Chapter 8
Lillie is standing in front of Serena, showing the badge of the Elite Four to her. Serena asks, "You? A member of Elite Four? But you don't do battles..."
"That changed after I met Ash for the first time." Lillie says, "Why don't we talk in our room? That way no one will hear our conversation."
Serena nods as they enter the room, they are now sitting at their beds. Lillie says, "Do you remember the time when I accidentally found you and Ash talking alone? The truth is, all of them are just acting."
"Acting?" Serena asks. "You mean, I didn't see you two in the amusement park's Flying Taxi's Station. Ash is the one that told me everything, instead of saying me, how about I change into his own Elite Four members?"
"So you and the other three know our relationship?" Serena says with a little annoyance. "Ash is so done after I meet him next time."
"Relax, but the problem is that...not even my family know that I'm an Elite Four member." Lillie says, "The Elite Four and the Gym Leaders of the Sevestar Region are supposed to be secretive."
"But why would Ash ask you to become one of his Elite Four? I mean, as I said, you don't do battles..."
"On Exeggutor Island of the Alola Region, Calem and I were alone since the storm. He revealed everything about him being Ash Ketchum from the Kanto Region. I was a little shocked that he is a member of the East, there are times I wonder if what he did to me was just trying to gain my trust, but he told me his plan. Doing Leagues is just a cover for his master goal, his goal is to stop the conflict between East and West. He wants both sides to accept each other and stop fighting, which is not that easy to do alone."
"So let me guess, you accept the plan?" Serena asks.
"Of course, the Aether Family doesn't have any serious conflicts with the East." Lillie smirks. "Well, maybe Gladion has it now since he still thinks that Ash beat his only rival Calem."
"Oh, that..." Serena sighs. "Can you tell us more about Ash's other Elite Four members and the Gym Leaders?"
Lillie says, "Unlike me, the rest of the members prefer self-teaching, so they don't come to this school. I can't tell you about them yet. But I'll try my best to show some trivial information to you."
Serena nods, and Lillie says, "The typings of the Elite Four members are Ice, Fighting, Dragon, and Dark. You know that I am the Ice Type one. But for the other three, I can tell you that one of them is Ash's younger brother, and the other two are from the West like us."
"What?" Serena gasps in shock. "Are you serious? Three Elite Four members are from the West like us? And they are willing to follow an East member like Ash?"
"They do. Ash has a lot of ways to gain followers." Lillie says.
"Wait, wait, wait...why are you saying Ash like some sort of cult leader?" Serena says with panic, and Lillie says, "Don't you think Ash is a suitable leader? You are his girlfriend after all."
"Really..." Serena says with a little blush.
Ash is now standing at the balcony, thinking of a lot of things. Chloe and Dawn are walking past as Chloe notices Ash, she asks, "Ash? What are you doing here at the balcony?"
Ash turns to Chloe and Dawn, he says, "Oh, it's you two. I usually train my Pokemon at this time, but since I am not going to battle in the tournament, I'll just have a break for myself."
"A break? That is rich coming from you." Dawn says as Ash is a little annoyed.
"Excuse me? You don't think I am some sort of machine that works endlessly, right?" Ash says.
Before they can ask for more, Ash gets a call as he says, "Excuse me."
He answers the phone and asks, "Mark? What is it?" "..." "Oh, you mean the Top 10 Tournament? I know about it. Don't worry, mom told me everything."
"Who is Mark?" Dawn asks Chloe, and Chloe shrugs, "Beats me, I have no idea."
"How many times I need to tell you, if the East and West fight in the resort, you should take drastic measures to kick them out." Ash says. "We are not going to let people like them ruin the RPA Company!"
"RPA Company? Isn't that the company that sponsors everything in this Sevestar Region?" Dawn asks again.
"But why is Ash talking like he owns the company of his own?" Chloe asks.
Ash says, "Okay, Mark. How are our other members doing?" "..." "I see. I'm glad everyone is doing fine." "..." "You mean the Ice Type Elite Four Member of the Sevestar, I know her, she is doing fine in the West, as much as I don't want to admit it."
This causes the two girls to be shocked, they have heard that the Elite Four of the Sevestar Region are in the top 5 of the strongest trainers in the world. With the Champion being the Number 1. And if an Ice Type Elite Four member of the Sevestar is in the same school and is also in the West Dorm, they have no match against that person.
"Okay, now I should end the call, see you." After Ash ends the call. Chloe asks, "Who is that, Ash?"
"He is my brother Mark." Ash says with a sigh.
"Your brother? But I thought Tobias is the only family member you have..." Dawn asks.
"You are wrong about that. I have three more sisters and two more brothers. Only one of them is blood-related, like Tobias...I love my siblings, unlike Tobias...who has been avoiding me or taunting me."
"Okay..." Dawn says. "But you said that the Ice Type Elite Four member of the Sevestar Region is in the school and the West Dorm, is that true?"
Ash sighs and says, "It is true. All I can tell you is that she is listed as a Number 2 of the strongest trainer, and the strongest Ice Type Trainer in existence. If you don't know one thing, is that the leaders of the Sevestar treat West and East as equal, they won't try to provoke others just because they are from the different unions."
"So they are not either one of the people that we fight...then she should have been listed in the Top 10 of the West, right?"
"You're wrong, she isn't inside the Top 10. But I can't reveal who she is since I am a member of the East. She will try to kill me if I spread her identity."
"Not even to us?" Dawn asks.
"Not even to you." Ash says as he tries to walk away, "Sorry."
As Ash is going back to his dorm room, which he stays alone because he prefers to be in an alone group. But just as he turns on the lights, he hears a yell, "Surprise!"
Ash is a little annoyed as he looks at the girl in front of him, she has the same face as Ash, and Ash asks, "Golly? How many times do I need to tell you that you aren't going to scare me? And what are you doing in my room anyway?"
"I got permission from my mom. Is that a good answer?" Golly asks.
"Then why don't you bother Tobias?" Ash asks.
"What do you think? He slammed the door on my face." Golly says with a sarcastic tone.
"He is so done when I see him again." Ash clenches his fists. "But seriously, what are you doing here? Mark just called me and he told me that you were at your gym."
"I was bored. You shouldn't make me the 12th leader." Golly says. "A few challengers would come to face me, especially my gym is basically a Ghost House."
"That I can't deny." Just then, they hear the door knock as Ash opens the door, Chloe is the one standing in front of them, and Ash asks, "What are you doing here, Chloe? I have some family matters that I need to do?"
"Family matters? You always told me that, so don't use that excuse on me again." Chloe says.
"He is not making up excuses, we do have some family matters to talk about." Chloe is surprised to see a girl besides Ash. She says, "Hello, my name is Golly Ketchum."
"Let me guess, your sister?" Chloe asks Ash, who nods at her.
"You must be Chloe, right? I heard a lot about you from my brother." Golly says.
"Is that so..." Chloe blushes a little, but then she turns to Ash, "I'm sorry if I bother you two, I'll just leave."
"Do you think you can just get away after interrupting me and my sister's conversation? Since you are the only one in the Eastern Dorm that knows about my relationship with Serena, so there is no escape for you."
"Hey!" Chloe protests as she is being dragged into the room. Chloe has never been in Ash's room before, but what she can't believe is that there is a lot of stuff in his room, such as machines or gadgets.
"Just what have you been doing in your room?" Chloe yells. "I mean...those gadgets, those machines...how do you get them inside your room without anyone noticing?"
"I have my own ways." Ash says with a smirk. "Besides, I have a lot of secrets that I don't want to reveal to others."
Golly says, "Brother is the president of the RPA Company, that's why he has these things so that he can do his work as the president."
"Are you kidding me? You? The president of the company that makes Sevestar a region?" Chloe asks. "This is too much information to take on..."
Ash says, "That is why I don't want to reveal my secrets because it is too much to take in."
"Just great, are you going to tell me that you're also the secret Sevestar Champion?" Chloe asks.
"You are not wrong about that as well." Golly says, which causes her to almost faint in the spot.
"What? You are the Sevestar Champion and you didn't tell us? That's why you said you aren't interested in partaking the Leagues?" Chloe yells once more.
"Geez, brother. This girl sure can yell." Golly mutters.
"You would do the same thing if you take too much information in a day." Ash says. "You have no right to say that to others."
Ash turns to Chloe and says, "And yes. I told you that I want East and West to live in harmony, that's my goal as a Pokemon Master. To start the goal, I have to gather followers and those who are by my side, both East and West. And they have become the Gym Leaders and Elite Four members of the Sevestar Region once I become the Champion."
"So you are the one that trains them to be the strongest members of the world, right?" Chloe asks after trying to calm down.
"Correct, Golly here is also one of the Gym Leaders, she specializes in Ghost Type and her Gym is the second closest to this school here." Ash says.
Golly turns to Ash and says, "By the way, about that girlfriend of yours, how is she doing now?"
"You mean Serena? Don't worry, with Lillie by her side, they both can take care of each other." Ash says. "After all, they are the Sevestar Queen and the Ice Type Elite Four member."
"You mean that Lillie is the strongest Ice Type member in the world? She doesn't seem to be the type..."
"Because of her overprotective brother, she hides her identity very well." Ash says, "But then again, not even her family knows about this."
"And you said Serena is the Sevestar Queen? That does make sense considering how she does in the other regions."
"Yeah. Get ready, Chloe. Since you're in for a wild night as information will surge into you like waves."
Chloe nods as Ash is going to tell her about everything.
And here is another new chapter, Chloe is starting to learn the information about Ash, as well as Serena. The other members of the Gym Leaders and Elite Four will be revealed after several more chapters, since what's the fun revealing everything this early? I hope you like this chapter.
