IMPORTANT STORY UPDATE!

Guess who's back everyone? Sorry for the hiatus, I'd be almost willing to bet that after all this time everybody has given up this story as dead. I'm here to say that this and all my other stories are still alive and will be completed! A lot has changed in my life in the last few years but this story and others that I have left uncompleted has been heavy on my mind. It's taken awhile to find the same drive and determination that I had when starting this story but at long last it's finally back. I've rewritten every chapter of this story and cut down the word count so it's easier to read and the plot progression is much smoother. The bad news is that in order to do so I had to sacrifice side plot points and other details that, while I loved having them, served little purpose other than gumming up the overall plot. It's for that reason that I've made the incredibly hard decision to take this story down and repost the new corrected chapters as a brand-new story entry (likely with the same name). This was my first real multi chapter story and is incredibly important to me; however, after thinking on it long and hard I found that it was the best possible outcome. Once it is up and running, I'll be taking this story down except for this notice, just to give anyone who wants, time to re-read it again.

The new story will be up in day or two, just to give time for one last reviewing by myself. When it does go up, I'll likely start by posting one or 2 re-written chapters at a time once a week before releasing any new ones. This is to give me time to write the new chapters and give time to proofread them. I'm not a fast writer and will typically write the chapter and make dozens of changes and re-writes before posting it. Because of that, plus the business of life in general) I'm not sure of the frequency of the new chapters; however, I want to do my best to post something once or twice a month. That could be a new chapter for this story or one of the others that I have yet to complete. For right now my focus is on this and Weapon's in Hand. Finally, for anyone reading this, I just wanted to let you all know that ya'll are awesome and I hope ya'll enjoy the updated story as much as I enjoyed bringing it to you. Until we meet again!
