Dear Readers.

I write this with a heavy heart. As some of you may know, one of my stories has become a victim of plagiarism. "Stay With Me" is a story close to my heart, as is all of my creations, and that someone has copied and pasted it word for word upsets me to the point of tears.

I know I haven't updated lately, but I am in my final year of my Masters course at University, and am swamped with deadlines, assignments and exam prep, and unfortunately my writing has had to be put on hold because of this. I have been able to write more chapters for some of my stories, but until I am confident that they will not be plagiarised, I cannot publish them.

I'm so shocked, and disappointed that this has happened within such a close-knit community of readers and writers alike, especially within such a great fandom that Fairy Tail is.

I would like to thank the readers who PM'd me to alert me of this copycat, and also for their support during this stressful and upsetting experience. I know this may sound dramatic, but every single one of my stories has hours and hours of planning, editing and thought put into it. It causes me a lot of emotional pain that someone is trying to not only pass off one of my creations as their own, but also even copied my profile picture and profile name.

To this person, you know who you are. I have asked you twice now to take down the copied work, yet you have the audacity to comment on my original work asking me to "Please write more". I encourage you instead to practice writing for yourself, to find the style that suits you best, and to stop plagiarising before it becomes too late.

Anyone can write. If you put in the work, you will succeed.

I have emailed FFNET support with a complaint, but ask that anyone else who can understand my problem with this also report the copied story.

I apologise for the rant, but this is not okay, and I want anyone to know that should I ever spot any sort of plagiarism, I shall be reporting it. It's emotionally painful for the original creator, and spits in the face of all the work and planning I've put into my writing.

I hope this gets resolved as soon as possible. I can assure you all, I will complete all of my stories, and I will continue to write. Life at this point has put a stop to this, but it by no means will prevent me from updating one day.

Dear Readers,

I want to apologise for the lateness of my updates. Over the past month I've had no internet access, and have struggled with work and preparation for my university courses. As such, my writing for FFNET has had to be put on hold and take a back seat to my education and work life.

I shall continue with all of my stories at some point, I simply ask you to be patient with a busy, stressed out student who's trying to discover where her true literary talents lie.

I would greatly appreciate your support, and any helpful advice and reviews you may leave me shall be taken on bored gratefully.

I truly hope you enjoy the latest installment of Stay With Me, and am truly touched that you have so far found pleasure in my writing, and pray that you continue to do so.

Hey everyone!!!

I'm not really very good at these kind of things, so I'll just go straight into what I like, and what I'll probably write about on here!

For starters, I LOVE anime, especially Fairy Tail! Which is what led me to this site and made me make an account!

I do ship Nalu for the anime, however I have been converted to Lalu and Galu cause of the awesome fanfics on this site! I also like some crack parings, like LucyxFreed, LucyxBickslow and have found one or two good LucyxGildarts ones, but thats more of an impossible paring!

But yeah, fave ships are LALU and GALU plus Bickslow and Lucy. I just think it's great that Bickslow could have a different personality from what he shows everyone, and love pairing him up with Lucy!

As you can tell, Lucy is my favourite Fairy Tail mage, and I think that she's far more powerful than the anime shows, so I'm gonna show that side of her in any fanfics I do including her. Also, I just love her character overall! She's nice, pretty, and really funny, a brilliant character in my opinion. :)

I watch loads of anime, so can probably take requests for just about anything if some people want a one shot of something.

I like Bleach, One Piece and tonnes of other animes too, so don't be afraid to ask me about one cause it's not here, I'd be here for days if I had to write up all the anime I watch! :)

Well, I'm pretty new to this site, so I can't say much else as of yet. I'm more than likely to only write anime fanfics on here, though I might write something else every so often, just to make a change. :)

Please let me know what you think of my stories, and review if you have an opinion, constructive criticism or just to tell me to get off my lazy butt and write more!

Kyou Kara Maou (just hilarious. Dunno about writing about it, haven't really thought about it much, but I've watched the series like, 3 times, so probs could.)

WELL, I can't think of any more at the moment, but those are my faves, and the ones I'm easily comfortable with writing about.

TRUST ME, I've seen LOOOAAADSSSS more, so any requests, just go right ahead. Will probably watch it anyway just because. ;)

So, yeah. I highly recommend the above animes if you haven't seen them, because they're incredible! SO funny most of all, except the sad ones... but they're good too! :)

HELLOOOOOO EVERYONE!!

Okay, so myself and another beloved FanFictioner by the name of Paname, have put our heads together and come up with an interview of sorts! So we've put together some questions, and will now answer them so you guys can know more about our writing style and thoughts and how we deal with stuff... so yeah! Here it is!

1) How long have you been a member of Fanfiction.net?

I've known about FanFiction for years from a friend, but I only started getting interested in it a few months ago when I felt like reading some anime fanfics, and I loved it so much I thought I could do it too! So I opened up my account around a month ago and here I am you lucky devils!!! ;) xx

2) When did you write your first story, and why?

Well I wrote my first story only a few weeks after joining Fan Fiction, specifically on the 20th of July, called "Lucy's Fury". I wrote it for a crack pairing of some sort (between Bickslow and Laxus. Can't reveal yet, as it's still a work in progress!) I wrote it because I had a new idea about how Lucy got involved with the Raijinshuu without involving Lisanna being the bad guy and her getting replaced or kicked off Team Natsu, because I just don't see that happening because of how nice everyone is!! I know we can change the characters of Fairy Tail, but I just wanted to try and stick to the great Hiro's original guys. ;) x

3) What is your biggest Pet Peeve about FFNET?

Hmm... I don't think I've been a member for long enough to find one? Although I do hate it how reviews aren't immediatley posted onto my story. I read them in email, sure, but I like to scroll through sometimes when I'm having a down day with my writing, and you guys give me the kick I need to get off my lazy butt and carry on, on pain of death of course! ;)

4) What inspired you to write your first story?

Well, to be honest it wasn't anything specific. My idea for Lucy's Fury came from somewhere in my mind after reading a lot of Lucy stories where she was kicked off team Natsu because of Lisanna replacing her and everyone being nasty, and I couldn't help but try and think of a different way to peel Lucy away from Natsu. Then when I realised no one had written about Lucy's letters being the catalyst for MAJOR TROUBLE I thought "DO IT NOW BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE DOES!!!" And that's about it! XD

5) What is your favourite type of review to receive on a story, and which is the most helpful and least helpful?

Oddly enough, my favourite reviews are ones that give me your immediate reactions, i.e. "OH MY GOOOOOD!" or "AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!" Sure they're short and sweet, but that's how I feel sometimes while writing them or after publishing them! So They make me giggle! :)

The most helpful reviews I've received are ones which tell me whats good, what's not so good and what they like. I received a few very helpful and thought provoking reviews from a guest reviewer called IrishMaid, (HI IF YOU'RE READING THIS!!) And I would love for her to get an account so I can respond properly! But she put forward convincing arguments about who Lucy should end up with in my story, and also supported me and my writing very nicely. I have gotten multiple reviews from many readers, and find them helpful too as they spur me on, because I can see who felt they had to write a review as a response rather than leave it blank, so they help motivate me a lot. :) I also would accept any constructive criticism on my writing, as it will help me improve, which brings me onto the second stage of my answer!!! :D ;)

The least helpful reviews I've received are ones which only say "Oh there's a mistake here" or "you spelt this wrong", or just basic nit-picking. Other ones which don't help are when people only write "UPDATE NOW!" I understand that you want another chapter ASAP, but I would appreciate more of a comment on what was good and stuff, or what you liked, you know? And I update pretty frequently, so it's kind of stressful some times, though I appreciate the time they've taken to write a review at all! :) x ANYWAY, rant over, NEXT QUESTIONNN!

6) What is your favourite story and why?

This is a hard question, because I read so much fanfiction stories and books as well! One of my favourite published books would have to be "The Book Thief" and "My Sister's Keeper" because both made me cry. And if you've only seen the film of Sister's Keeper, read the book. It's so much better and sadder!!! :'(

My favourite fanfiction story... now that is hard! I've recently read a FreeLu Pairing called "My Angel" that sticks in my mind, and I love a BixLu one called "Soul Spirit", but I have so many favourites that it's difficult to choose! But if you like crack-pairings, I suggest those two along with otehrs on my favourites list! ;) Trsut me, I have many! XD

7) What is the one thing you do really purposefully in your stories?

If you've been keeping up with Lucy's Fury, you'll know I've left it at some pretty big cliffhangers recently. Basically, I try to keep your attention through every chapter; in the first chapter, I made sure to show Lucy's dark/angry side by dragging Freed out and leaving what Natsu and Gray did a complete mystery, hopefully, it made you want to read on! I always try and make something interesting happen per chapter, just to keep you hooked! ;) :) XD

8) What do you not like about your own writing?

I hate how I rush! I know I make major typos sometimes (I read through part of my story and realised I'd missed out an "e" in Freed's name! CRINGE!) But once I get into a story and have it running through my head I can't help but rush over the keyboard and I slip soo much!!! I'm trying to go slower and re-check my writing, but I'm always so excited to share the next chapter with you that I skim! I'm working on it though, promise! :) x

9) What is your favourite type of fanfiction to write and why?

If you haven't already guessed, I LOVE ANIMEEE! And so, that's what I write about!!! ;) XD

I love writing crack-pairings with some drama and action and adventure in them! I will be writing a cross-over sooner or later between either Fairy Tail and Inuyasha, or Fairy Tail and Naruto, because I've found ACE pairings for both!!! :)

10) Who's your favourite character to write about and why?

I love Fairy Tail, and my favourite character of all time to write about is Lucy Heartfilia. She's just got such an adaptable and amazing character, and she can fit into sooooooo many pairings! (Ahhh, the pairings I can make! *drools*slaps self to attention*)

11) What inspires you when you're held back by the dreaded monster named "writers block", and how do you focus on your writing when there are distractions about?

When I'm struggling to write, I force myself to take a break, and browse YouTube for funny videos, or listen to good music while reading other fanfics, or I just wander around the house looking lost while eating crisps and moping! ;) Basically, take a break until the mood strikes you, and relax! I find a bit of dark chocolate helps my brain kick in, and gives me the boost I need to get my ideas down on paper! ;)

When there are distractions, i.e., for me it's loud TV in the background, or children screaming, or dog barking. Well, I stick my head phones in and play a long YouTube playlist quite loudly and open up my word document, so I can only focus on my writing rather than the brilliant song lyrics, the funny programme on behind me or the cute doggy! ;)

12) What FFNET stories and non-FFNET stories inspired you to write?

One of the books that inspired me to write was the classic children's books by Enid Blyton, "The Famous Five". They were a bed time story for me for years, and made me want to write form a young age.

I don't think I can pick one fanfic that inspired me, because there are so many. I feel like it was the combination of all the ones I read that made me want to write one myself! :) Rather than a singular story, I feel like I was inspired by another fanfictioner, but the name of leoslady4ever, due to the range and interesting aspects of all of her stories. :)

13) FINAL QUESTION, lucky No.13!) What's the most unique or original story you've read on FFNET so far?

Another really difficult question! I've read the only two Lahar and Lucy pairings, and found them both to be interesting, though sadly they're only one-shots! But it's a unique pairing! Umm, I'm kinda repeating myself, but the FreeLu pairing called My Angel is incredible and really well written, as well as being unique!
