The portal opened and the group walked out, finding themselves in an alleyway of Republic City.
"Now, like I said earlier, this is a forein world, stay close to me and do what I say." R.J said.
"Yeah, we get it." Eda said, "Now, why don't we go to that temple you were talking about."
"Fine, let's go." R.J said.
They started to walk into the heart of the city, when R.J stopped them.
"Wait, this is a dangerous part of the city."
Before R.J could reply, she was surrounded by three men.
"Well, if it isn't the little Airbender." The main guy said, "In case you forgot where you are, you're in the turf of the Triple Threat Triad."
R.J got into a stance and smiled.
"I've beaten your gangs ass before, and I'll do it again." R.J said
One of them shot fire at R.J, which she easily dodged and returned his strike with a blast of air that knocked him backwards. The other two charged her, and she easily avoided each of their attacks.
"Please, you think a petty gang can beat me? I'm the best assassin in the world, you three are nothing compared to me."
"Maybe you can beat us, but maybe not the injured girl." One said.
One of them threw fire at Amity and she tried to avoid it, without her magic, she didn't have much of a choice but to avoid it. The strike never hit her, as a girl around her age seemed to deflect it.
"Huh, attacking an injured kid, what kind of asshole does that?" Kim asked.
Kim threw a punch and sent fire at them.
"Hey, sis, think we should show them what happens when they mess with people?" Kim asked.
A large rock hit one of them in the head and they looked and saw Luz, several small rocks floating above her hand.
"Gladly."
Luz used her Earthbending and launched more rocks at them. Kim used her Firebending to position them into a specific area. The Waterbender was about to send water at them, when Korra got in the way and sent it back, and freezing it around the guys head. Korra used Firebending against the two remaining and Kim backed her up with more firebending. R.J noticed this and smiled.
"The new Avatar. I clearly have been gone a while."
"What do you mean?" Amity asked.
"The Avatar is the only one capable of using the four elements. When I was last here, Avatar Aang was still alive." R.J said.
Korra, Kim, and Luz dove them off.
"Well, that's been taken care of, now, let's intoduce ourselves-"
Luz was cutt off when they heard something.
"This is the Republic City Police, stay where you are!"
