"You sure about this?" Mark asks David

'Let them handle the council, it's not like can go against those old people, besides we have bigger issues" David answers Mark s they enter the dining room for the first time.

"Wow," Mark says as he sees the dining room table and how big it is

'How many people used to live here?" he asks David who just shrugged at him

As they walked to the empty chairs they found their parents already eating along with everyone else.

David and Mark looked around and noticed that everyone ate in awkward silence, too afraid to accidentally do something that might get them into trouble.

David just closed his eyes and smiled, eventually everyone would get used to living here and they won't be so worried about getting into trouble.

"So can you guys tell me what you've been up to," David says to everyone but his words were directed to his friends?

"Nothing really" Heku answers him as he placed a spoonful of rice into his mouth

'We learned how to do math in class" one of the new kids says to David as she reaches for a hot bun

"Cool," David says to her as Innocentius lets out a small grow

'Damm it" David says as he excuses himself and walks out of the room

To his surprise he finds Fugaku waiting for him outside of his house.

'Hey, Fugaku what brings you here?" David asks the Uchiha head

'We need to talk" Fugaku says to David who just smiles at him

'No, you know what anything that's wrong you can just tell my wife' David says to Fugaku who just looks at him

"I guess by that look on your face you didn't know she was here," David says to Fugaku as he points to the mansion.

"Okay, what's going on?" David says to Fugaku as he sits down and signaling the older man to sit next to him

"I'll make this as short as possible, the council is considering putting sanctions on you and your clan," Fyugaku says to him with a cold voice

'Okay"

'What?" Fugaku says to David with a shocked voice

'Yeah, I mean what are they going to sanction. I mean I don't sell or import anything yet, everything that I have here is things I buy from you or restore here" David says to Fugaku

Fugaku looks at David with a cold stare, it wasn't cruel nor did he mean any ill intent by it, he just wanted the boy to understand the gravity of the situation.

He watched as the smile David usually had quickly vanished.

'That bad" David asks him

'They are intending to take your elementals away by curse seals and forcing the Jutsu that you and the Whitjaws have developed to be given to the council and force you and everyone living in your territory to separate themselves further from the village" Fugaku says to David as the door behind them slams open

'I see" Tsunade says to Fugaku as she walks out of the mansion her rage in clear display

'Calm down and sit down" David says to Tsunade as a maid brings him a plate of food, before leaving and returning with four more plates.

"Can you handle it?" David asks Tsunade who doesn't answer him

"Fugaku thanks for the warning," David says to Fugaku, before the three of them eat their meal in silence

Tsunade watched as the group of friends began to chase one another and act like the kids they are, next to them were the new arrivals to the Senju clan's main house, who had quickly gotten used to the elementals that acted like children.

For a moment she forgot that the same summons were the very same ones that nearly killed the ninjas that had tried to kidnap the children when they tried to run away.

There wasn't any point in delaying the meeting between her and the third.

'let's go" she says to Jiraiya as they head to their old teacher's office

After eating Fugaku had gone straight home, but she hadn't thought much about it, and would have forgotten about it had she not noticed the ninjas that were keeping a watch around her family's territory.

She turned to look at Jiraiya and the two of them began to make quick work of the spies, t their surprise they found that all of them were members of the Ambu.

"Explain," Tsunade said to them

"The Uchiha are to be kept under watch, this is public knowledge" one of the Ambu answers her

"Yet you have no right to spy on anyone in my families territory," she says to them

'You haven't been here, and the council has decided that the WhiteJaws are a danger to the village and should be kept under watch" another one of the Ambus answers her but steps back as he senses her killer intent

She didn't bother attacking the Ambu, knowing them she could kill all of the ones here and another group would just replace them the next day.

"Explain this to me," Tsunade says to the third as she slams the evidence that showed that someone had stolen from her clan

'What's this" Hiruzen Sarutobi asks her

'There should be a lot more money from my clan put away, yet someone has been embezzling from it.

"We also ran into several Ambu, that claimed that the three children were considered a danger to the village," Jiraiya said to his old teacher

"The boy's connection to the Uchiha is considered a problem by any, also there was an incident that occurred and made several people question if the boys could control their elementals" the third answers his student

"I'll have this investigated," he said to Tsunade as he looked at the evidence in front of him, but he stopped when he noticed Tsunades didn't bother moving

'Get those Ambu away from my clan's territory, because if you don't the Senju clan will separate itself from the leaf" Tsunade says to her old teacher.

"Tsunade those words arent taken lightly" the third chastized his old student but Tsunade dint backdown

'A part of our deal was that the three children did would be left alone, it was all of you that went back on your word" Tsunade answered the Hokage

The two of them looked at each other and finally the third blinked.

'I'll inform the council but they will take your threat seriously and might revoke your ability to leave the village" the third says to her, but Tsunade wasn't fazed

'They can't force me to stay if I'm not a part of this village anymore" she said to the third

, who just kept quiet

"Do you think you and Jiraiya alone can fight off the leaf's nin and protect the children

" The third asks Tsunade

'We don't have to, you said so yourself, the boys made allies with a clan that is already disliked by the leaf"

"Can you honestly say that if the Senju clan leaves now, that the Uchiha clan won't go with them?"Tsunade asks her old teacher but she doesn't bother stopping

'Then we are to look at the children themselves, its no mystery to anyone that they are hiding their true abilities, can you afford to fight them, their elementals, along with Jiraiya- me and the entire Uchiha clan" she asked the Hokage who is now looking at her with eyes that screamed he was now considering her a threat.

"I see' the third said before walking out of the office
