Everything is back to normal as everyone continues with their daily lives. Tom and Maddie are fixing up their house after Robotnik had attacked it.

"You got enough there?" Tom asks while working on the floor.

"Yes, Mr. Manager," She replies playfully.

"Need any more?" He holds up the roller brush in front of her just as playfully.

"You get that away," She giggles, walking off. Tom looks up as he paints the wall in front of them and then there's a knock from the door. Maddie glances at her husband as they both wonder who it is.

Tom opens the door to find Commander Walters standing there. "Mr and Mrs. Wachowski?"

He briefly glances at Maddie. "Yes?"

The commander reaches into his coat and hands them an envelope. "A token of appreciation from your government, for keeping quiet about recent incidents, which never occurred." He holds it out to them and Maddie chuckles in awe.

"Wow!" Tom takes it from him. "Wonder what it is."

"Money to fix the house?" Maddie asks hopefully.

"Letter from the President?"

"You'll see," Is all he gets in return.

"Okay," Tom opens it up to reveal a 50 dollar gift card from Olive Garden.

"Olive Garden," Maddie states, hoping that it was a bit more...rewarding than that.

"Yeah, heh. The way you said 'You'll see' made me think it was something better than the things we said," Tom comments, Maddie giving a small smile.

"Have you tried their Never Ending Pasta Bowl? It never ends!" Commander Walters explains with excitement.

"That sounds...fancy." Maddie nods in agreement.

"Well, thank you. We appreciate the gesture."

Commander Walters is about to leave when Tom stops him. "Oh, hey. I guess we can close the file on that Robotnik guy, huh? Just disappeared."

"I'm sorry, but no such person exists or has ever existed," The commander tells him, wanting to forget the whole thing. Ever since Robotnik was gone, they were thoroughly embarrassed and have since cut all ties with him.

"I wish that were true," Tom murmurs to himself.

"You haven't by any chance been in contact with a certain alien creature since the incident, have you? Uncle Sam would love to have a chat with him and your brave daughter for that matter. Very casual. Brunch, perhaps."

"...Oh, you mean the little blue guy," Tom had paused and the man nods with a smile. "Mmm. No. No, nothing, no. And my daughter is actually not home, she's...out grocery shopping!"

"Mm-mmm."

"...But isn't that her car outside?" Commander Walters glances over his shoulder and indeed, Sophia's car is still outside.

"Her friends picked her up!" Maddie smiles at him.

"Yeah, doubt we'll ever hear from him again or that she'll be back soon."

"Mm-mmm," Maddie shakes her head.

"Very well."

"Okay. Thank you," Tom tells him.

"Great."

Commander Walters glances inside the house, and Tom slowly closes the door. "Yup." He tries to get a sneak peek, but the door closes. "To be honest, I'm pretty pumped about the pasta bowl," Tom confesses to her and she chuckles.

The two hedgehogs peek their heads from behind the couch. "So, do you guys wanna watch a movie or what?"

"Sorry, buddy. It's a school night. You might be dating our daughter, but we know that you just wanna snuggle her." Sonic pouts and Sophia giggles at him. "It's time for you to go back to your cave." Sonic was still staying there and would usually come over to either hang with them or to see Sophia, who has become his girlfriend since their fight with Robotnik.

"What?!" He jumps from behind the couch and lands next to Ozzy. "It's 3 in the afternoon!" Sophia comes up from the side, joining her parents.

"You know how you get when you're tired," Tom reminds him. "Come on."

"Me? I'm not like anything," Sonic groans as he walks away from the couch. "You guys are so uncool!"

"Ah, I was like that too," Sophia shrugs a little. "But to me, they're pretty cool."

Maddie smiles, petting her daughter on the head affectionately. "Yeah, yeah, we know."

Sonic starts going over to the front door.

"Hey, buddy, where you going?" Tom calls out.

"You said I have to go back to my cave."

Sophia gives a big smile, her hands behind her back. "We did," Tom states and Sophia takes his hand.

"You're gonna love this!"

Tom pulls open the attic ladder and they let Sonic go first. He peeks in and is surprised to see all of his stuff from his cave in the attic, lit up by the same type of lights that are in Sophia's room, and he also has a skylight. "Oh, my—are you kidding me? I can't believe it. How did you—it's...it's all here." Tom and Maddie climb up while Sophia speeds up the ladder. The three smile at each other.

"Look at this! Are you kidding?" He speeds around the room, exploring it. "And the beanbag?! No way! How did you even get this?! And you got it all the way over-!" He gets onto his race car bed, doing the floss. "I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it!" He jumps, landing on his back. The three walk over, Tom and Maddie taking a seat next to him.

"How did you even get all of this?"

"We were gonna go out and buy furniture until Sophia came through," Tom gestures to her as Ozzy comes into the room.

"I went back with Ozzy to the baseball field you told me about. He managed to track down your cave with his nose," Sophia pets him with a smile. "So then I got my parents, Wade, and my friends to come bring all of this over when you were out on one of your runs. You helped me save my home, so...now I brought yours to you."

He smiles thankfully at her. "Well, welcome home," Maddie tells the blue hedgehog.

"Thank you, so much," He replies to all of them. "Now I get to visit my girlfriend's room whenever I want!"

"Okay, no," Tom points at him warningly. "No sneaking into her room at night."

"Dad," Sophia rolls her eyes at her father.

Ozzy starts barking at him. "Oh, no, you don't! No second-best animal friends allowed in my room!" He then starts licking Sonic's face. "Wait, what are you doing? Stay away from me! Stop it! I'm warning you. I've got nunchucks! Hey, stop! Okay, you can stay!"

Robotnik has lost his mind as he looks crazy. He looks at his reflection in a puddle of water as he has shaved off his hair entirely. He has also grown out his mustache. "My grasp on sanity remains...absolute." He turns his head. "Isn't that right, Agent Stone?" He's talking to a stone carving of him and Robotnik picks it up.

"Why don't you get a head start?" He tosses the rock and it flies. "Do some rock-connaissance," He cackles at the joke. "Rock-connaissance! Come on! That's hilarious! What's the matter with you?!" He bumps a mushroom and picks his log. "Here's the sitch: uninhabited planet." He takes a large backpack. "No resources, no supplies, no apparent way home..." He puts the backpack over his shoulder. "A lesser man would die here." He then holds up a canister that holds Sonic's quill. "I'll be home by Christmas." He puts the capsule away and puts on his googles. He then starts imitating a robot, making servo noises as he turns his body, walking away. He sees the rock carving of Agent Stone, picks it up, and tosses it.

"ROCK-CONNAISSANCE!" He shouts at the top of his lungs, cackling loudly. "Come on! Cheer up!"

Leaves rustle somewhere far out in Green Hills as a ring portal opens up. Someone jumps out...and it's a two-tailed yellow fox. He looks at the energy levels of Sonic and Sophia from his small handheld device. "If these readings are accurate, they're here. I found them! I just hope I'm not too late."

He jumps off the cliff and uses his tails like a helicopter, flying into town.

Angel: So now that the movie is over, yes, I will be doing the sequel when it comes out next year (and hopefully I don't have to delay it like I did with its predecessor ^^'). Hopefully they give us more characters with the same animation as Sonic in the sequel, that's one of my favorite parts of the movie. I am planning to do Sonic Satam once I'm finished with Bounty Hunter Princess for the time being because a fourth season has yet to be confirmed (hopefully Final Space gets a fourth season). But I also plan to do Treasure Planet this year, since one...curiously still absent film that every reader who loves my TMNT stuff is looking for, but it's still not out yet. I don't know when I'll release the Treasure Planet fic, probably by next month. But if the ROTTMNT movie still isn't out by then, Treasure Planet will probably be the last film I'll do this year.

Also, enjoy this movie and the sequel as is, because it's the only piece of media I'm writing where Sophia has a love interest in the entire Sonic franchise in terms of film and animation that is a hedgehog. I'm sorry...I just don't like a human and a hedgehog being romantically inclined. And yes, most of that reason is because of Sonic 06. I know that game is over a decade old, but it's something that I just cannot stand at all, and I prefer Sophia to have no love interest in general. I know some people like the idea of them being a couple, which is why I did it, but...ugh, I'm sorry! DX I just find it very uncomfortable and disgusting. I don't understand why people asked for that back in the day...like, seriously, someone tell me why you people want Sophia and Sonic as a couple when she's a human for most of the TV shows, I do not understand the appeal behind that.
