Author has written 2 stories for Megami Tensei, and My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU/やはり俺の青春ラブコメはまちがっている. Wrote some stuff in the past for writing class. But haven't actually posted any of it anywhere. First published story is on this account. Cover drawing for "When There is Life, There is the Demonic" is drawn by me. Drawing can be found on pixiv and twitter with the username of GoldenFestival. Favorite Series - Oregairu (One of the first anime I watched. Hachiman is one of my favorite characters in fiction. As time passes I gain a deeper understanding of everything in the series and as a result I gain a deeper appreciation of it.) - Persona (Got into it because I was trying to find something to play for my PSP and friend recommended it to me. Mixture of social aspects, dungeon rpg, and the time management made me love the game.) - Shin Megami Tensei (Got into it by association with Persona, slowly turned into one of my favorite franchises by trying more and more of their games and the press turn/weakness exploiting combat system.) - Fire Emblem (First series to really hook me into video games and also the first time I could say I love playing video games. Tried it because the combat animations seemed cool and one of my mains was Ike in brawl.) - Devil May Cry (Watched gameplay for a while and thought to myself that it looked cool. Style ranking system and Royal Guard was what drew me to playing it.) - History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi (One of the first manga I read that I felt that had excellent fights along with detailed martial arts that was explained. It was a mixture of a sort of shounen power system and real martial arts. Other stories I read either leans too far in the power boosting part of fictional martial arts like "The Breaker" or more into the real aspect like "Holyland." I still liked those but it isn't really what I was looking for. Also the power progression of Kenichi felt great as techniques were built upon more on top of previous techniques.) Favorite Characters - Hikigaya Hachiman (Oregairu. His cynical attitude and personality really resonated with me. Along with his desire to reach something genuine.) - Shirou Emiya (Fate/Stay Night. His almost crazy dedication to his beliefs and ideals of being a hero of justice is what really drew me to his character. His own survivor's guilt and emptiness pushing him towards being a hero even more. His power set is also one of my favorites.) - Junpei Iori (Persona 3. He started as a selfish and jealous person wanting to play hero and be the leader. Through the development of the romantic relationship with Chidori that started to change. And Junpei's awakening of his Ultimate Persona is one of my favorite story events ever. It reinforces the theme of the game and provides a heart wrenching event that Junpei must overcome.) - Marianne Von Edmund (Fire Emblem Three Houses. Soft spoken, kind, shy, depressed, and with low self esteem. Believes it's her crest and in extension herself that has been cursed, also believes the crest caused the disappearance of her parents. Eventually faces her issues through fighting a beast with the same crest as her and with the advice of others in support conversations she becomes better. I feel a sort of connection to her character, it's a bit difficult for me to explain really. Her pre and post time skip design is also really nice.) |
