranged," Sitch smirked, "Floatie, the number 11 ranked Hero, is watching over him. I believe that she's doing a good job on convincing him not to pursue his career as a vigilante any further. From now, our decision is clear: We should give Yagi Toshinori a second chance."

Meanwhile...

After showering and wearing his casual clothings, Yagi put the towel in it's place, as he looked over the city behind the curtains of his window-shaped door, the refreshing sunlight bathing him in a comfortable heat.

It was dawn, and the look was beautiful as usual. If only it was pretty at a closer look.

He then pondered about what Flashy Flash said to him. A pro-hero was putting high expectations on him, and that expectation was his goal itself. He didn't want to fail him, to disappoint him.

"How will the quirkless react when they find out that a kid like you exists? Their hope will be restored, and no discrimination will ever happen again. Climb up to the top mountain, and hold this country like a pillar, that's what I want you to do. I see that resolve in you, the desire to help someone in need. You're a true hero, kid, more than me, or the other pro-heroes could ever be."

Yagi smiled to himself as the sun grows brighter, shining the room with it's extreme light. I promise. I'll be that pillar. People, even the quirkless, can rely on me.

Suddenly, his phone buzzed, as he opened to see an unread message. He opened only to see..

Shimura-san:

3:00 PM

Sorry for bailing out when we were in the restaurant. I had to do something. Are you okay?

Yagi nodded, as he typed the contents of his message.

Me:

3:00 PM

It's okay, Shimura-san, I understand, and I'm doing fine. How are you?

Shimura San:

3:01 PM

Eh, not that bad.

Me:

3:02 PM

What about Kotarou? Did you find any lead on him? We need to find his parents ASAP.

There was a noticeable pause, and Yagi squinted his eyes in suspicion. Could it be...

Shimura-san:

3:05 PM

I'm working on it. And Kotarou will be fine, a hero of that city's jurisdiction will bring him to safety while I search for his parents. It'll be fine, trust me, don't stress yourself over it.

Yagi sighed in relief. He was still suspicious though. He needed to search for female pro-heroes, and so far, all he found was Floatie, and a heroine named 'The Sleeping Hero: Evening Night'.

Shimura-san:

3:06 PM

Anyways, I have to go. I'll schedule a meeting with you next time when I have the time. And don't forget about what we discussed earlier! Now, take care of yourself, k? Bye Toshi.

Me:

3:06 PM

Thanks, Shimura-san. I won't, and take care of yourself too :)

Yagi closed his phone, and puts it on a desk near the television. He slumped in his bed, trying to have a nap. He then have one last thought,

I wonder if Genos is alright...

Four weeks later..

Four weeks has passed, and Yagi was accepted into U.A after graduating from Aldera, along with his known friends which were: Senritsu Tatsumaki, Hitoshi Bad, and Tsuyoi Oji AKA King.

He was walking with Tatsumaki, both who came from the same apartment. Tatsumaki nudged him, "You excited to be in this school, Yogurt?"

"Kinda." Yagi replied flatly, earning a groan from the plant haired loli, "Come on, I sense zero enthusiasm in that sentence!"

"Well I mean, if I'm being honest, I'm not that excited. Just a bit intrigued on how this school teaches it's new heroes." Yagi answered. Tatsumaki smiled, "Damn, odd, but you're starting to remind me of myself."

"Oh, is it the fact that you don't like heroes that much?" Yagi asked again, and Tatsumaki grimaced, "Not just 'don't like', I hate them. But I wasn't talking about that, I'm talking about your unenthusiasm."

Yagi was taken aback by the reminder of the fact that Tatsumaki was still not over her hatred over pro-heroes.

Suddenly, something, no, someone caught his eye. Masashi and Mezo, the two known assholes back in his school, was seen walking towards them.

"Hey, look, it's the loser, Yagi fucking Toshinori." Mezo said with a look of disdain.

Yagi sighed, not having the capacity to deal with these two nuisance right now. "Oi, don't fucking look away when we talk. You know what you did to us, with that bitch." Masashi growled. Mezo let his snake-like tongue out of his mouth as he spoke, "Don't think that you're above us yet, you quirkless asswipe. We'll surpass you and humiliate you someday."

Tatsumaki let the aura of her quirk consume her, as she stood in front of Yagi, glaring at them as she subconsciously wrapped Yagi with her quirk, "Go away. He doesn't have time to deal with you two."

"Aw, what's this? The high and mighty Yagi needs some glorified midget to protect him? How hilarious!" Mezo snickered, "I don't care if you have a powerful quirk, bitch, I'll beat the shit out of you if you mess with us. Get out of my way, got it, slut?" Mezo grinned.

Tatsumaki was on the verge of throwing these two into orbit due to the tremendous amount of disrespect they showed, but then Yagi puts his hand above her shoulders, "Let it go, it's not worth it."

Tatsumaki pouted, before crossing her arms, "Hmph! Whatever you say." She said before turning her head, walking away as Yagi followed along.

Masashi and Mezo both laughed as they walked away too. Tatsumaki then said, "How did you ever put up with those two?"

"Not pretty." Yagi replied with slight anger.

Putting the conversation aside, both him and Tatsumaki climbed up the mountain, reaching the U.A grounds, seeing the gigantic gate in front of him which protects the school from any unauthorized person.

As he entered, a familiar hand pat was felt from his behind, "Yo, yo, yo!"

Yagi looked back, only to see Bad with King approaching him.

"Heyya!" Yagi nodded, "You got accepted too?!"

"Yeah, I did. Cool, ain't it? I got to see my fav zero pointer busting noodle fella again. I heard your ass recklessly went to beat the snot out of the Subterraneans a few weeks ago." Bad laughed.

Yagi gulped, not expecting that to be the first topic of the conversation. Luckily, and thank god, King saved him from the awkwardness.

"Cool down with the nickname calling, Ta- I mean Senritsu-san already has one for him." King quickly corrected himself when he saw the deadly glare Tatsumaki gave him.

"Hoh, you're scared to do the first name basis with her? Pussy." Bad smugly said, "Here, let me show you how's it done." He said while clearing his throat, approaching Tatsumaki closer, "Ahem, hello there, my sweet Tatsumaki-ch-"

BAM!

Bad found himself slammed into the ground head first, while some of the dirt went down through his nostrils, causing him to cough.

King nervously gulped, as he looked away from Tatsumaki.

Yagi held himself from laughing, while the other students each gave them confused looks, before continuing on their merry way.

"Whatever, let's just get this over with. I hope pompadour learnt his lesson." Tatsumaki said as she walked to the school.

Yagi was about to call her, but decided not to, before checking on Bad, "Hey, you okay there, dude?"

"Yeah. Remind me not to do that again." Bad replied as he lifted his head slightly.

"Yeah, no kidding." King retorted as he helped his friend up.

"Anyway, what class are you in?" Yagi asked as Bad was on his feet once again. Bad replied, "Class 1-A, the same as Oji. You?"

"Woah, what a damn coincidence, because I'm in Class 1-A too!" Yagi said. "In that case, I'll be ready to make your life a living hell for three years if we're being put in the same class." Bad said as he put on his devilish grin.

King took a step in front of Bad, sighing, "Please don't take this idiot's words seriously. He just wants to make himself look cool."

"You too! Don't think you're escaping easily, Oji, because I'll make your life a living hell again for the next three years!" Bad declared, as King walked away, "Yeah, whatever, let's just get to class before we get late."

The three of them walked, reaching up the stairs, until they notice the large door in front of them, read '1-A'.

"That's a huge ass door if I've ever seen one." Bad remarked. King chuckled, "What do you expect from a prestigious school?"

"Well yeah, but this is just too much. A waste of money even, I mean what's the damn-" Bad was interrupted when a voice behind them spoke with a deeper tone, "You rookies gonna move or what? Or do you want to stay outside of the class and socialize like the idiots you are?"

Yagi turned his head, only to see their teacher standing in front of them in a weird...snake like pose.

The teacher wore a yellow jacket and a black shirt, his spiky hair was his most recognized feature.

"W- wait, is he..." Bad said in awe, as King added, "The Biting Snake Fist Hero, Snackbite Sneck?!"

Yagi broke the moment, "Wait, who? Who is the blinding snack fridge hero?"

King stared at him for a moment, before yelling, "Y- you mean to tell me that you've never heard of-"

"That's enough, you inferior fools! Just get inside the class, I'll be your homeroom teacher." Sneck said as he entered the class, motioning for them to come.

The three of them did as the teacher said, greeted by the noisy students of class 1-A. The three of them sat each in an emptied chair, as they waited for their homeroom teacher to speak.

Having enough of the noisy students, Sneck slammed the teacher's desk, before yelling, "OIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!"

The class went into silent in an instant, before Sneck jumped straight into the desk, standing over it, "One of the essence of being a hero is self-discipline! If you can't act like a civilized person and be noisy at a time like this, then you wouldn't even make a decent hero in the future! Fools!" He yelled, before raising his hands upwards, bending it, creating a snake like hand gesture, "Soon enough, your face will be shown to the entire world, so make sure you act in accordance and in modesty! Don't make a fool out of yourself!"

He started bending his knees, as he pointed towards tbe students with his snake posed hands, "My job here is to shape all of you little worms into suitable, functional heroes! If you purposely go out of the path I carved for all of you, then I will teach you a lesson! So lesson one: Keep your trap shut when a teacher enters your class!"

Then he noticed a red spike-haired kid in the back, who was putting his leg above the table, "AND PUT YOUR FEET DOWN THIS INSTANT, BOY!"

The boy let out a slight 'hmph', before putting his leg down from the desk. "Disrespectful behaviour is not tolerated also! If you are to be a pro-hero, as I said, act in modesty!"

"I agree with what the good teacher said." A blue-haired boy added while standing up, "Pro-heroes should act respectfully and civilized. If we can't act according to the rules and act like a delinquent, and I emphasize, a delinquent..." The boy eyed the spike-haired boy, "Then you can't call yourself a pro-hero."

"Are you trying to slip in something for me?" The boy, who was named Todoroki Enji asked, "I don't need a lecture from an Amai Mask look alike such as yourself."

"Oh, but you do. You see, my vision for pro-heroes, it does not include delinquents such as yourself acting like a fool in front of a teacher like that." Byuto said.

"YOUR vision? Such arrogance," Enji lowered his eyebrows, "The world doesn't revolve around you. You want to know what my 'vision' for pro-heroes is? Only the strongest could be called a hero, the rest is a cannon fodder."

"And you called me arrogant." Byuto scowled, "I will look forward to your rising as a strong hero, and if you don't meet to our expectations, everyone will see you for the fraud you are."

Sneck nervously looked to each of them, as Enji began to add fuel to the fire even more, "You too, pretty boy."

"THAT'S ENOUGH!" Sneck went down from the desk as he slammed it, "Both of you, sit down and act accordingly! No need to fight it out when class is in session, or do you want to be expelled?!"

Both of the students sat down, pouting against each other, before focusing on the pro-hero again.

"Now, for three years, you will be molded and shaped into a true pro-hero. Get ready for the countless hardships that will be constantly thrown at you, such is the life of a pro-hero. Don't expect fairness, because life, most of the time, aren't fair." Sneck said his speech.

The students listened to him, as the teacher looked them with an intense stare, "Now, for the main event!" He chopped the air, looking over the exit door, "ORIENTATION!"

The whole class shrieked in unison, save for Byuto, Enji, Tatsumaki, and Yagi, "A NORMAL SCHOOL THING!!!!!"

Yagi sighed, "What a day.."

A few hours later...

U.A class was boring most of the part, like Aldera. It was the usual lesson like math, english, history, all that boring stuff, however, Yagi still listened to every words and every material that the teachers gave, but it was still boring. One thing that Yagi was waiting for was the heroic class. At least it wasn't as boring as sitting through a lecturing session.

Yagi widened his eyes when the heroic class came, and the teacher before him was...someone familiar.

"Greetings, students." The muscular black-skinned bald man said, "I will be your teacher for today."

"T- that's...SUPERALLOY DARKSHINE!"

"S- SO COOL!"

"IS HE NEW HERE?!"

"THE NUMBER THREE TURNED NUMBER TWO HERO!"

"Let's get his autograph!"

Byuto only scowled, "These people and their tendencies to worship lesser beings."

"Pathetic." Enji scoffed, crossing his arms.

Superalloy Darkshine, before speaking, gave Yagi a nod of acknowledgement. Yagi smiled back, as he knew what was going on and pieced the pattern.

The muscular teacher spoke again, "Today will be your first heroic class, now," He pressed the remote button on his hand, causing the lockers to automatically open, revealing the costumes that were requested by the students.

"Get each of your costumes, come to the training field, I'll explain the activities that will occur in today's class." Superalloy Darkshine as he walked to exit the door, "Don't keep me waiting. I'll give you fifteen minutes to change."

Everyone beamed and went to grab each of their costumes, while Yagi... didn't.

Tatsumaki approached him while holding her costume, which was..pretty vulgar. It was only a black leathered jacket with long sleeves and four high cut leg slits that will probably expose most of her legs. Lucky her, she was convinced to put a black short just to cover her...exposed private parts.

She then spoke, "Why aren't you grabbing your costume? Didn't you request something from the support department?"

"Nah, I have my own costume. It's in my bag." Yagi replied.

Tatsumaki widened her eyes in curiousity, "Ooooh, wonder what it is. Can I see?" She asked with her cute adolescent face.

Yagi shook his head, "Nope, I don't do spoilers."

"Aw c'mon! I won't reveal it, promise!" Tatsumaki pleaded. Yagi chuckled, "I want to save the surprise."

"Fine, be that way. If it doesn't look appealing, I'm gonna haul your ass into the moon." Tatsumaki pouted as she crossed her arms, walking away into the nearest bathroom.

Yagi laughed slightly, as he peeked inside his bag...the costume was the result of his deed a few days back.

"Since you want to become a hero.." The tailor picked a costume from his wardrobe, "I'll give you this as my thanks."

Yagi widened his eyes at the costume. It was rich in design. It was a red costume with a white cape, a red boots, a red gauntlet. The chest has also white lines circulating around it, expanding further into the upper arm and the shoulder.

"I- is this..." Yagi slowly picked the costume, discerning it, "A- are you serious? I- I mean..All I did was drive the gangs away from your sewing store, b- but it's not like-"

"Hush, just take it, you deserve it. Even though you're doing something illegal, but your heart's in the right place, kid." The tailor smiled earnestly.

Ah, that word again, illegal. Yagi had to wear a mask again every time something happens, because everybody seems to know who he is, so he made a decision to fight against evil in secret. Of course, he'll try to follow Nana's advise from time to time, but sometimes, small things like this goes unnoticed by the pro-heroes, and that's where he had to step.

But still, earning a costume from this? What he did was nothing special, it probably goes against every law in the constitution.

"Please, accept it as a token for my gratitude." The man said, almost pleading.

Yagi took a second, before replying with a smile, "I will. Thank you, I won't forget this."

"I won't forget what you did for me either. And don't worry, I won't snitch to the authorities. You'll make a great hero someday, kid." The tailor smiled.

Yagi nodded, before saying, "Thank you." again.

"Don't mention it. Now go be a good hero, I'll be watching you when you become famous with that costume I made." The tailor said, as Yagi laughed half-heartedly, "I will."

Yagi smiled at the memory. The tailor was a nice guy. As he grabbed his costume, he went to the bathroom that was occupied by no one. He then looked to the mirror near the sink, placing both of his hands in both of the sink's sides.

He then looked over his messy hair, which he took to the barbershop a few weeks ago, and grimaced. A hero has to look good, no, a symbol has to look good.

He then picked a hair gel from his pockets, before fixing his messy hair. As he did so, he noticed his messy tufts.

He went to raise his tufts upwards with the gel, as it went stiff in result, before smiling at the mirror.

Smile.

That's right. A symbol also has to smile to reassure the people that everything is going to be alright. He smiled even more, as he grabbed his costume, before putting it on.

He looked into the mirror, and didn't expect that he'd look this good.

Then, he slowly walked towards the exit door. Then, he reached for the training field.

As he walked, slowly, and slowly, the cape slightly fluttered in the air.

When he finally reached where Superalloy Darkshine was waiting for the students, he dramatically raised his right hand in the air, along with the parts of his cape on the right side.
