(15)-Return To The Spook-House.

Later, Tommy, Logan and Timmy were riding their bikes through the neighborhood, heading for the Myers house to investigate the new source of information about the Boogyman that they had learned from Holly earlier.

"You know this is crazy, right? Lonnie, Richie and Keith are behind all of it." Logan said.

"I'm not crazy. There's something to this." Tommy said.

"Can't you just tell your Mom and Dad? They'll put an end to all of this." Timmy said.

"No. They won't. They'll just put me back on medicine again." Tommy said.

"That might not be a bad idea." Timmy said.

They continued riding down the street, heading for the spook-house.

"Do you even know what you're looking for?" Logan asked.

"I'll know it when i see it." Tommy said.
...

Tommy, Logan and Timmy soon arrived on peacher's street and were heading for the Myers house, with Logan and Timmy ahead of Tommy.

"Hey, wait up." Tommy said.

"Dudes, check this out!" Logan said as he, Tommy and Timmy road their bikes onto the side-walk and over to the Myers house where a car was parked by the side-walk, and all three boys stopped their bikes. "Someone's here at the spook-house."

"Yeah, but who?" Timmy asked.

Just then, an old man came from around the backyard of the Myers home and saw Tommy, Logan and Timmy. "Hey." He said, greeting the boys and getting their attention. "You boys interested in buying this place?" He asked jokingly.

"No, Sir." Tommy answered.

"Well, best be on your way then. You don't wanna miss Trick-or-Treating." The old man said.

"Hey, Mister...you ever hear of Frank N. Stiner?" Logan asked.

The old man just looked at the boys, as if Logan had just spoken a new language no one had heard before.

/

"Frank N. Stiner? Be careful kids. We don't use that name around here anymore." The old man said as he lead Tommy, Logan and Timmy around to the backyard of the Myers home, with the boys following him in foot. "As the story goes...Mr. Stiner...killed the kids here." He said as they reached the backyard, stopping in their tracks. "It didn't happen here in the backyard though. He liked to do the work inside the house in the basement of his home. Strangle the kids to death with his bare hands while drowning them in a tub of water. Then he buried the kids under the basement. After that, there was nothing to be found. No skin...no bones...not even a tooth. It was like they all disappeared. Then on Halloween night-1943, he was arrested after the cops found the bodies under the basement when their dogs caught the scent of human remains during an inventory search of the home. He was later found guilty of all five murders in 1944 and sentenced to life in prison. Then on Halloween night-1948, Frank N. Stiner disappeared after escaping from prison...and was never found...seen...or heard from again."

"So the cops never found out what happened to him?" Logan asked.

"No, no one did." The old man said.

"Is it possible he came back here to the spook-house and secretly lived in it?" Timmy asked.

"No, that would not be possible. By the time he broke out of prison, a family was living in the house. It belonged to that Myers couple who's 6-year old son killed his 17-year old sister back in Halloween-1963." The old man said.

"But isn't it possible that he could've been secretly living in the home with the Myers family and they didn't even know? Isn't it possible he's still secretly living here?" Timmy asked.

"Let's find out." The old man said before leading the boys back around to the front of the house. He then picked up a rock and turned to face the boys. "Here." He said, handing Tommy the rock. "Let's see if you can wake him up."

Tommy shook his head "No".

"Go ahead. Throw it at the house. You might get his attention if he's still living in it." The old man said.

Tommy shook his head again.

Logan took the rock from Tommy, blew out a breath, then threw it at the house, hitting it. But nothing happened.

"Huh. Guess he's not home." The old man said.

Tommy, meanwhile, just stared at the Myers house with a serious look on his face, thinking about everything he, Logan and Timmy had just learned from the old man about the Boogyman's supposed origin.

Meanwhile, parked across the street, several feet away from the Myers house, was the brown station wagon that Tommy and Logan had been staring at outside the window at school during class. And inside was the white-faced Boogyman that had been stalking Tommy. He sat in the driver's seat, watching Tommy, Logan, Timmy and the old man from a far. He had been secretly following the boys after they had left Tommy's house and his following had led him back here...to the house where it had all started...on Halloween night...15 years ago.
