As they can conceal their 'spirit' from others the ability to predict the person(s) moves with Kenbunshoku Haki will not work. Maximum time a person can conceal their 'spirit' can range from 30 minutes to an hour or longer. Busoshoku: Basuto - (武装色 バースト Busō-shoku: Bāsuto, literally meaning "Color of Armaments: Burst", Armament: Burst): A Haki technique where a person concentrates a large amount of Haki into on spot of their body - mainly the palm of their hand or fist - and releases it in a focused burst that can destroy a large area in front of them. Busoshoku: Myaku - (武装色 脈 Busō-shoku: Myaku, literally meaning "Color of Armaments: Pulse", Armament: Pulse): A Haki technique where a person concentrates a large amount of Haki to their hand and releases it like a shock wave, with the user at the epicentre. The user can also send out waves of Haki in "pulses" for more effect or as an aftereffect. Magics: Commandments (戒め, Imashime): The main form of combat utilized by the Gods. Whilst similar to Magic in several regards, Commandment are purer in nature (a notion supported by the fact that Commandments are run off of human worship) and are superior in the regard that they, and those who utilize them, are unaffected by Magic-canceling/nullifying objects, such as Face. Also, like Magic, Commandment come in a wide variety, varying in elements and conditions. Commandments are not to be confused with Magic and are used by the Gods, wherein the kind that they use are considered to be of the highest tier. Commandments are accordingly run off of Divine Power (神力 Shinriki), which in and of itself is the manifestation of human prayers that are offered to the gods. Weapons: Hakuto In - (白刀 陰 Hakutō In, literally meaning "White Blade Shadow", White Blade Yin): A white metal, katana type sword with a black Hamon that has the appearance of flames. It had a pure-white hilt with a golden octagonal hand-guard with the Kanji for "Yin" inscribed on it. The sheath is painted white with a golden dragon design down the side. It represents "The Good person with the Bad Intention.", meaning the evil in a good person. It is one of a pair of swords along with Kokuto You and serves as the of the "Good" blade. Kokuto You - (黒刀 陽 Kokutō Yō, literally meaning "Black Blade Light", Black Blade Yang): A black metal, katana type sword with a white Hamon that has the appearance of flames. It had a pitch-black hilt with a golden octagonal hand-guard with the Kanji for "Yang" inscribed on it. The sheath is painted black with a golden dragon design down the side. It represents "The Bad person with the Good Intention.", meaning the good within a bad person. It is one of a pair of swords along with Hakuto In and serves as the of the "Evil" or "Bad" blade. Shroud of Turin: Also known as the Cloth of Change, and the Second Skin of Jesus. It has the ability to change the wearer's appearance when they wear it and can change its form to fit the time that it's in and the person wearing it. Can also make the wearer invisible if they chose to. Blade of Betrayal: Also known as the Dagger of the Traitor, and the 30 Silver Blades of the Damned. It is a long, silver, triple-edged dagger (cross-section of the blade would be a triangle) that is melted down and reforged from the original 30 pieces of silver given to Judas to betray Jesus Christ. As the original sign of sin, it has the power to harm and otherwise kill all beings including Angels and Gods. It can also multiply or split into a total of 30 blades and no more. Rope of Redemption: Also known as the Rope of Judas, and the All-Binding Rope of Straw. The rope that Judas used to hang himself after betraying Jesus, the rope can change its length and bind all evil beings that touch it. When tied to celestial beings like Angels, it compels them to tell the truth about anything when they are asked. Tonbokiri (蜻蛉切, lit. "Dragonfly Cutter") is one of three legendary Japanese spears created by the famed swordsmith Fujiwara Masazane, said to be wielded by the daimyō Honda Tadakatsu, a leading general of Tokugawa Ieyasu. The spear was over 40 cm long. Its power lies in the fact that it can increase its vibrating frequency and hence its piercing and cutting power are increased, to an extent that exceeds those of any other bladed weapon. When using its full power, even the air around the spear vibrates with intensity and four blades of energy that look like the wings of a dragonfly emit from the shakahoko. Totsuka no Tsurugi (戸塚の敦木, lit. "Sword of Length of Ten Fists") is a Holy Spirit Sword from ancient times. Also known as the Sakegari no Tachi (酒刈太刀, lit. “Sake Cutter Longsword”) is a variant of the Ame no Murakumo no Tsurugi. It is sheathed in a sake jar; the blade is unlike any other — rather than a conventional form, the blade is actually the liquid inside the gourd that is released and shaped into a blade. It is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing the target it pierces. Those who are stabbed by the sword are drawn into the jar and trapped in an illusion-like "world of drunken dreams" for all eternity. It can also cut through objects like a normal blade, thereby giving the wielder great versatility in his attacks. Being a variant of the Kusanagi, this sword can cut through almost anything. Ame no Murakumo no Tsurugi (天叢雲剣, lit. "Sword of the Gathering Clouds of Heaven") is a Holy Sword of Shinto legends that rivals the original Excalibur and Durandal. It appearance matches that of an artist rendering of the sword; a pitch black blade with no visible guard and a rounded base at the end of the handle. When it’s power is released, the blade is engulfed in a fire that is called the “Flames of Amaterasu”. Its common name the Kusanagi no Tsurugi ("Grass-Cutting Sword") is actually a changed form of the sword. It takes the form of a double-edged jian with a green magatama where the hilt and forte meet. The sword can quickly extend and retract its blade to attack from long distances, be controlled telekinetically according to the user's command, and cut through almost anything. Even Sun Wukong, who stopped an attack from the True Longinus, noted that the Kusanagi blade could cleave him in two if used properly. |
