I'm just some madao, in the grand scheme of things.

I've been writing fanfiction since 1996, although I've much of what I've written has either been trashed or lost. There are stories I wish I'd kept more securely for archival purposes, but whatever. I'll rewrite them, I suppose. I still remember their basic outlines.

I enjoy reviews. Also, if you have time, please PM me. I'll generally respond, unless I'm overwhelmed by massive numbers of PMs, in which case, I'll probably respond as I please. I'm not likely to be inundated by PMs, though.

Eh? It's been two years since my last update? Well, uh, I've been busy with school, and too lazy to figure out what my login was for this site as I'd forgotten it, and the login for the email I use specifically for this site. I have a chapter written for A Certain Cursed Martial Artist, and some more of the next chapter too, but I'll refrain from releasing anything too soon until I get a chance to get a bit further ahead in the narrative.

August, 2018

Well, I've gone and done it now. Went and replaced all the chapters of ACCMA with ACCMA: Remaster. It may be improved. Actually, it should be improved by those modifications.

December, 2017

After recovering my health, I've gotten busy... doing things other than writing. I've returned to post-secondary school after fourteen years, and have improved my living conditions by leaps and bounds. Yes, by leaps and bounds. I'm hardly recognizable as a madao any longer, but that moniker has ingrained into me a semblance of identity; I can't just lose it in favour of something else just yet. Perhaps I'll become a post-madao; this isn't even my final form, either!

Regardless, I've opened and closed the stories I'd been writing, time and again, with minor edits here and there. Can't help feeling a bit underwhelmed by the quality even though these are the stories I've been writing. I can't find the motivation to give them the complete overhaul they need though. It'll come, in time.

Has it been a year since I've updated this profile? Wild. I'm on Fanfiction.net everyday, checking and re-checking my favourite stories, hoping for new chapters from my favourite authors. However, the site's accessibility is a relic of the post-90's.

Huh, managed to finally finish ACCMA 5. I'd peck at it, but would run out of energy quickly. Who knew healing up would allow me to have the energy to do things like this, again?

Ah, ha, ha! Has it been nearly two years since I last appeared on Fanfiction.net? Wow.

Well, been trying to write fanfiction, but I just can't get through the chapters. Keep rewriting. I suppose if I keep at it, then someday I'll get through the block.

Hmm, wish there was ever more interesting fanfics. Reading well-written fanfiction inspires me to write. Therefore, if you write, then write and then publish your work, so I'll be motivated to write.

Actually, reading bad fanfiction also inspires me to write. I constantly think to myself, 'This is what I'd do to improve this story.' Therefore, write, and let me read your story, and then I'll write (probably).

My health has improved, recently. Finally had the energy to release a new chapter for A Certain Cursed Martial Artist. Didn't take the time to check it for errors, though. I'll go through it, soon. I'll probably start on the next chapter, first, before working out the errors, though. The amount of reviews I received for that chapter is certainly intimidating, and I'm a bit tentative to go through them. I'll be honest, Chapter Four of A Certain Martial Artist significantly alters the story. I'm not even certain of what sort of reader reaction I've gotten, yet. I hope it's more on the side of positive than negative. Who knows? Not me, just yet.

I haven't touched A Certain Martial Artist in some time. I've been enjoying writing Silver Destiny far too much. Albeit, I almost have more chapters than I do reviews for that story, but it's so god damned fun to write.

I've been given a new medication which has affected me, slightly. Just enough that I'm having trouble concentrating on writing. I'm very close to completing Chapter Four of A Certain Martial Artist, but am having trouble maintaining a consistent level of quality. No estimate on a release date. Any day.
