Prologue- Order 66 pt. 1 Jared Brooks

Jared's Venator-bridge: Jared Brooks is standing on the bridge on his Jedi Cruiser heading to Coruscant. He the 501st had just captured Darth Maul and freed Mandalore with the help of Bo-Katan Kryze and her Night Owls. Just then, CT-7567 aka Clone Captain Rex has just entered the bridge.

"General Brooks, I'm happy to report that Maul is secured in the detention area. The Coruscant Guard is guarding his cell," Rex said.

"Well I doubt he'll be able to escape, especially since his force powers are cut off because of that fancy Mandalorian box" Jared replied.

"Yeah, no doubt." Rex said.

Jared was about to speak but stops, getting a weird feeling, which didn't go unnoticed by Rex.

"Everything alright sir?" He asked sounding worried.

"Yeah, fine just got a little tired." He lied.

Rex was about to reply but was cut off by his com link beeping.

"Excuse me General, I'm getting a transmission from Coruscant." He said.

"By all means Rex." Replied Jared. "Hey, if you see Anakin, tell him I said hi."

"Will do General."

Rex leaves and Jared looks out the window at the hyperspace streets. Suddenly, he he hunches over in pain feeling the death of thousands of Jedi.

Confused, Jared runs to Rex who is shaking

"Rex…" _

Outside the Bridge-30 seconds earlier: Rex sees that the transmission is from Chancellor Palpatine. He opens it quickly.

"Captain Rex, the time has has come: Execute Order 66."

"Yes, Lord Sidious." Replied Rex.

The door opens and out comes Jared.

"Rex, its Anakin, I feel like something terrible has happened." Jared said.

Behind him two clones aimed their blasters at him.

"NO!" Yelled Rex. "I'll do it."

"Rex, what's happening?" Jared asked. Stepping closer.

Rex aims his blaster pistols at Jared. "STAY BACK!" Rex yells, a tear rolling down his cheek. "Find him. Find him. Gives. Find him. FIVES!" Rex punctuates by shooting.

Jared deflects the bolts with his green lightsaber. He then pushes Rex into the holo projector with the Force.

"Rex, what the fuck is going on?"

Before Rex can answer, the back door opens and Jesse and a few Coruscant Guard troopers came in shooting. Jared had to deflects blaster bolts from Rex, Jesse, and six other clones.

Finally, a big enough hole was punched in the ceiling and Jared jumped up away from the clones.

"Find him. Find him. Gives. Find him. FIVES!" Rex's words kept playing over in his mind.

Fives, he thought. "Oh shit. The inhibiter chips. That's what made the clones turn on me.

Jared made his way to the escape pods through the air ducts.

Upon making it to the escape pods, Jared found a group of clones waiting for him.

"Damn it. I can't catch a fucking break can I." He thought to himself. He was brought back to reality when he was shot in the shoulder.

He used the force to break all the clowns' necks and got in a pod.

Shit's going to change pretty fucking quick. I hope Anakin and Zoey are safe.

AN: OK this prologue is longer than I planned it to be so I'm going to break it up into two parts. Part 2 Will focus on Zoey's escape from Order 66
