(10)-Halloween.

October 31st, Halloween-(1978)

On Halloween morning, Tommy was downstairs in the dining-room, dressed for school, sitting at the dinner-table, eating breakfast with his parents, which was waffles with syrup on them.

Ronnie then picked up his glass of orange juice and Tommy picked up his and they both drunk some before sitting the glasses back down on the table.

"Good breakfast, Dad." Tommy said. This time it was his Dad who had got up and made breakfast this morning. And the 8-year old had to admit...it wasn't bad.

"Thanks, bud." Ronnie said.

"Same here. If i had known you could cook like this, i would've hung up my apron a long time ago." Stephanie said to Ronnie.

"Well, thank you, honey, that means a lot." Ronnie said.

Just then, the door-bell rang, and Stephanie got up from the table, went to the door and opened it, revealing Logan standing on the other side, wearing an orange/gray/white short sleeve button-up shirt tucked inside his brown pants, with the top button un-buttoned, and he wore his white sneakers.

"Hi, Mrs. Doyle. Is Tommy ridding to school with me today?" Logan said.

"Logan. How did you get here?" Stephanie asked.

"Same as always. I rode my bike." Logan said.

Stephanie looked outside and saw Logan's bike lying on the lawn a few feet away from Tommy's bike, which was still lying on the grass-covered ground a few feet away. "That's a really long ride for a school morning."

"Ah, it wasn't too bad." Logan said.

"Sorry to break it to you, but Tommy's chosen to walk to school today. I'm afraid you've wasted a trip." Stephanie said.

"That's alright. Maybe we can bike-ride to school together tomorrow." Logan said.

"Does your Mom know you're here?" Stephanie asked.

"She's still sleeping. She had a late work-night last night." Logan answered.

"Oh. Well, i'll call her in a little bit and let her know you stopped by." Stephanie said. "Tommy, guess who's here."

"Logan!" Tommy said excitedly before getting up from the table and rushing over to the door. "Logan, you'll never believe what happened last night."

"Hold up, you two." Stephanie began. "You are suppose to be getting ready for school." She reminded Tommy.

"Come on, Mom." Tommy begged. "I'm already dressed for school, i just need to finish breakfast."

"Have you eaten anything yet?" Stephanie asked.

"Uh, a little. My sister's pretty lazy when it comes to cooking." Logan answered.

"Dining-room." Stephanie said to Logan before he entered into the house. "You? Same." She said to Tommy.

Tommy went back to the dining-room to finish his breakfast before leaving for school.

"Great." Stephanie said before closing the door.
