i. Introduction...

Hello, you may call me Aya. She/her, demi-bisexual, passive/skeptical/struggling Christian, INFP-T (The Mediator).

I like a variety of things such as reading, writing, and doodling/drawing. I also like watching TV shows and movies, as I'm sure almost everyone likes to do.

Well, what else is there to say? Hmm, what does anyone write in these things, anyway? I love, love, love to read whenever I have time (which is never). So much so I come here to read more about what I've already read or watched. I also write about things I've read or watched. Guess that is pretty self-explanatory. My cooking skills are decent, nothing amazing or restaurant quality, but it's edible and tastes good, or so I'm told. Sometimes I like to experiment, get creative and cook something from one of the cooking shows I watch. Other times I will cook out of a box.

Umm... I have three cats who I live in a 3 bedroom home with my hubby and son. The cats end up taking over everything anyway, so I suppose it is a privilege they have let US stay for so long. It would be nice if they could get jobs, though. They get pretty expensive.

I don't act my age and I like video games, when I have the time to play them, that is. Coffee is my blood and Dr. Pepper is a vice. I have a deep love for vampires and anything magical, really. I also love music and writing is a great past time, until it becomes an obsession.

I will let my writing speak for itself. You'll either like it or you won't. I'll let you be the judge.

If you came here looking for a consistent writer and updater that has her crap together and posts things all neat and clean, you have come to the wrong page. I post like a sleep-deprived raccoon looking for its next fix in a dumpster fire. If that isn't your thing, then follow the road a few miles and take a left to SaneVille.

iv. Operation Project Madness...

As of right now, my primary project is to sort through and organize my nightmare of 1-shot stories. I will list my plans here, and hope that it will be a personal motivator as well as give you an idea of what the fudge is going on with me. Many things are currently under extreme construction, so if you are tired of my shit at this point, then the unfollow button is here [points in a random direction]. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

- Archive of Stray Thoughts, Wanderings of Lost Plots: These Collections are here for me to put stories I am too insecure to post as stand-alone pieces (pretty much everything under the sun). You will notice that will be quite a few stories. They are sorted and separated based on their word counts for convenience. I did have an old collection but I have removed it entirely. What happened to all 60-something trainwrecks that were in there? Well, I have them all stowed on my GDocs where I am currently sorting through them based on word counts, proofreading them, and marking their original written dates on each one. I am then (slowly) reuploading the cesspools into the corresponding collection that matches their word count range. So yes, I am reposting a ton of old stories back on here. Why? Because I a) wanted to have things a little bit more organized, b) I wanted to spread out my pieces a little more based on their length rather than hodgepodging it all in one basket, c) depression and anxiety is an absolute bitch. Each collection will have a Table of Contents as the first chapter for navigation purposes. It will contain summaries/pairing/ratings/warnings for each story, making it easier for you, Reader, to find something you might like a little quicker.

- The Malfoy Secret: Is being put on hold and will be Rewritten and Reposted eventually. I have a better idea of where I want to take the story now and a lot of the earlier chapters need overhauled to not only fit the clearer picture I now have for it, but to also fix some discrepancies in portraying certain characters, correcting some unflattering things I've done within its chapters, and improve plot/character development. It took me a long time to decide what to do with this story, but I will not abandon it. It just needs some well-focused love is all. You will see it again, and soon you will learn the Malfoys Secret.

- The Lioness: I do have plans for at least a couple more chapters for this. Exactly how many depends on who I want to feature in them, who I want to roast over an open flame, or where I want to take the plot, which is being planned out as I go. I update slower than snails wading through molasses, so just keep an eye out for notifications. They'll come eventually. 4/? Chapters Posted.

- Bloodborne Child: I have no ending planned for this story at all, so updates will be sparse at best. 1/? Chapters Posted.

- Extra Credit: A 5-chaptered gift ficlet for a friend of mine. The plot is planned out, but I haven't had the oompf to really work on it due to the tropes I am using in it. Chapters will come as they are finished. 2/5 Chapters Posted.

- Silence Falls: TBA

- We Were Not Ourselves: An alternative point of view to The Shadows That Bind Us and part of The Dreams Saga. This projected 6-chaptered story features Tony Stark's perspective and how he managed to keep Loki while learning more about Harry in the process. 1/6 Chapters Posted.

- Why Dreams Fade: A Prequel to What Dreams Become and part of the Dreams Saga. This 8-chaptered story will feature snapshots of Tony, Lily, and James' relationship while they tackle muggle university, the war, secrecy, and pain. This is segmented to have 2 chapters feature a single year of them together, stretching up to 4 years. 1/8 Chapters Posted.

- Where Dreams Are Forged: A sequel to What Dreams Become and part 2 of the Dreams Saga. This undetermined amount of chaptered story will feature Tony and Harry settling into their new life together, learning to be a family, meeting new people, and fighting against the world that works against them. 1/? Each piece always has its own silver lining, and is often focused on family, grief, mourning, loss, and other heavy topics of mortality and coming to terms with death that is faced along with it.

I wrote a continuation piece from a fellow writer for her. We were participating on the same forum (MC4A) and I wrote her a gift fic for her birthday. She is an amazing FFn author and I highly recommended checking out TolkienScholar's work! This is in the Stranger Things fandom featuring Max Mayfield, who is a character introduced in Season 2. Both stories take place post-season 2 and contain spoilers for the season, so fair warning if you've not watched it yet!

- Constructive Criticism is appreciated. I have tough skin, so if you need to be blunt about something I can take it. I want to know if my writing isn't coherent (crypic sentences, vague/complex descriptions, plotholes, unmarked offensive/triggering content, etc.) or if something is extremely wrong (like duplicated paragraphs, littered with spelling errors, etc.). - I am a proud Slytherin/Ravenclaw mix! I got the Ravenclaw smarts but the Slytherin traits. I am more of a Slytherin by nature.

- The One Ring is really Saurons' horcrux before a horcrux had a name and definition. Coincidence? I think so. Brilliant minds that think alike.

- I am a total sucker for most of the bad boys, anti-heroes, or villains. I rarely fancy the heroes. Perhaps it's because they make most of the bad guys extremely attractive? I don't really know what that says about me. My theory: Most villains are attractive to symbolize the temptation of how physical beauty can have people blindly overlook the dark, nasty personality. Makes sense to me.

- Tom Felton and Daniel Radcliffe have been in horror movies since Harry Potter. Dan was in The Woman in Black, and Tom in The Apparition. Talk about a change in scenery.
