I sighed as I finished up my stack of paperwork and sent it off. To think Luffy was able to delegate the paperwork well so only the most important ones he look over was his paperwork... After we taught him how to write as that got skipped over by Luffy's various caretakers. When we see garp I'm going to give him a piece of my mind as being able to write is an important skill even for Marines!
My work was getting supplies for all the forges in the now formed east blue kingdom and run the east blue smiths guild. How did Luffy appoint me as basically the head of a network of suppliers for the armory of the kingdom! Ussop was in charge of the long-range weapons division and the marksman section of the army and he took to giving a good regimen for them to get up to his standards in hitting a target. And considering he never misses a mark with no haki that's a high bar but from reports, ussop has made his part of the army the most accurate of the bunch. Something that made sento look as if he wanted to know why ussop just uses a slingshot if he's that accurate.
"Oh, that? On our home island, we don't have the resources for firearms so the slingshot was all ussop had to use. And he's been using it to very great effect as a result" Kayla confessed.
"Given what I have seen ussop might be considered the world's greatest sniper with slingshots. No one would expect him of being that good a shot which I think he will get a chance to prove in louge town" I said as I got to work in forging nami a pair of tonfa.
"So James how is carrot taking the fact your now part of a Government," asked Kayla as sento looked at me.
"She laughed herself into an accidental discharge and ended up catching a seaking for dinner. Wanda was not amused she snuck off wano to meet up with us even if her note is a bit hard to read. I had to tell that canine mink what got carrot so worried to come to join us right after she finished training" I said sighing recalling the call I got from Wanda last night.
"Still have no clue how you are not freaked at your fiancee coming to join us and rightly chew you out for getting injured and half your strength stollen," asked sento.
"For one carrot is fast when she wants to be so outrunning her is not an option, secondly her electric attacks are a lot quicker than I am on my feet, and finally I know she's going to be overprotective because she cares and it shows that while she was shocked I knew before I left for my journey she was the one for me this proves she feels the same way," I said shrugging.
"Yep he's related to me all right anyone who is that dedicated to their love is my family," ryuga said as Kasumi giggled.
"Still I can't believe he proposed to her as a kid and surprised her to what she was agreeing to," Kasumi said.
"Wanda knew what an engagement ring looks like which makes me wonder how she, in particular, knows that she wasn't much older than me and carrot at the time," I said as that stumped me a bit.
"Really?" Asked sento.
"I proposed to carrot when I was seven and Wanda is two years older than me while Carrot is a year younger. Wanda is nineteen now so I wonder how she knew an engagement ring at nine years old?" I said as I keep forgetting to ask her.
"That has me curious now too when you put it like that," said nami as she overheard as she did the accounting.
"Still can't believe you managed to put your whole lab in that empty room we got sento how did you move the purification machine there even though with me I take some of the strain off misora," I asked my fellow rider with a raised eyebrow.
"Wait I thought one of you did that" asked sento wide-eyed.
"Not me I was helping Kasumi move her stuff," ryuga said hands up. "Most of us don't even know what the thing looks like to know to move it and Luffy would need to be told how important it is for you to do it but we didn't have time after arlong" I pointed out as it wasn't me who moved it.
"Fair point but if it wasn't any of us who put it in the boat who did?" Asked sento freaking out as his hair went massively messy as he tried to figure it out.
"From what I can remember of the show my past life saw... Evolt's broken belt is what's powering the thing and the only one who has a stake in it getting repaired by you since you reverse engineered the build driver from it it's most likely evolt who put it there" I said slumping as my scar throbbed at the reminder of that psycho.
"Dad was with us on mikan island where arlong park was but gone when we demolished the place" misora recalled.
"Considering your dad is acting as a meat suit for evolt since that mars mission I'm not surprised he did so when we were not looking. And you are technically ryuga's half-sister because of it. Meaning you're my cousin too. And considering what's in Pandora's box we don't want him getting it" I said sighing.

You had used something called the hazard trigger in the series to enter what people call black hazard form. The thing was it makes you berserk after a short time due to you needing two of the same bottles to have full control. You developed an artificial full bottle called rabbittank fullfull bottle that can switch between rabbit and tank forms. What's inside the box is evolt's version of the hazard trigger the black hole trigger which unlocks evolt's full power" I said and showed my slot.
"The fact I had my driver since I reincarnated with the same slot means somewhere out there is my version of the trigger and if you get your hazard level up to five then evolt is going to try and body snatch ryuga once he's a Kamen rider too. Kamen rider cross-z the dragon-based rider. His final form is called cross-z magma using a knuckle/smelter adapter and a magma full bottle created from the hardened remains of a jelly substance version of full bottles called sclash jellies. And that's from project sclash which you hid from Faust" I said pointing at sento.
"Logue town is right on the horizon land ho!" Ussop called from the crow's nest.
"We will get back to that later," I said sighing as I pushed myself up from where I was sitting as I grabbed my driver as looked at Luffy.
"Hey, Luffy I just remembered something since Garp is your grandpa that must make monkey d dragon your dad he's a revolutionary and considered the worst criminal in history and I have the feeling he's going to be in louge town so if I see him I'll let him know you want to talk and get to know each other... And I don't think he knows what your gramps did when you were a kid" I said recalling last night after the bounties when sento wanting to know his new captain asked Luffy about his childhood... Much to everyone's anger at hearing what Garp did to try and make Luffy a marine. Still wonder how he reacted to Luffy unifying the whole east blue as I also let slip as Union to the Marines that Luffy not long after starting beat iron mace alvida when I met him.
As we docked and split I went to look for the supplies I needed and went to see how Zoro was doing and found him just as he tested the named sword and somehow avoided getting his arm cut off and got two swords to replace the broken ones from fighting mihawk.
Dragging him to the square I sighed at seeing buggy about to kill Luffy with the now slimed Alvida's help.
"Zoro Luffy is going to be fine a storm is coming in and Luffy is rubber I can feel an electric charge in the air so lightning is about to hit Luffy has the oddest luck apparently," I said as Luffy emerged from the lightning strike unscathed and I grabbed Zoro and with nebula gas enhanced strength tossed him to the merry as I headed off myself. As I did I spotted Dragon.
"Monkey d. Dragon huh Luffy must get his looks from his mother. You better hurry and follow smoker he's going after Luffy and the two of you need to talk. Up until we arrived here Luffy had no idea you were his dad at all so you might need to ask Luffy how Garp raised him and also for god's sake tell him sabo is alive just minus his memories grey terminal was making Luffy think sabo died since he adopted sabo and ace as brothers." I told the revolutionary before I headed back to the merry as union hawkgattling. When Luffy arrived a few hours later and we set off I could see dragon nod to us before he went on his way.
I looked at Luffy.
"So how bad does dragon want to beat up his old man for your childhood? And was he proud of you for becoming basically king of the east blue as practice for becoming king of the pirates?" I asked him amused.
"Very proud of me showing how strong I am just starting," said Luffy not saying anything else about his conversation with his dad.
"He did tell you about sabo right? When I saw a blonde kid with the revolutionaries five years back I knew from your description he had to be sabo" I asked blinking.
"I'm glad he's alive just bummed he lost his memories ace will freak when I tell him," said Luffy.
"You did remember to get denden mushis with Ace before you left right?" I asked curiously as to how will Luffy contact ace.
"Gah! I completely forgot about that!" Luffy shouted showing no he didn't have that thought as I did for Carrot when I set sail.
Still, with my supplies in hand, I looked to gin.
"Hey, gin! I picked up supplies for your new gear sento I'm going to need your help since gin has the owl full bottle I'm going to need your help with an adapter for him" I said as sento got what I'm asking as he shot gin a wide-eyed stare.
"Don't know what gin's hazard level is but it should be fine to see if we can make him a rider" I said shrugging.
"Let's get to work James," said sento dragging me off.
"Better get training gin if those two will be occupied then we got a lot to do," ryuga said dragging him off as James told him how to train his hazard level to three enough to become cross-z by shaking the bottle and using the ability it gave him. He did hand ryuga the lock full bottle though.
