Paul rushed towards Ash and started throwing punches at his rival and Ash could tell that these attacks were really strong.
After countering some of them, Ash tried to attack back to miss his hit and get a kick to the gut in exchange which sent Ash flying back a few feet before regaining his balance but was unable to stop Paul from landing multiple punches and kick and an uppercut that sent Ash flying into the air.
Ash stopped and wiped the blood from his lip.
"Man, you just got Super Saiyan and you're already getting use to it's power, not bad Paul." Ash said as Paul snorted.
"Don't give me any of that, I'm still going to beat you down for holding back on me, I don't liked to be tricked and I'm going to make you pay for it Ash!" Paul stated to his rival.
Ash nodded and flew down to Paul and prepared to throw a punch at Pau with Paul getting ready to counter it with his own punch.
When they were close to one another, they threw their punches and their punches connected...or so Paul thought.
His fist seemed to phase right through Ash's and his form disappeared.
"What an Afterimage!" Paul said looking around for Ash.
Only for Ash to appear in front of him with his arms out.
"HAA!" Ash yelled out as a wave of Ki came out of his hands in the form of a blast and Paul didn't have time to stop it as he was consumed by it and sent flying with the attack still going.
Paul grunted as he tried to push the attack away and with success he managed to throw it into the air only to groan when he felt Ash's fist land in his gut.
Ash managed to arrive just in time of Paul throwing away the blast which gave Ash the chance to land a surprise attack on anger driven boy.
Ash tripped the boy and grabbed his leg and started swinging him around real quick and threw him towards a mountain.
Paul impacted on the mountain and it collapsed on top of him.
Ash panted as he looked at the collapsed mountain and waited for Paul to come out.
He didn't have to wait long as the rubble shake and then glowed before it exploded.
The smoke disappeared to show Paul cracking his neck with his aura flaring and electricity sparking.
"Not bad, but this isn't over, not by a long shot." Paul said as he knew that this fight was just getting started now that he could keep up again.
"I guess that's true, but don't think you'll win, I've had Super Saiyan 2 longer than you have, so don't think you've got an advantage over me." Ash said flaring his own aura and electricity sparking.
These two boys were so entuned to their fight, they didn't feel what was going on back with the other Z fighters.
(Babidi's Ship)
After showing Kibito his Super Saiyan 2 form, Gohan was attacked by Spopovich and Yamu and had his energy stolen.
Spopovich and Yamu fled afterwards and heading somewhere else.
Shin told most of the fighters to follow him as he was sure those two were going back to Babidi.
Vegeta was pissed that Goku said he was going to go as Goku had one day in the living world, so he went along to to make sure that Goku didn't walk away from their fight.
Shin, Goku, Vegeta, Krillin Piccolo all flew away as Videl and Kibito stayed with Gohan.
Once Kibito healed Gohan, they flew after the group.
Before Gohan and Kibito could catch up to the group, Videl had to go back to the world tournament.
During the fight, Goku and Vegeta could feel the power their son's were giving off and was surprised by the power of it all, especially since they could feel Paul ascend to Super Saiyan 2.
It made Vegeta proud, feeling his son reach beyond the level of Super Saiyan.
Goku was truly impressed feelign this going on, honestly, he wanted to bring to the two with them to see if the new generation could handle this but they were preoccupied by their fight and thinks it's better to let them settle things.
She agreed but before she left he figured out that Gohan was the one to defeat Cell, not her father.
Once that was over and done with, Gohan and Kibito caught up to the group.
Once their, Shin explained who Babidi was and what his goal was.
It was to revived the demon known as Majin Buu.
Babidi's father Bibidi sealed the monster away because he couldn't control it and the sealed ball was sent here.
Now the Supreme Kai's mission was to prevent this from happening.
Soon they landed to watch what was happening as they saw Spopovich and Yamu talking to somebody.
It was a short looking goblin or whatever and some tall red skin demon.
They learn it's Babidi and the King of the Demon Realm Dabura.
Once they got the energy, Babidi killed off Spopovich and Yamu.
Babidi knew the group was watching and sent Dabura to attack them.
Dabura not only killed Kibito but turned Piccolo and Krillin to Stone with his spit.
Dabura baited to the group to come inside the ship.
Once they learn that defeating Dabura would reverse what happened to Krillin and Piccolo, they group rushed into the ship despite Supreme Kai's protest against that.
When they got inside, somebody greeted them.
It was a warrior named Pui Pui.
He was confident telling the group they would be dying here and now.
The group played rock-paper-scissors to see who would fight first.
Vegeta won and faced Pui Pui head on.
Pui Pui thought the group was stupid and thought this would be easy.
Oh how wrong he was.
After multiple punches to the gut and face and a strong right hook, Pui Pui was sent crashing to the floor.
Vegeta walked towards him to notice the area around them was transformed into something else.
It had become a wasteland of somekind.
"Huh, what happened, where are we, weird?" Gohan asked wondering why the area suddenly changed.
"It's that Babidi, he's used his magic to change the room, it seems he's trying to give that fighter the advantage." Shin said with a stern look thinking this wouldn't go well for them.
"Ah, should be interesting." Goku said being interested in this fight now.
"Goku, it isn't Vegeta he's giving the advantage." Shin said thinking Goku wasn't taking this seriously.
"Yeah I know." Goku said causally as he wasn't worried.
Shin looked surprised before turning back to the fighters.
"Hehehe, welcome to my home planet, I've won many great battles here and by now, you've noticed that my planet is very different from yours, it's the gravity, 10 times stronger than Earth's." Pui Pui told picking up a rock and dropping it.
Making it crash deep into the ground hard.
"Your hopes of winning are falling faster than that stone, you won't leave here alive!" Pui Pui stated going into a laughing fit.
Only to stop when he heard Vegeta chuckling.
"Maybe if this was 500 time's gravity you might have an advantage but 10, I don't even feel it." Vegeta said with a confident look making Pui Pui look shock.
"Y-your just bluffing, I know you are." Pui Pui stated.
"Maybe I am, hard to tell." Vegeta mocked to the fighter.
"Enough!" Pui Pui stated as he rushed over to Vegeta and started throwing punches that all missed.
Pui Pui coughed up spit when Vegeta landed his fist into his gut and kicked him into a boulder.
Pui Pui looked shocked to see Vegeta hoping on his toes in a boxer stance with a cocky look.
"So do you still think I'm bluffing?" Vegeta asked as Pui Pui growled in rage.
Vegeta only chuckled.
Pui Pui yelled as he ran towards Vegeta.
Only for said prince to appear in front of him and place his hands on Pui Pui's chest.
Pui Pui looked shocked as Vegeta at him with a smirk.
His hands glowed with Ki.
Pui Pui screamed as Vegeta launched a giant wave of Ki blowing Pui Pui out of existence.
Shin looked shocked as the dust settled.
"Alright!" Gohan called out glad that Vegeta won his fight with ease.
"I'm surprise Babidi would sent us such a weakling." Vegeta said as they all returned to the ship again.
The hole in the middle of the room opened up.
"Hey it opened up." Gohan said seeing it open.
"Must mean we can go in now, let's go." Goku said as he dropped down to the next level.
The others followed suit.
(Wasteland)
Ash and Paul were throwing punches and kicks at each other trying to put the other down, it was becoming difficult as both kids were on the same level.
Ash had the advantage of having Super Saiyan 2 while Paul was adapting to the power.
They both landed a powerful blow to each others faces which sent the two flying back.
They both regained balance as Paul flew towards Ash in an attempt to hit him but Ash flew away in the golden streak.
"No you don't!" Paul said flying after him in his own golden streak of power.
He caught up and the two started clashing with one another as they flew, crashing through mountains and rocks and the ground.
They were causing shock waves to appear, sending ripples and cracks throughout the ground.
Paul fired a blast of energy at Ash who was flying up to the air.
Ash fired his own blast at Paul's.
The two blast collided and exploded in a big boom.
This back and forth continued on for a while, maybe 20 minutes before they landed on the ground.
"Man Paul, you really are determined to settle this huh." Ash said having a lot of bruises on his body, his Gi torn on his left side, and having a few holes and tears in his pants.
"You're darn right, I was mad earlier but not much anymore, this turn of events did along me to become stronger, unlocking the power of Super Saiyan 2." Paul said as he had lots of bruises as well, having a hole in the back of his own Gi, a hole in his left pants leg and half of his right pants leg gone.
They've been going at it at full power and now they were both starting to feel worn out.
"Maybe it's time we finish this battle for real." Ash said panting, trying to summon more power.
"Your right, this was really enjoyable but it's time to end things." Paul said panting as well, trying to bring more power to the surface.
But before they could, they suddenly felt a lot of energy being brought up.
"Huh, hey do you feel that?" Ash said looking around for the energy spike as his aura disappeared, it felt familiar.
"Yeah I did, what was that?" Paul asked himself as his aura disappeared as well, sensing the power, it felt familiar to him.
He knew this energy, but it felt dark and evil, what was this.
Paul's eyes widened when he realized who's energy this was.
"This energy, it's my father." Paul stated as Ash looked at him confused.
"Huh, your dad, but that doesn't make sense, why does his energy feel like that then?" Ash asked as he knew what Vegeta's energy felt like, and it doesn't usually feel that dark.
"I'm sure of it, I wanna know though." Paul said not understanding why his father's energy felt so dark right now.
Suddenly the two felt something that made their stomach's drop.
They felt a ton of smaller powers disappearing.
The worse thing about this was that Vegeta's energy was practically on top of the disappearing energy, what was happening.
"Do you feel that, all those energies dropping, are people dying?" Ash said feeling a bit nervous.
"I'm afraid so, but what makes me more afraid is that isn't where all this energy is at..." Paul and Ash came to the same conclusion.
"The World Martial Arts Tournament!" The boys said at the same time before looking at the direction of the energy before feeling more energies signatures disappearing again.
"This is bad, our moms are there." Ash said worried about his mother ChiChi.
"We have to get back there and figure out what the heck is going on." Paul said wanting to make sure his own mother was alright.
She may be annoying sometimes but she was still his mother and he still cared about her.
Before they could fly off, they both suddenly dropped into their base forms.
"What the, our energy!" Paul said feeling tired out.
"Aw man, remember we fought at the tournament and just now, also using higher levels of Super Saiyan, we've almost out of energy ourselves." Ash said figuring out what the problem was.
Their fights basically left them tapped out of energy.
"Damn, we have to go anyway, we can't let this stop us, come on!" Paul said flying off.
"Wait up!" Ash called out flying after him.
They weren't able to go really fast but they should be able to make it back.
(World Tournament Arena)
How did things get to this point, the point of Ash and Paul sensing disappearing powers.
Well during the fight with Babidi's men, Goku went up against a monster known as Yakon, who eats energy.
Goku using Super Saiyan to over feed him before making the monster blow up while Goku showed off what looked to be a glimpse of Super Saiyan 2.
Finally it was Gohan's turn to fight and his opponent was Dabura.
Though Gohan was doing good at first, but as the fight went on, it was shown more and more that Gohan had truly slacked on his training.
He has lost the green part of his great Saiyaman outfit and a glove.
Vegeta was clearly getting irritated about this and even wanted to end it himself as he just thought this was all a joke.
Dabura sensed something in Vegeta and told Gohan that he would bring a new fighter instead to fight.
After that, Vegeta scolded Gohan for his pitiful fights and threatened to just blow up the ship and even Shin since he tried to stop Vegeta.
Goku put an end to this with a scowl from Vegeta.
Suddenly the worst of Shin's fear came to life as Vegeta started screaming while holding his head.
Shin realized that the new fighter was Vegeta as Babidi was trying to take over his mind.
The others tried to stop this from happening but it was no use in the end.
Once it was done, Vegeta as a Super Saiyan had the Majin symbol on his forehead.
Once that was done, Babidi teleported them all to the World Tournament.
The announcer tried to tell them the tournament was over but Vegeta blew him away but luckily Gohan caught him.
Now Vegeta faced Goku and stuck out his fingers towards him before holding out a palm.
"It's time Kakarot." Vegeta told.
"Vegeta no!" Goku called out but to no use.
Vegeta fired a beam with Goku blocking with his arms in a x formation.
The blast pushing Goku back as it was getting stronger.
Vegeta yelled as he put more power into the attack and Goku couldn't handle it anymore before be blown off.
The attack heading for the audience.
"NO!" Gohan yelled having no time to head for beam.
The audience screamed as they were hit with the attack.
The beams coming out the other side of the stands and wrecking the part of the city.
Goku, Gohan and Shin being shocked at this.
The rest of the audience trying to get out after seeing this as Goku landed back on the ring.
Goku see the damage done and looks back at Vegeta with anger.
"Shame of you, the Vegeta I know would never have done this." Goku said as Vegeta smirked.
"It's time to fight Kakarot." Vegeta said wanting to fight with his rival now.
"Vegeta, their are more important things to worry about right now." Goku said knowing that starting a fight now of all times wouldn't do anyone any good.
But Vegeta wasn't having it.
"You'll fight with me Kakarot, unless of course you'd like more bodies to pile up on your conscious." Vegeta told as that made Goku look at him with a thought occurring to him.
It couldn't be right?
"Vegeta, certainly you didn't." Goku said to the prince.
Vegeta only chuckled.
"How sad, I didn't think you were weak enough to be controlled." Goku said as Gohan and Shin looked at him.
"Dad don't." Gohan pleaded.
"Answer me, Vegeta, do you let yourself be a slave?" Goku questioned as Vegeta stuck his palm out to the side and fired another Ki blast to the audience.
Goku yelled as the blast destroyed the stands were people were, Bulma, ChiChi and the others being near that blast rang.
"Tell me is it slavery when you get what you want?" Vegeta questioned back as his answer.
Goku growled at the innocent lives taken for no reason.
Vegeta stared back with a smirk.
Gohan came up.
"Stop it, you don't know what your doing!" Gohan said as Vegeta growled as he sent a wave of wind that knocked Gohan to the ground.
"Stand aside, this does not concern you, it's between me and your circus clown of a father." Vegeta stated to the down boy.
"Circus clown, well that's a new one." Goku stated before flaring into a Super Saiyan with his aura abound.
"No Goku, you must'n, if you fight him here you'll be doing precisely what Babidi wishes, every injury that Vegeta causes will be sent back to the ship and Buu will be revived!" Shin pleaded to the warrior.
"Tell me Vegeta, with that stamp on your head I know Babidi's been giving you orders, is this one of them, are you trying to fight me because of him or is this the same old story between you and me, which one?" Gok questioned wanting the honest answer.
"Does it really matter!?" Gohan stated wondering if now was the time for that.
"Not to you Gohan, but to a warrior it matters greatly, and you know this as well as I do Kakarot in a day you'll be back to the dead and I will not miss this opportunity." Vegeta said not wanting to miss this chance to fight Goku since he will return to other world.
"Who are you people, don't you see the universe matters more than you're meaningless squabble!" Shin stated making Vegeta angry and making him flare his aura.
"Meaningless huh, what do you know of meaningless, spend most of your life ruled by another, watch your race dwindle by a handful and then tell me what has more meaning than your own strength, I have in me the blood of a Saiyan prince, he is nothing but joke, yet I've had to watch him surpass me in strength, my destiny thrown to the wayside, he's even saved my life as if I were a helpless child, he has stolen my honor and his debts must be paid!" Vegeta told as a speech to the group.
Goku was silent before looking at the sky.
"Babidi, transport to a place away from people, if you give me that then I will fight Vegeta!" Goku called out to Babidi as Vegeta chuckled.
"So be it, if you truly believe this is the right decision then you will have to get around me to do it." Shin stated as he blocked Goku from Vegeta.
Goku only stayed quiet throughout this.
"Goku I'm afraid I have no choice." Shin said.
"Neither do I." Goku said as he started lifting up his arm.
And pointed out his palm towards Shin.
Even Vegeta looked a shocked at this action.
"Dad you can't." Gohan said as Goku charged a energy blast in his palm.
Shin looked shocked as he and Goku stared each other down.
Before Shin finally gave in and put his arms down.
"Fine, do what you will, I can't stop you." Shin said stepping aside.
"I'm sorry Supreme Kai." Goku said as he was truly sorry but this had to happen.
"So am I." Shin said as Goku stared down Vegeta.
The group of 4 were suddenly transported away from the ring.
(Rocky Wasteland)
Now the group was in a wasteland full of rocks.
Shin walked to the transporter.
"While you two fight it out, me and Gohan will try and stop Buu's resurrection at it's core, this way we should be able to win." Shin said thinking that this was the best course of action while Goku and Vegeta duked it out.
"Oh no you don't, you're forgetting what I can do, Vegeta, destroy this nuisance, kill the Supreme Kai, kill him!" Babidi ordered as the shock went through Vegeta's mind.
Vegeta groaned as Babidi's words went through his mind.
"The only way is to kill the Supreme Kai, kill him, kill him Vegeta!" Babidi ordered as Vegeta fell to his knees in pain.
"Babidi's entered his mind." Shin said as Vegeta was groaning.
"Kill him Vegeta, kill him!" Babidi ordered again.
Vegeta looked up, his majin emblem pulsing.
"I refuse!" Vegeta stated.
"What!" Babidi said in shock, Dabura being in shock as well.
"Your busy with the Kai, it means nothing to me, Kakarot is my only adjective." Vegeta said standing back up.
"That's very amusing but I'm serious, by every fiber of your body I command you to destroy, kill, kill the Kai!" Babidi said seriously, wanting Vegeta to seriously kill the Supreme Kai.
"Get out of my head, I already told you I will not be distracted from this anymore, I won't, it'd take more than head games to stop me, you may have invaded my mind and my body, but there's something a Saiyan always keeps, HIS PRIDE!" Vegeta roared as he flared his aura to a large degree.
Babidi stepped away from his crystal ball when it started to spark from Vegeta's power.
Vegeta panted from the force he just unleashed.
"But this has never happened to me before, when can the possessed say no to the possessor?!" Babidi questioned on how this was possible.
"It doesn't matter master Babidi, let Vegeta have his fight, in the end Majin Buu will still receive the energy needed." Dabura stated as Babidi thought about that.
"I suppose your right." Babidi said as the fight between the two would revive Buu so their's no foul to this.
"Also let's open the door to the two, it would be bad if the shock of blasting the door open awoke Buu before he is at full power." Dabura said as that also made sense.
"Right, good thinking Dabura." Babidi said as the door opened for Gohan and Shin.
"Hey it opened!" Gohan said noticing.
"Yes, they must want to avoid awaking Buu early, come now, let's hurry." Shin said dropping in as Gohan looked at Goku.
"Good luck Dad." Gohan said as Goku nodded.
"Good luck Gohan, do your best." Goku said as Gohan nodded and jumped in after Shin.
"Well now that that's settle, are you ready Kakarot?" Vegeta said knowing nothing was holding Goku back now.
Goku smiled at the hole before getting serious and looking at Vegeta.
"I'm ready now." Goku said seriously.
That's good to hear, so Kakarot the table has been set, now let us begin!" Vegeta said getting ready to the battle he's been waiting for.
"The more time you and I spend fighting the more damage I'll receive to fuel Majin Buu, so if it's alright with you let's just skip the warm up." Goku said not wanting things to go south.
"By all means I just hope that being dead this long hasn't made your body fragile." Vegeta stated to the low class warrior.
"AHHH!" Goku yelled as he powered up kicking up dust.
His hair became spiker with one bang down his forehead, his muscles bulked up a bit and his aura gained electricity sparking around it.
Goku had become a Super Saiyan 2.
"Well at least your stronger than your son was against Cell, HAAAA!" Vegeta yelled powering up as well blowing dust away as well.
Goku looked shocked at this.
His hair spiked up too, bulked up as well and gained electricity sparking around his form.
Vegeta had gone Super Saiyan 2 as well.
"Wow Vegeta, this might take longer than I thought." Goku said feeling how strong Vegeta was.
It actually felt like he was above him in power.
"You see, this is our fate, our battle!" Vegeta stated getting into his stance.
(Sky near World Tournament Arena)
"Hey Paul you felt that?" Ash questioned to his rival.
"Yeah I did, the high powers we were sensing are gone, but that's impossible, they were all just there a moment ago." Paul said noticing that all the power that was in the World Tournament just suddenly disappeared in an instant.
Just what in the heck was going on, they needed answers and quickly.
A minute later, they suddenly felt a burst of power from far away.
"Hey it's dad!" Ash said sensing the same power from before when it just disappeared and now they could sense it again.
"I can tell but how did they get all the way over there so quickly?" Paul wondered as he didn't know how they managed to travel that far away so quickly.
"We should get to the Tournament quickly, we might find out what's happening if we talk to everyone there." Ash suggested as they picked up the speed a bit, not easy when they were almost out of energy.
Though a minute or 2 later, they suddenly felt a huge rise in power from Paul's father and the other, Ash's father.
"Whoa is that our dads, I know this feeling, it's Super Saiyan 2, but why are they fighting, I know they wanted to fight each other before but now doesn't seem to be the time." Ash said that knowing that lives were probably taken earlier, means that now isn't the time to fight.
"I don't know what's going on but I will get answer, let's go!" Paul said as they continued flying towards the Tournament grounds.
While they did, they kept track of their father's energy and they could tell that their fight was seriously.
Within a few minutes, they had finally arrived back at the Tournament.
And saw what the same was to it and the city.
"Whoa, what happened here." Ash said seeing the people left here are in a scared state.
"Clearly something went wrong, but the question what?" Paul said as he looked around the stadium.
He was trying to find his mother, since she was here she must've seen what happened here.
Ash spotted the others and pointed.
"Paul down there." Ash said getting Paul's attention as he saw his mother with the others.
"Mom!" Paul said flying towards them with Ash as Bulma saw her youngest son.
ChiChi looked happy to see her baby.
"Ash, you're okay!" ChiChi said hugging her son the moment he got close.
"Paul your alright, I was wondering where you went off to." Bulma said bringing her son into a hug as well.
"Hey are you two okay, you look pretty beat up?" Yamcha said noticing that the two boys were in bad shape.
"Yeah we were continuing our fight but then we felt something happening here so we rushed back." Ash said telling them what they were doing.
"Yeah, what's going on, what happened here, why is the stage destroyed, I felt some evil energy here and what makes that more confusing is that I could tell it was dad, someone tell me what's going on here!?" Paul questioned as he wanted to know.
Something happened here and he couldn't know what happened unless somebody tells him.
The group was quiet before Roshi spoke up.
"It was Vegeta, that evil energy you were sensing was Vegeta, and he blew up the audience as you can see." Roshi admitted as Ash and Paul looked shocked hearing this.
"He did what, but why?" Ash asked clearly shocked to hear Vegeta did such a thing, to innocent people no less.
"We don't know, they all left the tournament earlier, and then suddenly popped back in without warning and then Vegeta did this and then they all disappeared again, it's crazy, none of know what's going on either." Oolong told as Paul narrowed his gaze.
"Well apparently dad and Goku, they're fighting in the distance if you can sense it." Paul said as Yamcha and Roshi turned to the direction of what Paul meant.
"You're right but what why would they be fighting like this, is it because Goku's angry at what Vegeta did here?" Yamcha asked.
"I'm sure he is, dad is a kind person and a protector so seeing what happened here, doesn't surprise me that they're fighting." Ash said knowing what he's heard about his dad, Goku wouldn't usually forgive somebody for causing the deaths of innocent people.
"I wonder how their fight is going?" Roshi asked as he could feel the power from all the way here at the Tournament.
(Rocky Wasteland)
Cue Goku and Vegeta headbutting each other but Vegeta gaining the upper head with his hits causing more damage than Goku.
He threw the kind hearted Saiyan off and started punching him back and forth causing him a good amount of damage.
(World Tournament Arena)
"Well I don't know but I don't care, I'm going to get some answers and who better than my father himself." Paul said and before anyone could say anything about this choice, he flew off quickly.
"Wait Paul!" Bulma called out to her son but he didn't listen and went off.
"I'll come too." Ash said flying off to before ChiChi could stop him.
"Wait Ash come back here!" ChiChi called out to her retreating son but he kept following Paul.
"Oh boy, this doesn't feel right." Roshi said having a bad feeling things were only going to get worse from here.
"So what do we do now?" Yamcha seeing that the tournament was in ruins.
Bulma looked at him.
"There's only one thing we can do now, we have to find the Dragon Balls and fix what has happened here." Bulma said knowing they could at least fix what has happened here today.
The group nodded and started to leave the stands to get to the plane.
Back with Ash and Paul they were flying towards the direction they felt their fathers fighting.
It was two minutes before either of them said anything.
"So what do you think this is about?" Ash asked wondering why Vegeta killed all those people in the stands.
"I don't know but we'll get answers when we get there." Paul said knowing it would still be a little while before they get there, they were both still exhausted from their fights earlier.
(Rocky Wasteland)
Goku was having more trouble handing Vegeta than he thought he would as Vegeta sent Ki restrains on Goku as he was restrained onto a mountain.
Vegeta walked up to Goku.
"What's the matter, not winning as easily as you thought?" Vegeta asked.
"I never say it would be easy." Goku retorted.
Vegeta slapped him with his hand.
"You won't be winning at all, what clown, are you feeling angry, humiliated is that it, fool, you don't know what humiliation is." Vegeta said landing punches to Goku's restrained form.
Goku groaned in pain from the hits.
"Don't worry, I will teach you a better taste, just as you have taught me, me a warrior elite, in my finger tips I hold the power to destroy entire worlds, I am a Saiyan of royal blood, the last of my kind, and on my shoulders rest the glory of an extinct warrior race, whole civilizations once trembled at the sound of my name, but you didn't did you Kakarot and at you hands, your common hands my honor and pride, the foundations upon which I have always stood began to crumble at my feet, it was at your hands that I suffered my first great humiliation, toppled by a piece of low level trash, imagine my added shame when it was you not me who avenged our people by defeating Frieza, you who were the first to achieve the pinnacle of our race, the first in a thousand years to take a place among the Super Saiyans of legend, a place that I have been raised to believe was my royal birthright, and imagine the disgrace I suffered when the strength I had worked for my whole life to acquire was surpassed by a mere child, your half breed son succeeded where I the prince of all Saiyans had failed." Vegeta explained to the lower class warrior in front of him.
Saying this speech showed Vegeta all his memories, from destroying worlds, fighting and losing to Goku, to Goku becoming the first Super Saiyan in a thousand years to having Gohan surpass them all in the battle with Cell.
"It is time to take back with is mine, I will not live my life as your second. that time is over, every breath you take is an assault to my honor but no more Kakarot, by my hands, you will be cut down inch, the way you have cut down my pride!" Vegeta stated to cut Goku into pieces.
Goku clenched his fists and started to power up.
"What!" Vegeta said in shock.
Goku let out a yelled as the mountain and some of the restrains broke with two of them still being on him, on his wrist making two large fragments of the mountain link to him.
Goku punched Vegeta twice making the fragments break and sending Vegeta flying but the Prince regained balance quickly and dodged hits Goku was planning on hitting him with.
Only for Vegeta to knee Goku in the gut and send him flying into a cavern.

Ash and Paul were still trying to figure out what was going on but it made Ash wonder, if Goku and Vegeta were fighting, then where was Gohan at, actually, Piccolo and Krillin were missing as well now that Ash thought about it, how far did this all go?
They still flew towards where they're fathers were fighting, hoping to figure things out.
They kept their senses on the battle until they felt something else, Gohan's energy rising out of nowhere for a moment, and then suddenly a giant energy next to his coming to life.
Whatever it was it was powerful.
And they could tell that Gohan was fighting whoever had this powerful energy.
Later on, they suddenly felt something horrifying to Ash.
Gohan's energy suddenly disappeared.
"That energy, Gohan, my big brother!" Ash said horrified, if he couldn't sense his brother, then that could only mean one thing.
His big brother had been killed.
Even Paul was in shock at this, sure Gohan may have not been that strong since he didn't continue his training but still, he was still one of the strongest people he knew, and somebody took him down.
Both of the boys were silent at this having no words at this.
A minute or 2 later, they suddenly felt an energy drop where Goku and Vegeta were fighting.
And they could tell that Goku's energy had disappeared.
"Are you kidding me, now my dad too!" Ash was losing it, first his brother, now his dad, what was happening!
"This is ridiculous, wait you feel that!" Paul said feeling his father's energy now moving towards where Gohan's energy disappeared earlier.
"Yeah I do, but why is your dad suddenly next to that strong energy?" Ash asked really trying to figure out is going on.
"I don't know but let's hurry and follow him." Paul said as Ash stopped in the air making Paul do the same.
"No, I have to find my dad now, maybe he can me what's happening." Ash said wanting to find his dad now to make sure he wasn't gone.
Paul was about retort to this but realize his rival was as stubborn as he was so he wouldn't listen.
"Fine find him and then meet up with me, we don't have time to lose, okay?" Paul questioned as Ash nodded.
"Okay!" Ash said before flying off in the direction where Goku and Vegeta were fighting before.
"Alright dad, I hope you know what's going on." Paul said before flying towards where his father is at..
(Rocky Wasteland)
Earlier before Ash and Paul split up.
Goku and Vegeta fought hard for a while longer before away from each, Vegeta having the power advantage.
Goku and Vegeta panting from the damage they've taken.
It wasn't until long that they sensed an incredible energy close by and could only guess that it was Majin Buu's energy.
Goku tried to convinced that they had to work together to defeat saying that Vegeta hadn't truly sold his soul to Babidi and he wouldn't truly abandon his family.
"Shut up, remember I've sold my soul to Babidi, I keep no loyalties, I have a Saiyan heart that depends on strength alone, they're nothing to me!" Vegeta raged out.
He tried to prove this by attacking Goku but Goku caught it with difficultly and punched back sending Vegeta stumbling back with stayed on his feet.
"Lair, I don't buy it, talk all you want Vegeta but you better convince yourself of it first." Goku told to the prince who wiped the blood from his lip.
"Fine, you win, our battle is postpone, I want you at your fullest when we fight and you're obviously too distracted by that ridiculous Buu." Vegeta said knowing Goku wouldn't be able to concentrate on the fight anymore.
"Vegeta." Goku said relieved that Vegeta was coming to his senses.
"Well don't just stand there, get out your senzu beans, we should be at full power when we face him." Vegeta said walking up to Goku.
Goku turned around trying to bring out the senzu beans.
"With all of us working together I'm sure we can beat this guy." Goku said trying this would work.
Only for Goku to gasp when he felt Vegeta slam his fists into the back on his neck.
Goku fell out of his Super Saiyan 2 form into his base form and onto the ground unconscious.
"So Kakarot, even you can prove helpless when you drop your guard." Vegeta said before picking up the final senzu bean and eating it.
He felt his energy return to full as his aura and electricity flare up.
"I'll take care of this Buu myself, the last thing I need is for this clown to play hero again and dangle it over my head, we'll finish this fight when I return, enjoy your sleep, before your time run out before I'm done, then we'll have to continue this another day when I see you in hell." Vegeta said as he had a new goal right now.
Put an end to the monster he allowed to resurrect or die trying.
Hey guys DragonForceAsh aka zenotai123 here with another update for ya.
Well Ash and Paul went on with their fight as Super Saiyan 2's.
While that was going on, Goku and the others go off to fight off the threat of Majin Buu.
The minions are easily taken care of except for Dabura that Gohan failed to defeat.
After that, Vegeta was turned to the dark side and killed off some people at the tournament.
Feeling this, Asha nd Paul rush off to see what happening as Goku and Vegeta face off.
Sadly so, Gohan seemed to be defeated by this mystery being called Buu.
Now Vegeta goes off to face Buu himself after knocking Goku out.
But can he defeat him on his own?
And will Paul make it to his father in time?
You'll have to find out on the next chapter of From Trainers to Saiyan Warriors!
P.S. I was kinda in a bit of a rush to do this chapter, so I'm sorry if it doesn't have much action in it.
P.S.S. If you remember the Goku vs Majin Vegeta fight clearly, you'll see the parts I added in are not like in canon, remember Vegeta in canon was equal to Goku after getting the Majin boost, but here Vegeta is stronger then in canon because he had a better and stronger training partner in Paul, so he was stronger before the Majin boost and then getting the Majin afterwards makes Vegeta stronger than Super Saiyan 2 Goku in their fight, so the scenes will show Vegeta not being damaged much in the fight.
