Issei walked into his history classroom ready to deal with the interrogation of a lifetime after what happened in gym. Even without his two buddies saying anything, Murayama did drag Issei away very publicly, and since nobody saw her for the rest of the class, speculation would've been rampant over what they did. Knowing Kiryuu she would've noticed Katase being gone also and that meant the two girls were screwed. As for him, well Motohama and Matsuda would take care of that. Opening the door he was met by multiple stares and predictably Matsuda and Motohama got up to greet him. He took a glance at the teacher and saw that the middle-aged man knew exactly what was coming and simply allowed it to happen. His two comrades stopped in front of him, and the stare down was on. "We just have one thing to say Issei." Motohama said sternly.
"Let me have it guys." Issei replied ready to deal with whatever his friend had planned for him. He certainly didn't expect Motohama to bear hug him.
"Congratulations you lucky bastard." Motohama smiled as he pulled away so Matsuda could do the same.
"You pulled some doujin level stuff off man. I should hate you but we both know you were always a popular bastard at your core." Matsuda smiled.
"You weren't exactly chopped liver yourself Matsuda." Issei replied.

Issei was pleasantly surprised by his friend's reaction, but before he could say anything Kiryuu spoke up, "Since Issei's clearly got something going on with Murayama and Katase, which of the perverted duo gets a girlfriend next." Kiryuu teased causing Murayama and Katase

"So it's settled. Matsuda is going over to the track and field club to get back with Manami and reform the Sanzen Superstars, and Motohama is going to be all alone again." Katase teased.
"Hey!" Motohama protested.
"Actually I think Motohama should join the track and field club as their manager." Issei smiled to the confusion of everyone else.
"You're joking" Himari scoffed.
"Not at all. Motohama knows exactly why I'm saying that." Issei smiled.
Motohama and Issei had a stare off for a bit before the perverted relented, "Fine but if this doesn't work out, I'm blaming you." Motohama frowned.
"Care to fill us in Issei?" Himari smiled.
"Not at all. We guys have our secrets, and this is one of Moto's. Only he can tell you guys if he wants"

"Well that's enough of all that talk, I'm sure the professor would like to start class." Issei smiled.
"Thank you" The professor smiled and Issei Matsuda and Motohama took their seats. Things were changing for the perverted trio and fast.

Issei's plans with Himari were going to take place after practice and since he had a little time to kill, he decided to walk over to the kendo club and by his old peephole for nostalgia's sake. As he turned the corner and walked towards his spot, he was pleasantly surprised by who was standing there. "It's been a while Momo" Issei said calmly. Reya Kusaka and Tsubasa Yura of the Kuoh council council were also managers of clubs at Sanzen that he helped out as the Swiss Army Knife. Reya was the manager for the basketball team and Tsubasa managed soccer. He always found it ironic that three members of the council were his former fans and wondered if that played a part in the lack of punishment that came his way but that was a thought for another day.
"Let's just say Motohama could use his 'Three Sizes Scouter' for good instead of evil." Issei smiled. When he first learned about his friends' unique power, he decided analyzed him with GET CREATIVE. It turns out that Motohama naturally developed two skills on his own, OBSERVATION S and ANALYTICS S. Momo found that hard to believe, but Issei was the leader of that group so he might know something others didn't, "Care to bet on that." Momo said with a smile.

Her outfit was a school uniform, a dark red jacket with the letter "P" embroidered in gold, a white undershirt, a red bow, and a green skirt with a thin white strip around the lower end of it.
"Excuse me. You're Issei Hyoudou right?" the girl asked with a timid voice.
"That's right and who are you?" Issei replied with a raised eyebrow as he walked towards his mystery girl. Her energy was a nice mix of Holy energy and devils which meant she was one of the Fallen Angels.
"My name is Yuuma Amano. Can... can I ask you something?" Yuuma said bashfully and Issei barely held back a twitch.
"Go ahead" Issei replied
"Are you single because I see you walking by here all the time and."
"Stop right there." Issei interrupted. Normally he would've never called her out, but he was just insulted by what she was trying to do.
"What's wrong?" Yuuma replied innocently.
"How stupid do you think I am?" Issei deadpanned.
"What do you mean Issei?" Yuuma asked innocently.
Issei looked at Yuuma with a flat expression on his face, "There are six high schools in this town and that uniform doesn't belong to a single one. Not expecting me to recognize the uniform isn't a big deal because most people wouldn't, so you get a pass for that. Here's something you don't get a pass for. You approached me out of nowhere and said my name and that you saw me walking by here all the time. The thing is, I walk alone and wouldn't have said my name out loud for any reason. I don't know what sort of plan you have for me 'Yuuma', but if you're going to fake getting close to me please don't insult my intelligence so badly in order to do so."
(AN: I know it was necessary for the anime plot, but it made Issei look so freaking stupid. I never quite liked that)
Instead of frowning Yuuma cracked a small smile, "Looks like Mittelt was wrong. There are some teenage boys who think with their head." Yuuma said with a much more serious voice.
"I take it Mittelt is one of your comrades. Ms Fallen Angel." Issei smiled deciding to stop playing games.
Yuuma's eyes widened at his response, "You are full of surprises. I didn't think you'd know about the supernatural." Yuuma replied.
"I do and because of that I have good news and bad news for you."
"Oh?"
"That's right. The good news for you is that you don't have to pretend to be some sweet innocent girl to get me to lower my guard."
"If that's the good news what's the bad news." Yuuma smiled. The reason she had her current appearance was to do just that.
"The bad news is that by approaching me you've exposed yourself to the devils in the area. One of them is following me and is far enough away to be out of sight but not so far that she can't tell what you are."
Yuuma paused for a moment before frowning, "It would seem I'm at an impasse. So what do you suggest we do Issei?"
"I'm going to head home and try to pretend I didn't just waste five minutes on this. As for you, you can go back to the church and keep doing whatever you're doing."
"That's rather cruel of you. Aren't you the least bit curious about what I'm up to?"
"Not at all." Issei replied before walking by without any hesitation.
"You should know better than to leave your back open to an enemy."
"And you should know that if you attack me now. You'll give the devils an excuse to attack you later." Issei replied. He didn't mention the fact that if she tried, he could easily kill her.
Yuuma cracked a smile since he was right, "My real name is Raynare. Consider that a reward for impressing me."
"Whatever" Issei deadpanned before making his way home. This was an utter waste of time as far as he was concerned.

After the headache that was Raynare, Issei just wanted to relax. Unfortunately for him, life had other ideas. "Honey, Irina called an hour ago and wanted to talk to you." Issei's mom said from the kitchen.
"It's fine. I'll send her a text once I get up to my room. Give me an hour to talk to her and then we can eat" Issei replied trying to hide his annoyance. Irina had a sixth sense for whenever things got interesting in his life. Wouldn't surprise him at all to learn that she secretly created a skill for that but that was another matter. Sending a text to see what's wrong he made his way up to his room. Once inside, he finally allowed himself to relax and drop the SUPPRESSION skill he had on himself.
"Finally. I hate not really being able to talk to you partner"
"Well I'm sorry Ddraig but I don't want the devils knowing that I'm the Red Dragon Emperor" Issei smiled as he talked to his sacred gear. After dealing with the awkwardness of discovering that Irina was a girl, Irina used the scouter power on issei and discovered an odd power. Olivia scanned Issei herself but unlike Irina, she was able to figure out said power and told him how to wake it up. It was then that Issei discovered that on his left arm was the Boosted Gear one of the 13 weapons capable of destroying God and inside was Ddraig the legendary Welsh Dragon.
Since having a big red gauntlet over his arm would just lead to headaches, he hid the power during the day. Whenever they were in the confines of his room, or he was with Irina and/or Olivia, Ddraig and Issei would talk and get to know each other, something that came in handy after Irina left to start her exorcist training. The things he could do with Ddraig's power were incredible but luckily for him, he never had to use it.
"You might not be able to hide it for long. Your new fallen friend is up to something."
"I agree but-" Issei stopped because his phone rang, and Irina was on the other line. "Hey Irina" Issei answered calmly.
'Hey Issei. I hear that things in Kuoh are getting interesting.' Irina said with a cheerful tone.
'They are but how did you know that?" Issei said with a raised eyebrow.
"I spoke to Master the other day and asked about you. She said that you were fine but said she was worried about the Fallen that moved into the old church."
"I see." Issei twitched.
'Has anybody strange approached you.'
Issei didn't mind spilling the beans since he and Irina discussed her missions on a few occasions, "Yep. One of the Fallen approached me today disguised as a cute girl."
'Please don't tell me she asked you out.' Irina said with a bit of disgust.
"She was going to, but I didn't give her a chance. Called her out on being stupid and she wasn't angry but impressed."
'I can't tell if I'm impressed or annoyed by that.'
"I'd be both personally." Issei replied nonchalantly. He had no doubt Irina was shrugging right now accepting what he said as the truth.
'Just be careful because you never know what's going to happen with fallen.'
"Agreed. How's Xenovia doing." Issei smiled deciding to change the subject.
'She's fine. She wants to meet master at some point, but we both know that's probably not happening anytime soon.' Irina smiled as she thought about her recent adventure with her childhood friend and partner
With a little help from their shared master, Irina was able to get some time off during the recent Golden Week. Issei and Irina used that time to go to a hot springs resort and she brought Xenovia along because it would be good for to get away from the church for a bit. Once they were checked in, Irina told Xenovia that she would be spending most of the time having sex with Issei unless her partner wanted to do something in particular with her.

"I'll talk to you later Irina." Issei smiled having recalled the same event.
'Bye Issei. Just stay out of trouble if you can help it.' Irina said worriedly.
"That's the plan." Issei replied before hanging up.
"You two truly are an interesting pair. It's a shame she's stuck in England."
"I agree but that's how it is sometimes." Issei chuckled. The talk with Irina was a nice break from the reality but he was no fool. If he dropped his guard for even a second, Raynare or one of the other fallen could get him.

The next few days went by without any major issue for Issei, and it was time for his date with Momo at last. As Issei waited for his date to arrive he recalled the recent success of his two perverted comrades with a big smile.
Thanks to Manami being captain, Matsuda was allowed back with very little protest. The same could not be said for Motohama. One of the girls in particular was vehemently against it and said as much so Manami decided to settle the issue in a very interesting way.

A few more minutes passed until he felt a very familiar presence approaching him and it wasn't Momo, 'Of all the times for her to appear.' Issei groaned in annoyance. Turning to the side, he watched his new Fallen Angel friend approach, but Issei raised his eyebrow a bit since she changed her appearance in more ways the one. Her hair was a bit longer and she kept her violet eyes, but she had a much more angular face, and her D cup breasts were out and about. Raynare cracked a smile at that, "Well I'll let you get to your date. Enjoy the downgrade.' Raynare smiled as she walked away with a sway in her hips.
'Ddraig am I going crazy or does she actually have a crush on me.' Issei thought to himself.
"She might like you, but you passed crazy a long time ago partner" Ddraig retorted.
'I prefer the term eccentric Ddraig.' Issei chuckled.
"By the way. Your actual date is here."
Issei looked up and saw Momo walking towards him and smiled. Her outfit was a short blue dress with a small white jacket above it and a pair of black sandals. "Have you been waiting long." Momo said cutely.
"Not at all." Issei smiled.
"Good because I want to make sure both of us enjoy our date and what comes after." Momo said in what was a sultry voice for her.

"Yeah. that would've probably ruined the date" Issei chuckled as he rinsed himself off.
'If Rias is nervous, she can just do something herself. There aren't many men who could resist the great Rias Gremory or at least that's what she claims.' Momo deadpanned.
"Rias does have an amazing body and most guys are simpletons." Issei mused.
'I'll talk to you later.' Momo frowned before hanging up.
Issei gathered himself before finishing his shower. After drying himself off and grabbing a towel he walked out to see Momo waiting for him with no obvious look of frustration. "It's your turn." Issei smiled.
"Thanks" Momo smiled as she walked over to shower. It was an odd end to an otherwise lovely date, but he knew the supernatural couldn't stay away for long.

It was time for school again and after what he overheard with Momo, Issei couldn't help but wonder what would happen next for him. Admittedly, Rias was a beautiful woman with an incredible body, but whatever they were up to didn't matter to him. Given what his master told her about the supernatural he didn't want any part of it. Irina was stuck with the church because of her father but Issei was a different story. Making his way to his locker, he couldn't hide his frown when he noticed who was waiting for him.
"Good morning Issei." Tosca Himawari said calmly. Tosca was a second year and one-half of the school's White-Gold duo alongside Kiba Yuuto. Tosca had fair skin and long white hair in twin tails and cobalt blue eyes. The pair had issues with Motohama due to Tosca having the unique distinction of being the only girl in all of Kuoh that was immune to Motohama's three size scouter. Motohama tried on 3 separate occasions to sneak into the locker room to see Tosca's actual size but Kiba stopped him each time.
"Hello Tosca. Last I checked Motohama is behaving so I don't know why you'd be waiting for me" Issei replied flatly before walking by her and towards his locker.
"I've come to talk to you Issei." Tosca said calmly.
Issei rolled his eyes, "Kiba's dick not doing it for you anymore." Issei smirked.
"Kiba's not a pervert like you. He's a gentleman." Tosca replied with a blush on her face.
"Pity." Issei deadpanned as he changed shoes and started walking away.
"Wait!" Tosca shouted.
"What do you want Tosca?" Issei said with a flat stare. Her desperation to talk was a bit annoying.
"I know our groups don't get along, but I have a favor to ask you. Here me out and I'll make it worth your while." Tosca answered.
Issei raised his eyebrow, "You have nothing I want Tosca." Issei retorted.
Tosca's took a deep breath as though she was making a big decision. Closing the distance between the two she made her move, "Hear me out and I'll tell you how big my breasts really are." "Don't worry bro. I've accepted that I won't be able to scan Tosca. Besides I think I'm making great progress with Reika and I don't want to ruin that." Motohama smiled. Reika was the girl from the track club who opposed to Motohama joining before he helped her.
"Good for you." Issei smiled as the group relaxed by the track just watching people run.
"Speaking of Tosca, I haven't seen her yet or her Kiba yet." Matsuda replied.

"You exposed yourself to Motohama knowing how badly he's wanted to see your boobs in all their glory. I doubt he expected you to be that big, but he has wondered. I'd be a dick to not at least hear you out knowing that."
"Thank you but before I tell you, I need you to close your eyes."
"Alright" Issei replied before closing his eyes again. With his eyes closed, he felt magic activate but didn't react to it. No doubt Tosca was casting a spell of some kind. Given the energy around him he was pretty sure it was a barrier spell.
"You can open them now." Tosca replied.
Issei opened his eyes and resisted the urge no say something about the lack of change. Instead he got down to business, "Alright enough games Tosca what is your request." Issei said firmly.
"You're familiar with the ORC and its leader Rias Gremory correct."
"Yes I am."
"I owe Rias's family a life debt for helping me escape a religious cult that kidnapped me years ago. After saving me, she helped me move to Japan and start a new life."
"Considering how close you two are, was Kiba kidnapped by the same cult." Issei said calmly.
"Yes but-" Tosca started to say before there was a knock on this door.
"Tosca! Get out of there right now!" Kiba said firmly.
"Well isn't this annoying." Issei frowned.
"Kiba I know what I'm doing."
"Tosca no you don't. Even with Rias's help you're still terrible at this. I'm sure you think you're helping Rias but there's no guarantee that whatever you're up to will work."
"Maybe not but with everything going on we don't have time to mess around." Tosca yelled back.
Issei was getting annoyed, "ENOUGH!" Issei shouted.
"Issei." Tosca said nervously.
"Your request clearly has something to do with Rias. So you have a minute to tell me what it is or I'm leaving." Issei frowned.
"I want you to come to the ORC after school and meet with Rias."
Issei twitches heavily, "You mean you went through all of that for a meeting." Issei deadpanned.
"Yes." Tosca says firmly.
Issei simply frowned before turning around and opening the door to the surprise of Kiba and Tosca, "Where are you going" Tosca said nervously.
"Back to gym. This was a complete waste of time" issei frowned.
"So will you go meet with her." Tosca said again.
Issei stared Tosca in the face, "Sorry but no. It's a shame, but you went through all of this for nothing." Issei said coldly as he turned to leave.
"Wait" Tosca shouted.
"Bye Tosca" Issei frowned. Kiba was right, she was terrible at this and any desire to humor her was over.

As she walked into the once abandoned church Rias Gremory would admit that her foul mood was improving. It's been two days since Tosca's failed attempt to get Issei to come to the club and her two knights were at odds over what to do with Kiba insisting she stay away, and Tosca determined to try again. To make matters worse, her rook Koneko was attacked by some rogue priest during a contract the day before and trapped inside a barrier. Sure they had help escaping barriers thanks to training with Tosca, but the priest was incredibly tough. and it was only because of a blonde nun interfering that she was able to escape. The good news was that the nun brought up one of the fallen and that gave her an excuse to attack them which is what she was currently doing.
She and Akeno just took out three of the fallen leaving Koneko Kiba and Tosca to finish off the priest in question and any other forces they may have had besides the Fallen that pursued Issei, she wanted a word with her first. Spotting her rook, Rias wanted to get the lay of the land, "Anything I should know about before we deal with our fallen friend." Rias asked calmly.
"Yeah a few things. That psycho priest escaped but he was the only one. That nun who bought me some time to escape was there also. She's knocked out and the fallen you wanted is inside one of Tosca's barriers" Koneko said calmly.
"I see. Bring me to her." Rias said calmly.
"Right" Koneko replied.
"Ufufufu can I play with her afterwards." Akeno purred sadistically.
"We'll see." Rias said calmly. Koneko led them down a hidden stairwell where Kiba and Tosca were waiting with the fallen in question inside a golden barrier but to her admitted surprise not struggling. The nun was off to the side slumped against the wall.
Raynare spotted the trio and scowled, "The leader appears at last. Is it safe to assume that everyone else is dead?" Raynare scoffed.
"That's right and you'll join them unless you answer a few questions for me."
"Sure why not. I'm pretty much screwed anyway so I might as well play along before you kill me" Raynare chuckled bitterly.
Rias frowned at how easily she gave up but focused on the task at hand, "Why did you have that priest attack my client." Rias scowled.
"For what it's worth I didn't. He decided to do that on his own and brought Asia with him. Considering he gave me the creeps I let him do it." Raynare said with a bit of disgust. She Kalawarner and Mittelt were convinced that if they didn't let him have his kills, they'd wake up to his dick inside them to the point that they slept with powerful barriers around their rooms. It was a minor miracle that he hadn't stuck it in Asia over the few days if she was being honest.
"That's quite the story." Akeno said with a twisted smile.
"He was kinda freaky." Koneko admitted.
Rias believed them since it was difficult to fake the disgust in her voice as she talked about the priest, "Alright time for question 2. What was your interest in Issei Hyoudou?"
"At first it was his sacred gear, but after our first conversation that changed." Raynare admitted.
"Why did it change?" Rias wondered. She knew Issei had a sacred gear but had no clue what it was
"Well he saw through my innocent schoolgirl routine and pegged me as a fallen from the moment I approached him. That and he told me about your little observer"
"Damn it" Tosca cursed at the implications.
"I thought Issei didn't have supernatural powers." Kiba said in confusion.
"According to Sona he doesn't. Momo was on a date with him last weekend and she didn't sense an ounce of power from him." Rias frowned.
"Oh he has powers and they're high-level powers at that." Raynare smiled.
"And how do you know that. I take it you tried to kill him and fought him off." Akeno teased.
"I know you hate Fallen but use your head for a minute girl. The innocent schoolgirl routine is designed to trick people without powers and get them to drop their guard before eliminating them. He had me pegged from the start and I couldn't sense an ounce of supernatural aura coming from him. You should know what that means" Raynare replied as Akeno looked on furiously.
Rias glanced at her queen coldly to calm her down before focusing on Raynare. Based on what the Fallen mentioned, issei was capable of concealing his power., "Do you have any idea how strong he truly is or what sacred gear he possesses?" Rias asked curiously.
"Nope. You'll have to find that out on your own." Raynare smiled causing Rias and Akeno to twitch.
"Ufufufu can we finish her off now."
Rias frowned since she learned absolutely nothing, "What was your plan for that nun." Rias said calmly
Raynare cracked a smile knowing that the devils would really hate this news "Funny story actually. That nun is a former Holy maiden with a powerful Sacred Gear called Twilight healing. She was kicked out of the church and somebody hired us to bring her to Kuoh. The intermediary had access to a device that would let us steal her sacred gear and said that we can have twilight healing as long as we kept her body."
Rias paled, "So you mean to tell me that somebody told you to leave Asia's body but that you could have her sacred gear."
"Uh huh."
Rias swore because that meant that the intermediary was a devil, "When was this intermediary coming to pick up Asia."
"Two days" Raynare smiled.
Rias frowned since that was just another thing to deal with, "Tosca let her go."
"Huh!?" Tosca and Akeno frowned.
"You're letting me go just like that?" Raynare blinked in surprise.
"Yes. Consider it thanks for being cooperative. I'm not a monster." Rias said calmly. Besides Raynare revealed that a devil was working with Fallen Angels. Rogue priests were one thing but knowing a devil was working with fallen was major news.
"Buchou what if she tries something again. We should just eliminate her now." Akeno frowned clearly still upset.
"After this mess, I'm not planning on going anywhere near Japan for the foreseeable future." Raynare said bluntly.
"Then you're not my problem." Rias smiled before turning to her peerage. "Take the nun and bring her back. I think I just found my second bishop." Rias smiled.
"I'll get her" Koneko said calmly as she walked over to grab the nun. A lot was going on in her life and she was going to take the victories while she had them. Luckily for her it was Friday. so she had all weekend to deal with the fallout from this latest event.
That's it for Chapter 1 and yeah this is getting very fun. A few different encounters and relationships are revealed but before I move onto the next chapter a few things should be made clear at this point. 1. There will be a lot of, and I do mean a lot, of implied lemons. I've finally settled on a format for his LP gains, and you'll see it throughout the story whenever I chose to apply it.
At this point issei's harem will consist of Irina Xenovia Momo Reya and Tsubasa with others to be added later based on my amusement. I will have scenes with the other council girls at some point but when remains to be seen also. Fair warning No characters from Hidden Dungeon will appear besides Olivia also. Next chapter, Issei tries to enjoy a normal life but the supernatural won't play along.
