I started reading FanFiction on my tablet during a family member's surgery to pass time in the waiting room and later at the bedside. I enhaled GCatsPJs Saint in the Shadows story and was hooked. My daughter had already found Fanfiction and shared her treasure to help me through my hospital vigil.

I live midway between the South and Southwest in what used to be Indian Territory. Our state's history, culture, and scenery are amazing if you're ever traveling Route 66.

We're a part-time military family and know well the sacrifices our service members and their loved ones give for our country, defending peace and freedom. They deserve our appreciation and support, even if people don't agree with the missions they're assigned to carry out.

I enjoy NCIS, Bones, and Bluebloods. Mark Harmon and Tom Sellig have the enduring good looks of Sean Connery and Clint Eastwood, IMO. David Boreanaz is just amazingly handsome, but will probably prove to be a vintage good-looker as well. T.J. Thyne and the other Bones actors certainly don't hurt the scenery either! The actresses of Bones are lovely talented great human beings as well. Too bad we can't all go to Comic Con!

I'd read FanFiction for a year or so before working up the nerve to create a Profile. Having worked in the computer field, I realize the value of anonymity. But the urge to leave reviews and let these talented writers know I'd enjoyed and appreciated their work overcame my hesitation.

I wrote poetry and family greeting cards through high school and college, but never considered trying prose. After relishing all the wonderful stories on this site, I thought I ought to contribute too. So below are my wobbly writing attempts. I feel like a lurchy toddler staggering around in Hart Hanson's sand box.

To my delight, my 2015 winter hiatus story was featured on Bonesology Tumblr. Many talented Fan Fiction writers went out of their way to help me get started with my first stories, and I can't thank them enough. I've been touched and grateful for the complimentary reviews I've gotten from readers of my chapters. I've greatly enjoyed reading the excellent Bones fan fiction on this site. I found writing a story to be a pleasant challenge. Thank you very much for your interest.
