Back for a fourth but not final time, and very soon after the previous one. I surprised myself too, though I suppose this past week had enough hype stuff (Sora, Metroid Dread) that I got motivated to finish. I've still got some small things to address in the final bunch of these but we're back for the final set of episodes. This basically includes what I had planned as the final arc that would end the series itself. This includes debuts of powered up forms for certain characters. One thing I'll say for sure is that for Episode 51, I've done something a bit more special than the usual format. So look forward to that when you get down there.
Kamen Rider Smash – Remaining Episode Plans
Episode 44 to 52: Fate of the World Arc
EPISODE 44 – THE FINAL DESTINATION:
Meta Ridley and Dr. Wily gather the remainder of the Subspace Army, the two giving a speech and declaring that the revolution is starting. But before they can fully start, they must claim their new fortress. Meanwhile Meijin and Sayomi arrive at the ruins but go deeper to find the inner sanctum as they have pinpointed the Core of the World. At the gate to said Core they end up confronting the Fighting Alloy Team and corrupting the warriors to serve them. The corruption of the Fighting Alloy Team is enough of a disturbance for Palutena to sense and get worried, asking Samus to send the Riders while she sends Pit and Dark Pit. The five arrive and find themselves having to fight against the Fighting Alloy Team as soon as they arrive.
While the three Riders simply fight with Platform Blazer, Lodestar Princess and Assister Base to conserve energy, they slowly start to realize something is wrong. Pit and Dark Pit also start sensing a disturbance from deeper within and realize that the Fighting Alloy's are simply a distraction. Kenshin and Junmei kick it up to Ninten-Trinity and Seraph of Duality in order to break through faster.
Dr. Wily and Meta Ridley begin their plan, Dr. Wily leading the Subspace Army and launching an all out attack against the underground hanger bay in Smash City. In the resulting attack, the Subspace Army works on destroying any and all vehicles within the hanger. This is brought to the attention of Samus and the members of CORE who quickly head out to deal with the situation as the Riders are busy.
Meanwhile, Meijin had arrived at his first goal, Final Destination. There he is able to meet with the Core of the World, Master Core. In its docile state, Meijin is able to approach without any issue and merely brings out a blank Smash Token, imbuing it with Master Core's energy. Meijin is overjoyed at this turn of events just as the Riders and Angels arrive in Final Destination. Meijin proceeds to use the Core Smash Token in order to transform into Kamen Rider Zone, Master of Subspace. Sayomi as a result asks for Bowser's Smash Token, using it to transform into her own variant of Subspace Conqueror, and using that to forge a sword that she empowers with Meta Knight's Smash Token. The two however are not done just because they achieved their goal, since they want to test out their new powers on the Riders who get ready to fight.
Despite Samus' and her allies' best efforts they are unable to prevent the Subspace Army from trashing the hanger while making it to their goal, the Halberd. The Halberd itself is stolen as most ships that could stand against it are destroyed, allowing the Subspace Army to launch the Halberd into the city and begin their final invasion from the skies above.
Episode 44 – Kamen Rider Zone, Master of Subspace Debut/Kamen Rider Glaive, Subspace Conqueror Debut:
"What an interesting arena," Meijin remarked.
"Looks a bit too small though," Sayomi said.
The two were currently standing on an almost stone-like platform with various machinery and dull crystals protruding from the bottom. Parts of it jutted out and formed spikes towards the back of it. The area around them was breathtaking as the sky changed into different shapes and forms near seamlessly. What was once a cloudy bright sk as now a dark blue locale in space with a bright light in the center, cubes floating by occasionally. And it wasn't long before that shifted to show even a bleak darkness filled area with a red sky. This was Final Destination, ironically only being Meijin's first stop in his plans.
"I will admit though, for this being the Core of the World, it lives up to its name," Sayomi added.
"Yes indeed," Meijin said before walking forward and stepping on the center. A hum could be heard as a bright light began to descend, and soon enough he saw it.
It was a multi-colored orb similar to a Smash Ball soon floated in front of Meijin. It didn't seem to have any sentience however.
"So this is the thing that holds the world together," Sayomi mused.
"Indeed, the Master Core," Meijin said as he held out a blank Smash Token and pressed it against Master Core, energy seeping from it before entering the Smash Token. Soon enough a new Smash Token was formed, it having a black rim with a blue background, the Master Core being the picture on the front, "It's so docile it didn't even resist, perfect."
Despite these words, as if sensing that something wrong had happened the Master Core quickly shot up into the air, disappearing from sight.
"Looks like it didn't like that," Sayomi said.
"Not our problem, we'll deal with it once we're done," Meijin replied.
"Hey, stop!"
It wasn't long before Kenshin, Junmei and Eiji leapt into the area, the three Riders landing on Final Destination alongside Dark Pit and Pit.
"Oh good, you all are here to bear witness," Meijin turned and flashed his new Smash Token.
"What's that?" Pit asked.
"I'm getting a very bad feeling about this," Kenshin admitted.
"Were we too late?" Junmei asked.
"Yes, you were," Sayomi gave a smile.
"Allow me to show you what my goal has been all this time while you all have been distracted," Meijin said as he brought out his Subspace Driver and placed the Master Core Token within it.
[TOKEN ACCEPTED!]
Meijin gave a soft chuckle as he raised his hand, a bright blue aura beginning to surround him before he spread his arm out, "Henshin…"
[MASTER CORE! HE WHO STANDS ABOVE ALL!]
Meijin gave a yell as his entire body was engulfed in black specks of energy, all of it covering his body before it began to slide off to reveal his new form. He held a black bodysuit with light grey digital circuit lines running throughout it. He also seemed to be lacking a fair amount of armor as well. Only having a chest plate attached to the front of his body, that having a blue cape attached to the shoulders that flowed down and to his shins. His forearms and shins were also the lonely other armored pieces, having jagged segmented plating with claw-like attachments for his fingers while his boots held spikes at the tips of them. The armor was a dark blue coloration. His helmet was fairly rounded and the same color as his armor, though instead of the usual rounded compound eyes, he held a simple wide t-shaped visor that shined a bright white.
[THE MASTER OF SUBSPACE: KAMEN RIDER ZONE!]
"It seems less fancy than his old form," Eiji admitted, "Almost feels like it's missing a few things."
"It may feel that way but I can feel it," Kenshin admitted as he placed a hand to his chest and gripped it tightly, "He's using that Smash Token to boost the power of Subspace he has."
"Now then…" Meijin shifted his shoulders before he saw Sayomi holding her hand out, "Hmm?"
"Allow me to take Bowser now that you no longer need it," Sayomi requested.
"Are you sure?" Meijin asked, "You chose Meta Knight because you were the most compatible. If you use Bowser there's a slim chance it won't agree with you…"
"I'll endure it," Sayomi answered as she steeled herself, without any words she felt Meijin place the Token in her hand. She then swiped it into her Driver, "Henshin!"
[TOKEN ACCEPTED!]
A projection of Bowser appeared behind Sayomi before both were engulfed in a pillar of Lava. Bowser roared while Sayomi gave a scream before the pillar hardened and shattered.
[BOWSER! THE SUBSPACE CONQUEROR: KAMEN RIDER GLAIVE!]
Sayomi was now wearing a dull gold bodysuit with a scaled pattern to it. Her armor was based on a dark green turtle shell in regards to pattern and shape, having chest, shoulder, forearm, and shin armor. Of course she also gained a dark green coattail that split into two. She held a draconic segmented styled helmet colored in green with dull gold accents, two bright red compound eyes peering through.
Sayomi said nothing and yelled out, slamming her palm into the ground and forming a magma pool, she then began to scoop up the Magma, sculpting it into a blade as it hardened into stone. She took hold of Meta Knights Smash Token and slammed it into the guard of the stone sword. In that instant the makeshift weapon shattered to reveal a gold jagged blade similar to Galaxia, the center red jewel being replaced by Meta Knight's Token.
[GALAXY BLADE!]
"Crap, they've both upgraded haven't they?" Dark Pit hissed out.
"Normally we'd leave," Meijin admitted before flexing his fingers, "But these forms deserve a test run, don't you agree?"
"I do," Sayomi gave a nod and brandished her Galaxy Blade.
EPISODE 45 – ATTACK AGAINST INVADERS:
Despite the loss of the Halberd, Samus alongside several other CORE members manage to infiltrate it before it fully takes off. Samus soon receives a transmission from Byleth, who surprises Samus by mentioning she's already inside. She then tells the leader of CORE to rendezvous at the bridge with her and her agent that's already infiltrated the Subspace Army. Dedede meanwhile declares a state of emergency across the world, hoping to get some help in this situation. That is until he's suddenly attacked by Meta Ridley who wishes Dedede to enact a formal surrender. Despite the threats, and Meta Ridley tearing through the Mii Guards, Shadow and Agent 3 arrive to help Dedede escape.
On the bridge, Corrin asks Dr. Wily to run over the plan again since they've finally made it this far. Dr. Wily reveals he's changed the plan from its original incarnation to keep things from being predictable. The original plan was to use The Halberd to flood Smash City and the other regions with the Shadow Bugs they have remaining in order to take over as quickly as possible. Now the plan is to use the Halberd's artillery to completely blow away Smash City alongside dropping their army down. Corrin panics at this change in plans and realizes she needs to strike first, attempting to destroy the bridge of the Halberd in one go only for Ganondorf to stop her.
Dr. Wily mentions that Corrin may be smart but she can't outthink him. While Meta Ridley was more than willing to hastily replace the Black Knight, Dr. Wily found it odd about the current circumstances. Before Ganondorf can even attempt to counterattack however, Byleth arrives just in time to help Corrin out, calling for a retreat as the two head back deeper into the ship in order to meet up with Samus and her team.
Meanwhile, Kenshin, Junmei and Eiji take their strongest forms. But even Veteran of Smash, Divine Duality, and All-Star Assist are unable to put a decent dent in Meijin and Sayomi's new forms. Even with Pit and Dark Pit's help they're unable to truly break through. Meijin then utilizes the power of Master Core and banishes the five from Final Destination. The five attempt to enter again only to be forced away. They're ready to devise a plan to break back in to stop Meijin only to receive an emergency transmission from Samus. She tells them to get back to Smash City as the Subspace Army is attempting to take over. Despite the looming danger of both Meijin and Sayomi, the Riders are forced to head back after realizing the immediate threat. Pit and Dark Pit meanwhile go to report back to Palutena.
EPISODE 46 – THE INVASION'S PEAK:
Thanks to some help from Rosalina and her Launch Stars, the three Riders arrive in Smash City in a matter of minutes. All of them surprised at the large scale battle going on. Not only are Smashers fighting in the streets against the various villains, but there are also Mii's participating in the battle on both sides. Ganondorf is sent to deal with the traitor and CORE members while K. Rool and Bowser are sent to deal with the approaching Riders. Eiji realizes that they can't waste time and they need to get to the Halberd, but K. Rool soon arrives with a large army to block their path. Eiji transforms immediately into All-Star Assist, utilizing his abilities to rapid fire his entire catalog of summons, launching them directly at the army as makeshift missiles in a gigantic successive attack to clear a path as he clashes with K. Rool.
Kenshin and Junmei make their way through the cleared path only for Bowser to block their path. He then uses a Final Smash Crystal to permanently transform into Giga Bowser. Junmei transforms into Divine Duality, managing to stun Giga Bowser briefly while telling her brother to continue on. Kenshin tells her to be safe before heading off to try and find a way onto the Halberd. Junmei meanwhile fights against Giga Bowser alone only for Bayonetta to arrive and help her out. The two then decide to double team him together.
Fox and Falco soon arrive on the scene, the two having managed to salvage enough to get at least two Arwings up in the air to deal with any flying enemies. Kenshin then uses both Arwing Pilots to help him get close to the Halberd despite its massive firepower, transforming into Veteran of Smash as he lands on the deck of the ship. He's about to head in when he suddenly finds the entrance blasted open, Byleth, Corrin and Samus all arriving on the deck as Ganondorf follows after them. Ganondorf uses his own Final Smash Crystal to transform into Ganon.
Palutena meanwhile is trying to figure out why the sudden large attack of all things, especially since Meijin and Sayomi are digging deeper in the ruins. That is until both Pit and Dark Pit arrive, the two explaining what happened as Palutena suddenly senses Meijin exiting Final Destination. She then realizes what Meijin truly wants, calling up Rosalina to send them all to the Twilight Sea where both Meijin and Sayomi are converging on, realizing that the end is nigh if they don't do anything to stop them.
EPISODE 47 – WORLD OF TWILIGHT:
Down below in the streets of Smash City, several Mii's are being forced back by a Subspace Army enforcer, the enforcer ready to finish them off when a blue blur stops them. Everyone assumes its Sonic but the blur is revealed to be Kamen Rider Segata. Eri has arrived back in Smash City, deciding to help out below while the other Riders fight their battles. Eri then starts to put her abilities as a Rider to the test as she rushes around to deal with the minor villains of the Subspace Army.
Eiji manages to defeat K. Rool, their battle managing to take them across the various rooftops of the city as a result. He's trying to figure out if he should help Junmei or Kenshin next when suddenly Meta Ridley crashes through, chasing Dedede and his group of protectors. Realizing that Dedede can't afford to be captured, Eiji intervenes and helps Dedede and his protectors stand their ground against the leader of the Subspace Army.
Junmei and Bayonetta are managing to deal with Giga Bowser at a decent pace, until Bowser Jr. arrives to help. Despite the kid making things more annoying, the two defeat Bowser Jr. easily before channeling enough power in their attacks to send Giga Bowser crashing down to turn back to normal. Unfortunately Bowser is still raring to go only for Mario and Luigi to suddenly show up to distract Bowser for Junmei. Junmei questions how they're here but then finds out about the emergency distress message that Dedede had put out. Other Smashers and Mii's from out of the city are slowly but surely making their way in to help out however they can. Bayonetta decides to go have fun elsewhere while Junmei rushes off to find Eiji.
Kenshin meanwhile fights against Ganon with Veteran of Smash, dealing combination attacks with Samus, Byleth and Corrin in order to fully defeat Ganon. As a result Ganon reverts to Ganondorf and is swiftly defeated by Kenshin before he can try a counterattack. Despite the dark prince's defeat, the Halberd is still under the control of Dr. Wily. While Kenshin takes a quick breather, Samus works on allocating their resources into a counterattack.
Meijin arrives at the Twilight Sea, transforming and utilizing the power of Master Core to draw in what remained of Galeem and Dharkon's power. Palutena arrives with Pit, Dark Pit, Phosphora and Rosalina to confront them. Despite the five fighting their hardest, Sayomi is able to hold them off from attacking Meijin. Palutena manages to come up with a plan to slip past Sayomi, the plan seemingly working as they hit Meijin with everything they've got. Unfortunately, it was too late as Meijin comes out of the attacks unscathed, his Subspace Driver now fully warped and morphed into the Zone Driver.
EPISODE 48 – THE WAR'S CONCLUSION:
Meijin transforms into Kamen Rider Zone: Twilight Subspace form and begins his fight against Palutena and the others. Meijin easily tears through Dark Pit, Phosphora, and Rosalina before going after Pit and Palutena who go all out against him. Despite their best efforts, both Angel and Goddess are only able to last so long before being completely defeated and left to their injuries by Meijin. Sayomi congratulates Meijin on obtaining what he truly deserved, Meijin mentioning he couldn't have done it without her. The two then warp away, the final phase of their plan coming to fruition.
Junmei manages to find Eiji fighting against Meta Ridley, interfering and fighting alongside Eiji to defeat Meta Ridley once and for all. With Meta Ridley out of the leadership position and only Dr. Wily left, the Subspace Army is falling into a complete state of disarray. This becomes especially the case thanks to the other Smashers and Mii's arriving from the outside to help in the fight. Junmei and Eiji run into an ambush when trying to make their way to the Halberd, only for Eri to arrive and deal with it, mentioning that she thought they could use the help. Needless to say, the two Riders are thankful that Eri managed to respond in a timely manner.
Junmei manages to get into contact with Samus who tells them to meet up with Fox and Falco, the leader of CORE having a plan to take back the Halberd but she'll need all the Riders help. As the three get ready to take the Arwings to the Halberd, everyone is caught off guard by a bright light in the sky. The light descends and strikes through the Halberd, the attack completely destroying it in a massive explosion. Meijin soon reveals his new form alongside Sayomi to the World of Smash. Eiji, Junmei, and Eri can only assume the worst as they realized Kenshin was on the Halberd when it got attacked, especially when Samus and any of the others with her don't respond to their calls.
Episode 48 – Kamen Rider Zone, Twilight Subspace Debut:
"Did we get him?" Palutena asked.
"Here's hoping," Dark Pit gritted his teeth.
"I don't like that the other one hasn't tried counterattacking us yet," Rosalina replied.
"Because I don't need to," Sayomi's voice called out as the smoke around her dissipated revealing her to be fine. She raised her arm and slashed forward to disperse the smoke faster, "Because he's completed it."
"What?" Phosphora turned and glared towards where Meijin was.
The smoke around Meijin was dispersed by an invisible force, the evil Rider standing in human form. His Subspace Driver and Master Core Token began to pulsate however. Energy began warping around them before it began to shift and change shape. It soon transformed into an oval shape, retaining its black coloration and pipes, but the pipes shining with white energy now. The Master Core Token was in the center but was now covered by a blue dome.
[ZONE DRIVER!]
"Henshin…"
Without another word Meijin his Master of Subspace form faded over his body before replacing him.
[LIGHT! DARKNESS! CONTROL! KAMEN RIDER ZONE: TWILIGHT SUBSPACE!]
It wasn't long before the blue armoring suddenly turned white with the circuitry patterns shining in a multicolored display. Next, white armor padded the outer sides of his biceps, his stomach, and the fronts of his thighs. He then gained pointed white shoulders that held the Subspace Symbol on them. His helmet let out steam as the front began to shift, the T-Shaped Visor peeling away to reveal a crusher jaw mouth plate, two multi-colored compound eyes shining through.
"This intense power…" Palutena shivered slightly before narrowing her eyes.
"Only two of you are worth my time," Meijin raised his hand and held up three fingers, three beams of light launching out from them at rapid speeds.
BOOM!
It wasn't long before Rosalina, Phosphora, and Dark Pit were all struck in their stomachs, explosions occurring and the three being blasted backwards before being slammed into the ground nearby.
"Impossible…" Palutena trailed, feeling her hand shake a bit before she gripped her staff tightly, "Pit, use it."
Pit was a bit shaken by the sudden attack that defeated their allies but turned in surprise, "Are you sure?"
"If we don't beat him or at least slow him down, the others won't have a chance," Palutena said her eyes glowed yellow, "We're going all out, that includes you."
"Y-Yes Lady Palutena, right away!" Pit called out before breaking his Final Smash Crystal, his form shining brightly before he gained his strongest equipment, the three sacred treasures. He gained his armor, wings, shield and bow as he struck a ready stance.
"There's a reason I left both of you alive," Meijin said as he stepped forward, "And that's because I know you can give me a proper test run of this form."
"Then let's see how you handle this," Palutena aimed her staff, "Black hole!"
Meijin gave a light gasp as a black hole opened behind him and began to suck him in. He gave a laugh as he looked back before suddenly getting struck by a large beam of energy to push him into first attack.
"And now… Mega Laser…!" Palutena called out as she kept the beam strong.
Meijin gave a laugh before suddenly warping away and appearing behind the two with his back facing theirs, "Did you all forget I could utilize Tabuu's abilities still?"
"You could have taken us out instead of talking," Palutena grit her teeth as she stopped her attack, "Why?"
"I told you I need a test run, I won't throw you away that easily," Meijin answered before turning and punching. He was surprised when Pit had blocked with the Mirror Shield, managing to just barely block and brace against it.
"Jeez! This guy's power is insane!" Pit called out.
"Glad to see you realize your situation," Meijin chuckled before pushing further an explosion of energy occurring and engulfing the Rider, Angel and Goddess.
EPISODE 49 – NEVER GIVE UP:
Meijin makes his declaration to the World of Smash, informing them all of who he is and how he got to this point. He reveals that he and Sayomi were simply people just trying to survive, treated unfairly by the world around them. All they truly had were each other, until Tabuu graced them with his presence. The two knew they could not trust Tabuu and simply waited for as long as they could, the two acting as the obedient servants before killing him fully. They could care less about Subspace, they wanted more, and the World of Smash was what they wanted. But they didn't want it as it was, like Tabuu did, they want to become grander than Tabuu ever was. They want to become God's, so Meijin declares that he will scorch the world and make everything start anew.
As Meijin makes his base of operations in the center of Smash City, the three remaining Riders alongside whoever was left of CORE gather to tend to their wounds briefly. Junmei, Eiji and Eri all meet with Meijin to challenge him. Despite Sayomi not getting involved, Meijin is still able to easily defeat all three Riders and their allies, even with all of them going into their strongest forms to try and match his power. Despite their defeats, all three are still raring to go alongside the Smashers who can still fight. Of course they get a healthy dose of despair when Meijin suddenly brings out an army of Malice's and Animus', all of them being copies of prior ones. While some are defeated, the army of monsters slowly but surely starts to overwhelm everyone.
Meijin is ready to deal with them once and for all when he's suddenly interrupted. Kenshin arrives with Samus and all the other members of CORE who had survived the crash. They were recovering just long enough so that Kenshin would have a shot at beating Meijin in one go. Despite Kenshin entering Veteran of Smash and going as far as he can with it, he's still unable to beat Meijin. This gets to the point where Kenshin gets a crazy idea, reverting to Subspace Inferno and pushing its adaptability and evolution further so that he can evolve mid-battle and slowly but surely take down Meijin. Despite managing to get a few good hits on Meijin, it's not enough.
Meijin however decides to humor them after seeing Kenshin go all out. He declares that he'll give them the rest of the day and the next to rest, wanting them at full power so that he can fully crush them and their spirits in one fell swoop. He announces to Kenshin that this will be the final battle, the one where each of them stakes their claim to who truly deserves to wield the great power they each hold.
EPISODE 50 – ONE LAST REST:
Sayomi asks why Meijin decided to spare them for a day when they could just easily crush them whenever they wanted. Meijin admits that he wants to have a bit of fun with this, mentioning how for the first time in his life he's been enjoying himself. Sayomi can't help but feel this is a mistake but reluctantly agrees and reaffirms to stand by his side to the very end.
Dedede takes charge and works on dealing with relief efforts, while Samus and Captain Falcon deal with whoever's able to still fight from CORE. While Captian Falcon deals with trying to figure out a support team for the four Riders for the battle, Samus works on last minute weapons for both herself and Captain Falcon. She also visits Dr. Mario, knowing she's asking for a lot in a short time, but she needs a specific set of Smash Tokens manufactured for the final battle.
Kenshin and Junmei both muse on the current situation their finding themselves in. Despite the heavy air surrounding the final battle, they can't help but laugh at how crazy their lives have become. Farther away, Eiji thinks back on how he was able to become what he wanted to be a hero a few years back and how this is his chance to help a world not fall to ruin. Eri decides to spend some time with him since he seemed lonely, Eiji wondering why she is given she has more of a connection to the siblings than him. Eri just mentions that it was on a whim but she appreciates what he tried to do for her back during the incident with Shoji and The Fallen.
Kenshin eventually finds Samus, asking her if there's any way he can grow stronger, even for a brief amount of time. He even asks if he could combine Tabuu's Token with his Final Form. Samus mentions that it could be a potential booster that allows Kenshin to exceed his limitations. But that carries a risk that the Tokens will either tear Kenshin apart or turn him into a monster due to the prior instance of Tabuu's and the Original 12's powers interacting. She tells him to only use it if absolutely necessary, but even then to try and hold back on it. Samus does admit they have a plan to strike a final blow against Meijin, they just need to wear him down far enough for it to be a for sure bet.
As everyone rests up and plans are made and developed, the sun starts to rise on the day of the final battle. Kenshin, Junmei, Eiji and Eri all walk towards Meijin's location with Samus, Captain Falcon and whoever is left in CORE that can fight. Of course slowly but surely other Smashers who are healed up enough begin to join in, making a sizeable group for the final battle.
EPISODE 51 – SUBSPACE'S TRUE SUCCESSOR:
As the curtain rises on the Final Battle, Meijin decides to be a show off, using his abilities to create a projection system all over Smash City in order to show off the defeat of the Kamen Riders. Those who are too injured can only watch and place their hopes on the Kamen Riders and Smashers who can still fight.
Kenshin, Junmei, Eiji and Eri all transform into their strongest forms, Veteran of Smash, Divine Duality, All-Star Assist and Super Segata. Kenshin and Eri go to fight Meijin while Junmei and Eiji fight together to defeat Sayomi. The other Smashers fight against the Malices, some fighting against their corrupted counterparts with Samus and Captain Falcon leading the charge. Samus upgraded her arm cannon to load in Smash Tokens, which is also powered up by her own. Captain Falcon has gauntlets powered up by his Smash Token, being able to also load in Smash Tokens for devastating effects.
Junmei and Eiji use their teamwork, combining Junmei's strength and speed in her dual forms alongside Eiji's Assist Trophy Summons as they work alongside several Smashers to try and overwhelm Sayomi. Sayomi manages to keep pace but it slowly beaten back, with Cloud choosing to take advantage of this…
51A – Omnislash Assist Improvisation, Defeat Sayomi!
"Take this!" Cloud yelled out as he spun his sword above his head while leaping forward, soon slashing forward to meet Sayomi in a clash.
"That won't do anything!" Sayomi yelled out as she went to clash blades with Cloud.
Cloud's fusion sword shined a bright blue before suddenly splitting apart, the component blades all floating back and encircling the two while the main blade floated up above them. Cloud was ready to leap towards one of the swords when Sayomi gave a yell and sent a dark blast of energy to send him to the ground. Cloud could only gasp out but soon saw someone leap past him.
[SUMMON: LYN! TAKAMARU! ALUCARD! GRAY FOX! ZERO!]
Sayomi gave a gasp as the named character were all summoned right where the blades were still floating, each gripping one and dual wielding with their standard weapon. Up high was Eiji who had grabbed the main blade as he initiated his finisher.
[ALL READY FOR FINISH! ALL STAR K.O.!]
Eiji gave a yell as the swords Lyn, Takamaru, Alucard, Gray Fox and Zero all began glowing a bright blue. They five then launched forward and slashed past in rapid succession, each performing cross slashes as Sayomi tried to block and brace with her Galaxy Blade. What she didn't notice was that her blade was slowly but surely giving way.
"This is the end!" Eiji yelled as he slashed downwards, clashing against Sayomi who held her blade overhead to block it. Eiji gave a yell however as he pushed further, energy erupting from the blade as cracking began to be heard. Sayomi's eyes widened as Eiji smashed his way through Sayomi's blade, the weapon shattering as Meta Knight's Token fell from her grasp. She gave a yell and launched a fireball at Eiji to strike him. Eiji could only cough but laugh as he was struck in the stomach.
[FOR GLORY! YANG FINISH: DIVINE K.O.!]
Sayomi barely had time to collect her thoughts as she watched Eiji drop to the ground, his suit sparking. She looked up at the sound to see Junmei preparing a kick. Deciding she had enough time from the distance she began to raise her arms to block. That was until Junmei launched forward at near light speed, suddenly kicking against her stomach where the Subspace Driver was.
"Take this!" Junmei yelled out as she kicked further, light bursting from her foot and causing damage to the Subspace Driver as Sayomi screamed out, the kick launching both of them downwards as Junmei kicked Sayomi into the ground at high speeds. As they impacted, not only did the Subspace Driver shatter but so did Sayomi's transformation.
Sayomi coughed out as Junmei slowly removed her foot from the defeated Subspace Leader. Junmei could only stare as Sayomi was a deathly pale white now.
"All we wanted to do was be at the top," Sayomi managed to sputter out, "So that we wouldn't be tossed aside again. We'd destroy anyone in our path… that was supposed to be you all as well…"
"You…" Junmei trailed.
"I don't regret my actions," Sayomi coughed out as her skin became cracked and ashen, "I just wish I could have gone out with him… but now I have to leave him alone… I have to be alone…" her eyes began to close before her skin fully turned to ash before dissolving.
Eiji landed and gave a groan, falling to his hands and knees as he lost his transformation, "Used up too much energy there…" He gave a gasp as he fell onto his side while clutching his stomach, "Also I think I took a nasty hit…"
"Just rest for now," Junmei turned over to her friend, "I'll help the others."
"Right… right…" Eiji gave a slow nod as he went to relax.
Kenshin and Eri try to overwhelm Meijin with their combined attacks, pushing both of their Drivers and abilities to their limits. But despite this they're unable to truly put a dent in him. Meijin then easily blasts them back, and while Kenshin is able to keep his final form, Eri is reverted back into her base Speedster Form. The two are left at the mercy of Meijin…
51B – Samus and Captain Falcon's resolve
"Now then," Meijin gave a hiss as energy began spiraling towards his left palm. He then took aim at Kenshin and Eri who were struggling to get up. Holding his left palm forward, he focused the energy into a sphere.
[SAMUS SHOOTING!]
A powered up missile suddenly struck the sphere of energy, causing an explosion and forcing Meijin to reel his hand back.
Samus soon walked over and stepped in front of Kenshin and Eri, Captain Falcon doing the same as they prepared themselves.
"You two…" Kenshin gave a gasp.
"What are you doing?" Eri questioned as she tried to get up.
"We're giving you a chance to rest," Samus replied, "We'll open him up, you finish him off."
[WRAP IN SHADOWS!]
"That'll be suicidal," Junmei said as she walked over in her dark based form, readying her shield, "I'll help out."
"I need you to do me a favor then," Samus held out her hand, "Dark Samus, now."
"Are you sure?" Junmei asked as she drew out the Token and held it out, "You know that…"
"I know, only one," Samus replied as she took it, "But I have a better chance at this than anyone else. I need you and Captain to give me an opening."
"You better make it out of this, Samus," Junmei said sternly.
"I'm not sure what you think you can do but it's all futile," Meijin held out his hands and began launching out blasts of dark energy.
Junmei quickly rushed forward as Samus and Captain Falcon ran to the sides to avoid any stray blasts. Junmei held her ground as she began taking one step forward at a time, bracing against the blasts as her shield held against the attacks.
[FALCO SHOOTING!]
Samus began firing at Meijin, her shots now changing to Smart Bombs as she bombarded Meijin with the powerful explosives. Meijin formed a barrier of light to block against the attacks, but it slowly began to crack. He quickly dismissed it as he waited for Samus' next attack.
[INCINEROAR, ICE CLIMBERS PUNCHING!]
Captain Falcon loaded his Smash Tokens into his gauntlets, his fists becoming coated in fire and ice elemental energy as he closed in. He gave a yell as he began punching at Meijin who began to block. Junmei rushed in, drawing her sword and slashing while bashing with her shield. The two's combined assault managed to keep Meijin from dealing with them immediately.
"Stop being funny," Meijin called out as he surrounded himself in a sphere of energy to force the two to back off. He then absorbed the energy before unleashing a beam of light against Junmei and a beam of darkness against Falcon.
The two yelled out as they braced before rushing forward despite the damage being done, the two managing to grab each respective arm and pull towards the sides.
"W-What are you...?" Meijin trailed before his eyes suddenly noticed movement.
Samus had made sure to keep a Smash Ball Token on her for one last desperate gambit. She took a deep breath while loading both it and Dark Samus' Token into her suits arm cannon. Giving a yell she used her suits boosters to speed towards Meijin, slamming her arm cannon against his belt.
[DARK SAMUS, SMASH BALL, FINAL PHAZON SHOOTING!]
"W-What...!" Meijn gasped out.
Samsu gave a yell as she unleashed a beam of concentrated phazon against the Driver itself, pushing her arm cannon further and further before managing to smash it directly into the Zoner Driver.
Both Falcon and Junmei had let go when Samus had fired the beam, allowing Meijin to grab Samus by her helmet.
"I won't let you ruin the power I so rightfully earned!" Meijin yelled out.
"I could care less!" Samus yelled out as she pushed her suit and its cannon to the limits despite the warnings she received. Soon enough a big blue explosion occurred, Samus yelling out as she was thrown out of it, her suit breaking apart and scattering across the field as she slammed into the ground and rolled away.
"Did she…?" Junmei trailed.
"You idiot… you damn idiot!" Meijin yelled in anger as he staggered out of the explosion, his Zone Driver as charred as it was partially broken. Despite this his Rider Form stayed… or rather his transformed state. His body began to bulk up, growing more in muscle mass as the armored parts began to grow more organic and fuse with him. The cape fell off of him as the circuit patterning began to bulge out and grow thinner, becoming vein-like protrusions. His armored hands and feet became more clawed and animalistic as his helmet did the same, the crusher jaw opening as black liquid began to drip out.
"Oh hell…" Junmei trailed as she could sense something wrong with that form now, "I think forcefully attacking the system like that made it more unstable."
"Unstable doesn't mean getting weaker in this case, does it?" Captain Falcon asked.
"Unfortunately not," Junmei hissed out.
Junmei and Captain Falcon attempt to fight against Meijin's more monstrous form. The two manage to land some clean hits at first only to slowly but surely be beaten back. The two are realizing they're at their limits and with Kenshin down, their unsure if they can keep going. Eri however calls out to them as she stands, planning on fighting for one last time…
51C – Segata's Last Stand
"What are you doing…? You won't last for long in your base form," Kenshin asked as he tried to stand only to stumble.
"I'm doing what a Kamen Rider does," Eri called out, "I'm not giving up, I'm going to deal as much damage as I can but you need to get up after that."
"At least use your last Token," Kenshin coughed.
"Sorry but I don't think I could even if I wanted to," Eri admitted as she looked at her shaking hand before gripping it tightly, "Just promise me that you'll get back up."
"You're really making me promise something like that?" Kenshin asked.
"It's a promise you need to keep," Eri said before bringing out her Ages Circular and readying her extra Tokens.
Meijin simply gave a roar as he raised his arms, as if welcoming Eri to her death.
[JOKER: CIRCULAR CUTTING!]
Eri loaded in Joker's Token first, holding her weapon forward as blue fireballs rained down upon Meijin, striking and lingering as they tried to burn through him. Meijin however tried to shake them off as he began to step forward.
[BAYONETTA: CIRCULAR CUTTING!]
Eri loaded in her next Token, bringing out a projection of the Infernal Demon, Gomorrah. The beasts head launched out and slammed into Meijin, biting down on him hard before exploding into dark energy.
Meijin roared as he clawed out at Eri who became a blur, slipping underneath and slashing past him. He turned only to get struck by several rapid slashes. That was until he covered the exposed portions of his body in thorny vines, launching out dozens of thorns all around him.
Eri gasped out as she was struck by the thorns, losing her weapon as Meijin began to run towards her. She gave a yell however, speeding towards Meijin and punching forward with all of her might. Despite this Meijin was unfazed, he smashed his head into her before unleashing a fireball from her mouth to send her staggering back.
"You can't win, give up!"
"I won't give up!" Eri yelled out as she sped over and grabbed her discarded weapon, loading her Smash Ball Token into the Ages Circular.
[FINAL: CIRCULAR CUTTING!]
Meijin could only hiss out before gathering white energy within his mouth, launching out a stream of energy at Eri.
Eri could only yell out as he Ages Circular shined a bright gold, energy forming around it and growing fairly large as she charged forward. Despite the Ages Circular sparking from the great energy it was working, she was cutting through the energy stream.
"I was able to become a hero thanks to you all… I appreciate it," Eri gave a soft chuckle before speeding forward and slamming her weapon against Meijin's left shoulder. She then yelled out as she unleashed all the energy within it while slashing diagonally before engulfing both of them in a golden light.
"ERI!" Junmei and Kenshin screamed out.
As the light died down they'd soon see Eri standing without her transformation, her weapon still in her hand as it was completely fried. She felt backwards and landed, her eyes closed as she was unconscious.
Stepping away from her was Meijin who had a gold gash across his chest and stomach now.
"You… you… bitch!" Meijin hissed out as the gash was not healing anytime soon, he held it tightly before stepping forward, "I'll make you pay for this… all of you… I won't be looked down by all of you!"
"You aren't touching her you monster…" Kenshin hissed out as he managed to pick himself, giving a yell before charging forward, "I won't let you!"
"You… so you finally have the courage to stand after your allies destroy themselves for you?!" Meijin questioned, "You're no better than us!"
"Shut up!" Kenshin yelled as he brought out the Smash Calibur, leaping forward and slashing down at the monstrous Subspace Leader.
Meijin roared out as he punched forward, both fist and sword colliding with each other as the two tried to force the other back.
Kenshin fights his hardest against Meijin, attempting to break through utilizing the Smash Calibur alongside Veteran of Smash's abilities in any combination he can think of. Despite this he's in a losing battle as even his combined attacks and powers are slowly being pushed back. While he isn't out yet, there's one chance he still has… and that's to perform a risky combination.
51D – Echo's Final Gambit, Veteran of Subspace Emerges!
"There's only one chance…" Kenshin gasped out as he held up the Tabuu Token before placing it on the center of his Driver, he then gave a yell before slamming down both buttons, "Let's G-!"
Kenshin's declaration was cut off by his own screams, both Tabuu's Token alongside Smash Origin Alpha and Beta began unleashing electrical feedback as they fought against each other instead of working together for a transformation. Tabuu's Token was trying to force its control over the power of the Original 12 while the Original 12's power was resisting. The result was actively attempting to tear Kenshin's body apart.
"What's going on?" Captain Falcon asked.
"The Tabuu and Smash Origin Tokens are fighting for control," Samus winced as she got in a kneeling position, "I warned him not to use it, but I guess we're that desperate huh?"
"So what exactly happens when one takes control?" Captain Falcon asked.
"Well… if the Origin Tokens reject Tabuu's power there's a chance they could reject Kenshin and kill him…" Samus admitted in a grim manner, "If Tabuu's Token takes control then we could have another Smash Origin on our hands."
"I've… got… this!" Kenshin yelled through gritted teeth as he tried to keep from screaming out from the strain of the power, "Work together… just work together you stupid tokens!"
"Like I'll let you do that," Meijin hissed out before gathering dark energy in his mouth and launching out orbs of darkness.
"Not on my life," Samus quickly tossed the Falco Token at Captain Falcon, "Protect him until he gets that form working!"
"Don't need to tell me twice!" Falcon loaded in the Token into his gauntlet before rushing forward at high speed.
[FALCO PUNCHING!]
Captain Falcon gave a yell as he punched forward, reflector barriers forming in front of his fists. Each punch he performed allowed him to deflect the orbs of darkness away. His attacks even managed to send a few hurtling back towards Meijin.
Meijin simply grabbed the spheres that were sent towards back to him and crushed them within his hands. He gave a roar before charging towards Falcon, raising his arm and punching down.
"FALCON PUNCH…!" Falcon gave a yell as he slipped past the fist, it slamming into the ground as he punched against Meijin's scar, "FINAL POWER…!"
BOOM!
The resulting attack had caused an explosion covering the two. Though it wasn't long before Captain Falcon was thrown out, his helmet flying off as his gauntlets were completely fried. He gave a groan as he slammed into the ground on his side.
Meijin emerged from the smoke again hissing out, his chest and stomach were now littered with scorches and scratches, "Enough of your stupid distraction and self-sacrificial plays… no matter how many you stack you aren't going to do anything to me!"
"Come on bro…" Junmei glanced to see her brother still struggling with the power.
"I'll finish you here and now Kenshin Yukimura…" Meijin began gathering light and dark energy around his hands, the energy spiraling around as he formed two orbs. He then slammed them together as he cupped his hands before sending out a beam of pure black and white energy.
"Kenshin you need…" Junmei paused and cut herself off when she could suddenly feel her heart beating intensely. She could feel both light and darkness in equal standing in Meijin's attack, a balance. That was it… balance, balance was the key.
[FOR GLORY!]
[BATHE IN RADIANCE!]
[FOR GLORY!]
Junmei gave a yell as she sped forward at high speeds, a dark aura surrounding her normal Yang Side form. She then slid in front of Kenshin and held her shield up as the dark aura began surrounding that while the shield shined brightly.
"J-Junmei…?!" Kenshin gasped as he saw his sister get in front of him.
"Just trust me on this!" Junmei yelled out.
[YIN/YANG FINISH: DIVINE K.O.!]
Both announcements overlapped each other as the beam of light and dark struck against Junmei who held her ground and braced with her shield. The shield managed to defend both her and Kenshin from the beam, though it was starting to crack.
"Sis, what the hell are you trying to do?!" Kenshin questioned.
"Taking a stupid risk like you," Junmei called out before giving a smirk when she noticed something, "And it's working!"
"Huh?" Kenshin suddenly noticed that the intense power of the beam began to grow weaker.
"What?" Meijin could only stare in surprise as he felt the energy he was unleashing growing weaker and weaker, "What's going on?"
"You made a mistake utilizing Galeem and Dharkon's power…" Junmei chuckled as the beam wasn't just being blocked by the shield. Most of its energy that wasn't deflected was being absorbed into it. Junmei soon lowered her arm as it nearly went limp, the shield flashing between white and purple rapidly, "Now I'll use that power to give us our chance!"
Kenshin looked in surprise to see his sister turn towards him, the energy in the shield being unleashed and breaking apart into small white and purple particles instantly. He then gave a gasp as the particles began entering his body and Driver, the Tabuu and Smash Origin Tokens slowly but surely stopping their fight against each other.
"Junmei…" Kenshin trailed as he could feel the balance in power now.
"That's all I've got in me…" Junmei staggered forward, her shield shattering as her transformation disengaged, "It's up to you now."
"Right," Kenshin said as he walked over and held onto his sister, slowly but surely setting her down as she lost consciousness.
"What did she do…?" Meijin questioned, "Why aren't you being torn apart anymore?"
"If you thought that the power you took from those two was just elemental based then you're wrong," Kenshin said as he fully stood and walked over to face Meijin, "Now, I'll show you my final… Henshin!"
[SUB-ORIGIN FUSE!]
Kenshin gave a yell as his form was now engulfed in a bright blue aura.
[SMASH ORIGIN ALPHA! BETA! TABUU! SPECIAL FUSION!]
The symbols emblazoned on Kenshin's armor began to shine a bright blue before holding a blue glow constantly. His silver armor had turned to a deep purple coloration. His bodysuit had also changed drastically, it now being dark blue with small specks of white and brighter blues. It was as if he had become a walking galaxy. His scarf had been replaced by a cape attached at his shoulders, having blue back with Tabuu's wings patterning while the inside was silver. His helmet remained the same shape as well, the only differences being that it now was primarily the same deep purple with the eyes being a bright light blue in coloration.
[THE FIRST TWELVE AND SUBSPACE INHERITOR COMBINE THEIR POWER: VETERAN OF SUBSPACE!]
"Subspace Inheritor…" Meijin hissed out.
"Sounds like you don't like that term," Kenshin remarked as he gripped his fists tightly.
"There's a reason I killed Tabuu! He was a damn fool!" Meijin called out as he launched towards Kenshin, spinning around in the air before aiming a punch at him.
"You're damn right he was!" Kenshin however easily slipped past the punch, slamming his fist into Meijin's face. A falcon's cry could be heard as fire immediately appeared and formed into a Falcon Punch.
Meijin gave a yell as he was thrown backwards, he flipped before landing. He then jumped up and performed a dropkick at Kenshin. To his surprise his ankles were grabbed in a crushing grip before he was suddenly slammed into a nearby wall after Kenshin had spun him around briefly.
Kenshin quickly crouched before leaping high into the air. He then summoned a bright blue translucent manifestation of Samus' Arm Cannon to his right arm. He raised his arm and unleashed a massive beam into the air, but he kept it going continuously as he slashed downwards, slamming the beam into Meijin like a sword.
Meijin gave a yell as he coated his hands in light energy, grabbing the beam of energy and stopping it from engulfing him. He then opened his mouth and gathered light energy before unleashing a blast of light at high speeds towards Kenshin. The attack seemingly hit, the beam dispersing and the Rider being engulfed by a bright light.
From within the light a silhouette was seen covered by blue, the blue was spread out revealing it to be the cape that Kenshin wore. He was unscathed from the attack, in a flash, Tabuu's wings appeared behind him before he launched downwards.
"Why do you insist on relying on Tabuu's power when you could easily just gain more?" Meijin declared as he side stepped to avoid a kick from Kenshin. He then leapt onto a wall before launching at Kenshin, the Rider dodging his attack, "You could have had even greater power if you had just released yourself from the shackles of Tabuu! I knew that his power wouldn't satisfy me, wouldn't satisfy that need for freedom, that's why-!"
"That's because I don't need to gather anymore power!" Kenshin yelled as he slammed his fist into Meijin's face, pushing further as his fist lit on fire, "If you really thought gaining more power could give you freedom then you're a damn fool! It's what you do with your power that allows you to do that!"
"But without great power all you will do is get picked on and taken advantage of!" Meijin yelled out as he stepped back before launching upwards, watching as the Rider did the same. He then gathered light around his body before rapidly punching forward, managing to land a punch against Kenshin's cheek.
Kenshin had leapt up and began rapidly punching forward at Meijin, despite his great speed he had ended up getting struck as a result. But he wasn't about to go down yet, as he slipped past the punch and smashed his fist into Meijin's face again, "There's a lot more to change and freedom than just power!"
"And yet you choose to gain more power to defeat me!" Meijin yelled as he grabbed onto Kenshin's arms, the two spiraling around in the air.
"Oh will you shut up and get off me already?!" Kenshin planted his legs against Meijin's stomach before kicking the monstrous Subspace Leader straight into the ground. Kenshin then slowly but surely floated down and landed, gathering white flames in his hands.
"The time for talking is over!" Meijin yelled out as he gathered light and dark energy within his mouth before spitting forward, unleashing a stream of the combined energies.
"I agree…" Kenshin trailed before cupping his hands together, before throwing his hands forward, an intense white stream of fire towards the beam of light and dark energy. Both energies clashed against each other as they tried to overtake each other before suddenly exploding and engulfing everything in a bright light.
From within the light the two launched towards each other, punching forward with their right fists before clashing against each other's punches. The resulting force from the punches caused a small shockwave that blew the light away, their stalemate in full view of everyone. Samus narrowed her eyes when she saw that Meijin's hand was starting to chip and crack… Kenshin just needed to push a little further.
Kenshin slowly but surely manages to beat Meijin back with his constantly evolving and growing power. Despite this, he still can't overwhelm the monstrous Subspace Leader. Even so he keeps pushing, and pushing and pushing, wearing Meijin down slowly but surely as it soon becomes time…
Episode 52E – The Miracle Final Smash!
"Kid, it's time to finish this!" Samus called out as she had seen enough of the two's fight to figure that now was their chance. She drew out the Smash Knuckle and a Blank Smash Token before tossing them over to Kenshin who caught them.
"So we're onto this phase… got it," Kenshin gave a nod as he loaded in the Blank Smash Token before holding the fist up high.
"And just what do you think you're doing?" Meijin questioned with a tired chuckle, the battle was wearing on him but he knew that he'd be able to overwhelm anything Kenshin tried to do. The fact that Kenshin could only break even with him was proof enough. That was until he felt something off, so he looked up into the sky before giving a light gasp.
Balls of light began launching up into the air, all from various areas of the city. But not just that, the balls began launching out from around the battlefield they were fighting in. Meijin looked over and saw everyone holding up blank Smash Tokens that were resonating with the one Kenshin held.
"Everyone, lend me your power!" Kenshin yelled out as the orbs of light began flying towards the Smash Knuckle, entering it at a rapid pace as the Smash Token inside began growing with power. Soon enough a pure gold version of the Smash Ball Token was formed.
[MIRACLE SMASH BALL!]
Kenshin gave a yell as he pressed the Smash Knuckle against the palm of his hand, multicolored energy engulfing him before he punched forward.
Meijin gave a yell as he was soon engulfed by multicolored spiraling beams of energy that had instantly launched out towards him. Just as the beams struck an explosion occurred, but Meijin quickly launched out of it and stayed floating in the air as energy began to gather around him.
"You really thought that could kill me?!" Meijin questioned with a laugh as he gathered more energy.
"You really think I'm done?!" Kenshin yelled out as he tossed his weapon up into the air, initiating his Driver's Finisher before he caught the weapon and reeled his fist backwards, "Everyone, one more time!"
[FOR GLORY!]
"You heard him!" Samus called out as she held out the Smash Token she held and concentrated, the others on the battlefield and those watching doing the same. Soon enough wisps of energy began flowing from all around into Kenshin as his power was boosted, a galactic aura surrounding him.
[COMBINATION FINISH!]
"I WILL BE THE ONE WHO WINS AND RESHAPES THIS WORLD!" Meijin roared as he unleashed a beam of all of his energy towards Kenshin.
The cape that Kenshin wore suddenly began flowing before morphing into Tabuu's wings as Kenshin launched upwards, punching forward as he began traveling through the beam, splitting it into multiple beams as he tore straight through it.
[VETERAN OF SUBSPACE K.O.!]
With that announcement and the Riders yell, Kenshin completely broke through and dispelled the beam that was launched at him. He sped towards Meijin and reeled back his fist before punching forward, the Smash Knuckle becoming a bright gold as he slammed the weapon directly into Meijin's chest, using the scar left by Eri to easily punch through.
Meijin gave a yell that slowly died out into a gasp as he was struck in the chest, gold cracks suddenly spreading from the impact and engulfing his body.
"Impossible… how is it that I lost?" Meijin questioned as his warped voice began to return to normal, "I took the power of Master Core, of Galeem and Dharkon. I was the most adept at utilizing Tabuu's power… so how was combining the entirety of those powers not enough?!"
"Because you were never free from Tabuu," Kenshin answered before looking directly in Meijin's eyes, despite the two's faces being covered they still made eye contact, "Tabuu lost time and time again because he always underestimated the one thing he coveted. He wanted worlds other than his own, connections that he couldn't make, relationships he couldn't have. But he just wanted them, he didn't' seek to learn them. The reason I'm strong is because I had allies, friends… family, all of them helping me grow and make sure I didn't lose myself to my power. And just like him, you underestimated this power!"
"So this is the power you've obtained…" Meijin trailed as the cracks began to grow larger and brighter, "This power…"
"Yes…" Kenshin called out before giving a yell and pushing further, "THE POWER OF BONDS!"
[MIRACLE RIDER SMASH!]
"So… this is… the power of one with bonds…?" Meijin gasped out as the cracks spread further and grew brighter, "I suppose my one regret was not going out together with Sayomi… regardless, I'll join her soon…" he trailed before he was fully engulfed in an explosion of light that sent a shockwave throughout the entire city. The shockwave didn't destroy and structures though, it simply destroyed any and all Shadow Bug creatures that were left.
Eiji gave a light groan as he began to pick himself up, "Is it over?"
Eri gave a gasp as she suddenly sat up from where she was, Junmei giving a soft moan as she rolled over and picked herself up.
Kenshin floated downwards from the light of the explosion, dropping his Smash Knuckle as he stood there for a few seconds. Everyone could only stare at Kenshin as they watched him just stand there. He then slowly but surely withdrew his Tokens to dismiss his transformation.
"We did it…" Kenshin gave a tired smile for everyone to see, "It's over."
Everyone slowly but surely manages to pick themselves up, Eri and Junmei helping each other over with Eiji to go and congratulate Kenshin. Samus can't help but breathe a sigh of relief, mentioning that it's over.
EPISODE 52 – FAREWELL FOR NOW:
It's been three weeks since the final battle with Meijin and the Subspace Army. While some of the Subspace Army ended up escaping, most of their prominent leaders and officials have been locked up. Thus the Subspace Army is in complete shambles and in disarray. Rebuilding is happening all over Smash City while Kenshin, Junmei, Eiji and Eri recover and help out when needed. All of them can't help but reflect on everything that happened, Eri remarking that they've done a lot of incredible things for people their age. As the days pass, the four Riders discuss what to do next now that things have calmed down.
The four Riders gather CORE, their friends and the Leaders of the World of Smash to make an announcement. Eiji plans on heading back to his home Earth while Eri wishes to travel the worlds in order to help out anyone she can. Kenshin and Junmei meanwhile both choose to stay in the World of Smash. While they did have lives back home, they remember their dream to eventually go somewhere fun and exciting and settle in there. They can't help but think that the World of Smash fits that description perfectly to them. And so everyone bids farewell to Eiji and Eri with Kenshin and Junmei looking out at the World of Smash and the new life they had made for themselves.

And that's it, the final episodes for Kamen Rider Smash. This is how I decided to end the series and I hope that I was able to give some kind of closure to people who read this story. Now that doesn't mean we're immediately done here since you might notice that I haven't marked this story as Completed. I plan on completely closing it up once I do two more extra chapters. One is going to be bit of misc stuff like trivia and the second is going to be what little future plans I had at the time.
