Boscha started to wake up and looked around. To her surprise, she saw Luz in a bed near her.
"So, what are you in for?" Boscha asked.
Luz smiled and laughed a little.
"Hi, Boscha."
"Wow, you look like shit." Boscha said.
"Well, you don't look like a super model." Luz said, with a chuckle, "I missed you Boscha."
"I missed you too, Princess. You happy to be back in a castle and not a slum?"
"My uncles house is not a slum." Luz said.
"Luz, you live in a castle, compared to this place, the White House looks like a slum."
"Um, how do you know the White House?"
"I have had a broken back and been bed ridden for nearly four months. The only thing the Healer's bring me are human world books that your dad has collected. I have read through and memorized everything in a twelfth grade history text book."
"So, what have I missed?" Luz asked.
"A lot." Boscha said, removing one of several pink feathers from her hair, "Good thing we have time."
Boscha continued to remove the feathers.
"Great, now that I have that dealt with." Boscha turned to face Luz, "So, let's start out happy. I'm dating Willow."
"Congratulations!" Luz said.
"That's really the only good news. Let's get to the bad news." Boscha said, "I'm crippled, any progress has probably been lost after my transformation."
"Transformation?" Luz asked.
"I'm cursed... yay." Boscha said sarcastically, "Well, actually, there is something else good that happened. My sister came back."
"That's... good."
Luz didn't know what to say, a lot happened in the four months she's been gone.
"So, what about you Princess? Anything happen in the Human Realm?"
Luz thought back to almost being killed... several times.
"No, not really." Luz said, "Just stuff that my dad will have to deal with now. I did get to see my cousin again. I also got to meet her friends, which surprised me."
"A world filled with humans, can't be that exciting." Boscha said, checking her nails, "Titan it's boring in this place."
"Well, maybe I can lighten the mood a little."
They looked towards the door and saw Camila.
"Mami, what are you doing here?"
"Can't I check on my daughter?"
"You saw me ten minutes ago."
"With you, ten minutes could be long enough for you to get into a life or death moment." Camila said, "I came here to tell you something. I've spoken to Emelina's parents and we've agreed, she needs to come here and practice her magic."
"Really?!" Luz asked excitedly.
"Your cousin can do magic?" Boscha asked.
"She'll be staying at the castle and go to Hexside with you."
Boscha gave up, no one was answering her.
