So, it's been... *Checking notes* since November, that the last one was posted. Sorry. On the bright side, the next part won't be that long.
Lilith has only been a mom for a few years, but she knows when one of her children is in trouble.
"What did you two do?" Lilith said in an annoyed mother tone.
"W-what do you mean?" Luz said.
"Interesting, Amity usually says mom every time she says something to me. Also, your eyes aren't the same color as my daughters."
Amity and Luz looked at each other with confusion.
"Um, our eyes are both gold." Amity said.
"That may be, but Luz's eyes are more vibrant, while Amity's are more of a bright shade." Lilith said.
Amity and Luz were completely stunned. To anyone else, their eyes were basically the same color and shade, but they guess that a mother just knows more about her kid than anyone.
"Fine you got us." Amity said, "We botched a spell and... we swapped bodies."
"I figured." Lilith said, "Edalyn, is there anything you can do?"
"I can give it a try, but I make no promises. Follow me, Kiddos." Eda said.
Lilith sat on the couch as the three walked away. She rubbed her head and groaned. Perhaps the two most powerful witches on the entire Boiling Isles keep getting into problems with magic. A little while later, Eda came back.
"Well, I put a sleep spell on them."
"Why?" Lilith asked.
"Because they don't stop with that mushy, romantic shit."
Eda plopped down next to Lilith.
"Did you find something to help them?" Lilith asked.
"I'm the greatest witch to ever live. Of course, I found something." Eda said, "There's just one problem."
"What?"
"It... will take about a week for me to get the ingredients."
"WHAT!?" Lilith shrieked, "Edalyn, what do you mean!"
"They're in different parts of the Isles! Some of which are in places that haven't been explored since the Savage Ages! So yeah, it's going to take me a hot fucking minute!"
Lilith put her head in her hands. She knew this would be way harder than the baby incident.
"Well, then I guess they'll both be staying with me for the time being." Lilith said, "I can't allow Amity go around in the Princess' body. It would cause problems, and you would be gone, so they can't stay here, especially with how many times they've messed up spells. The last thing I need is them messing up another one and ending up as... a table or something."
"Hey, speak for yourself, I would love to replace this." Eda said, lightly kicking the coffee table.
"Edalyn, take this seriously!" Lilith said.
"Okay, I'm just kidding." Lilith knew that was a lie, "I'll head out in the morning, and you can take them with you."
