"We aren't shooting him, that's for fucking sure," Scott sharply said allowing Mark to let out a long exhale of relief, "And you're right, Andre needs to get home soon, and we need the extra help, I say we take him with us,"

"That's exactly what I was thinking," Lee nodded in agreement,

Lilly let out a scoff and shook her head, "You two want to take the guy who shot Andre with us, and give our group another fucking mouth to feed while you're at it," The brunette all but hissed out a breath and looked to Mark, "I don't trust you, you try anything funny, and I'll put one in your leg and leave you for whatever finds you,"

"Jesus, Lilly," Lee muttered as Mark let out a nervous gulp,

"Look, I promise, I'll do whatever it takes to make this right," Mark all but stammered back to the group, getting one final hard glare from Lilly before she turned and walked over to a desk.

Tossing paperwork and other miscellaneous items off the tabletop the three men heard the cling of keys being picked up, "Got them, let's get going," Lilly muttered, pushing past the others and heading back down the stairs.

"I'd say you get used to her, but you really don't," Scott lightly told Mark with a short shake of his head, already able to tell he irritated Lilly with that call,

"As long as I don't get shot in the back by her, I'm cool," Mark sincerely replied,

Lee gave the mechanic a pat on the shoulder, "Don't worry, we got your back, now come on, we gotta get a move on,"

Heading down the stairs Scott picked up speed as he found Andre slumped against a wall, an old rag pressing against his shoulder, "Jesus, Andre, you okay?"

"Never better," Andre weakly replied, "Who woulda thought I would get shot more times off the force than on it?"

"Don't know if that should make me feel better or worse knowing this wasn't your first time," Mark interjected, his tone concerned but doing it's best to keep friendly,

Andre glanced over to Scott and Lee with a raised brow, "He's cool, it was a mistake,"

"Completely, I was with a few buddies and some bandits or whatever attacked and killed -" Mark attempted to explain only for Lilly to abruptly cut him off,

"You can tell your life story after you've made things right," Lilly roughly reminded the man, "First things first, we need to head back across the field into the main barracks, commissary should be right on the right side, easy to get into, might be a bitch to get out of,"

"We already made a hell of a lot of noise getting in here, can't imagine it's gonna be easy to get to the barracks in one piece," Lee said with a low exhale, attempting to think of a work around,

"If I start slowing you guys down, you go, no one is dying for me," Andre firmly stated.

"Shut up man, no one is getting left behind," Scott firmly retorted to his friend, "We just need to get there fast ahead of whatever herd is wandering this way,"

"Exactly, we just need to move fast, and quiet," Lilly nodded, "We keep ahead of them then we may be even able to lose the majority, the dead aren't smart, don't forget that,"

"Well if you guys think we need to move fast then, I have an idea," Mark spoke up, causing the group to glance over to him,

"Alright, what do you got?" Scott nodded, urging the man to continue,

Pushing his glasses back onto his nose, Mark stepped up a few stairs and peered out a small window, "Right over there is the main repair hanger, mostly on the jets, sure, but there was a small vehicle repair depot. Me and my buddies...before they died, we were working together, getting one of the military humvees back in working order. The thing only needs it's battery put back in, and it's right there in the shop. We get that and we're golden,"

"So you want us to run the complete wrong direction into the mechanical hanger to a truck that doesn't even fucking work? Are you fucking stupid?" Lilly scoffed back, "No we do this on foot,"

"It works, all we have to do is slide the battery in and connect it, it's filled with gas, and not to mention the fucking machine gun on the top is locked and loaded! We take that and none of the walkers will be a problem for us, and wouldn't that get this guy back to your camp sooner?"

"No you'll just finish the job by getting him and the rest of us killed," Lilly shot back, "We'll get swarmed while you look for this battery,"

"I swear to god I know exactly where it is," Mark assured the others, "It'll only take a second,"

"As long as no one else has raided the place since, I mean a working humvee only needing a battery? We already know other people have been here, they could have taken it," Lee suggested seeing Lilly instantly nod in agreement, "It's a good thought, Mark, but -"

"It's worth the chance," Andre groaned, interrupting Lee, "I'm not doing too good, I'll slow you guys down, but if we had the humvee, I'd be alright and we could get past these fuckers no problem, I say we go for it,"

"Doesn't change Lee's point, the thing is probably stolen," Lilly retorted, "You'll be fine as long as you stick close with us,"

"It's not gone, I've been on watch in this tower for days, no one has taken the humvee, no one has even been in the building!" Mark urged, "Trust me,"

"You can't be awake twenty-four-seven! No we're not doing this, Scott!" Lilly exclaimed looking to the man for support,

"We gotta listen to him, Scott, it's worth it," Andre said as firmly as he could to his friend,

Scott looked between the four survivors, the team already split, but he couldn't come up with a clear simple answer. Lilly and Lee were right, it was a big risk to run to the hanger, they could get cornered or worse yet, have to flee the base all together without getting any food. On the other hand, Mark and Andre had a clear point, a military vehicle could keep the walkers back, not to mention the damage a mounted machine gun could do...as long as Mark was right and the battery was still there and not stolen along with the car by whoever these bandits were.

Who Does Scott Support, Lee and Lilly or Andre and Mark?

A) Lee and Lilly are right, stick to the plan and just do it on foot, quick and quiet!

B) Mark and Andre are right, the humvee is a must, risk it!

Relationship Status:

Lilly 7/10 - Irritated that you had Mark join the group after he shot Andre, not to mention adding another mouth to the already starving group.

Lee 8/10 - Lee is very supportive that you saved Mark's life and invited him to help you out. Now he's just ready to get moving for this food, no more risks.

Andre 9/10 - He supports that you didn't shoot Mark of course, but you did invite the guy who just shot him into the group...it feels a little odd.

Mark 7/10 - Forever grateful that you protected him and invited him to the camp, now wants to prove himself to you all and make up for what he's done.
