Not every Kekkei Genkai is a superpower lottery jackpot. Chunin Iruka and Anko and tokubetsu jounin Hayate team up to make Konoha and the world at large acknowledge the worth of their lesser-known bloodlines. They may not make Orochimaru's to-do list, but Anko definitely wants his head on a pike. No wimpy defeatist attitude is allowed here!
