It was true that Boris could be rather unpredictable, but the two boys had fallen into some resemblance of a routine over the past few months, and Theo had grown to know him as a little bit of an early bird. But today, it takes Theo forever to wake Boris who is red-nosed and feverish. He wished he'd made Boris stay home before he got worse.

He'd always imagined that escaping would take everything away. All the pain, the bruises, the cuts, the nightmares, the sadness, all of that would fade once he left. But instead, it's worse, he's numb, he's cold, he's broken, and he doesn't know how to fix that.

Zoom has taken Joe. Everyone has went home, forgetting about Barry still being their prisoner in the pipeline. But Cisco hasn't forgotten. And maybe that tranquilizer dart had some side affects that were starting to make Barry really sick. Cisco and Barry bonding, with lots of fluff. No slash, just Cisco coming to Barry's rescue.
