The meeting was set with the council for a couple of hours later, which seemed weird to the heroes because they thought that the council would want to have this meeting as soon as possible. Oliver and Thea thought it looked like someone might be trying to find a way to break Reign out of the cell that they had her in for now.

"I think something is up. I think your people are strategizing so that they can find a way to get Reign back to earth." Oliver said.

"I think you might be right. What do you suggest we do though?" Zor-El asked.

"My thoughts are that Zor-El, Alura, and Kara go to the meeting. They don't know that Thea and I are here, so we will hide and watch what happens at the jail, and if someone tries to break Reign out, we will stop it and get the information we need to stop it from happening again." Oliver said.

"Sounds like a plan to me. You two be careful." Kara said as she walked up and kissed Oliver before she left with her parents to go to the council meeting.

Zor-El, Alura, and Kara entered the council area and presented their case to the council and most of the council decided that they were on board with what the members of the House of El were thinking and that it was safer to leave Reign on Argo since she was so powerful on earth. The only person who wasn't on board with it was Selina.

"I don't think it is wise to keep this woman here. What if Zor-El is wrong and she can get her powers here? What will we do then?" Selina said.

"That won't happen. We have already seen that our devices work to keep her powerless here since we arrived." Alura said.

"I still think it is an unneeded risk to take. I think we should send her back to earth where she belongs." Selina said.

"Ok, we shall now vote and see what the council thinks." One of the other members said and they all voted.

"The vote comes out to 7-1 for Reign staying here on Argo. I am glad that you brought this to our attention Alura. This means that we still have members of that cult of Juru from back in the day around here now. We need to find a way to root them out so that they don't cause us problems." A council member said.

"I agree, but I am also here to tender my resignation to the council because I am going to live on earth with my daughter. I will you all well in the future and Zor-El has made a communications device that will make it through the shield. So, if you should ever need anything from us, just send a message." Alura said.

"We wish you well, Alura. Thank you for the communications device. We may need it one of these days." A council member said as the members of the House of El left the council area for the last time.

While Zor-El, Alura, and Kara were in their meeting with the council, Oliver and Thea were watching the jail to make sure that no one was going to try and break Reign out. After about an hour, two shady looking people with their hoods pulled up, came to the jail.

"Well, that doesn't look shady at all." Thea said.

"Let's give them a chance and see what they do. It might be nothing." Oliver said and Thea nodded.

The two archers followed the people inside and snuck around so that no one knew that they were there. When the people made it to the cell, Oliver and Thea saw that they were at Reign's cell. Oliver and Thea used bola arrows to restrain the people and walked up to them.

"What are you trying to do here? This woman is dangerous." Oliver said.

"It is our mission to get this woman to earth so that she can destroy it. You can't stop us." One of the women said.

"You think not. We will see about that." Thea said as she took a needle out of her pocket and stuck it in the woman's arm and injected her with the liquid, and Oliver did the same to the other woman.

"What was that you just injected me with?" The woman with Oliver asked.

"It is a truth serum of sorts. It will give us all of the answers that we need." Oliver said.

"What makes you say that?" The other woman asked.

"You will see." Thea said as she and Oliver picked the women up and took them back to the Zor-El house.

By that time the serum was working, and the women were screaming. They would be able to get the answers that they needed now.

"Why is this hurting so bad? A truth serum is only supposed to get answers." One woman asked.

"The serum is known as red death. It brings back all the pain you have ever experienced. So, how many of you are there?" Oliver asked.

"We will tell you nothing." One of the women said.

"We can make the pain stop if you tell us what we need to know." Thea said.

The other woman who obviously wasn't as strong as the first woman broke and said, "It is just Selina. She is on the council. She will most likely try to make it so that Reign can't stay here."

"Shut up you idiot." The other woman said.

"Oh, don't worry. We just got what we needed. We will give this recording to Alura, and she will give it to the council and you two and Selina will pay for what you have done." Oliver said as he gave them both a sedative and then passed out.

"Well, let's get this information to Alura so that she can finish this all off and we can get back home." Thea said.

Just then the three members of the House of El walked in and saw the two women tied up. "What is going on here?" Alura asked.

"These women tried to break Reign out. We brought them back here to get answers. Everything you need is on this recording." Oliver said as he handed the arrow to Alura, and she listened.

"I guess I will see the council once again. I will be back soon." Alura said.

When she got back to the council area, they were all surprised to see her. "What brought you back here so quick?" One of the council members asked.

"We brought some more friends with us who were watching the jail and they stopped some people from breaking Reign out and then they brought these

people to our house and questioned them and they found out who is responsible for Reign. They recorded it." Alura said.

"Go ahead. Play the recording." Another member said.

Once hearing the recording, the council members called security in to arrest Selina and then send others to the Zor-El house to pick up the others. As Selina was led out, she turned around and said, "This isn't over Alura. We will find another way to destroy earth."

Alura went back to the house, where all the others were waiting so that they could go back to earth. They turned on the transmat portal and Zor-El set it to self-destruct once they were all through. They couldn't take the chance of it being used again.

Once they were back on earth they went to meet up with their friends and tell them what had happened on Argo, and to let them know that they wouldn't have to worry about Reign anymore. Everyone was happy to hear about that and they all decided that it was time to go home and get some rest because it had been a long couple of days.
