Here we are now on the 3rd chapter of the story, I hope the wait wasn't too long,my schedule of uploading is usually an upload 14 days after each chapter. Anyways read on and enjoy the next part of the story.

Familiar Sights Part 1

The forest grew darker and darker as the trio walked on past small creeks and huge trees. The three execution escapees had been walking for 4 hours and after awhile began to believe they were lost deep in the wilderness. Bubbles walked in front curiously observing the greenery of the environment, Julian and Ricky some metres away following behind him.

"Okay seriously where in the fuck is a town I'm so tired of walking" yelled Ricky.

"Ricky will ya shut up we'll find one soon enough!" Julian shouted back, his patience incredibly worn thin.

"When Julian when, we've been in this forest for who the fuck knows how long, I mean Julian do you even fucking know how to find it if there is one!" Ricky retorted.

This the point where Julian snapped. After so many of hours of enduring all this negativity he had finally reached the point he had enough of Ricky's repetitive childish whining.

"Ok Rick maybe I don't know where it is or fuck I underestimated how long it would take to get there, but at least I'm fucking trying!" yelled Julian who was pissed off.

"What do you mean I'm not trying!" Ricky shouted defensively.

"Ricky I'm trying to keep us safe so we don't get fucking killed by bandits or wolves out here, all your doing is whining about weed and other dumb shit!" Julian yelled. His tiredness making his agitation all the worse.

Ricky was about reply but was interrupted by Bubbles shouting at them from way ahead to the side.

"Boys, boys come here look what I found!" shouted Bubbles excitably. The Nord and the Breton rushed over to the Imperial to see what he had found. What they saw before them was 3 large stones that shone in the moonlight each stone had an image carved into the outer rock, one was of a warrior , one was of a thief and the last was of a mage.

"Um Bubs I don't mean to be a fucking prick but whats so interesting about some rocks" said Ricky.

"Because Ricky these ain't any regular rocks these are the fucking standing stones themselves" Bubbles replied.

"Ok..." Ricky replied confused.

"Don't special shrines like this usually come with a special boon or something" said Julian in a interested tone almost as fascinating by the unique magical structure as Bubbles was, both seeing the unique potential in it.

"Indeed my muscular friend the stones are told to grant the ability to learn special skills at a rate 20% faster than ordinary methods" Bubbles stated.

"Good find Bubs at least someone is being fucking useful" Julian said while looking at Ricky.

"Oh fuck off Julian" Ricky replied irritated as he went over to stand by the other two near the standing stones. Bubbles stepped forward activating the mage stone, feeling the power it gave him.

"Ricky you activate the warrior stone and I'll activate the thieves stone" Julian said to Ricky.

"Why do I have to get the warriors skills" replied Ricky hotly.

"Because those skills suit me considering I'm the guy who plans and organises our operations Ricky" Julian replied.

"Oh wow look at the big smart Julian and his fancy book learnin" Ricky said sarcastically.

"Ricky just shut up and activate the stone" Julian said annoyed having had enough of him, all the while activating his selected standing stone.

"Alright" Ricky said reluctantly as he pressed the button directly bellow the carvings on the statue sending a jolt of energy flowing through him.

"Whoah that felt awesome I can see why you like magic Bubs" said Ricky who sent an impressed look at Bubbles.

"Thanks Ricky" Bubbles said pridefully that his friend has thanked him for his usefulness.

"Alright Boys time to get some shuteye I'll be on watch for the next 2 hours, When my shift is done I'll wake up one of you up to replace me ,got that okay goodnight boys" said Julian as he went to lean against one of the stones keeping a watchful gaze of the dark forest as he did.

"Whatever goodnight Julian" said Ricky who had only heard half of what Julian said.

"Goodnight Julian" Bubbles said who unlike a certain someone had heard all the details.

Bubbles and Ricky then proceeded to take out and lay out their sleeping bags which they had nabbed from the supply room all the way back in Helgen along other with their other items. After all this was said and done they tucked themselves into bed.

"Well good night Ricky" Bubbles said.

"Goodnight Bubbles" Ricky responded.

Just before he fell asleep Bubbles thought to himself "tomorrow was going to be a big day, by Stendarr it would be".

Meanwhile several hours later Hadvar who had kept walking all night had finally arrived at his destination, the Riverwood village that lay in the Whiterun region. Upon reaching the entrance of the village he noticed an a wooden structure on the left side of the main gate which acted as a entrance individuals stepped out of the booth to approach Hadvar one of them an old balding Nord in khaki colored clothing and the other a greasy black haired Breton with a huge gut with not shirt or upper armour on.

"Hold up I'm going to need hear some identification If I'm gonna allow you in" said the old man.

" My name is Hadvar ironfist and I am soldier of the empire here on urgent business if you would please allow me to pass".

"Ironfist huh you must be related to the town blacksmith Alvor" said the old man.

"Indeed he is my uncle" said Hadvar.

The old man nodded in approval before turning to his larger companion.

"He's all clear Randy you can let him in now" the old man said to his companion.

"Sure thing" said Randy as he went to push the gates to the village open.

"Now that we've got that business out of the way I'd like to introduce myself my name is Jim Lahey village supervisor and this is my assistant supervisor Randy" Lahey said.

"It's good to meet you man" Randy said shaking Hadvars hand.

"Likewise" said Hadvar.

The three then proceeded to walk into the village, conversing among themselves as they passed through the enteance .

"So Hadvar tell me what were you doing before you arrived here" Lahey asked Hadvar as the 3 walked towards the town forge.

"Well a couple days ago I was stationed at the village Helgen, where we were given orders by general Tulius himself who was present to ensure that the execution of Ulfric stormcloak and his allies would be successful" said Hadvar. "Unfortunately a dragon attacked the village destroying it and killed much of the inhabitants including a lot of my fellow soldiers, I barely made it out alive" he added.

"You saw a dragon, I thought dragons were a myth?" said Randy surprised at this new revelation.

"Its like I previously said Randy the worlds changing first the civil war, now the return of dragons it seems things are getting shittier and shittier all the time" said Lahey. "A mans gotta be tough if he wants to make it in the world, words to live by right Randy" Lahey added.

"Right mr Lahey" replied Randy.

"Anyways Hadvar how did you escape this attack I imagine you didn't do it alone" Lahey asked curious by the intrigueing circumstances of this recent story.

"I had help from 3 of the prisoners a Nord, a Breton and imperial". Replied Hadvar.

Upon hearing this Lahey convened a subtle look of surprise which went unnoticed by Hadvar who was busy talking to Randy, his eyes were narrowing in suspicion. "No it couldn't be them that'd be too much of coincidence" Lahey worriedly thought to himself while Randy and Hadvar continued talking as zoned out. "Say Hadvar what were the names of the three people who helped you" Lahey asked in a curious tone.

"From what I recall the Bretons name was Julian , the hyper Imperial was called Bubbles and the obnoxious Nord was named Ricky" Hadvar responded.

This was enough to cause Lahey to halt and turn to look at Hadvar with a very paranoid expression. This look gave Hadvar all the information that the man had some kind of history with the 3 as did Randy who had a similar look to him. "Have you met them before" Hadvar asked curiously.

"I have indeed and I can say i've had my fill of encounters with those shitstains " Lahey said with resentment evident in his tone.

Hadvar was taken aback by the hostility, "Come now I know they're a little odd but there an alright bunch of fellows".

Lahey looked at the man with concern before responding, "Trust me you don't the half of what they've done, Ricky and Julian well for the most part they're responsible for ruining this village". Lahey gestured at the environment of village where Hadvar could see several criminal elements reflected in the shady people supposably engaged in criminal activities hanging in front houses and the various signs of graffiti shown in the village. Lahey then spoke again this time with more passion in his voice, "I mean just look at the shit left in their wake, I've got kids flying around here, throwing' bottles at people, growing dope, causing drunken brawls and jumping carts over houses".

Hadvar was shocked his inner thoughts flew back to his encounter with the 3 they had seemed so tame as opposed to what was described. Hadvar thought to himself all the while listening to Lahey as the latter was continuing his dramatic speech. "The list goes on and I've been the village supervisor here going on 16 years, I've seen it all but those three particularly Ricky they're the worst" said Lahey.

"Sounds like you'll have quite the uproar when they come back" Hadvar replied.

"Nothing we can't handle" Lahey responded back while gesturing at randy who nodded back. "Anyways its near closing hours it's time we got you to your uncle" Lahey responded now on track of what he was originally doing.

The three walked on down the smooth path passing many houses and stores, up until they came into view of a house with half of its porch being taken up by forge equipment making it obvious that this was the blacksmith store. "Here we are the town forge we'll let you head inside now Hadvar" Lahey said before taking a dramatic pause to elaborate on his last point as Hadvar walked toward the wooden house."Oh and do keep your head down for the next few days, the way things are going shits gonna get heavy, be seeing you around Hadvar" Lahey said.

Hadvar simply nodded his goodbye back as he went up to the home.

"Cmon Randy lets head back to the booth its time to close up shop" Lahey stated to his companion as the two walked back in the direction of the gate.

Now by his lonesome Hadvar now had the time to really take into detail his uncles place as he walked up. "My uncles descriptions did not do it justice but then again this place was deceiving as well I mean by the divines the place seemed about as crime infested as Riften" he thought. His thoughts then turned to the trio it was kind of ironic just how close to home the trio really was. It was guaranteed to be one hell of reunion when he met up with them now with this new revelation of who they were. As he walked up the creaking steps he noticed a black horse with a red saddle. Inching towards the door he could hear loud voices arguing inside, one of them a strong gruff Nord tone he noted was clearly his uncle Alvor's.

"Calm down Cyrus I will have it ready soon" Alvor said.

"I'm through being fucking calm Alvor wheres my full cut of the shit!" a male with douchebag tone said very loudly, referred to as Cyrus.

"I don't have the exact amount but by tomorrow I should have more than enough" Alvor replied.

"God dammit what'd I say, what did I say when I laid down the order, I said I want everyone to kick up 20% of all sales to the big man by the end of the fucking week!" Cyrus raged.

"I know I know but..." Alvor replied worriedly.

"Then why the fuck is it light, tell me or I'll put an arrow in your leg" Cyrus said menacingly.

This was enough to cause Hadvar to burst through the door. Upon entry he walked into a cabin themed room, inside he saw his uncle Alvor a blond haired Nord with a blacksmith apron being threatened by Cyrus a middle aged altmer that bore resemblance to the fonz (real life reference) through his hair and black jacket.

In Cyrus left hand sat a loaded crossbow that was now turned to face Hadvar.

"Hadvar" Alvor said surprised.

"Well well would ya look at that the fucking nephew is home in time for the family reunion have a seat" Cyrus quipped gesturing at the chair beside Alvor with his crossbow. Hadvar was hesitant but one look from his uncle who nodded with caution made him go over to the chair, all the while glaring at Cyrus who bore a smug expression on his face. "You're new here so I'm just gonna explain your uncle came short up this week on his payments to me so he's gotta pay" Cyrus said.

"Why exactly does he have to pay you" said Hadvar with an agitated tone to which the man replied with an arrogant tone.

"Because I'm the king of this village prick thats why" Cyrus explained.

"I thought Ricky and Julian ran this place" said Hadvar.

Upon hearing this Cyrus face expressed agitation before pulling out a cigar, lighting it and taking a puff before speaking, "Thats was in the past, they're gone now probably never gonna come back".

"I wouldn't be so sure of that fact Thalmor" Hadvar replied.

Cyrus eyes narrowed before he then let out another hotheaded reply, "So what if they come back they ain't gonna get shit, the way I see it this fucking Julian and Ricky lost their privileges when they ditched this place". He then stood up continuing his dramatic cursing, "I'm running the village now and if those fuckheads come running around here throwing their little bit of weight around, well then fuck off!". He illustrated his last point with a gesture from his crossbow. After calming himself down he spoke them one last time, "Look I'll let you off but you gotta have my money next, fucking interest and all, got it?.

"Yes Cyrus we do" Alvor said.

"Good, be seeing you later" Cyrus replied as walked out the door, slamming it shut once outside. A few seconds later the sounds of a horse galloping could be heard as Cyrus rode off into the disrance. The sounds coming from the animal began to fade as it went further away from the house. As silence set in the two let out sighs of relief.

"By the 8 divines uncle you never told me how fucked up this village is" Hadvar said.

"I know Hadvar but it wasn't like this, it used to better" Alvor replied.

"When Ricky and Julian two criminals were in charge rather than actual law enforcement" said Hadvar sarcastically .

"Things down here aren't like the much of Skyrim, there are no guards down here, no law officials other than Lahey but he is too afraid of Cyrus to make a move" Alvor replied.

"Why doesn't somebody just take on Cyrus" Hadvar asked.

"Like you Hadvar, no you can't do it alone boy you'll need help" Alvor said, "as much as you may disbelieve Ricky and Julian are what this place desperately needs, Hopefully they can come home soon wherever they are".

Wherever they are...

To be continued

Well I hope the chapter was enjoyable considering it was a fun one to write given I was able to introduce some of my favourite Trailer park boys characters the liquor himself Jim Lahey and Cyrus who will be the main antagonist for this chapter and the next. Regarding the position of village supervisor in the Skyrim world it'll be similar to the one in the Tpb series but mainly reporting to the region government.

I know in the main canon of Skyrim Hadvar and his family don't have a last name so I went with something that is nordic and resonates with them,if there is a better sounding name please let me know. Something to note is that some of lines in this are ones from the pilot episode of TPB, this isn't a coincidence as the next part of this two parter storyline will be the Skyrim altered Tpb pilot which I am looking forward to. Anyways I hoped you enjoyed the chapter and if you did please leave a review I'm eager to hear feedback on the story. Stay tuned for the next chapter.
