Due to changes and conflicts in policies, I submit a version to encompass and remove all liability from the site and any possible legal repercussions by any possible enacting parties. As a responsible author, I will label my work with appropriate warnings and labels to adhere to the guidelines of media avenues, including but not limited to fiction relating to television, movies, cartoons/manga and the broad spectrum that encompasses the internet and its multi-national audience. In as such, clearly identifying potentially restricted work as to be viewed by adult audiences only, I have released the site and its sponsors from any legal action or accountability. In doing so, I also release myself from action taken by the site or by other parties in an attempt to limit or restrict my work for incidental transgressions and reserve my rights to publish my work without fear of restriction or censorship. Though not specifically necessary to publish, nor demanded by any copyright or laws, as a responsible author I will add these guidelines and restrictions to my work in order to warn the general viewing public of potentially violent, or sexually explicit content that may offend or trigger negative responses. The warnings will also serve as guidelines to those who may be considered too young to view such works of fiction. Since every country has different standards regarding such restrictions, then the warnings in effect will protect me, the author, and the site from possible liability and place the responsibility upon the reader. If a reader is underage, then the responsibility falls to their parent or adult guardian to regulate the viewing parameters and removes fault of the author or site for posting such works of fiction. The author is not responsible for readers who falsely give authorization on the site in order to view explicit content.
