Luz was walking back and forth in the jail cell. All the while, glaring at Kim.
"Thanks, Kim. We got arrested." Luz said, "Nothing bad will happen, huh?"
"You worry too much, we were helping a group of people, how could that be a crime?"
"Kim, this isn't like the Southern Water Tribe. We don't know what the laws here are."
"Relax, that one woman is talking to the cops."
"Oh, she talking to the cops." Luz mocked, "That might not help us!"
Kim rolled her eyes at Luz's tirade. Soon, the door to the cell opened up and R.J came in with Tenzin.
"Well, good news, I convinced my old friend here, to let everyone at the Temple." R.J said, "Which is good because now the Avatar can learn Airbending."
"Good, so we can leave then?" Luz asked.
"Yes, come along." Tenzin said, motioning for them to follow, "Hopefully before Lin changes her mind on letting you go."
"Lin? As in Lin Biefong, the daughter of Toph Biefong? One of the best Metal Benders in the world?" Luz asked.
"Oh, no, you did it now." Kim said, face palming.
"What's she like? Is she really as cool as people say? Can she teach me Metal Bending?"
Luz rambled on, asking more questions until Kim put a hand over her mouth.
"Shut. Up." Kim said, "Sweet fucking hell, you get like this whenever someone brings up anything remotely close to Metalbending."
Luz smacked Kim's hand off.
"Like you wouldn't do the same if Lord Zuko wasn't standing right here. You'd be asking him how to redirect lightning."
Kim didn't say anything. She just looked away.
"So, if we're going to be near each other, what are your names?" R.J asked.
"I'm Kim."
"And I'm Luz." Luz said, "We're twins!"
R.J's eyes widened.
'No, it couldn't be.' She thought, 'It's a coincidence.'
