Naruto the Raijin

An 11 year old boy with bright electric blue eyes, tan skin, spiky golden blonde hair, three whisker marks on each cheek, standing at a impressive height of 4'8 while also having a build that showed he's working on making himself both powerful and fast giving him the beginnings of a martial artists form. The boy was wearing a black undershirt, crimson pants, and red and black steel toed boots along with a red and black cowboy hat. This was Naruto D. Namikaze and he's an orphan that was sailing towards an Island called Cocoyasi since that's the last place his mom heard her old friend Bell-mere was at since she left the Marines. He was hoping she would be able to take him in since he needed a roof over his head and a bed to sleep in. He would have stayed in his own home town but his town was destroyed when pirates stopped there to resupply and the marines sent an admiral to take care of the pirates. Naruto saw the Island he was looking for straight in front of him and smiled. An hour later he's making sure that his small boat is tied and got his belongings and walked into town. He walked up to a man wearing a pinwheel on the front of his hat while dressed in a uniform that looks like it belongs on a police officer but Naruto couldn't be sure. He walked up to the man and got the man's attention "Excuse me sir, I would like to know where I can find a woman named Bell-mere? She knew my mom, Kushina and when my mom died a few months ago she told me to come find Bell-mere so that hopefully she would take me in."

The man sighed sadly and knelt down to look at Naruto "I'm sorry young man but Bell-mere was killed about a year ago by Arlong the fishman. She left two girls behind without a mom as well."

Naruto's eyes went wide before he looked at the ground "Can you show me where the house is so that I can at least hope to say 'Hello' to the girls. I'm hoping that I can have a place to stay. I would have gone back home but my town was destroyed by a fight between pirates and marines."

The man smiled at Naruto "Well I'm sure they'd let you stay but we can ask just to be on the safe side. My name's Genzo by the way. Oh and I don't mean to bring up some bad memories but what happened to your father?"

Naruto gets a good look at the man and saw that he had black hair and eyes; tan skin covered in scars, and looked to have a decent amount of muscle while not having muscles that were bulging. He smiled at Genzo "You don't have to worry about bring up any bad memories since from what mom said he died when she was only a month pregnant with me, so I never got to know him. I'm Naruto D. Namikaze and I'm going to be the man that's strong enough to give his loved ones the freedom they want to follow their dreams."

Genzo smiled at Naruto and stood back up "Let's get you to Bell-mere's house so that you can see her girls. I'm hoping that you're able to bring some happiness back to them. Also for what it's worth I'm sorry you never got to know you dad."

Naruto nods "I'll do my best, after all no one deserves to suffer like they have. You have my word that I'll make sure they're well taken care of and that they can smile in joy once again. You also don't have to be sorry about me not getting to know my dad, mom told me that I have his hair, eyes, and I'm what she called a natural fighter since I plan on how to deal with someone in a fight."

Genzo nods and they walk out of the village towards Bell-mere's old house. Fifteen minutes later they were outside and Genzo knocked on the door. The door was answered by a girl with light violet hair that was chin length, tan skin, blue eyes, and she appeared to be 13 years old. She was also a few inches shorter than him making her 4'5. She saw Genzo and smiled "Hey Genzo, it's been a while."

He smiled back at her "That it was Nojiko. Oh this is Naruto and his mom was a friend of yours. He's here hoping that he could get Bell-mere to take him in since his mom died a few months ago and his town was later destroyed by a fight between pirates and marines. I was hoping you'd be willing to take him in and allow him to help with things around here. I know he can pull his weight. If you do than I'll tell him how things really work here as well as tell him what's really going on with your sister Nami."

Nojiko looked at Naruto for a few minutes before nodding "Sure, it would be nice to have some more help either here or when Nami has to leave the Island."

Genzo nods and looks at Naruto "We pay Arlong to continue living. For children it's 50.000 belly and 100,000 belly for adults. Nami is working for Arlong in order to buy the village back from him. The whole town knows but we haven't told Nami just in case she decides to run away since we know she won't if she knew that all of us were aware of what she was really doing. You have to keep it a secret from her too. Now what are you going to do to pull your weight around here?"

Naruto nods "I won't tell her and I'll be going out with Nami to get some bounties while she's stealing the gold and belly from the pirates. I'll give most of it to Nojiko to pay Arlong while also keeping enough for us to live off of. I'm a decent fighter and this is the weakest sea. My mom trained me well enough to take on people from most of the blues as long as they don't have the power to go to the Grand line. Take down some of the pirates here should be easy. I'll start off with the low bounties so that I know I can get some money from the marines."

Genzo and Nojiko look at Naruto with wide eyes. Nojiko shakes her head "You really think you can take on some pirates in the East Blue?"

Naruto nods with a smile "Yeah, after all Nami shouldn't be going after someone like Buggy the Clown. Anyone else and I should be fine after all it's not like any of the others are ready to take on the Grand line just yet."

The other two nod and Nojiko motions for them to come in "Let's have some lunch; it should be just about done."

Genzo shakes his head "I have some work that needs done in town so I'm going to have to ask for a rain check, sorry about that Nojiko this should also give you a great chance to get to know Naruto here before Nami gets back."

Nojiko nods and Genzo leaves before her and Naruto walk into the house for lunch. Naruto sits at the table and watches as Nojiko finishes lunch before helping her put it on the table for them to eat. Just before they could start eating the door opens and a girl that looks to be around Naruto's age walks in. This girl has orange hair that reached just under her chin, light skin, brown eyes, and a slim build. She looked at Nojiko with a smile before seeing Naruto and frowning at him with a glare "Who the hell are you?"

Naruto sighs and stands up "You can have my seat for lunch; I'll make myself another plate. I'm Naruto D Namikaze and our moms knew each other from the marines. My mom died a few months ago and soon after that a fight between pirate and marines destroyed my town so I did as my mom asked me to and came here looking for your mom hoping she'd take me in. I know that you're working for the man that killed your mom and I don't care why but I'm going to be going with you from now on because I want to make sure you don't die while out there getting money plus I'm a decent fighter and I want to collect the bounties on the pirates you steal money from."

Nami snorted "How do you know that I don't steal the money from marines?"

Naruto smirked "I know that because I always pick up new wanted posters from the local marine base and your picture has never been on any of them."

Nami looked at him with wide eyes before turning her head away from him "I still don't trust you."

Naruto nods "That's fine because I'm not asking you or Nojiko to trust someone you've both just meant. All I'm asking is that you two let me live here and help where I can. I'll be getting bounties of pirates with the only exception being Arlong. I do hope that you'll be there to take whatever treasure they have on their ships but if not well I can always take their ships while removing the pirate flags and bringing the treasure here for you. After I get all the treasure off the ship I'll sink it. If you don't want me going with you then I'll just follow on my little boat, that alright with you?"

Nami looks at Naruto "Does your boat have enough space for two people along with the room to hold all the money and treasure you're talking about?"

Naruto nods "Yeah, it'll work for now and I'll buy a bigger one when we get older so that the rooms are a little bigger."

Nami nods "Fine, I'll allow you to come with me when I go to steal treasure from pirates, you can take their bounties and do with them as you please but the treasure is mine."

Naruto nods "I was already going to do things like that since I just want to help. I'll only being taking a few belly from the bounties while giving the rest to Nojiko to pay Arlong while letting her use the rest to pay for things we need like food and clothes."

Nami nods and sits down to have some lunch while Naruto walks back to the table with a plate for himself before sitting down in a chair that put him between Nami and Nojiko.

Time Skip 7 years later

Naruto was sitting on a decent sized ship with his cowboy hat covering his eyes. The ship was tied to a rope that was attached to a passenger's ship under the water so on one could see and it looked like his ship was sailing behind the larger one at a slower pace. Naruto had done quite a bit of growing up since he was 11 and he now stood at 6'5 with the build of a martial artist, he also had two swords resting across his lap. He was waiting for Nami who was on the ship in front of him in order to steal whatever treasure was on the ship. Ten minutes later Naruto saw a pirate ship sailing towards the passenger's ship and sighed "Damn it, I was hoping Nami could get the treasure without some stupid fucking pirates showing up, oh well time to get to work and collect some bounties."

Naruto stood up before putting his swords on his back in an X formation than turning his body into lightning and appearing next to Nami in a silent bolt of lightning "There are pirates coming this way so you need to hurry up and get the treasure so we can get out of her. I'll take care of the pirates and if I'm right than its Alvida's crew. I don't want you getting caught in the middle of that fight. When you've gotten all of the treasure let me know and I'll get you back on the ship so you can start sailing away before the fight happens."

Nami nods and runs off towards where the treasure was located while Naruto went back to the main deck to keep an eye on the incoming pirates. Ten minutes later Nami walked onto the deck and looked at Naruto "I'm ready to go so can you please get me out of here before the fight starts?"

Naruto nods and puts an arm around her waist and the two of disappeared in a flash. They reappeared on Naruto's ship and detached the rope so Nami could start to sail away from the fight that was about to happen. Naruto smiled and pulled Nami into a hug "I'll be back soon Nami, be careful while you get out of here."

Nami hugs him back "Sure just make the fight quick since I want to get to the next town quick so that we can get back home."

Naruto nods and disappears in a bolt of lightning so Nami doesn't get blinded by the flash of light from his other teleportation method before appearing on the main deck of the passenger ship when the same bolt of lightning struck right in front of Alvida. Naruto looked up at the woman "Wow, you're an ugly one aren't ya?"

Alvida growled "You're a little shit saying that to me, I dare you to say that to me again!"

Naruto smirked "Alright if you insist. Wow, you're an ugly one aren't ya?"

Alvida roared as she swung her iron mace with spikes down on top of Naruto's head. Everyone's eyes widened when they saw the iron mace just go right through him while his body turned into lightning. Alvida screamed in pain when the lightning suddenly shot through her mace and electrocuted her. Naruto chuckled "That's what you get for underestimating your enemy."

Naruto looked over his shoulder when he heard two people land behind him. He saw two boys one with pink hair and round glasses in blue frames. The other boy had a red sleeveless vest and a straw hat with a red band around the base of it. Naruto looked at them before turning back to Alvida "I'm taking you in for your bounty, so time for a nap."

With that he shocked her until she passed out before sending a wave of lightning through her crew before picking up Alvida and making sure that she was restrained in lightning bindings that didn't shock her unless she tried to get out. Naruto turned towards the two boys behind him "I'm leaving if you two need a boat there's one to you left. I suggest you leave soon as I have no doubt the marines will be here soon, I'll be fine since I'm a bounty hunter but I'm not sure about you two since I don't know if you're pirates or not."

The boy in the straw hat "I'm going to be the king of the pirates. My name's Monkey D Luffy."

Naruto looked at Luffy with wide eyes "Well I never thought that I'd ever run into another person with D in their name. My name's Naruto D Namikaze and I'll be the strongest man alive so that I can give my loved ones the freedom to follow their dreams."

Naruto looked at the other boy "I'm Koby and I'm going to be a marine!"

Naruto smiles and gently pats Koby on his back "That's a great dream. Just remember that there are good and bad marines just like there are good and bad pirates. After all every race has people that are good and people that are bad."

Koby nods as him and Luffy get onto the boat Naruto pointed out to them when a cannon ball hits the water 15 feet behind them. All three looked over and saw a marine ship. Naruto smiles "Well that's where I'm handing Alvida over, I suggest the two of you get out of here. The marines will be over shortly to get the rest of Alvida's crew."

With that Naruto and Alvida disappear in a bolt of lightning before reappearing on the marine ship. Naruto drops Alvida on the main deck before looking at the marines "Can one of you tell me where the Captain is so that I can get my bounty for Alvida?"

A man walks up "I'm the Captain and I would like to know if the rest of her crew is still out there or if you've captured them?"

Naruto nods "There's all laying on the main deck of the passenger ship behind me. All you have to do is restrain them before bringing them onto your ship. I just want the bounty on Alvida."

The captain nods and hands Naruto 5,000,000 belly bounty for Alvida's capture. Naruto thanked the man and disappears in a bolt of lightning before reappearing on his ship in a bolt of lightning "I have 5,000 bellies from the bounty on Alvida. We can start to head towards Orange Town so that we can get the map of the Grand line from Buggy before I take some bounties on members of his crew along with Buggy's."

Nami nods and they continue sailing towards their destination. Naruto went and laid down on his hammock with his cowboy hat covering his eyes. Nami looked over at him and smiled "I never did apologize for the way I treated you when you came to my home 8 years ago did I?"

Naruto chuckled "You don't have to apologize for that since I understand why you did so. I don't blame you for what happen back then."

Nami walked over to him after making sure that the steering wheel was locked in place so they wouldn't go in the wrong direction "Can I lay here with you?"

Naruto opened his arms "You know that you're always more than welcome to lay with me Nami. I don't know what I did to deserve for you and Nojiko to agree with each other to stare me but I will not tell either of you that you can't lay and cuddle with me."

Nami lays down and snuggles into him before smiling when he kisses the top of her head. She looks up at him "Nojiko and I love you Naruto. Thank you for always helping us when you can."

Naruto smiles at her "Don't worry about it babe, I love the both of you too and that will never change. Now what's really bothering you?"

Nami sighs "I don't want to keep working for Arlong but I'm scared to ask you to deal with him and his crew because I don't want to risk you getting hurt or killed."

Naruto hugged her tighter and kissed her forehead "I won't die on you Nami. I'll deal with Arlong whenever you want. I also meant someone today that if I'm right than that means he's strong and if he gets at least one or two more crew members than we can all take on Arlong for you. His name was Monkey D Luffy; I think I know who his grandfather is. If I'm right than its Garp 'The Fist' also known at the 'Hero of the Marines' and he was one of the two marines to every go toe to toe with Gol D Roger and live to tell the tale."

Nami looks at Naruto with wide eyes "That's incredible, you found another person with D in their name. Do you really think he could help us?"

Naruto nods "Yeah and actually he'll be able to help me; I don't want you to get involved in this fight."

Nami frowns "I can help Naruto; I don't want you doing all the fighting for me."

Naruto smiles "I know you can help with the fighting love, I just don't want you to fight until I get what I need to finish your three piece staff that will give you some ranged attacks."

She sighs "Fine but when it's finished I don't want you to continue fighting for me all the time."

He kissed her forehead before putting his against hers "That's something I'll agree to as long as you don't get upset if I get involved if it looks like you can't handle the person you're fighting."

Nami kissed him and gets up "I'll agree to that, now I need to get back to the wheel to make sure that we don't drift in the wrong direction."

She walked over to the wheel while Naruto closed his eyes and got some sleep.
