Well, time to finish Black Panther, but before we do that, I'm going to answer one question
1: what does algetic mean?
Yeah, spelling error, I was trying to use a verb that the hero has a lot of agility and I thought that word would be that word.
I was wrong and now I know no word describe that, I think the word I was looking for was probably 'flexible' or something.
Also, another bit of news:
I am going to put out another MHA fanfiction, a new instalment of 'MHA's What if…?' and it wouldn't be a one-shot since I thought too much and would write so much to give out a proper story of its scenario.
The fanfiction will be out later after this chapter came out and I will try to complete that while continuing this one.
To give you a taste, I will say one quote that fits well with the scenario:
"There will always be another monster..."
Time to finish this film!
01:22:22 - 01:22:31
After the troubling realization of what happened, the scene changes to a more calm yet still troubling scene.
Not much to say within the scene, but many in the audience knew that the two are going to talk about what happens next.
01:22:31 - 01:22:57
"The loopholes of tradition," Kurogiri pointed out.
Many can see Nakia's point but keep in mind that Killmonger became king through the right means.
01:22:57 - 01:23:23
With many agreeing with Nakia either from not liking the new king or knowing that he would become a greater threat, what they heard from the loyal Dora Milaje took a hole big step back from nearly everyone.
'I am loyal to that throne, no matter who sits upon it'
It was a sudden realization that the most powerful warrior aside from T'Challa, cannot go rogue or go against the king, because she pledge her loyalty over the throne of Wakanda, no matter if the king was a peaceful man or a warmongering monster.
It was enough for Compress to chuckle, which confused some in the audience.
"What's so funny?" Shigaraki asked.
"Oh, just thought about what she said, and I thought about heroes. Since they, in some terms, are loyal to the system right?" he turns to the pro heroes.
The heroes in return didn't say anything right away, trying to think of an answer, yet Compress continued.
"I mean, imagine what you guys can do if it turns out Killmonger or Hydra or someone bad being the ones to run the show, the top man who watches over society as a whole."
"I'm sure no one like him would be in that position," Aizawa said.
"How would you know?" Toga asked, causing the teacher to turn to her, "it would make so much sense if it just happens whoever is running the show is secretly a villain."
"As if," Vlad pointed out, not agreeing with the villainess, "if there was, then the world would be in complete chaos, and I wouldn't think they would keep heroes active."
"Or perhaps just using them," Twice pointed out, "maybe for a greater means of something terrible!"
"But the main point is, if the hero system and hero society are run by villains, what would do?"
From the question of the top hat man, the heroes and students were completely silent, many wanted and desperately would say that they'll fight back and stop those villains, but at the same time, they understood that it would also mean going against everything that they were brought up, trained and become for.
"Just like that spear lady, you heroes are more loyal to a broken system than the people you want to protect." Compress pointed out, "otherwise, why are you heroes and not vigilantes?"
01:23:23 - 01:23:34
"It seems she's more towards blindly following orders from the higher-ups, no matter how corrupted they are." Compress said
Hearing her words again, 'Serve your country,' once again give more pointers towards Compress's point.
"In a way, she's more of a soldier than a hero."
"Steve Rogers is a soldier." All Might pointed out.
"And yet he went against the government and became a war criminal, all for doing the right thing," Compress added, "overall, this whole scene is just amusing when you think about it."
They all notice that she doesn't like what's going on, making a few feel bad that she cannot rebel due to her duties.
01:23:34 - 01:23:57
"Better to take Ross with her to keep him safe," Mina said, pleased to see Nakia helping out the American, "I know that mean villain king would kill Ross."
01:23:57 - 01:24:09
The scene changes to show N'Jadaka getting ready to gain the Black Panther powers.
"This is certainly bad." Mirio was worried, "and there's nothing they can do about it?"
"He's the king of Wakanda," Nezu pointed out, "therefore he has the right and his subjects can only follow."
01:24:09 - 01:24:27
This once again got some wondering about T'Challa and the fall, while it seemed he died, many held on to the hope that he's still alive.
They can't accept that the hero died before the final battle.
01:24:27 - 01:24:54
"Change," Spinner pointed out, "that's what happened."
01:24:54 - 01:25:44
There wasn't much to say in the next scene, as it shows Erik getting his Black Panther powers.
It gave slight clear answers, as it shows one of the kids playing basketball was Erik, with the scene showing him discovering his father's corpse.
They watch him cry as he hugs him. If it wasn't for what he'll become later, most would have felt bad for the poor kid.
But at the same time, they knew this was the trigger that turned him into a villain. One that could have been prevented had T'Chaka helped the child or taken him to Wakanda.
"Nobody came to save him," Shigaraki spoke, as this moment made him remember when he was in a similar position, the difference that there was absolutely nobody who came to help him, not a hero, not someone like All For One. Does he wonder what would have happened if nobody came? Would he still be a leader of his League of Villains or would he be lost, either as a low life criminal or growing up in prison?
In a way, he can relate with the kid, and understand the anger he went through.
Just as heroes and society will pay, Wakanda will pay the price for leaving him lost and frightened.
01:25:44 - 01:26:38
The next scene shows N'Jadaka, in the same clothes he wore as a child, entering his old apartment in the Ancestral Plane.
Many paid attention, seeing him finding a book that has information about Wakanda.
"Perhaps," Midoriya muttered, thinking that Killmonger's vision before gaining his powers was a moment in the past when he found out about Wakanda.
01:26:38 - 01:27:06
The green hair 1-A student's suspicions came to be, right when the father appeared, having a conversation as though it was a memory.
Hearing the two talks, also got him to think of the very beginning, the story of Wakanda, remembering the voices, and recalling the last part of it, he considered that the storytelling at the start was Erik learning about Wakanda's history and questioning why they remain to hide.
01:27:06 - 01:27:21
"Yeah, that confused me," Shoto said, "obviously he isn't lost, especially if he shows up in Wakanda, he would be found then."
"Not that kind of lost," Toga said, "more like he's a lost cause to Wakanda."
"Lost cause?" Todoroki raises a brow.
"He wouldn't be welcomed to Wakanda," Spinner clear things up, "because he isn't Wakandan, he's half-American, an outsider, someone with problems that aren't Wakanda's problems, they wouldn't accept him for who he is and would kick him out."
"And T'Chaka leaving him behind proves that he's right."
01:27:21 - 01:27:38
Midoriya notices the breaking of the memory, the two going away from what was the past towards a conversation of the present, showing the father seeing his son again.
And what Erik said for his no tears, shows a mixture of him being unaffected by death after killing so many people throughout his life and how even at a young age, he lived in a place that has enough death that he couldn't react to it.
01:27:38 - 01:27:54
The father had regret.
While some were confused as to why he said it when he said his son wouldn't be welcome, others thought about his regret, that he didn't try to show Erik Wakanda and tried to see if he is welcome there.
Understanding the risks and problems, with a few wondering what would have happened, some, mostly from the hero side hoped that would have been welcome, proving the father wrong and having a happy ending.
While others, mostly the villains can see Erik and the father being abandoned, still bringing hatred of what they did to them, only that it would make Wakanda the bad guys for creating villains.
It made this scene more powerful, showing grown-up Erik with a tear in his eye, showing that while he understood that everyone dies, he still cares and misses his father.
01:27:54 - 01:28:06
The villains, hearing this, got them to think about their situation and the world they live in, thinking about what Erik said and can see a point.
That perhaps the world was the ones who are lost and they couldn't find those they abandoned.
Just a fun small thought for a few of them. Right before Erik wakes up.
01:28:06 - 01:28:33
Nothing much to say, just the curiosity of the audience as they saw Nakia sneaking into something, with many suspecting that she's near where the Black Panther power gaining place takes place.
01:28:33 - 01:28:48
"Burn the heart shapes?" Uraraka was worried, "but wouldn't that mean there wouldn't be another Black Panther."
"That's the point," Aizawa pointed out, "to make sure nobody else gains the power to stop him."
01:28:48 - 01:29:01
Many were incredibly angered when they saw the villain king hold the innocent woman by the neck for simply questioning his command.
"Harming loyal subject when they're giving advice," Iida grit his teeth, "you are unworthy to fit as king." He turns to see Spinner, "this is the person you support?"
The lizard villain said nothing, trying to ignore the question altogether because while he understand Killmonger's motivation he can follow behind, he does actions that Stain would reject.
01:29:01 - 01:29:28
"Okay, that explains why Nakia was there," Midoriya said, "to ensure someone has the Black Panther powers, maybe if they find T'Challa."
"T'Challa's dead." Shigaraki interrupted.
"Still don't believe it, villain!" Iida said.
Midoriya continued, "or someone who can take his place, then there would be a fighting chance."
"And right timing too, ribbit," Asui added, "just when Killmonger ordered the garden tamers to burn it all down."
"It would mean whoever gets the herb, would be the last user of the Black Panther powers."
This was a surprising thought that didn't come to mind until Izuku explains it. For those who think T'Challa lives, and those who think he'll take the herb, it has a huge indication that there wouldn't be any Black Panthers after him or one that has the powers.
01:29:28 - 01:29:49
"The world is upside-down!" Twice shouted as the scene plays, "All Hail King Killmonger! Or Kingmonger, that's a stupid name!"
01:29:49 - 01:30:03
"Revolutions shouldn't even happen" one of the teachers pointed out.
"Unfortunately, again, this brings up problems that are mostly in the past," Nezu said, "like how people with quirks were oppressed and looked down upon because they are different, it took a couple of decades before they were accepted."
"Granted it's mostly due to quirk populations rising," Momo pointed out, "all the oppressing was when there was a small population, the first generation was only less than ten percent. There isn't much oppression nowadays."
"And yet I'm here," Spinner said, "if anything, oppression still exist, focused on those who look more different, like me."
"I didn't say there isn't any oppression," Momo corrected, "still a shame for people not accepting quirks considering how long it's been since quirks were around."
"Don't forget those without one," Midoriya said, having a bit of fair share of what it's liked to be looked down on, though he wasn't sure if quirkless people were oppressed since he hasn't met anyone quirkless or been bullied for being quirkless before gaining One For All.
01:30:03 - 01:30:21
"Fight fire with fire," Shigaraki said, listening to Killmonger and his evil plot.
"Which would only create more fire." Shoto pointed out.
"For someone who hates colonizers and oppressors, you sure want to be one," Tokoyami said, angered by the villain.
01:30:21 - 01:30:43
Hearing the plan, many on the hero side was angered and fully going against Killmonger, though his story was tragic, it's clear he needs to be stopped.
Some of the villains were mixed towards Killmonger, leaving only Shigaraki who consider the plan to be great for causing so much destruction that he wants.
The rest agree with Killmonger, especially Spinner, until they brought up his idea of killing the oppressors' children, which for the heroes left no sympathy to the villain, the villains see it going too far, much so that he would become worse…
"Damnit," Spinner sighs heavily, having a few doubts in the plan, in his mutant instincts, he agrees with Killmonger, yet his beliefs on the man he admires, Stain, he wouldn't agree to this plan, the moment he hears killing innocent, Stain would of kill the king right there and then.
This once again gave him huge conflicts.
01:30:43 - 01:30:47
"Even calling yourself an empire," Iida said, "all you're doing is becoming a greater monster king, worst than the ones that exist before you."
This was heavily worrying for the audience, hoping that Killmonger would be stopped before he commences this action, especially if his plan fails, it will make the whole world go against Wakanda, something nobody wants.
01:30:47 - 01:31:00
"Are you serious!?" Mina complains, hearing T'Challa's friend trying to counter the general's argument.
01:31:00 - 01:31:14
"Why in the world are you agreeing with that psychopath!?" Uraraka complains. As she and many other students were devastated that W'Kabi, a loyal friend of T'Challa, betrays him into going with Erik's side.
Though some can see a few reasons.
"I can see two reasons why," Momo said, "first being that while T'Challa failed to what W'Kabi wanted, killing Klaue, N'Jadaka managed to do that, to him, N'Jadaka was a stronger leader and be more loyal to him."
"Oh… right," the gravity girl suddenly remembered, she angered expression fainted.
"The second was that he consider conquering and waging war an option or something he would rather do, he did suggest it to T'Challa earlier, and with N'Jadaka going to do that, he would be a full-on board with it."
"Still, really bad that someone who trusts the former king would just go against his wishes just like that."
"Loyal to the throne, no matter who sits upon it," Tokoyami reminded Uraraka, "only for him, he's more personally loyal to Killmonger."
01:31:14 - 01:31:33
After the worrisome plan by the villain, the scene changes to show what the good side was doing.
Already, many were a little worried even more about what they're planning.
"So, they're planning to take the heart shape herb to the Jabari tribe, possibly to give it to M'Baku." One of the teachers explained.
"The guys who isolate themselves and tried to take the throne through ritual combat?" Mei pointed out, "Is that a good idea."
"Well, what options do they have left?" Nezu said, "everyone else in Wakanda is loyal to Killmonger even if they don't like it, and the Jabari tribe are the only ones who don't follow the rest of them, probably be willing to fight them for destroying tradition."
"But, even if they do, wouldn't it mean they would take over?" the Hatsume said, "still seems a bad thing for Wakanda."
"Not as bad as Killmonger." All Might sighs, unable to see any other options with the isolationists seemingly being their only hope.
01:31:33 - 01:31:45
"Agreed," Hatsume said, "I would rather side with the killer of children than the destroyer of babies."
"Did you hear what you just said?" Power Loader facepalm, feeling embarrassed.
01:31:45 - 01:32:02
"The other good reason to go over to the Jabari," Nezu pointed out, "they have soldiers, people to fight back against Killmonger and his men. One person wouldn't stand a chance against them all."
"It's a risk" All Might pointed out, "but it's better than doing nothing and letting Killmonger destroy everything"
01:32:02 - 01:32:29
"Well… at least they play an important part of the story," Momo tries to ease up the tension from the audience, seeing the group surrounded by the Jabari warriors.
01:32:29 - 01:32:40
Not much to say in the following scene, but rather looking at the mentioned Jabariland.
It wasn't much detailed due to the night setting and most of it covered in snow, but many were impressed on how well structured and how large the tribe was, with large lights over several structures, things that they didn't think they would be capable of, though a few thought on how a tribe isolating from an advanced city would evolve after centuries of doing things themselves.
Another interesting notice that some catch on was one of the buildings having gorillas holding up the building, it got some thinking that while Wakanda is associated with Panthers, Jabari is more towards gorillas, especially when the sounds they make, and the sounds they're hearing was close towards what gorillas or apes say.
01:32:40 - 01:32:54
"That's a lot of sticks." Twice pointed out as the group sees a seated M'Baku.
01:32:54 - 01:33:13
"Still murder by killing someone, even if it's traditional" one of the teachers pointed out.
01:33:13 - 01:33:31
"Yeah, certainly acting like a bunch of gorillas," Jiro muttered, with a few including herself snickering from hearing the noise and another few finding it annoying.
01:33:31 - 01:33:39
"Again, with the cannibals!" Mineta complains, "I know people in space like to eat each other, but I wouldn't think these guys eat people!"
Hearing the threat, and worried that it was true, brings back concerns as to if going towards the Jabari was a good call.
01:33:39 - 01:33:52
Fortunately, turns out M'Baku was joking, sighing relief, but displeased when the tribe leader was laughing at his joke.
"Cannibalism isn't funny! You jerk!" Denki argued.
01:33:52 - 01:34:11
This again got everyone in the screen room having mixed feelings.
Some can see the reason why they're doing this, but plenty wasn't so sure about it, especially what M'Baku would do if he managed to stop Killmonger.
However, there were a few who had a feeling that a surprise awaits the group, one that they managed to ling so much hope for that they want it to happen. And more likely going to happen.
01:34:11 - 01:34:33
Seeing the shifted expression from M'Baku, some had a feeling that he knows something that the group and the audience didn't know.
"Please tell me what I think it is…" Iida was the first to think of the possibility. One that gave him so much hope.
01:34:33 - 01:34:44
The student in glasses smiled, the second he saw people tending to something with ice, he knew That M'Baku know something and bringing the group there had a great reason.
"No…" Shigaraki was shocked, "no! please don't tell me!"
01:34:44 - 01:34:52
"DAMNIT!" the creepy villain shouted in rage while others cheered to see T'Challa.
Only a short cheer, happy to know that he's okay in some way, yet a little shaken due to T'Challa's condition.
"This is when the hero comes back," Tokoyami said. Now seeing why M'Baku brought them to see T'Challa
01:34:52 - 01:35:02
"Fishermen? I thought you guys are vegetarians." Sero questions, pointing out something from a joke. "Why are there fishermen if they don't eat meat?"
"Perhaps they're not exactly vegetarians, but pescatarians," Recovery Girl pointed out, "they don't eat meat, but they do eat fish."
"People and their eating habits," Shouji sighs.
"Well good thing they decided to eat fish because it just saved T'Challa's life."
01:35:02 - 01:35:11
"Just barely" the medical teacher added, noticing, not needed to be told by M'Baku about his condition.
"So they can't move him and he's recovering too slow, just clinging into life." All Might summarised, worrying for the king's health.
Then a big sudden realization occurs.
"You don't need to take him to the lab," Iida pointed out, "you can quickly recover him right there."
"What are you talking about?" Shigaraki questions, but a paused stare from the student gave him the realization as well.
"Oh, you got to be f**king kidding me!"
01:35:11 - 01:36:20
The following scene was a makeshift, urgent traditional procedure of T'Challa gaining the Black Panther powers.
Causing many to stare at the screen, seeing T'Challa getting the herb and buried into the snow, with his family, his girlfriend and a little bit of Ross chanting for the ancestors to come.
"Please work…" Midoriya muttered, along with several people who want to see T'Challa prevail when he was at the edge of death.
Others also thought about what T'Challa will see, remembering how gaining the powers work and thinking about how things have changed for the king, after learning about the past and how it causes the problems in the present, made him realize what needs to be done to create a better future.
And many of them have a feeling that what happens next will complete another step for the king of Wakanda.
01:36:20 - 01:36:27
The scene shows T'Challa, back in the ancestral plane, many already notice a big change in the environment. Instead of the purple sky that gave a sense of an afterlife at night, it was brightened up, there were a few highlights to show they're not in the physical plane.
"Time to see him again." Iida sighs after hearing a familiar voice.
01:36:27 - 01:36:42
"All the ancestors and panthers, awaiting for T'Challa to join them," Tokoyami said, seeing people appearing, either those related to T'Challa or previous Black Panther warriors.
01:36:42 - 01:36:56
"A great question" Spinner said, angered at T'Chaka, disgusted when he saw his face.
01:36:56 - 01:37:07
The answer didn't help, it made him more angered.
"Chose to omit? To forget about him?" Spinner muttered, "you make me sick."
As for everyone else, hearing T'Chaka admitting that he tried to forget and leave out his poor nephew, many agreed that what he did was an incredibly bad decision.
01:37:07 - 01:37:11
"You were wrong to abandon him," the voices of Iida, Midoriya, All Might, Spinner and Mirio muttered just when T'Challa said the same thing.
01:37:11 - 01:37:35
They see the anger from T'Challa, hearing him disagreeing with T'Chaka, disagreeing with the previous ancestors of Wakanda, all with a good point.
For Iida, he was someone who often wants to follow the rules, want to keep things in order. But in his time at U.A, after incident after incident, he tends to not follow the rules and disobey orders, going after Stain, helping Midoriya rescue Bakugo. Though he learned from the former, the latter was a matter of doing what's right.
Hearing T'Challa, Iida agrees with the Black Panther.
"Keeping a secret, trying to build false hope… it only leads to disaster." Iida said, "perhaps, maybe keeping Wakanda hidden for so long, to keep people abandoned just to keep a secret, it was all wrong."
He then thought about Dabi and his secret, and wonder about Todoroki and the corruption hidden, he wonders if they were the only ones or if other heroes did bad things and kept it hidden to keep society in order, he wonders if pro heroes are as promising as they seem or if there was something hidden away, he hoped for the former but if he finds out that everything he knew was a lie…
He would do the right thing to do, regardless of following orders.
Iida will never give out false hope. And he'll try to keep that, yet another thing he took in from the hero he admired in this reality. As he looks up and continues to hear what he has to say.
01:37:35 - 01:38:02
And with T'Challa's statement, before he was woken up, many in the audience see what he has to do, not just to make things right, but to change what was wrong with Wakanda.
"Correcting the wrongs, learning from mistakes and never compromise to keep things in order," Spinner said, giving a light smile, "by confronting the monster of your father's making, by changing your way, you will become worthy, more worthy to be a hero."
Iida turn to see the villain, surprised that he's taking on T'Challa's side, even though he was on board with what Killmonger was doing, he wanted to ask him about it but didn't, perhaps there's something he didn't see.
Maybe he's starting to change.
"Much more worthy than his father," Tenya comments, catching the attention of the lizard villain. "he's not like his father… he's better."
01:38:02 - 01:38:15
"Welcome back to the land of the living," Jiro said, she smiles along with everyone else, happy to see T'Challa alive and well.
"Can't these damn heroes just die?" Shigaraki complains.
01:38:15 - 01:38:25
After T'Challa's revival, the next scene catches him up to speed.
Nothing much to say, just a little bit of up-to-date information.
01:38:25 - 01:38:28
"Trained to cease any future Black Panthers?" Uraraka raised a brow from what Ross said.
"Not exactly," Aizawa pointed out, letting Ross explain.
01:38:28 - 01:38:41
"Make sense since he's a special unit operative who goes through extremely difficult missions," the 1-A teacher explained.
"And Americans train people to do that?" a student was a little worried about that idea.
"To ensure safety and prevent catastrophise from happening, yes." The teacher answered, "I'm not entirely sure about their workings but this sounds about right."
01:38:41 - 01:38:52
"At least they figure out what Erik is planning," Asui said, "now it's just a matter of stopping him."
01:38:52 - 01:39:10
Not much to talk about when T'Challa wants his mother and sister safe by asking them to leave Wakanda, with them refusing because nowhere would be safe if Killmonger wins. Many agree with the girls and hope that the sister would help Black Panther against seemingly impossible odds.
01:39:10 - 01:39:44
"More people, more help to fight against Killmonger," All Might smiles, happy to see them wanting to fight with Black Panther.
Many were also pleased when the Shuri pulls out the Black Panther necklace, making some students excited, as it means they'll see him in his costume.
"Time to be a hero." All Might muttered.
"Time to be a king," Iida added.
01:39:44 - 01:39:54
Only for the good moment ruined by M'Baku's yawning.
While a few, mostly from the villains' snickers, others were greatly annoyed.
"They were having a moment of hope you jerk!" Mina complains.
01:39:54 - 01:40:14
Iida was happy towards M'Baku's surprisingly response after the rude annoyance.
He recalled how T'Challa got the Jabari leader to be in debt when he allowed him to yield instead of killing him, showing how a sense of pacifistic mercy can lead to things going right for the hero.
It also got him to think of additional help, despite the dept being paid off.
01:40:14 - 01:40:26
And fortunately for him, T'Challa thought the same thing.
And just like M'Baku, Iida was chuckling towards the thought.
"Yeah, it would certainly help if say, an army of traditional warriors could bring aid to save the world," Iida suggested
01:40:26 - 01:40:28
Just when Iida chuckle stopped, a few others start to snicker at the response.
"Thought so," Ojiro said, expecting M'Baku to cease the thought.
01:40:28 - 01:40:59
They heard the conversation between the two, with T'Challa trying to reason with M'Baku, but he said about past grudges.
Iida was proud of how T'Challa said how he doesn't speak for past kings and bring a good reason for Jabari to join him.
"Do you think the Jabari tribe are going to help their king?" Mirio asked. Making people think about the answer before it was said.
"Hard to say, T'Challa made a great point, if Killmonger managed to use it to kill oppressors, he might go after Jabari," Midoriya noted,
"But why?" Shigaraki asked, "they're not oppressors,"
"Handjob got a point," Spinner said, "more likely, Erik would ask Jabari to join them, seeing them as his people since they're both the same."
"But a huge difference." Momo pointed out, "remember, the Jabari is focused on tradition than advancement, and I don't think Killmonger had any care for traditional cultures, especially ones that he doesn't know a lot about, so more likely the Jabari would turn against him right when he shows that he as careless as Shuri."
"Guess it make sense," Spinner said, "though still unsure if they'll help."
01:40:59 - 01:41:13
"Yeah, they won't," the lizard villain said, not glad that M'Baku decline the offer, but can still see it happening and the more likely choice.
"Well, even if they wouldn't help, at least they'll take care of his mom, at least she'll be safe." Hagakure brings the good parts of the Jabari tribe.
The audience was still unsure about the tribe, though can see that they have so much good intention, just blocked by some form of grudge, more likely to be how the rest of Wakanda would rather put modernization over tradition. But at least they managed to help at the best of their abilities.
Just a little saddened that it's all the help they could manage.
01:41:13 - 01:41:38
The next scene shows the Villain and the people working for him loading up vibranium weapons.
All Might takes a breath out, "they're getting ready for an unneeded war."
01:41:38 - 01:41:52
"Already the major cities to invade." One of the teachers said.
"Hey, while they're at it, they can also attack those sanctums since they're attacking the same three places!" Twice pointed out, noticing a familiar three places that are in the same locations.
"Interesting that there are war dogs not following orders," Spinner notice, a little confused yet curious about resistances from the new command from the new king.
01:41:52 - 01:42:01
"Must be serious sonic canons," Present Mic was surprised by the spears that are supposed to be powerful as a sonic canon.
"You think those spears are more powerful than your quirk?" one of the students asked.
"Certainly," Mic was a little shaken from the thought, "well… don't know, I haven't stopped a tank with my quirk. But probably not."
"I know my quirk to be near powerful than those spears," Jiro muttered, making her worried about how the Wakandans are going to use such powerful spears against the world that is lacking in technology.
Everyone is getting worried about what Killmonger was going to do, if Wakanda ends up going to war against the entire world, it would be like a small group of quirk individuals against an army of quirkless people, it could either end in a big massacre or it would go wrong for the villain and end up crumbling an entire country for a harsh act.
01:42:01 - 01:42:15
"Not if the Black Panther has to say about it," Iida said, first jumped along with everyone when the first shipment ship was destroyed in the air and many, including the glasses student, knew who caused it.
01:42:15 - 01:42:36
"Here we go!" Kirishima smiled, with the students happy to see Black Panther in his costume.
And so, the final battle of the film, the battle that will determine the fate of Wakanda, begins.
01:42:36 - 01:42:53
"The ritual combat was over a long time ago Panther," Bakugo called out.
"He does bring a good point, Bakugo," Nezu pointed out, smiling when T'Challa pointed out such information.
01:42:53 - 01:42:57
"Actually, according to the late Zuri, you are not," Nezu said, causing some of the students to turn to the principal.
"What do you mean?" Mineta asked.
"Remember the rules of victory in ritual combat?" Nezu questions.
"Right," Kurogiri answered, "victory can only be achieved by yield or death."
"And since T'Challa never yields during his fight, and survived the fall, the challenge is continuing" Iida clicked it together, "therefore, T'Challa is still King of Wakanda."
He smiled towards that fact, having a feeling that now the king is alive, it would mean Killmonger's plan to wage war is over.
01:42:57 - 01:43:08
"Wait what?!" a few people in the audience shouted, surprised by Wakandans, despite their old king being alive, still carry on with the mission.
"Your real king is alive you idiots!" Hagakure shouted out, "why are you still following the fake one?"
"Seems not everyone is loyal to the throne." Tokoyami point out what everyone else was thinking. Many expect a mutiny to occur from W'Kabi and the border tribe.
01:43:08 - 01:43:16
"A plan in motion from within," Tokoyami smiles, noticing a plan happening that neither N'Jadaka nor the audience would suspect.
Through for a few, they notice that T'Challa called Shuri out when the ships flew away, giving a feeling that the rest are going to deal with the ships while Black Panther focuses on the villain.
01:43:16 - 01:43:25
"What loyalties does W'Kabi lie," Kurogiri said, knowing that the spear warrior would now side with T'Challa, but curious about him.
The same goes with a few of the teachers, with many suspecting him to make the wrong decision.
01:43:25 - 01:43:44
And as he makes that wrong decision, the teachers and a few villains sigh while the students were enraged by W'Kabi's action.
"You traitor!" Uraraka called out, "you had your chance and you still side with the villain!"
"Again, it's more towards the fact that Killmonger give what W'Kabi wanted when T'Challa couldn't." Momo said, "I knew he would go against T'Challa before the final fight."
"Still, he was doing so well being a friend to T'Challa and now trying to kill him."
"He's more loyal to the villain than the throne," Tamaki muttered, overhearing the angered comments from the other students as he watches the battle.
01:43:44 - 01:43:52
"At least the Dora Milaje are loyal to the throne," Mina said, happy to see the ladies in spear going against the villain.
"Probably waited for this moment to tell him that," Jiro comments, who too agrees that Killmonger isn't fit to be a king.
01:43:52 - 01:43:55
After Killmonger puts on his Black Panther suit, Present Mic notices the cards that he hadn't read for a long while putting out words.
He smiled to see them back again, as he makes a new announcement.
"Erik Stevens, or N'Jadaka, otherwise known as Killmonger!" he started, "Quirk: Black panther… he pretty much has the same abilities, suit and powers as the Black Panther, so he's pretty much a villainous copycat!"
"Copycats," Monoma smirked, "kinda notice copycats throughout these films, like Iron Monger, Yellowjacket and now Killmonger."
"Well, in golden age comics, there were villains that are pretty much a reverse version of the hero." Midoriya pointed out.
"Yeah, but something like that doesn't happen in real life. You wouldn't expect two people to notice they have the same quirk."
"Excuse me!?" both Kirishima and Tetsutetsu called out at the same time.
"I wasn't talking about two people having the same quirk like you two," he defended, "I'm talking about a hero having the same quirk as a villain like you don't see someone who can be like a reverse All Might."
"Though wish there was one," Shigaraki comments.
"Well, either way, it would mean the fight between the two is now equal," Kirishima said, "meaning the ritual combat is going to be more manly than before."
"Or ended up the same as you two fighting at the festival," Monoma muttered with a low voice, low enough for the two knuckleheads to not hear it.
01:43:55 - 01:44:32
"At this point, who cares if they're the same!" Kirishima comments, as they see T'Challa in action, jumping and using his powers to knock the first wave before taking down air support. "The Black Panther is so f**king manly"
"That he is," Iida smiles from the red hair student's excitement.
01:44:32 - 01:44:48
Nothing to say but the pure enjoyment of seeing the Dora Milaje and the Border tribe fighting each other on the battlefield.
01:44:48 - 01:44:53
"He's not going to listen," Bakugo pointed out, "he made his choice."
01:44:53 - 01:45:04
Some of the students were confused while the rest were cautious when W'Kabi blew his horn.
Many didn't know why he blew it or why T'Challa was crying out not to do it.
But many had a bad feeling that will cause problems on the battlefield.
01:45:04 - 01:45:18
"It's the Rhino horses!" Twice pointed out just when they see them.
Shigaraki facepalms, "rhinos? Seriously?"
01:45:18 - 01:45:22
"Don't treat them like they're nothing!" Toga pointed out, noticing Shigaraki's disappointment while seeing the rhinos taking out a couple of spear warriors, "they're really strong, like if horses can pack a punch!"
"Causing problems for the hero to face." One of the teachers added.
"Overall, at least they show why they use rhinos as a means of transport," Momo said, "like how some countries use elephants."
01:45:22 - 01:45:36
"Seems we were right about them taking out the ships before they could leave Wakanda," Aizawa said.
"And Ross is going to pilot them, a good choice since there was mention that he was a pilot." Power Loader added
"And another good use to the transport control babies!" Hatsume smile in glee, happy to see Shuri's vehicle controllers being used again.
01:45:36 - 01:45:41
"Power of Vibranium Agent Ross." Mei pointed out, "also glad to hear they have Hoverbikes, don't think we got those here, sounds like something you can only ride at I-Island."
01:45:41 - 01:45:47
"Better to wear it for protection," Present Mic said, "always be combat-ready."
01:45:47 - 01:46:15
The scene goes back to Killmonger fighting the Dora Milaje. Only to see him killing one of the warriors.
Causing many students to be angry at the killer.
Meanwhile for Toga, while she was angry at the villain, she was more disappointed that the death didn't have much blood despite the kill being a throat slit.
01:46:15 - 01:46:29
"Now the sister and the girlfriend are ready to fight!" Mina said. Seeing Shuri and Nakia in battle armour.
Meanwhile for Mei, seeing the arm cannons made her shocked and awe when they were used to blow two border tribe men away.
"Beat that mean killer with your babies!" Hatsume cheered.
01:46:29 - 01:46:38
"Not before controlling the Wakandan ship first Hatsume," Power Loader pointed out, causing the support student to remind herself of another amazing device.
01:46:38 - 01:46:47
"Not only controlling the ship but made it in the similar style and controls as an American jet." Hatsume notice, "smart move, the Wakandan controls would probably confuse him."
01:46:47 - 01:47:05
"Time for the American to work with the African heroes to save the world!" Mirio said, "stop those ships from leaving Ross!"
01:47:05 - 01:47:15
"Impressive," Iida smiles when the scene changes back to T'Challa, "he managed to stop one of the rhinos by keeping it in the hold of the ship debris, keeping the animal alive while making sure it doesn't do any harm. Very skilful sight for a great hero like yourself."
01:47:15 - 01:47:31
The students were pleased when they saw Killmonger in the hold from the spears.
"Get the necklace and it would be all over!" Mei shouted, at the same time worried when she saw the yellow glow on his suit."
Only for that glow to burst out and knock all three of the Dora Milajes.
"Just like Black Panther, Killmonger has the same abilities," Asui said the obvious.
01:47:31 - 01:48:07
"Two down, one to go." One of the students said, with many happy when they saw Ross shooting down one of the two ships.
Then their smiles drop when the ships start attacking Ross.
"Good thing Ross isn't in any danger," Mei pointed out, "if that ship gets destroyed, Ross would be alive and safe from where he is.
"and if his ship gets destroyed, people will die by those weapons and the world will see Wakanda in a bad light," Aizawa pointed out, "he still needs to take out that one ship."
01:48:07 - 01:48:16
"See Shigaraki, even the hero can get hit by those rhinos." Toga said.
"Whatever…"
01:48:16 - 01:48:31
The battle continues, the audience sees Killmonger fighting Nakia and Shuri, the teachers were impressed by the collaboration between the two fighters trying to take down the villain, but they begin to worry when Killmonger managed to knock Nakia out of the fight.
01:47:31 - 01:47:40
"The power of artificial sonic!" Hatsume said, wanting Shuri to take down the villain, being excited when she saw the suit starting to tear apart from the amount of force pushing into Killmonger.
"Yeah!" Present Mic shout.
01:47:40 - 01:48:50
"Oh no…" Present Mic shifted from a gleeful shout to a concerned squeak.
"In the end, your babies are worthless and can tear apart." Shigaraki said, "the problem of technology and your so-called support gear."
"Doesn't mean they're entirely useless, Villain." Mei complains, "there is always room to improve!"
01:48:50 - 01:49:00
The scene goes back to T'Challa, showing the down point for the heroes, as the audience watch in horror, the border tribe attacking T'Challa at once.
Many were relieved that the hero was wearing his suit, protecting him from attacks.
A few were happy that they were attacking, not just villains but heroes, knowing what the suit can do.
01:49:00 - 01:49:06
And motivation to save a life was all T'Challa needed.
"Love seeing those blasts every time!" Hatsume said.
"This time, it's to save his sister," Midoriya said, noticing Killmonger going towards a downed Shuri.
01:49:06 - 01:49:17
With T'Challa knocking N'Jadaka down into the hole, many prepare themselves to see the battle they are waiting for.
"Okay, Panther against Panther, Cousin against cousin, hero against the villain," Tetsutetsu said. "let the ritual combat resume!"
01:49:17 - 01:49:45
There wasn't much to say or speak, the audience was focused on seeing the battle between Black Panther and Killmonger, watching them fall onto the train tracks, before battling it out with their equal powers showing that one doesn't have the advantage over the other.
This was the moment where the battle became more tedious, even more than the fight between Kirishima and Tetsutetsu, because it was one where they want one side the win even if their abilities would end in a stalemate.
Making them wonder how will Black Panther defeat Killmonger?
01:49:45 - 01:49:48
A few notice a fine detail when T'Challa saw one of the stabilizers that were mentioned earlier.
"That's it!" Midoriya Realized, "that's how he's going to defeat him?"
"What?" Asui turns to see Midoriya, with another student seeing him curious about what he realized.
"You're thinking what I'm thinking?" Hatsume said who had the same idea the moment she saw the train tracks.
"Probably."
01:49:48 - 01:49:58
"My thoughts exactly," Midoriya said, "if they don't have the suits, T'Challa and N'Jadaka wouldn't have protection, and if T'Challa can somehow beat him in combat, he can win the fight."
"It's risky, but can see your point, Midoriya," Iida said, a little worried for T'Challa especially if the stabilizers would put him at a disadvantage, but at the same time, Killmonger would have that disadvantage as well.
01:49:58 - 01:50:10
"Oh! Perhaps the Panther can run Killmonger over with a train!" Twice exaggeratedly suggested, "I like trains, no you don't!"
01:50:10 - 01:50:23
"Those stabilizers turn off your vibranium, making it malfunction," Hatsume pointed out with a smile, "not entirely, but enough to expose skin."
01:50:23 - 01:50:35
"Again, for someone who doesn't like oppression, you seem to be wanted to do it," Iida said, hearing the two talks.
01:50:35 - 01:50:52
One deep breath after hearing Killmonger,
While everyone else sees someone who's making excuses through his pain, Shigaraki took in what Killmonger said. And muttered something that he hoped nobody could hear.
"I hear you…"
He knew what Erik feel, he didn't show it, but after seeing his origins, he notice a similarity between him and this villain, granted, he didn't like Killmonger, mostly that it reminds him of Overhaul, the man who he confront, took his project away and destroyed his hands, making him quirkless.
While he didn't hear it, All Might turn to see Shigaraki and notice his behaviour, as though he was thinking in a way that he was interested in the villain.
Remembering what he heard from Shigaraki and seeing Killmonger's origins, he can see why.
01:50:52 - 01:51:12
The scene changes to show Ross against, with his ship being in trouble.
"Then shoot the last ship," Hatsume said, "you got a clear shot and you're not going to die."
01:51:12 - 01:51:25
"You were saying pink?" Shinso said as the scene shows Ross in danger.
The supported student froze in surprise, "well… um…" Mei was at a loss of words, "do it quickly Agent Ross!"
01:51:25 - 01:51:38
There are moments where there's a risk, and risk can happen for any moment for any hero.
When they saw Ross making a risky move to continue despite his situation, the heroes see him being a hero, knowing what's at stake if one of the ships leave Wakanda.
Plus, it's his job to put his life in danger to ensure the safety of everyone around him.
What heroes do.
So many heroes in the screen room can see why he made that move, and hope he managed to do it, and if possible, managed to survive it.
Either way, many see Agent Ross, an outsider who doesn't know much of what's going on, someone who was saved by T'Challa, being a hero for Wakanda.
01:51:38 - 01:51:55
Going back to the main battlefield, many were now worried when the Border Tribe surround what's left of the Dora Milaje.
"T'Challa needs to stop Killmonger quick," Midoriya said, a little worried for Black Panther's allies, wanting the hero to manage to stop the villain so his army would surrender after seeing their supposed king fallen.
01:51:55 - 01:52:10
But a surprise occurs, many hear the sounds that they heard before.
"Wait a minute…" Nejire noticed, "is that…"
01:52:10 - 01:52:19
Before one of the big three could question, the answer was revealed.
"It's the Jabari Tribe!" Nejire was shocked, with many others being completely blown away to see the isolated tribe, who refused to fight with Black Panther, appearing just in time to save the nearly defeated Dora Milaje.
"They came through after all," Mirio smiles, pleased to see traditional warriors come to the fight.
01:52:19 - 01:52:32
"To think, someone we thought to be bad people, come in and rescue the heroes just in time," Kirishima said, "and man they are incredibly manly."
"So Manly," Tetsutetsu added before the two attempted to make Jabari noises seeing them in action.
01:52:32 - 01:52:49
But it is cut short when the scene cuts back to the fight between panthers, this time they were hit by a train.
"Yeah, guess their durability means they can survive getting hit by a high-speed train." Spinner said, making Twice a little sad.
"It's just a through, but I like trains, please don't run me over Mr Train!"
01:52:49 - 01:52:56
"And now the villain has the spear advantage," Compress pointed out, seeing the two fight again, this time with Killmonger armed with a broken spear.
01:52:56 - 01:53:17
Back to Ross, they see the big problem when the ship was being pulled back by electric cables, causing many to worry for Ross and him trying to destroy the last ship.
01:53:17 - 01:53:30
"Thank you, Shuri!" Hatsume smiles when she gave Ross instructions to stop the two ships. "Wakanda forever!" she did the same action as Ross did in her excitement.
01:53:30 - 01:53:44
Another interesting moment, with a countdown that got many tapping at their feet, seeing the ship falling in the air, hoping to not land when it reboots.
Which it managed to reboot just in time.
"Yeah! Now stop that cargo ship!" Uraraka cheered. "you are so close and not much time left!"
01:53:44 - 01:53:55
Many cheered when the ship crash into the cargo ship before it could disappear. Making everyone give a huge sigh of relief
"Good," All Might chuckle, "no more war against the world for Wakanda."
"Now all Ross needs to do is get out of there before the glass breaks." Aizawa reminds everyone, making them turn back to the screen in caution.
01:53:55 - 01:54:04
With the lab exploding, many were worried for Ross, as it seems to be a close call.
"Hopefully Agent Ross would be okay from that." Hagakure said, a little worried that Ross might not make it out of there.
"If they show him dying, they'll show him dying," Hatsume pointed out, "I'm sure he's completely fine! Plus he managed to stop that ship!"
01:54:04 - 01:54:15
After one part of the victory, it was time for another part to come.
But it starts with worry, seeing W'Kabi going to charge towards M'Baku.
"Let's see if the strength of the Jabari manages a rhino, then," Shigaraki said, at this point just accept that rhino horses are not the most ridiculous thing he has seen.
01:54:15 - 01:54:20
But disappointed when the Dora Milaje general appeared and stop the rhino at his tracks.
Causing the hand obsessed villain to facepalm. "This film sucks…"
01:54:20 - 01:54:25
A few chuckles when the rhino licks the spear lady's cheek.
"Good rhino." Mina snickers, treating the big animal like a dog.
01:54:25 - 01:54:37
"Oh most certainly." Toga said, hoping for the two lovers to fight and for the Dora to defeat him. "do you know who you're talking to?"
01:54:37 - 01:54:45
"That's… a little cold…" All Might shivered after seeing her answer. "and maybe a little… bad?"
"Once again, she's loyal to the throne," Tokoyami said, "she is willing to kill if it means keeping Wakanda safe.
"Well, at least she wouldn't straight out kill W'Kabi…" All Might said, hoping that it wouldn't happen.
"Unless he attacks first." Aizawa pointed out.
Causing All Might to mutter, "please don't attack…"
01:54:45 - 01:55:10
Fortunately for the former symbol, W'Kabi drop his weapon and surrendered along with the rest of the border tribe.
"And now the border tribe is dealt with." Mirio said, "all that's left now is dealing with Killmonger."
01:55:10 - 01:55:21
which is what the next scene shows, everyone became focused on the final fight, hoping for T'Challa to disarm or completely stop Killmonger, with the train coming in, the scene became more intense for them.
01:55:21 - 01:55:30
"Come on, T'Challa." Iida said, holding his hands tightly, seeing his hero at the edge, seemed that the hero was about to lose. "you can do this, he lost his forces, he lost his plans, you just need to knock him out somehow…"
01:55:30 - 01:55:47
One counter.
One turn.
One move in just the right time.
And the villain was defeated.
But it wasn't something many expect, especially not when they see the spear pierced through Killmonger's chest.
"He… he did it…" Uraraka smiles, happy to see the villain defeated, "he managed to beat him."
She looked around, a few were pleased, but many were frozen, shocked to see the result of the battle.
This was even more shocked for Iida, who remembers what happened and how it connects to this moment.
Shigaraki snickers to this scene. He also remembers what happened and said something that gave slight anger for the rest, but can see the reason why he mentioned it.
"Like father… like son."
Iida quickly wanted to decline it, he quickly wanted to say that T'Challa was nothing like T'Chaka. That he wouldn't kill someone, especially a family member.
But what he sees at this moment, was a moment where his heart skipped, shocked to see what the hero has done.
01:55:47 - 01:56:18
The screen room became as silent as the scene, almost silent.
Someone was about to comment on what Erik said but remained silent due to the shock given.
Nobody talked, nobody wanted to ask questions or give a comment to what happened, they just remain within this moment that felt like an eternity to remember what happened and the aftermath of it.
As it was a sudden realization that just like T'Chaka stabbed his brother, T'Challa stabbed his cousin.
Many didn't want Killmonger to die, they want him to stop, and many can see that he needs to stop before he could do any damage.
But they didn't want him to die.
A lot was in the minds of everyone, the heroes in shock, students also in shock, villains were about to call the Black Panther a hypocrite.
Spinner was about to claim that T'Challa wasn't a hero.
Iida was about to break, seeing his hero taking back everything that he wanted to see in the Black Panther.
01:56:18 - 01:56:47
But N'Jadaka breaks the silence.
They heard what he said, not about how he wanted to stop oppression or give his people the means to kill their oppressors, not the want to become the king of Wakanda.
But a small wish that to him was a childhood fantasy.
What he said, was everything that he wanted.
"All he wanted to see was Wakanda…" Iida muttered, taking a breath in and out, remembering what Erik's father said, repeating what he said, "Wakanda has the most beautiful sunsets…"
They remain in silence, seeing T'Challa, seeing him think about what he has done, and in a way, how to make things right.
01:56:47 - 01:57:01
The silence continues, they watch the hero making his move, carrying the injured and dying villain.
This caught an interest for some in the audience who were invested in this film and its story.
01:57:01 - 01:57:15
"He's… he's taking him there…" Iida said, feeling sad yet hopeful towards this scene. "even if he couldn't take back killing him, he can at least grant him one last wish, and it was everything that he worked for. What he truly wanted out of this."
And that's what makes T'Challa different from his father.
01:57:15 - 01:57:39
Meanwhile for Spinner, who felt anger for T'Challa, suddenly lessen when he realize what the hero was doing.
Something he didn't expect and something that could easily allow Stain to still see T'Challa as a hero.
"He gave him what he wants…" the mutant villain said, shocked and surprised, "he… makes sure he can see the sunset of Wakanda…"
This brought him a whole load of mixed feelings, this entire film brought him mixed feelings, something he didn't expect and yet it's giving him a sudden realization that he had never seen before. As for the entire film, his hatred of being oppressed by people for what he looks like was battling against his beliefs with the Hero Killer Stain, and T'Challa and all of his actions were breaking both of them apart.
He wasn't sure anymore.
He wants to see more, he wants to see T'Challa being the man that would be the ideal hero. One that proves that he can make a change to make things fair for people like him, and one who was so merciful, that he would grant defeated foes one last wish for what they truly wanted.
And to see Killmonger satisfied by the view and in peace despite his injuries, Spinner was satisfied with the Black Panther choice.
"Not only heroes should save people but help them." Spinner said, "just like how Captain America stopped the helicarriers before letting himself go towards his friend, T'Challa stop the villain from destroying the world before doing what his father couldn't."
To that point, he sees T'Challa as not just a true hero, but a great hero.
01:57:39 - 01:57:42
Even more so when T'Challa kneel and gave an offer for the villain.
This put a smile on both Spinner and Iida and pleased nearly everyone.
"He… he can still be saved?" Iida stuttered, tears in his eyes towards this emotional scene, "he's going to write the wrongs, and help him."
"I… I didn't expect him to try and save him… offering him to heal his wounds… that's beyond what any hero has done." Spinner said, in utter shock.
Only to stop when they hear a loud moan from Shigaraki.
"Do you honestly think Killmonger would want to be saved?"
01:57:42 - 01:57:54
Shigaraki knew that the villain wouldn't want T'Challa to be saved, knowing that because he cause so much havoc, they knew that the moment he heals from his wounds, Wakanda would put him in a cell and make sure he never sees the sunset ever again.
Heck, if he was at game over and a hero over him a retry. He would rather quit the game. Not seeing a second life happening for him.
01:57:54 - 01:58:06
"Wait…" All Might was shocked, hearing what Killmonger said, which made him worried for the Villain's health, "please… don't do it…"
"He will…" Shigaraki sighs before looking down on himself. "I would…"
01:58:06 - 01:58:44
And with one release, causing some to fear for the villain's action. It was all over.
At a distance, they see Killmonger collapse, as he dies from his injuries.
To everyone, Erik Stevens, or his given name, N'Jadaka, was the most interesting and unexpected villain that they have seen so far. A villain that was purposely created by the king of Wakanda, something that could have been prevented by he chose not to. Only to lead him into the monster he had become, the monster that Wakanda helped to create.
A monster that many didn't expect would bring a huge impact and sudden realization to them.
For Spinner, he sees part of himself, mostly focused on his mutant side and slowly learned to focus more on the stain side, which was also came to question thanks to T'Challa's action within this moment, he wasn't sure if Stain would support the stabbing, but to Spinner, the hero gains enough forgiveness by giving what the villain wants as his last wish.
For Iida, he was a huge key role in T'Challa's journey, to be the negative parts of Wakanda, turn around for the hero to understand not what was wrong with his country. For that, he thanked Killmonger despite the people he killed and hoped that the king would fulfil his wishes and bury him in the ocean to respect his last request.
For All Might, he saw something else from Killmonger that affect him to what he was going to do when the film was over, he thought would be an easy chat, he thought it could eventually work. But seeing Killmonger's response and last action, he feared for that encounter, he wanted to pull back, but it was something he needs to try as being a hero.
Overall, in a way, they didn't see T'Challa's stabbing being the fault of his death, especially when he offered that Killmonger could have been saved and if he did accept the offer, can be saved, making Killmonger move on himself, but on his own terms, which for many, while they were saddened by the death, fully respect as they understand that the villain had no future if he was saved.
And so, Midoriya wrote down the final fate of Killmonger, 'stabbed by T'Challa with a spear, offered to be healed but killed himself by pulling out the spear, he wished to be buried with his ancestors in the ocean because he would rather die than live in the world he's in…'
01:58:44 - 01:59:15
There wasn't much to say, as many were just still coping with the aftermath of the final battle and not much to say for the scene, as it shows a more peaceful and more hopeful Wakanda.
They knew there will be one more thing before the film ends, many hope it would be something that T'Challa wanted for the best of Wakanda.
01:59:15 - 01:59:38
The scene brings a more calm moment for the audience, one that caught Mina's interest.
"You welcome." The pink student said, seeing T'Challa as a kind gentleman for thanking his ex-girlfriend.
And hoping to remove the ex.
01:59:38 - 01:59:52
"And you do love him," Mina said, smiling at the scene, hoping for more, but a conversation will do.
01:59:52 - 01:59:58
And sudden glee occurs, seeing the king kissing Nakia.
"Yeeeesss!" Mina squeal at this scene, holding a fist and bringing it down in utter joy.
01:59:58 - 02:00:31
"And the two are back together again!" Mina cheers, enjoying the smooching between the two. "I love how love always come back. So romantic!"
Meanwhile, for Iida, he notices T'Challa mentioning how Nakia can still find her calling, remembering what she wanted and curious to see what he meant, hoping for the best that would ensure change within Wakanda that he promise to his ancestors.
02:00:31 - 02:00:57
"And we go back in a full circle." Tokoyami pointed out, as the scene change to show a familiar basketball box, bringing the audience back to Erik's old neighbourhood.
To those who had a good feeling for this scene, just when they see T'Challa and his sister. They knew this was the moment they were waiting for.
02:00:57 - 02:01:06
"Because Shuri, this place holds great importance," Iida said. Yet letting T'Challa answer her question.
02:01:06 - 02:01:16
"Always remember where it all started." Spinner said, who can see why T'Challa brought his sister there, to show history and hopefully show her how he's going to bring in the promise he made.
02:01:16 - 02:01:39
"Outreach centre?" some in the audience said, like many who wasn't invested perked up in curiosity.
While those who knew gave a smile. Pleased to hear what he's going to do and listen to his plan.
02:01:39 - 02:01:50
"T'Challa is going to make sure Wakanda isn't hidden from the world." Iida said, "he's going to help people in need, exchange science and information so that people can use vibranium for a good cause."
"Making sure that another Killmonger never happens again." Spinner said, shocked yet again but proud to hear what T'Challa is doing.
02:01:50 - 02:01:06
And to prove his word, T'Challa brings out the Wakandan ship, surprising the kids playing basketball.
A few chuckles from seeing the reaction, as it brings new light for Wakanda opening up to the world and it all begins where the mistake was made.
And the king was paying for the mistakes by righting his wrongs.
02:01:06 - 02:02:42
"He is the greatest hero I ever know," Iida claimed just when the film goes black.
02:02:42 - 02:05:10
People rest and relax, hearing music and watching beautiful patterns in the credits. As they have seen yet another amazing film, more amazing for Iida as he sees T'Challa as his favourite hero in this reality.
This time, it was about him taking the role as king, another thing he could relate to since he was hoping to take the mantle with his brother's hero name. but sudden cause a turn when the film introduces a sense of corruption within Wakanda, a secret hidden from Wakanda itself about how the previous king murdered his brother and left a child to become their greatest nightmare. And after confronting him, it causes a huge change for the king, to stop the secrecy and let show open Wakanda to the world.
Something that the villain of the film couldn't accept, yet something that he needed to create a bright future for people like him.
02:05:10 - 02:05:13
However, the mid-credits have yet to reveal another part that would make T'Challa a greater hero than he already proved.
As the audience pay attention, seeing a different location the film hasn't been to.
02:05:13 - 02:05:23
Already, many in the audience can see what was going on, seeing T'Challa standing in front of the United Nations.
02:05:23 - 02:06:27
Nobody said a word, letting T'Challa speak.
They hear what he said and it was a speech that made me much more proud than ever.
The speech talks about how his country shouldn't watch in the shadows, and understand that in a time of crisis, that it was better to build bridges than barriers.
Many, especially the heroes agree much more, especially All Might, a vision that he wants, for the world to feel safe, but not just that, but to care for one another, to look after each other. Something he didn't consider as he spent more time wanting to watch over everyone to ensure they all are safe.
But he understands that he was just one man, and Wakanda is just one country.
"To have that one single tribe, it's the world that felt better and safer than I could imagine." The symbol of peace admitted.
Hearing this for everyone else, it Put the Black Panther beyond any good that any pro hero could have done.
To be the one to not only help Wakanda to be more open, but to make a better future for the world.
Not a world of peace, but a world of cooperation and trust.
02:06:27 - 02:06:42
Hatsume found the question from one of the representatives amusing, knowing what Wakanda has to offer, she chuckles a little before commenting.
"Oh, you will be surprised. Just wait and see…"
And with that, the mid-credit scene ends. Give everyone rest before they see the end credits.
02:06:42 - 02:13:25
The end credits start slow and awkward, with people getting weirded out when they see three kids staring at them.
"What's going on here?" one of the students asked.
02:13:25 - 02:13:45
Just when the kids leave the small hut, the next reveal the person that the kids were staring at.
"Bucky!" many of the students said in sync, happy to see the Winter Soldier, now in Wakandan attire.
"Oh yeah, forgotten that they kept Bucky in Wakanda to try and fix his brainwashing," one of the teachers remembers.
"He's probably cured if we're seeing him now." Shinso pointed out
02:13:45 - 02:14:16
While they were glad to see Bucky again, they were curious about why they were seeing him than just seeing what happened to him.
Already they can see him getting better, something that Steve wanted.
Some consider that it will lead to something that might occur in the next or upcoming film, they just must wait and see
(Author's note: they didn't see the part where it says 'Black Panther will return in Avengers: Infinity War', don't want to reveal the title just yet...)
And with that, the film was over.
"Wow…" Iida smiles, seeing the doors opening, "that… that film was something…"
He remained seated, while the rest left to go out of the screen room.
Iida does the Wakandan salute before he stands up, "Wakanda… forever…"
Meanwhile, All Might was looking for Shigaraki once he exit the screen room, noticing him walking towards the exit.
"Shigaraki, wait…" he called out, "I want to talk with you…"
End of Film 18
