Sorry that this isn't an update, a lot of things have happened. I graduated from university, got diagnosed with COVID, and am now currently looking for a job. A lot is still up in the air but in the meantime I'm trying to get back in the proverbial saddle regarding writing, especially writing something original. I recently uploaded a story to Wattpad and so I figured I would advertise it here in case anyone was interested.
The Spectral Kingdom is something of a high fantasy take on the story of Hades and Persephone but with soulmates and political intrigue. Our two main characters are Seraphina Azul, the shy but strong-willed illegitimate princess of the Clouded Domains, and Alios Caligo, the mysterious and surprisingly young king of the Voided Lands. When an attempt on Seraphina's life sets in motion a chain reaction that will lead to war between the realms, she and Alios must work together to uncover the truth and prevent bloodshed.
Basically if you liked the romance between Sebastian and Thalia, but wished FF allowed explicit scenes, then that's what I'm going for here. It's been wonderful writing this story all these years and I hope to write more in the future.
